The purpose of this study to determine the role of Transformational Leadership in increasing Job Satisfaction. The samples have been taken by random sampling technique selecting amounted to 249 samples from permanent lecturers of private Islamic High School in Jambi Province. This research uses a Sequential Explanatory Design Mixed Method that is first research using a quantitative method then deepen it with a qualitative method. This is intended to result in more in-depth and comprehensive research.The result shows that there is a positive correlation between transformational leadership which has a high effect on job satisfaction of the lecturers. The coefficient correlation is ry = 0,483 and coefficient determination ry = 0,233. It means that 65.90% of job satisfaction is influenced by transformational leadership, and the rest of it influenced by other factors.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan efikasi diri terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di SMP Yayasan Budi Mulia Lourdes Jakarta. Metodologi penelitian adalah survei yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis dan interpretasi data menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, (2) efikasi diri berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, (3) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif langsung terhadap efikasi diri.KATA KUNCI: efikasi diri, kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan kerja.  THE EFFECT OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND SELF EFFICACY OF THE JOB SATISFACTION TEACHERABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of transformational leadership and self efficacy of the job satisfaction teacher in Junior High School of Budi Mulia Lourdes Jakarta.The research methodology was survey which was selected by simple random sampling technique. Analysis and interpretation of the data indicates that (1) transformational leadership of a positive direct effect on job satisfaction, (2) self efficacy positive direct effect on job satisfaction, (3) transformational leadership positive direct effect on the self efficacy.

This quantitative study was conducted to identify the influence of transformational leadership as a predictor of job satisfaction among Form Six teachers. A total of 148 Form Six teachers from Kuching, Sarawak through a random sampling technique were identified as respondents of the study. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The questionnaire used was adapted from the previous researchers’ questionnaires. The findings show that the dimensions of individual consideration, charisma, and motivation in transformational leadership have a significant effect on job satisfaction among the teachers. Based on the findings obtained, the two-ways relations between the middle leaders and teachers need to be improved by adopting an open approach and working to understand the work-related problems.

This paper conducts a more in-depth study of employee performance to connect with compensation and job satisfaction and the work environment of employees in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (BRI). This research was conducted at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. operating in Indonesia. The research population was all employees of the Branch Offices of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. spread over in Sumatera, Jawa, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali and Jayapura. The sample was collected using Proportional Random Sampling Stratified from six locations spread throughout Indonesia. Considering the wide area, the sampling technique is adjusted to the area, so sampling is based on the island as a sub-population. The sample of this study was 212 employees. This amount has met the minimum sampling requirements if using the Generalised Structural Component Analysis (GSCA) method. Compensation does not directly affect employee performance. Working environment directly influences the employee performance in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. There is an influence of compensation and working environment on job satisfaction and employee performance in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The leader of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. should improve employees’ performance by taking into account the improvement of compensation which includes the suitability of wages and salaries, incentives, benefits and facilities with their performance.

Employee job satisfaction is an important factor that can determine organizational productivity, and organizations need to pay attention to this pivotal aspect. This study aimed to empirically examine the role of transformational leadership styles and employability on employee job satisfaction. The participants of this study are 49 university teachers at the University of X Yogyakarta. The sampling is randomly chosen using a simple random sampling technique. In addition, data are collected using the scale of job satisfaction, the scale of transformational leadership style, and scale of employability. The data are then analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results showed that 1) Simultaneously, transformational leadership style and employability provide a very significant role in influencing job satisfaction with p=0.000 (p0.01); 2) Partially transformational leadership style provide a significant role on job satisfaction with p=0.019 (p0.05); 3) Partially there was a very significant role of employability on job satisfaction with p=0.000 (p0.01). Transformational leadership style and employability contribute 52.5% to job satisfaction. Employability contributed more dominantly to job satisfaction (35.8%) than the transformational leadership style (16.7%).

