Technologies based on artificial intelligence (AI) have achieved significant results, including facial recognition, medical diagnostics, self-driving cars, insurance management and exchange assets, property, human resources, search and recruitment. Artificial intelligence promises huge benefits for economic growth, social development, and improving the well-being and people security. Of course, artificial intelligence and robotics are among the most discussed issues and technological trends around the world today. In the light of their widespread use and implementation in all spheres of human life, often the expected opportunities, achievements and scientific breakthroughs overshadow the reasonableness and expediency of using artificial intelligence technologies in a particular field from a legal and ethical point of view. Companies, in the pursuit of profit and leading positions in the market, are often irresponsible about the legal and ethical issues of interaction with artificial intelligence technologies. Nevertheless, the ethical aspects of the use of artificial intelligence technologies are gaining high importance these days. The emergence of high-tech systems and software that can function more and more independently of humans and can replace the performance of tasks by humans requires special attention. These systems raise a number of important and tough moral questions. The article discusses the main directions of the artificial intelligence technologies spread and the ethical consequences and moral issues that arise in this regard, both at the state and organizational levels. The main trends characteristic of the labor market that arise in the process of workplaces robotization and the intelligent robots introduction into the production process are studied. The authors convincingly prove the priority of ethics and human safety issues in the design and implementation of AI systems. During the discussion of the ethical problems of the artificial intelligence introduction in organizations, the emphasis is placed on the use of these technologies not from the point of view of automation and improving the efficiency of performing direct management functions, but from the point of view of the organization of personnel work. Based on this, the article concludes with recommendations for the development of ethical principles adapted to the design and use of AI systems.

The scientific problem of economics “Managing the quality of human life” is formulated on the basis of artificial intelligence, algebra of logic and logical-probabilistic calculus. Managing the quality of human life is represented by managing the processes of his treatment, training and decision making. Events in these processes and the corresponding logical variables relate to the behavior of a person, other persons and infrastructure. The processes of the quality of human life are modeled, analyzed and managed with the participation of the person himself. Scenarios and structural, logical and probabilistic models of managing the quality of human life are given. Special software for quality management is described. The relationship of human quality of life and the digital economy is examined. We consider the role of public opinion in the management of the “bottom” based on the synthesis of many studies on the management of the economics and the state. The bottom management is also feedback from the top management.

Life is very precious for everyone. Life needs proper care and nurture. Human life depends on society. Only in a good society we can find a good life.  Life is simple, very little is needed to make it happy. But social evils insist on making it complicated. Social evils in society have become a serious concern in the present day world. It is gradually affecting roots of our culture and its blocking its rapid growth on the global chart. The aim of writing this research paper is to highlight Social Evils in rural and urban societies. This research paper will explore the meaning, reason, effect of social evils in the light of the analysis of two novels of Kamala Markandaya, an Indian English writer. The research paper entitled ‘The portrayal of Social Evils in Kamala Markandaya’s Nectar in a Sieve and A Handful of Rice.’ In this paper, the effort is made to study Kamala Markandaya’s Social Evils in Nectar in a Sieve and A Handful of Rice. We will find poverty, hunger, starvation, beggary, prostitution, crime, unemployment and many more social evils in both novels. Kamala Markandaya’s A Handful of Rice and Nectar in a Sieve nothing but an account of the suffering of the rural and urban people, and how the cruelty of social evil resulting in suffering, death and misfortune is more explicit in both novels. Poverty is the everyday reality of the characters in the both novels.  Poverty is not an abstract concept that one can really think about, it’s like wolf at the door that must constantly be staved off. Both novels are a jolt to awaken the society against social evils.

Applications in artificial intelligence such as self-driving cars may profoundly transform our society, yet emerging technologies are frequently faced with suspicion or even hostility. Meanwhile, public opinions about scientific issues are increasingly polarized along the ideological line. By analyzing a nationally representative panel in the United States, we reveal an emerging ideological divide in public reactions to self-driving cars. Compared with liberals and Democrats, conservatives and Republicans express more concern about autonomous vehicles and more support for restrictively regulating autonomous vehicles. This ideological gap is largely driven by social conservatism. Moreover, both familiarity with driverless vehicles and scientific literacy reduce respondents’ concerns over driverless vehicles and support for regulation policies. Still, the effects of familiarity and scientific literacy are weaker among social conservatives, indicating that people may assimilate new information in a biased manner that promotes their worldviews.

The article describes the current task of developing and improving existing technologies for machine maintenance throughout the entire life cycle. The use of modern achievements in the field of computer technology, digitization of information, as well as the development of artificial intelligence technologies, will allow you to get new scientific and engineering results aimed at managing the technical condition of machines in operation.

