It has been established that in propolis, which is a biologically active product of beekeeping contains several dozen compounds, trace elements and vitamins. It contains most of the compounds of flavonoid and terpenoid nature, phytoncides, unsaturated aromatic acids, trace elements: copper, cobalt, potassium, sodium, manganese, zinc, calcium, barium, titanium, nickel, chromium, vanadium, tin, vitamins (A, B, C, E, PP), glucose, fructose, cinnamon alcohol. This composition provides a favorable complex effect of propolis on the body: bactericidal and virusocidal (kills bacteria and viruses), bacteriostatic (slows their growth), regenerative (restoring tissues, heals wounds) and fungicidal (kills fungi). The main therapeutic effect in this biologically active beekeeping product is provided by ferulic, caffeic and benzoic acids, galantine, chrysin, isalpine, pinocebrin. They are combined with trace elements and vitamins, as well as probiotics and prebiotics, which provide the greatest therapeutic effect. This circumstance is important for fungal diseases of poultry and especially for candidiasis. Geese candidiasis has been causing great economic damage to poultry farming all over the world in recent decades. The search for effective prevention measures and therapies remains an unsolved problem to date. The data on the development of reactions basophils, pseudoeosinophils, eosinophils, lymphocytes, monocytes on the background of candidiasis and their enzyme adaptogens: probiotic and propolis for traditional microbiotheria is not effective and does not contribute to the restoration of cytological reactions and meat production of poultry have been presented in the article. At the same time as shown by our studies in farms affected by candidiasis geese timely application of enzyme therapy on a background of immune propolis and propitiatory not only contributes to the full restoration of all biological indicators, but more intense live weight gain of poultry and improve the livability of their livestock. This underlines the importance of taking measures to prevent candidiasis in goose farms, together with good conditions for feeding and housing poultry.

usage of feed additive with 35 mg/head per day folic acid and trace elements complex in a dose of 10-50 mg/100 kg of live weight, Hexavit multivitamin 196 mg/head per day and similar trace elements, as well as all studied supplements in the diets of three groups of enceinte sows showed that dietary supplements activate anabolic processes in the body aimed at fetuses development and the deposition of reserve nutrients in the mother’s body. As a result, sows receiving the studied supplements gave more piglets by 18.6%, more good piglets to weaning - by 4.3%, in the cost structure the total costs decreased by 9.7 -18.5%. The complex use of all biologically active additives was not effective during the entire physiological period of pregnancy. With this, the following application scheme proved to be the most acceptable for metabolic processes’ stimulation in body: joint in the first 84 days of pregnancy and in the last 30 days - only folic acid with trace elements.

Infectious bronchitis of chickens (IBC) is a highly contagious disease characterized by damage to the respiratory tract. Adult chickens exhibit respiratory symptoms, a 10-50% decrease in egg production, discoloration of the eggshell, deformation of the shell, and a deterioration in the marketability and breeding quality of eggs. The circulation of variant strains in poultry farms of the Russian Federation causes a significant decrease in egg production and the quality of the eggs obtained, causing significant economic damage to industrial poultry farming. The study aimed to presents materials and methods for the industrial and efficient use of live-vaccines against infectious bronchitis of hens from a variant strain. After the use of a live vaccine against infectious bronchitis of chickens from a variant strain, the development, live weight of chickens, and feed conversion during the rearing period were within the standard parameters. in present study, the safety for the growing period with a planned 97.6% was 98.8-98.9%. The uniformity of the herds when transferred to hen - hen was 94-95%. When carrying out immunoprophylaxis of IBS, local immunity is important, which can be ensured using a live spray vaccine - a method starting from the day old. When establishing circulation in the economy of variant strains of IBC virus, it is necessary to introduce vaccination against the variant strain into the scheme of treatment and preventive measures. The research results allow us to conclude that, for the effective prevention of chicken infectious bronchitis, immunization against IBS from variant strains should be introduced into the vaccine prevention scheme.

In order to increase the meat productivity of broiler chickens, increase production volumes and reduce the prime-cost of poultry products, it is necessary not only to ensure balanced feeding and compliance with production technology but also to include in the poultry diet non-traditional additives, biologically active substances that contribute to the normalization of metabolic processes and improve the digestibility of feed nutrients. One of these dietary additives is Betulin extracted from birch bark, which has antioxidant and immunomodulatory properties. In this regard, the purpose of the research was to study the influence of compound feed with the introduction of 2 % feed additive based on a synthetic microspherical nanoporous carbon carrier containing biologically active Betulin in its composition on the productivity of broilers. The results of studies on broiler chickens using compound feed with 2 % feed additive have been presented in the article. It has been found that the feed consumption per 1 kg of live weight gain in poultry of the experimental group have been lower by 9,5 % due to better absorption of nutrients, the live weight of broiler chickens of the experimental group at the age of 42 days was 2625,6 g and it was higher than the control group by 3,68 %. The digestibility of crude protein and fat reached 92,73 and 88,03 %, which exceeded the control group by 1,03 and 3,03 abs.%, respectively. It has been found that the use of compound feed with 2 % of the feed additive with the biologically active substance is of practical importance in connection with the increase in the productivity of broilers and the level of profitability of meat production by 8,2 abs.%.

