The most powerful and crucial concept today is a sustainable digital economy. This research is aimed to investigate the predictors of a sustainable digital economy in China. In addition, the mediating roles of social reforms and economic policies were investigated between good governance and a sustainable digital economy. This cross-sectional research considered partial least square–structural equational modeling (PLS-SEM) as an analysis technique. The data were collected from 317 managerial staff of the e-commerce industry in China via a self-structured questionnaire. A random sampling technique was applied in the data collection process. Results showed that good governance positively impacts the sustainable digital economy, social reforms, and economic policies. Additionally, an increase in social reforms and economic policies led to a sustainable digital economy in China. Social reforms and economic policies partially mediated the relationship between good governance and a sustainable digital economy. This research contributes to the body of knowledge by identifying components of a sustainable digital economy and examining whether good governance may aid in attaining a sustainable digital economy. Nowadays, research on the sustainable digital economy has got attention from policymakers and researchers around the globe. These outcomes suggest several ways to improve the sustainable digital economy in China. This research is not without limitations, such as cross-sectional and based on responses of the respondents. Several research avenues were discussed and can be influenced by many factors for future perspectives.

The purpose of this study is to determine employee performance through the concept of work management and digitalization as the main keys to improving the performance of BUMDES employees in Buleleng Regency. The concept of performance management is the employee’s activities and work results in line with organizational goals. So that it contributes to improving the performance of BumDes employees. The study population was all active BumDes in Buleleng Regency. Sampling in this study using random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Component based SEM, Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method. The results showed that the concept of work management has an effect on digitization and employee performance.

The shortage of professional nurses in a hospital is to threaten service quality and patient safety. Inadequate compensation, no career development, and dissatisfaction can increase turnover intention. Increasing professional nurses' resilience is better than recruiting new nurses from an economic perspective. The research analyzed the effect of compensation and carrier development on job satisfaction and the impact on nurses' turnover intention in a private hospital in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. A quantitative research design with the cross-sectional approach was used. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. The samples consisted of 47 nurses who made a self-reported by filling out the questionnaire. Data analysis used Partial Least Square. The study found that compensation and career development had direct and significant effects on Turnover Intention. Moreover, compensation and career development also had indirect and significant Turnover Intention effects through job satisfaction as the intervening variable.

This study aims to determine the effect of literacy variables on zakat, infaq and shadaqah (zis), trust and brand awareness on decisions to distribute zakat and donations. The data processing in this study uses quantitative analysis using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis technique with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach using the SmartPLS 3.0 statistical software. The instrument used to obtain data is a questionnaire using a Likert scale. In taking the sample obtained by non-probability sampling method using purposive sampling technique, the sample obtained is 95 respondents at the students of the Faculty of Islamic Religion, Ibn Khaldun University, Bogor. The results of this study indicate that the literacy variable zis has a negative and insignificant effect on the decision to distribute zakat and donations through Tokopedia. The trust variable has a positive and significant effect on the decision to distribute zakat and donations through Tokopedia. The Brand Awareness variable has a positive but not significant effect on the decision to distribute zakat and donations through Tokopedia. Variable literacy zis, trust, brand awareness simultaneously influence the decision to distribute zakat and donations by 66.4%. This study aims to analyze the psychological aspects (creative psychology capital and ethical sensitivity) to the performance. This research was conducted in several hospitals in Jayapura City. Data collection in this research is using questionnaire where respondent in this research is staff of finance or administration and program. The sampling technique used in this research is census sampling method. The number of research samples taken as many as 38 respondents. This research uses Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique. The result of this study shows that the developed hiptotesi significantly influence the performance. Abstract - The development of online trading is based on the ease for businesses to promote their goods and does not require more costs because there is no need for a physical store. The activity of buying and selling goods and / or services through internet media is known as electronic commerce (hereinafter referred to as e-commerce).This study aims to analyze and obtain empirical evidence about the influence of the variable tax socialization, understanding of taxation, awareness of taxpayers, and tax sanctions on the compliance of e-commerce actors in the city of Semarang on the BliBli.com online marketplace platform. The population of this research is e-commerce individual taxpayers in the city of Semarang on the Blibli.com online marketplace platform. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with voluntary sampling method. Samples obtained were 65 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tools. This study shows that tax socialization has a negative and not significant effect on the compliance of e-commerce actors in fulfilling tax obligations. Understanding taxation and awareness of taxpayers has a positive and significant effect and tax sanctions have a positive but not significant effect on the compliance of e-commerce actors in meeting tax obligations.Keywords: E-Commerce Taxpayer Compliance