The development of science and technology is always ahead and has no point and seems limitless. Although human beings are the agents who started this development but eventually faced with a bitter situation which can sacrifice human moral, right and interest of our future. Shariah criminal offenses nowadays can not only occur or be witnessed by a person in a meeting physically with the perpetrator. As a result of technological developments, such behavior can occur and can be witnessed in general by larger groups. Although the illegal treatment which is not in accordance with sharia law and the moral crisis issues happening surrounding us and is rampant on social media, no enforcement is done on perpetrators who use social media medium. According to sharia principles, something that is wrong should be prevented and it is the responsibility of all Muslim individuals. But what is happening today, some Shariah criminal behavior, especially in relation to ethics, can occur easily using facilities technology driven by technological ingenuity. If the application of existing legal provisions is limited and has obstacles for enforcement purposes, then the problem needs to be overcome due to development the law should be in line with current developments. The study aims to identify a segment and cases of the moral crisis on social media and online using the artificial intelligence (AI) application and to identify the needs for shariah prevention. This thesis uses qualitative approaches, adopts library-based research, and, by content analysis of documents, applies the literature review approach. The findings show that the use of social media and AI technology has had an impact on various issues such as moral crisis, security, misuse, an intrusion of personal data, and the construction of AI beyond human control. Thus, the involvement and cooperation of various parties are needed in regulating and addressing issues that arise as a result of the use of social media and AI technology in human life.

The main objective of the research is identifying the effectiveness of artificial intelligence in the business sphere of Kazakhstan. The urgency of this problem is due to the fact that the Kazakhstani market for artificial intelligence is at the initial stage of development. The main obstacle to the introduction of artificial intelligence is the unpreparedness of managers of small and medium-sized businesses for the application of artificial intelligence technologies and, of course, the high cost of their implementation. In the study, we proceeded from the key thesis that business in Kazakhstan is striving for digital transformation. We set a goal to determine the attitude and degree of readiness of Kazakhstani business to the implementation and practical application of artificial intelligence, to describe the cases of using artificial intelligence by Kazakhstani business, to identify the main questions that arise in business at this stage, to study the legal aspects of using artificial intelligence in business and to present the big picture compliance / inconsistency of the existing legal framework with the goals and objectives of the development of artificial intelligence, provide recommendations for eliminatinge xisting barriers and stimulating businesses to implement the technology. Within the framework of this study, the concept of artificial intelligence is defined in its broadest sense - as a set of technologies for processing various types of data and information, in particular those capable of interpreting such data, extracting knowledge and using it to achieve certain goals.

This paper presents an effective solution to detecting traffic signs on road by first classifying the traffic sign images us-ing Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) on the German Traffic Sign Recognition Benchmark (GTSRB)[1] and then detecting the images of Indian Traffic Signs using the Indian Dataset which will be used as testing dataset while building classification model. Therefore this system helps electric cars or self driving cars to recognise the traffic signs efficiently and correctly. The system involves two parts, detection of traffic signs from the environment and classification based on CNN thereby recognising the traffic sign. The classification involves building a CNN model of different filters of dimensions 3 × 3, 5 × 5, 9 × 9, 13 × 13, 15 × 15,19 × 19, 23 × 23, 25 × 25 and 31 ×31 from which the most efficient filter is chosen for further classifying the image detected. The detection involves detecting the traffic sign using YOLO v3-v4 and BLOB detection. Transfer Learning is used for using the trained model for detecting Indian traffic sign images.

With the development of urbanization and the continuous development, construction and renewal of the city, the living environment of human beings has also undergone tremendous changes, such as residential community environment and service facilities, urban roads and street spaces, and urban public service formats. And the layout of the facilities, etc., and these are the real needs of people in urban life, but the characteristics of these needs or their problems will inevitably have a certain impact on the user's psychological feelings, thus affecting people's use needs. Then, studying the ways in which urban residents perceive changes in the living environment and how they perceive changes in psychology and emotions will have practical significance and can effectively assist urban management and builders to optimize the living environment of residents. This is also the long-term. One of the topics of greatest interest to urban researchers since then. In the theory of demand hierarchy proposed by American psychologist Abraham Maslow, safety is the basic requirement second only to physiological needs. So safety, especially psychological security, has become one of the basic needs of people in the urban environment. People's perception of the psychological security of the urban environment is also one of the most important indicators in urban environmental assessment. In the past, due to the influence of technical means, the study of urban environmental psychological security often relied on the limited investigation of a small number of respondents. Low-density data is difficult to measure the perceptual results of universality. With the leaping development of the mobile Internet, Internet image data has grown geometrically over time. And with the development of artificial intelligence technology in recent years, image recognition and perception analysis based on machine learning has become possible. The maturity of these technical conditions provides a basis for the study of the urban renewal index evaluation system based on psychological security. In addition to the existing urban visual street furniture data obtained through urban big data collection combined with artificial intelligence image analysis, this paper also proposes a large number of urban living environment psychological assessment data collection strategies. These data are derived from crowdsourcing, and the collection method is limited by the development of cost and technology. At present, the psychological security preference of a large number of users on urban street images is collected by forced selection method, and then obtained by statistical data fitting to obtain urban environmental psychology. Security sense training set. In the future, when the conditions are mature, the brainwave feedback data in the virtual reality scene can be used to carry out the machine learning of psychological security, so as to improve the accuracy of the psychological security data.