Analysis of literature data and the results of our own research show that even with intensive rearing of animals with the use of balanced feeding and keeping them in accordance with the technology - it is almost impossible to avoid stress. And especially, excessive man-made load on agroecosystems also has a negative impact on animal life. Factors that cause a decrease in immune status and the emergence of immune pathology in animals include: industrial technology of animal husbandry, chemicalization in crop and livestock production, man-made pressure, dietary imbalance in nutrients and biologically active substances. This increases the impact on the body of heavy metals, which displace nutrients from body tissues, in particular trace elements and replace them in metabolic processes, which is a potential prerequisite for the development of oxidative stress. The mechanism of development of stress reaction of an organism is closely connected with activity of POL (lipid peroxidation) and depression of antioxidant potential. Under these conditions, the ability of the organism to mobilize protective and adaptive capabilities in response to the action of negative factors becomes especially important. Keeping productive animals in adverse conditions, unbalanced feeding are components of immobilization stress, which reduces their productivity, affects reproductive function, metabolic and functional disorders, reducing nonspecific and specific resistance of the organism (Fedoruk & Kravtsiv, 2003; Velychko, 2008; Velychko, 2011). Under conditions of man-caused load on the environment, respectively, and animals – it is promising to develop effective methods for regulating the activity of the enzymatic system of antioxidant protection with the help of biologically active substances, in particular trace elements. The results of research confirm that this has a positive effect on the formation of productive and adaptive properties of animals. The system of antioxidant protection is a necessary part of non-specific reactions of the organism, a component of the processes of its adaptation to environmental conditions, a component of normal life, a factor in maintaining homeostasis. Widespread immunodeficiency and elucidation of the main links of their pathogenesis have exacerbated the problem of regulating disorders of the immune system. Therefore, knowledge of the patterns of formation of the immune status of animals, especially in the early postnatal period, is important in the development of methods for the correction of immunodeficiency, antioxidant protection.

Chlorella is one of the most promising species of algae, which is widely cultivated for the industrial production of nutraceuticals in the form of tablets or powder. The value of Chlorella is primarily due to the high content of proteins and lipids (51–58 % and 20–23 % of dry weight respectively), carotenoids and an almost complete set of vitamins. At the same time, in the process of cultivation, a method was developed to enrich algobiomass and its individual components (primarily the lipid fraction) with selenium, zinc, chromium, as important regulatory trace elements. From chlorella, we obtained seleniumlipid, selenium-zinclipid and selenium-chromiumlipid complexes, and their constancy and structure were grounded by chromatographic and mass spectrometric analysis. After feeding healthy rats with a starch solution of selenium-zinclipid complex (1 ml of which contained 0.4 μg of selenium, 2.5 μg of zinc and 0.5 mg of lipids) and selenium-chromiumlipid complex (1 ml contained 1.85 μg of selenium, 1.1 μg of chromium, 0,45 mg of lipids), no signs of intoxication were found (total medium molecular peptides content was reduced to 1.5 times, the content of TBA-active products and diene conjugates were also decreased), antioxidant processes (increase of glutathione content and activity of glutathione peroxidase while reducing the functional role of catalase) were activated (by increasing of succinate dehydrogenase and cytochrome oxidase activity, glutamate dehydrogenase - the way of glutamate formation), which contributed to the successful functioning of the antioxidant system and maintenance of energy and metabolic homeostasis in the body. The obtained results enable the use of biologically active additives from chlorella, enriched with trace elements Se (IV), Zn (II) and Cr (III), as promising therapeutic and prophylactic substances, which will contribute to the successful functioning of the antioxidant system, maintain energy metabolism and metabolism correction of pathological processes, which is the basis for further studies of the biological activity of the complexes under study.

One of the most effective ways of removing HM salts that have entered the digestive tract of fattened animals is the technological method of including adsorbent preparations in their diets, which, binding various toxins, excrete them from the body. The study purpose is to develop a method to increase the meat productivity and quality of meat of young cattle for fattening in a technogenic zone by inclusion of ToxySorb adsorbent in their diets with a high content of heavy metal salts in the amount of 1.25 kg/t of compound feed and lecithin in the amount of 10 g/100 kg of live weight. According to study results, it was shown that when these drugs were fed together in the indicated quantities, it contributed to better detoxification of xenobiotics. The calf bulls of experimental group 3 had the best slaughter indicators, as well as the best consumer, sanitary and hygienic properties of meat products.