This study aimed to determine the effect of productive waqf management on public welfare with economic empowerment as an intervening variable. The research method used quantitative research, and the data collection used a closed-ended questionnaire. The sampling was selected based on the purposive sampling technique by determining certain criteria and objectives. The data analysis technique used Partial Least Square (PLS) with the PLS 3 smart application. The results of this study concluded that productive waqf management had a positive and significant effect on public welfare with economic empowerment as an intervening variable. The better the management of productive waqf carried out by the waqf institution, the more indirectly it would improve the public welfare with good economic empowerment. The good of productive waqf management can be used as a benchmark for waqf institutions in managing waqf. This was because past experience and history have proven that well-managed waqf improved public welfare through economic empowerment carried out consistently. However, not only through the cultivation of worship and Islamic character but also supported by skills and training in business improvement, mentoring, and monitoring of business operations, as well as providing business and marketing capital.

This study aims to find out, test and analyze: (a) the effect of transparencyon muzaki beliefs; (b) the effect of transparency on muzaki loyalty; (c) theeffect of accountability on muzaki’s trust; (d) the effect of accountabilityon muzaki loyalty; (e) the effect of trust on muzaki loyalty in paying zakat,infaq, and almsgiving at the Amil Zakat Institution in Indonesia. This type ofresearch is explanatory research and using survey method. Data collectiontechnique used was questionnaire containing written questions answeredby respondents, namely muzaki (payer of zakat, infaq and sadaqah) at amilzakat institutions. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling,which set the samples based on criteria. The data analysis technique inthis study used the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. PLS is a modelof Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on components or variants.The results of the study found that (a) accountability has a significantpositive effect on muzaki’s trust; (b) transparency has a significant positiveeffect on muzaki’s trust; (c) accountability has a significant positive effecton muzaki loyalty; (d) transparency has a significant positive effect onmuzaki loyalty; (e) trust has a significant positive effect on muzaki loyaltyin paying zakat, infaq, and almsgiving at the Amil Zakat Institutionin Indonesia. The results of this study suggest that zakat managementorganizations increase the loyalty of donors in paying zakat by increasingdonor’s trust by improving transparency and accountability of auditedfinancial reports and in accordance with PSAK 109.

Innovation is needed for every business organization, especially in the turbulence environments, as it is believed as a driver of business performance. This research aims to investigate the antecedents of innovation in Small and Medium Entreprises (SMEs) in Malang City. One hundred and eighty-seven questionnaires were collected by using purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed by using partial least square. The hypothesis testing showed that all hypotheses are supported. Internal environment proven to be an antecedent of flexibility strategy and innovation. Furthermore, strategic flexibility is also proven as a driver of innovation. In addition, strategic flexibility also plays a mediating role in the relationship between internal environment and innovation. This research implies that in order to enhance SME’s innovativeness, the manager should ensure that the firm has a strong internal environment. A condusive internal environment will lead to the more flexible strategy and at the end it will enhance SME’S innovativeness. This research is projected to contribute to the body of knowledge, especially in the domain of strategic flexibility and innovation in SMEs in Indonesia. In addition, this research also gives guideline for SME manager about how to strengthen the innovation activities in their business organization

This research aims to analyses the relationship pattern between Islamic spiritual value, cognitive dissonance, perceived social status, and business longevity. The research object is in East Java Province and Special Region of Yogyakarta Province, Indonesia. The sampling technique is using purposive sampling with the respondents in those two areas. The data analysis technique is using Partial Least Square. The findings of this research are: first, Islamic Spiritual value can minimize the occurrence of employee supervisors’ Cognitive dissonance and can improve business longevity. Second, cognitive dissonance and can improve perceived social status. Third, Perceived Social Status can improve business longevity. This research provides theory contribution and development that includes Islamic spiritual value, cognitive dissonance, perceived social status, and business longevity. The company can create policy and practice related to Islamic spiritual value, cognitive dissonance, perceived social status, and business longevity so that it can compete in the long term. This research connects the aspect of business longevity with Islamic spiritual value, cognitive dissonance, and perceived social status which is still rare to find.

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the behavior of doctor’s tax compliance with the approach to compliance behavior models. This study was conducted in Indonesia. Data collection in this research is using questionnaire where respondent in this research is doctors who served in several regions in Indonesia. The sampling technique used in this study is convenience sampling methoded. The number of research samples taken as many as 109 respondents. This research uses Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the variables that have the greatest influence on the behavior of doktor compliance are intention, attitude, and taxpayer identity variables.
