One of the non-object cultural heritages owned by the Indonesian people is batik. Batik is a typical Indonesian cloth spread throughout the archipelago. The process of making batik is mostly still traditional, starting from the process of making patterns on the mori cloth to the process of preparing the cloth, giving patterns, nglowong / canting, isen-isen, nembok, first coloring / medel, ngerok, mbironi stage, second coloring / greeting , nglorod and washing batik. In this batik-making process, the batik workers work continuously with a detailed type of work and the work posture of the batik is on a chair that is not designed with the dimensions of the body of the batik maker. This is if the work posture is not improved, it creates a potential risk of muscle fatigue or musculoskeletal disorder. The method used in this research is quantative. The data taken in this study is the data on the size of the batik work posture when sitting on a chair. Then the data is analyzed using the REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) method using ergofellow software to determine the risk of work posture. The result of this research is the potential risk of the work position of Muria Batik Kudus UMKM batik makers with the REBA method resulting in a score of 9 (Nine), which means that they have risk criteria at a high level. The potential risk that is at a high level should immediately improve the work posture of the batik which is supported by changes in work facilities. Batik makers who have the potential for high levels of risk can result in muscle fatigue in certain parts of the body and decreased levels of productivity.

COVID-19 has become a global pandemic, and one of the government's actions in the education sector to prevent transmission through online class activities or online classrooms has been adopted. During the pandemic, it was discovered that using computers with improper or non-ergonomic body postures during online classes might cause muscular fatigue and raise the incidence of musculoskeletal problems. Using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method, this study seeks to detect musculoskeletal complaints and assess the posture of UMM students when using a laptop. Because online learning lasts more than 2 hours, posture that is not in accordance with the comfort of using a laptop can lead a person to exhaust more rapidly in front of a laptop for a relatively long period, especially in the upper neck, back, and waist, which stand for 80% of the body parts. This is supported by the study of respondents using a questionnaire distribution technique that provided a REBA score of 7 and a moderate risk level, indicating that remedial action is required. After a recommended improvement with a low risk level for MSDs, a REBA score of 3 was established. Suggestions that can be considered are that it is necessary to improve sitting work posture, it is recommended to work on a table and sit in a reclining chair so that the proposed work posture improvement can be carried out.

PT Surya Putra Mulia is a company that produces gray (greige) using the knitting process. This research is focused on the warehouse section on the loading process finished goods. In the warehouse section there are some excessive physical activities due to activities are carried out manually. Measurement of work posture is needed to determine whether the work posture carried out by the operator is good and ergonomic. Assessment of work posture is carried out using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method. Based on an assessment using the REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) method, it shows that the withdrawal of finished goods includes a moderate level of risk, which means that improvements are needed. The activity of loading finished goods onto trucks (figure 3) includes a moderate risk level which means that repairs are needed, while in Figure 4 it is a high risk level which means that immediate corrective action is needed. For the preparation of finished goods on trucks, it is a moderate risk level, which means that repairs are needed. So that in the process of withdrawing finished goods, proposals are given to reduce the burden being transported. Then add a tool in the process of loading finished goods to the truck in the form of a hand stacker.

Introduction: Diseases caused by work become a common health problem and can affect almost all people in the world. As you can see, one of the hazards in the field is ergonomics. The danger from bad posture at work is the cause of the position of the body parts moving uncomfortably which can cause various problems at work, both health problems and work accident problems. Therefore, so that a job does not pose a dangerous risk, it is necessary to have an assessment of ergonomic risk. Researchers aim to analyze the level of ergonomic risk to Welding workers with the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) Method in the Workshop area of PT. Cemindo Gemilang Bayah Banten in 2020. Methods: This research uses mix methods, which is a research step by combining two forms of research approaches, namely qualitative and quantitative. The subjects in this study were the main informants and key informants totaling 4 people. The main informants in this study were 3 welding workers. The key informant is 1 person, namely HSE. Results: The results of the risk level assessment using the REBA method for welding workers are obtained from the scoring of group A with a value of 8 and the results of scoring for group B with a value of 4, then the total results of C to the scoring of groups A and B have a value of 10. Discussion: Based on the Action Level Score, REBA score 10 shows a high level of risk. 3 people out of 4 workers are known to be at high risk of pain so further review and implementation of changes / immediate action are required.

