This article aims to show that educators' transfer power to students can be increased through educators' computer literacy. The development of science and technology has gained momentum by discovering and developing the internet and its supporting facilities. The development commonly known as information and communication technology provides effectiveness for life activities, especially in education. Due to an increase in the use of ICT in education and educational institutions, computer literacy is a must for educators and education personnel to carry out their duties. This article seeks to reveal the increase in the transfer of educators' knowledge and the effectiveness of the teaching staff's duties from community service activities in Islamic boarding schools. The community service activities that have been carried out to the educators and education personnel show an increase in the capacity of teaching materials provided to students and the capacity for student’s acceptance. Besides, the increase in computer literacy promotes effectiveness and easiness for the educators in fulfilling the tasks as part of their responsibility.

The availability of information and communication technology (ICT) has made it a lot of convenience in everything. An example is the existence of online trading transactions, for we can market these products online both through marketplaces and social media, we must-have products that are slightly different from the others. One way is to design your own product packaging that we will sell, and for example it can be started by making a product logo. This is the basis of community service activities, and this activity utilizes the creative side of partners so that they can create a design that will be packaged in the next stage in the form of merchandise. In this design training phase, partner participants were given the understanding to use vector-based graphic design applications, from creating product logos to digital advertising posters

Along with the advancement of science and technology, all teachers especially primary school teachers areexpected to have the ability in the field of information and communication technology (ICT). So that teacherscan teach using ICT-based learning media. By using multimedia learning model, teachers will be able to doteaching more interactive, fun, and motivate learners to be more active. The goal of this program is toimprove the ability and competence of teachers in Elementary School (SD) Imbas in Kintamani Village areasin creating multimedia-based ICT learning media. In this community service activities, it is given counselingand training about the introduction of the Internet and the development of multimedia-based ICT learningmedia using Microsoft PowerPoint, create teaching materials in PDF format, create teaching materials inimage display (JPEG) and apply teaching materials in activities learning in the class. The purpose of this activity is the participants understand of the importance in using ICT for supporting learning and teachingactivities multimedia-based learning media. Participants also understand of how to create learning materialsin PowerPoints format, create files in the form of .pdf, and generate. JPG files. Teachers will also be trainedon how to enrich multimedia-based learning materials using internet access.

Access to the Internet, as well as Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in general, is nowincreasingly needed by the wider community, including by the pesantren community. The community of pesantren needInternet media to expand access to sources of knowledge, publish the activities of pesantren, as well as a medium ofpesantren da’wah in cyberspace. Due to the lack of use of ICT in pesantren, then not all ICT components can be utilized.This community service partner is Pesantren Yasin Kudus, who wants to apply ICT to support learning for students(called santri), by providing smooth and healthy Internet access at affordable cost. The problem faced is Internet accessthat only depends on one Internet Service Provider (ISP), so if the connection on the ISP is failed then Internet accessbecomes disturbed. The solution offered is the use of two ISP connections as an Internet access network, by applying loadbalancing technology using Per Connection Classifier (PCC) method so that loading of traffic on both ISPs can bebalanced. With this program, partners can utilize Internet access from both ISPs optimally

This paper describes the use of a Linux embedded system for use in digital information and communication technology in order to generate image warnings using Internet of Things (IoT) prin- ciples. The proposed project generated a product, developed using concepts of project-based learning (ABP), called SECI (electronic internal communication system) that is accessed by students to view online warnings by distributed monitors and also by mobile devices connected to the Internet.