Organizational commitment is an attitude that shows employee loyalty and ongoing process of how they expresses their attention to organization's success. Purpose of study is to analyze the role of job satisfaction in mediating effect of transformational leadership on organizational commitment of KutaBex Beach Front Hotel Bali employees. The population was 113 people and the sample are 54 people using proportionate random sampling method. Data are analyzed using path analysis techniques. Data collection through interviews and questionnaires. The results showed that transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. In addition, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction mediates the effect of transformational leadership on organizational commitment partially. The implication of this research is that high job satisfaction owned by employees will increase employee organizational commitment through the influence of transformational leadership. In a competitive environment, every organization certainly has the same goal, namely to have potential human resources. Therefore, every organization should be able to find the best solution to each problem to interrupt the expected performance growth. This research aims to analyze the importance of the role of job satisfaction in mediating the affect of Transformational Leadership Motivation on the operators production performance at PT. Alpen Food Industri Cikarang, West Java. This research population was 189 people, with a total sample of 133 employees. The sampling technique in this research used random sampling with a method of organizing data through questionnaires and interviews, quantitative research methods with analytical analysts that job motivation and transformational leadership affect job satisfaction and performance. Meanwhile, the mediating variable of job satisfaction is good for mediating work motivation and transformational leadership on performance. Path analysis earned the structural equation Y = 0.250X1+0.391X2+0.150Y1+0.525, so the transformational leadership is the variable which has the strongest affect on performance.

<span>The purpose of this   reasearch is to study the constraint of Paud teacher’s innovativeness by examining the three</span><span>variables which will become the strongest aspect to increase Paud teacher’s innovativeness such as organization culture, transformational leadership and job motivation. The survey is conducted by taking sample of 144 teachers who had been graduated from The Teachers Training College by proportional random sampling technique at Paud teachers in Bogor, west Java, Indonesia. The research used a Sequential Explanatory Design Mixed Method. The quantitative research is firstly conducted then followed by the qualitative research to support the research more comprehensively understood.</span><span>The quantitative research portrays that there is a very significant positive correlation between those three variables strengthening the Paud teacher’s innovativeness. This relationship is also supported by the qualitative research  which organizational culture, transformational leadership and job motivation give higher scores to support Paud teacher’s innovativeness</span>

The purpose of this action research is to analyze factors that influenced the poor retention of employees in Jaidon Motor Sdn Bhd and recommend as well as implement the best interventions and transformation plan for the issue facing by Jaidon Motor Sdn Bhd. The significance of this research is to increase employee retention and to retain their customer. The methodology used in this study is a mixed-method approach by using a qualitative method followed by a quantitative method. The population of this study consist of all employee of Jaidon Motors Sdn Bhd and the sampling technique is a purposive sampling of 36 participants. Due to the small population, the qualitative method will involve only one participant. The expected findings of factors that influence the poor retention in Jaidon Motor Sdn Bhd will be motivation, employee engagement, compensation, and benefits factor. Hence the suggestion for an intervention plan to revise and add new retention policy of Jaidon Motor Sdn Bhd.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational commitment. This research was conducted at PT Angkasa Pura Hotel, In-Flight Catering, Tuban. The number of samples taken were 89 employees, using the proportionate random sampling technique. Data collection was obtained from the results of interviews, observation and questionnaires. Data analysis using classical assumption test, path path analysis, sobel test. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that perceived organizational support had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment through mediating job satisfaction. Efforts to increase employees' sense of organizational commitment, organizations should be able to provide support to their employees because the higher the support given to employees, the higher the job satisfaction felt by employees. One of the efforts taken by the company to improve morale is to meet the promotion appropriately, because when promotions are met then the employee will contribute optimum morale. The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of a promotion, the condition of employee morale and job promotion role in improving employee morale at PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero) Branch Garut Retail.The analytical method used in this research is descriptive and verification method. Descriptive method used to determine the implementation of promotion and conditions of employee morale at PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero) branch of Garut Retail, the verification method used to determine the role of promotion in improving employee morale at the office of PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero) branch Retail Garut.The method used is survey explanation. The process of sampling carried out by random sampling technique. The sample size is 65 people. The data collection was conducted using questionnaires, interviews, and literature.These results indicate that the promotion included in the category of good, as well as morale is also high. It is seen that the coefficient of determination variable X amounted to 16.56%, and the remaining 83.44% is the influence of other factors. Spearman Rank Correlation promotion variables play a role in improving employee morale with a yield of 0,407 and have a relationship and the variables that are significant