Musculoskeletal disorders often occur in non-ergonomic work postures. The research was conducted in the process of installing an air cleaner workstation for the excavator’s assembly at a heavy equipment manufacturing company. In the installation process, the operator must lift, hold and install the component with weight 12 kg, using the limbs manually without any tools. The objective of this study is to conduct an ergonomic evaluation by assessing the risk of musculoskeletal disorders and provide recommendations for improvement in order to reduce operator musculoskeletal injuries. To determine the level of risk of the job will be used the Rapid Entire Body Assessment method. The results of this study are R.E.B.A scores obtained which is 11, with a very high level of risk, and must be immediately corrected. Ergonomic intervention as a recommendation for improvements that support the work of the operator, is making jigs to help the installation process. After implementation, the REBA score dropped to 3 or decreases by around 67% from the initial risk Index Terms— ergonomics intervention, musculoskeletal disorders, rapid entire body assessment

CV. XYZ is one of the welding workshops that serves the manufacture of iron products with 4 (four) welding workers. Welding work carries risks for experiencing Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) for the welding worker. This can be caused by work posture factors that often bend and squat when doing welding. Based on the calculation results, REBA score results obtained with action level 3 (three) which states that the welding work in the CV. XYZ is at a high level of risk so immediate corrective action is needed by CV. XYZ Proposed improvement of the worker's posture when welding work is a redesign of the work station or the addition of work aids based on ergonomic principles such as the procurement of a work table for the welding work process so as to reduce the risk of workers' posture to a low risk level. Keyword : Musculoskeletal Disorders, REBA, Welding, Work PostureCV. XYZ. Usulan perbaikan postur tubuh pekerja saat pekerjaan pengelasan adalah perancangan ulang stasiun kerja atau penambahan alat bantu kerja berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip ergonomi seperti pengadaan meja kerja untuk proses pekerjaan pengelasan sehingga dapat mengurangi risiko postur tubuh pekerja menjadi level risiko rendah. Kata Kunci: Musculoskeletal Disorders, Pengelasan, Postur Kerja, REBA

Musculoskeletal problems are problematic in Indonesia because manual work activities such as lifting, transporting, pulling and pushing are still being done. Pottery-making workers in the Kasongan are still doing those moves traditionally such as lifting, transporting, pulling and pushing manually. The purpose of this study was to analyze the risk of MSDs in the pottery making workers in Kasongan. This research was cross sectional design. The sample amounted to 78 workers selected using accidental sampling techniques. The instruments used Nordic Body Map questionnaire and Rapid Entire Body Assessment. Data analysis was using the chi fisher test. The results showed that the variables associated were age (sig= 0.000) and variables that had no relationship were gender (sig= 0.341) and work posture (sig= 0.352). The risk factor associated with complaints of MSDs is age, so to reduce the risk of the occurrence of MSDs, they can do physical activity or stretch muscles.

This research aims to identify mental workload on  NASA-TLX for mental workload and packaging division and work posture on processing division at PT. XYZ. This research uses RULA and REBA methods for work posture. NASA-TLX (Task Load Index) is  used to determine mental work in packaging division. RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment) is used to determine the upper body musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) injury in the process of production (which consists of weighing and processing station) at PT. XYZ and REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) is used to determine entire body MSDs injury in the production process. Those methods are applied to indicate that the workers are in fact working above the safety limit. Based on NASA-TLX method, it is clear that 21 of 30 workers feel that the work is very heavy. Another case, two unusual postures are found, one is determined by the action level of worker who lifting 20 kgs sack of powder is 10, so the action level of REBA in this case is hardly dangerous. The other one is determined by a worker who entering an ingridient to the machine, weight of the ingridient is 17,05 kgs. It means more than 10 kgs, and thus it can affect body posture. Keywords: Ergonomics, NASA-TLX, REBA, RULA