The rapid development of information and communication technology is currently having an impact on changes in various fields, one of which is changes in people's lifestyles, including consumption in society. The development of information and communication technology has resulted in easier access for people in the world to access the internet and use it to buying and selling transactions online via the internet. The report Global Web Index notes that Indonesia has a high level of users e-commerce highest in the world and as many as 96% of internet users looking for a product or service to make purchases online. This has resulted in the development of e-commerce in Indonesia and throughout the world which is increasing as a consequence of which the competition is getting harder service providers are e-commerce required to provide the best service in order to increase customer satisfaction and trust so that customers will be loyal to using these services. This can be achieved by paying attention to customer value and corrective actions in an effort to restore service to customers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of customer perceived value and e-service recovery on e-loyalty with e-satisfaction and e-trust as intervening variables. This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to ecommerce Shopee Indonesia customers in Medan City with a total sample of 328 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling. Data analysis was carried out through SEM-PLS using the SmartPLS program. The results of this study indicate that customer perceived value has a significant effect on e-satisfaction and also e-loyalty. However, customer perceived value has no significant effect on e-trust. The variable e-service recovery directly has a significant effect on e-satisfaction, e-trust, and e-loyalty. E-satisfaction and e-trust cannot mediate the relationship between customer perceived value and e-loyalty, but they are able to mediate the relationship between e-service recovery and e-loyalty. Penguasaan terhadap Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi perlu diajarkan pada semua tingkatan agar suatu proses dan kegiatan dapat dilakukan dengan lebih cepat, mudah dan efisien. Para siswa kelas XII SMK Taruna Bangsa dituntut untuk memiliki kompetensi yang dapat dikuasai sebelum lulus sekolah. Salah satunya kompetensi adalah dapat membuat website atau aplikasi berbasis web. Disamping itu, kepala program jurusan RPL SMK Taruna Bangsa menyampaikan perlu adanya pendalaman dan pengetahuan lebih dalam pembuatan website selain yang dibekali di sekolah seperti mendesain website front end. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pelatihan mendesain website menggunakan framework Bootstrap. Pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dijalankan sesuai dengan wujud implementasi MoU yang telah dilakukan antara SMK Taruna Bangsa dengan Universitas Bina Insani. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dilakukan secara online melalui media konferensi www.zoom.us dan www.youtube.com. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 78 peserta dengan hasil akhir memberikan hasil yang positif, ditunjukkan pada umpan balik peserta terhadap materi yaitu pada nilai 4 (Baik) sebesar 32,1% dan nilai 5 (Sangat Baik) sebesar 60.7%. Berdasarkan paparan tersebut kegiatan PkM ini telah memberikan kemampuan dan penguasaan terhadap siswa dalam mendesain website dan memiliki bekal dalam mengimplementasikan pada bidang Teknologi informasi yang pada akhirnya mendorong smart education kota Bekasi. Kata kunci—bootstrap, pengabdian kepada masyarakat, website Mastery of Information and Communication Technology needs to be taught at all levels so that processes and activities can be carried out more quickly, easily and efficiently. Class XII students of SMK Taruna Bangsa are required to have competencies that can be mastered before graduating from school. One of the competencies is being able to create a website or web-based application. In addition, the head of the RPL department program at SMK Taruna Bangsa said that there is a need for more in-depth and knowledge in making websites other than those provided in schools such as designing front end websites. Therefore, training in designing websites using the Bootstrap framework is necessary. The implementation of Community Service (PkM) is carried out in accordance with the implementation of the MoU that has been carried out between SMK Taruna Bangsa and Bina Insani University. The implementation of activities during the Covid-19 pandemic was carried out online through the media conference www.zoom.us and www.youtube.com. This activity was attended by 78 participants with the final result giving positive results, shown in the participants' feedback on the material, namely a value of 4 (Good) of 32.1% and a value of 5 (Very Good) of 60.7%. Based on the explanation, this PkM activity has given students the ability and mastery in designing websites and has provisions in implementing it in the field of information technology which ultimately encourages smart education in the city of Bekasi. Abstract   Overpopulation in an area will affect labor market conditions, which is characterized by an increase in the number of unemployed in highly populated areas. Entrepreneurship is one solution that can help the economic condition. The entrepreneur can solve excess labor or help reduce unemployment. The high number of women in West Sumatra each year is a huge potential, especially in entrepreneurship. Success in entrepreneurship is the goal of every woman in entrepreneurship. This research aims to see how the factors of marital status, experience, and use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) such as the use of the telephone and the internet influence women's success in entrepreneurship. This study uses primary data “raw data” Susenas 2019. The results show that marital status, telephone use and internet use and experience influence women's success in entrepreneurship in West Sumatra.   Abstrak   Overpopulasi di suatu daerah akan mempengaruhi kondisi pasar kerja yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya jumlah pengangguran di daerah berpenduduk tinggi. Kewirausahaan merupakan salah satu solusi yang dapat membantu kondisi perekonomian tersebut. Wirausaha dapat menyelesaikan kelebihan tenaga kerja atau membantu mengurangi jumlah pengangguran. Tingginya jumlah penduduk wanita di Sumatera Barat setiap tahun merupakan potensi yang sangat besar, khususnya dalam berwirausaha. Sukses berwirausaha merupakan tujuan setiap wanita dalam berwirausaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana faktor status perkawinan, pengalaman, dan penggunaan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) seperti penggunaan telepon, dan internet dalam mempengaruhi keberhasilan wanita dalam berwirausaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yaitu “raw data” Susenas tahun 2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa status perkawinan, penggunaan telepon dan penggunaan internet serta pengalaman berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan wanita dalam berwirausaha di Sumatera Barat.

