Belief plays a significant role in human life. It forms the basis for various activities of human life. People living in a particular cultural environment are found to have shared beliefs with certain beliefs that are specific to a group alone. These specific beliefs are created because of Ethnicity, Environment, Occupation and Life style of the group. Konguvelalars have unique beliefs centered around nature because of their close relationship with nature, trees, plants, animals and birds, which are different from the beliefs held by the other people who are living in the same region. This assumption forms the basis of this research. It is essential to identify the reasons behind these unique beliefs because they can be lost over a period. Uthagarai in Krishnagiri district is chosen as the study area for this research to identify the reasons behind these unique beliefs.

The human microbiota plays a significant role in various mechanisms of the body. The formation of a healthy microbiota, especially in early childhood, has a significant effect on maintaining human health. Since the onset of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), the disease has caused many changes in human life. According to the available information, many of these factors affect the composition and diversity of the body’s microbiota, so this pandemic may alter and disrupt the microbiota and consequently increase the incidence of other diseases such as allergic and autoimmune disorders, especially in children and infants born in this era. In this review, the probable impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on body’s microbiota and its relationship with the emergence of future diseases is discussed.

Religions constitute an integral part of the human life. They are similar to divine laws as they govern and regulate people’s relations under divine supervision. Whatever were the religions, beliefs, conviction of each cult and faith, whoever also thinks being alone on a straight path, or even from the principle of humanity that urges a person to fear his brother; many people, specialized or not, seek to call for their religion (considering as salvation) in order to make known of it or to correct mistaken concepts about it, etc… Since translation is among the most important means that facilitate communication between people, whether translation of books, articles, films or programs; it plays a significant role in making known of different religions, thoughts and beliefs. There is no doubt that religious translation is somehow dangerous unless the translator gets rid of his religious background because of the delicateness of the field. Throughout this study, we aim to answer the following problematic: How can a translator transmit any religious background without infringing the belief of the other? We are going to speak about translation of Preaching of Islam text / speech between alter and ego, about its problems, and suggest solutions. Since this topic is delicate, we chose to study episodes a religious program on a YouTube channel of a famous Arab preacher (Daaiah) designated mainly to disbelievers and our translation into English as a model because the receiver himself is looking for consulting the religion of the other without any pressure or commitment.

This research aims to describe the role of Muhammadiyah in law enforcement and human rights in Kendari. The main problem that becomes the focus of this study is: what is the role and form of Muhammadiyah involvement in encouraging human rights law enforcement efforts for the 26th September 2019 case in Kendari, and what factors have pushed Muhammadiyah to be involved in this problem? The study of the problem is based on qualitative data obtained through in-depth interviews, observation and document study. The collected data were analyzed using a data analysis mechanism developed by Miles and Hubermen combined with Von Eckartsberg's hermeneutic phenomenological approach. This study concludes: (1). Muhammadiyah as a social element of Islam in Kendari plays a significant role in encouraging the law enforcement process for humanitarian cases that cause the loss of human life. The indicator of this significant role is the success of the Muhammadiyah Advocate Team in bringing and forwarding the related cases to the general court until the Panel of Judges sentenced the defendant to 4 (years) in prison. Second: the form of Muhammadiyah's involvement in cases of law and human rights violations in Kendari is to provide assistance to victims and witnesses and to oversee the law enforcement process down to the court level. Third: the serious efforts shown by Muhammadiyah elements in guarding the process and law enforcement on the 26 September 2019 case cannot be separated from the basic ideology of the Muhammadiyah movement, namely the preaching of amar maruf nahi munkar.

Fusarium causing disease in maize is probably the one of the most serious diseases among the crop plants all over the world. It not only damages the maize plant, reduces its potential yield and its nutritional values but imposes threatening to the human life through the induction of mycotoxin development. F. graminearum and F. moniliforme syn. Fusarium verticillioides are two important maize pathogens that cause substantial damage to its ear, stalk and foliage, causing contamination of grains with mycotoxins. Since conventional methods of controlling the diseases including the chemical methods proved not enough for total control of the disease with creating situation even worse for our surroundings, the application of PGPR and PGPF can play significant role to control the damage caused by Fusarium.

The Appendix to Kant’s Toward Perpetual Peace is commonly viewed as an explication of the systematic relations between political practice and normative political theory. This paper provides an alternative interpretation of Kant’s main aim in the Appendix which is to provide an argument against the so-called “practical man.” The practical man believes that human nature precludes normative political ideals from ever playing a significant role within political practice. Drawing on the 1793 text “On the common saying: That may be correct in theory, but is of no use in practice,” the paper argues that Kant’s argument against the practical man is based on a proto-phenomenological analysis of moral experience. The practical man’s attempt to describe political practice in purely non-normative terms is, Kant believes, necessarily self-undermining because it denies one of the most basic aspects of human life; the inherent and inescapable normativity of practical reason.

This article is about the manmade, household items habitat of Tuvinians, whose culture was formed in the course of nomadic way of life since ancient times. They raised the question of the existing distinctive ethnocultural complex, in the structure of which applied crafts played a significant role. At the same time, the archaeological, ethnographic format of the research was mainly focused on the description of material objects, artifacts, their functional purpose, the procurement of certain materials, their processing, decoration techniques, tools used, etc. In this article, the author pays more attention to the socalled hidden layers in the manufacture of household items. It means that each subject included a complex content, which, along with its functional purpose, included worldview, social, aesthetic, moral, environmental and other components. Attention to spiritual, value meanings is explained by the position of the author, which consists in the fact that the objective world grows out of the sphere of consciousness of the people, and the creation of reality takes place in the depths of human life. Without this, the modern generation cannot fully read the cultural code of their ancestors, understand the importance of traditional heritage, its role in preserving the identity of the people.