Background:: Gender dysphoria is a clinical condition in which a state of inner suffering, stress and anxiety is detected when biological sex and a person's gender identity do not coincide. People who identify themselves as transgender people are more vulnerable and may have higher rates of dissatisfaction with their bodies which are often associated with a disorderly diet in an attempt to change the bodily characteristics of the genus of birth and, conversely, to accentuate the characteristics of the desired sexual identity. Aim:: The purpose of this work is to examine the association between dissatisfaction with one's own body and eating and weight disorders in people with gender dysphoria. Results:: Gender dysphoria and eating disorders are characterized by a serious discomfort to the body and the body suffers in both conditions. The results of our study suggest that rates of pathological eating behaviors and symptoms related to a disordered diet are high in patients with gender dysphoria and that standard screening for these symptoms must be considered in both populations at the time of evaluation and during the course of the treatment. Conclusions:: In light of this evidence, clinicians should always investigate issues related to sexuality and gender identity in patients with eating disorders, to develop more effective prevention measures and better strategies for therapeutic intervention..

Nowadays, organic forms of trace elements, which have a high bioavailability, and, as a consequence, have a beneficial effect on the body of animals and birds, are increasingly used in feeding. In this area, quite a lot of research has been carried out on the use of chelates in poultry feeding, but mainly for broiler chickens and laying hens. Therefore, the purpose of our study was the use of organic forms of trace elements such as iron, manganese, copper, zinc, and selenium in the diets of rearing stock of the parent flock of the ROSS cross. The experiment was carried out in the production conditions of the Novosafonovskaya poultry farm of Kuzbasskiy Broiler LLC and at the Small animal science department of the Altai State Agrarian University in 2020. The results of the experiment indicate that replacing 50% of the need for inorganic forms of iron, manganese, copper, zinc and selenium with organic analogs contributed to an increase in live weight, absolute and average daily gains of rearing stock. There was an increase in the uniformity of the flock in terms of live weight, both males and females. The crop percent of poultry in the experimental group was 3.2-4.6% higher due to a decrease not only in mortality, but also in culled chickens.

The questions are considered about the effect of feeding of trace elements of different types and concentrations in premixes on the average daily balance of copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), manganese (Mn) in the organism of cows of Ukrainian black mottled dairy breed of the two months after calving. For the experiment, 40 cows were selected and formed four groups: one control and three experimental. The cows in the control group fed a premix of sulfate salts of copper, zinc and manganese in doses that are 100% covered their lack in a forage. Experimental animals from I, II and III groups were fed premixes with chelate complexes of Cu, Zn and Mn, which offset the deficiency of trace elements in the feed ration for 100, 50 and 25% (calculated on pure element), respectively. The diet was counted on a cow with an average live weight of 550 kg, with a daily milk yield of 20 kg 4% fat and balanced on the basis of the main nutrients in accordance with the norms. Іn the feeds, excrements, urine and milk of cows, the content of trace elements copper, zinc and manganese was determined by the standardized atomic absorption method on the spectrophotometer AAS-30 («SaglZeiss», Germany). Found a higher percentage of trace elements deposition in the body cows of feeding of chelates of copper, zinc, and manganese in the concentrations that cover their deficit in the diet in the 100% and 50% in the experimental I and II groups: Cu – 7.3% (P < 0.05) and 1.4%, Zn by 12.2% and 15.0% (P < 0.001), Mn by 13.2% (P < 0.01) and 9.0% (P < 0.05), respectively, in comparison with their sulfate salts in a 100 % dose. Based on the results of the balance study, the use in the feeding of cows during lactation of chelates of trace elements in concentrations intermediate to different experimental groups was proposed, namely – below normal their input in the form of sulfate salts on 25% for copper, 50% – zinc, and 65% – for manganese (calculated on pure element).

The main task in meat poultry production is to obtain products in a short period of fattening with the minimum feed costs. In economic terms, fodders occupy the largest share in the cost structure of poultry meat. The feed in its composition and properties should satisfy the physiological needs of the chicken, as much as possible, and this, in turn, directly depends on its usefulness and quality. In this regard, the actual issue of feeding is the use of antioxidants to improve the conservation of feed and optimize metabolism in the body of the bird. The inclusion of “Bisfenol-5” antioxidant in full-feed mixed doses in doses of 0.002-0.015% of the feed weight positively affected the growth rate of broiler chickens and feed conversion. The highest effect was obtained with the addition of “Bisfenol-5” in the amount of 0.008% to the compound feed. The use of antioxidant-enriched mixed fodder for growing chicken broilers allowed to increase meat production to 17.5%, to increase feed conversion to 12.1%, to reduce the cost of 1 kg of live weight gain to 6.99 rubles and to improve the efficiency index to 0.2 points.