The development of the world of technology cannot be avoided, educational institutions as centers of education and learning must follow these technological developments so that they can exist more. In the industrial era 4.0 which was marked by advances in information and communication technology, accelerating and providing various kinds of convenience in accessing information and data on various aspects of life. This acceleration and convenience has become a necessity and a lifestyle. Therefore, schools as educational institutions that have various kinds of data must be willing to make changes, adjust to these demands, so that the education and learning process can take place properly, quickly, and accurately. Schools must take advantage of information and communication technology. Carry out the education and learning process online. Consequently, it must have facilities and infrastructure, in the form of information and communication technology. However, the reality in the field is that not all schools have and apply this technology, due to various limitations, financial and workforce quality. The problem then is, is this true, information and communication technology is a major need, without this technology learning cannot take place optimally, the continuity of the institution and its existence is threatened. From here the researcher was moved to research on the implementation of information systems online. Aims to find out and understand the effectiveness of online information system implementation in Era 4.0 as a database and educational information service center at the Krian 1 Muhammadiyah Primary School. This type of qualitative research uses a phenomenological approach (field research). This study used data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documents. The collected data were analyzed through 3 stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. To check the validity of the data, triangulation was used. The results obtained from this study are the implementation of the Muhammadiyah Education Information System (Sidikmu) in the administrative services of the Al Islam, Kemuhammadiyahan, and Arabic education assessment system in the Industrial era 4.0 at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Krian Sioarjo implemented in integral automation. An information system that not only functions as a database but also as a center for educational information services for student guardians. So that educational institutions can move according to the era which is completely online and instant. Sidikmu is effective and efficient in improving the quality and productivity of the ISMUBA education assessment system administration services at SD Muhamadiyah 1 Krian, Sidoarjo. The effectiveness and efficiency of Sidikmu's work automatically integrate all existing data in schools, making it easier for the administrative process for assessments, especially on ISMUBA subjects. The main obstacle is that not all Ismuba teachers master the technology, so training is needed, the provision of facilities, and guaranteed awards for Creative and Innovative Ismuba teachers

This chapter examines the impact of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) on livestock production by rural farmers in Nigeria. Questionnaire, interview, and personal observation methods were employed to elicit information on the impact of ICT on livestock production on rural areas of Nigeria. The study reveals the significance of personal characteristics of the respondents. The findings also reveal that rural farmers need to be encouraged by providing them with relevant ICT gadgets in order to enhance effective access to information on veterinary and extension services to improve productivity. It is therefore concluded that the establishment of internet facilities in rural communities should be the priority of the State and Federal Governments in order to encourage computer literacy.

Though many countries are still just beginning to grasp the potential uses and impacts of Electronic-government (EG), advances in technologies and their applications continue. Observing the proliferation of EG, countries are increasingly turning to the Internet to market their EG system to gain a competitive advantage. However, the effectiveness and efficiency of such online government systems largely depends on the mission of implementing EG. For successful adoption and implementation of EG, it is essential that a country first identify an explicit objective and a specific strategy. We have examined implemention strategies of EG of seven diverse countries whose objectives and mission for implementing EG differ significantly. However, they have the following strategies in common: i) extensive application of information and communication technology (ICT) in the public sector; ii) overall reformation of the public sector; iii) development of a better quality service structure; and iv) more cohesive integration of citizens with government.
