The article «Theoretical analysis of the problem of professional adaptation of secondary school teachers» is devoted to the theoretical substantiation of the adaptation of young teachers to the professional activity of secondary schools. The presented research uses a set of interrelated methods: theoretical (analysis of pedagogical, psychological literature and teaching materials to determine the real state of training of future secondary education teachers), empirical (questionnaires, surveys and interviews). allows to calculate and assess the level of socio-psychological adaptation of future teachers ZZSO.In the process, a set of research methods was used: theoretical: analysis of philosophical, managerial, psychological and pedagogical domestic and foreign pedagogical literature on the research topic to clarify the state of the problem; systematization, comparison, generalization and modeling of scientific and theoretical material for studying the essence and content of professional adaptation of teachers. The methodological and theoretical basis of the study are the leading provisions of pedagogy, psychology, philosophical concepts devoted to the study of socio-professional adaptation of young teachers); conceptual ideas for self-realization of the individual; provisions on activity - personal orientation of the pedagogical process; creating a comfortable environment; theoretical and practical developments on aspects of adaptation of young professionals. The method of analysis allowed to generalize the essence of the basic concepts: "adaptation", "professional adaptation", "maladaptation". Based on the analysis and synthesis of scientific and pedagogical literature, professional adaptation is mostly understood by managers as a one-sided process of mastering the existing requirements for professional activity (with adaptation to specific requirements of a particular school) and is not considered as a process of active introduction of new ideas. activities. As a result of such an approach, sufficient conditions are not created for a high level of activity, creativity of teachers, their self-expression in professional activities. Analyzing the content of primary adaptation as a whole, school principals do not clearly understand and comprehend the content of secondary adaptation of teachers (related to changes in the type of educational institution, changes in student assessment, introduction of new information and computer technologies, rather dynamic changes in mental development of children, crisis stages in the professional development and professional career of teachers themselves, as well as transformational processes in society).

The article proves that knowledge of psychological and pedagogical bases of a professional career phenomenon allows to take into account the ascending and descending phases of development, critical periods of life, as well as to predict the influence of socio-economic and personal factors on the teacher's personality development. The purpose of the article is to conduct a psychological and pedagogical analysis of the phenomenon of a professional teacher's career in Ukraine. Consequently the study theoretically grounds the necessity to take into account the modern teacher work peculiarities, due to the specificity of the environment, the presence of constant contacts with people with different temperaments, the need to withstand emotional stability. Moreover the article also confirms that there are a number of issues regarding both the professional development of the teacher's personality and his / her career management. The author of the article notes that this state of affairs is caused by the lack of purposeful influence on the process of the teachers' professional career formation and development, which in turn leads to a decrease in the efficiency of using the educational institution resources. It is important to take into account the main tasks that a teacher performs within the educational process, namely to provide a clear structure of the educational process; to teach students with enthusiasm and passion; to have a positive mood; to use humour during the classes; to increase the interest of students in the lessons; interest in the life of students outside the educational establishment; treat students with respect. As a result the research proves the necessity to take into account psychological and pedagogical components while building a teacher's professional career, they are the level of motivation of professional activity; the ability to empathize; the level of aggression; the level of neuro-psychic stability; the level of emotional burnout; a professional and general erudition; a culture of behaviour; a range of interests; a style of communication; an observance of rights and responsibilities, etc.

The article reveals the current and pending issue of a young teacher professional formation. The thorough analysis of scientific literature source enabled the possibility to specify the term «young teacher» as there is no single and unified approach among the researchers towards its definition. Having summarized different scientific viewpoints it has been suggested to distinguish such fundamental criteria for the term defined as professional training and professional activity. The very first steps of the young teacher who only starts his/her professional activity will provide for his/her professional skills formation and development in future.  It has been proved that the scientific results achieved and formulated by the prominent pedagogue V. Sukhomlynskyi have a lot of things in common with the pedagogical experience of today and have not lost their importance and significance for modern teaching/learning process. The experience of teachers’ professional skills and mastery formation and development generated in Pavlyska secondary school is widely implemented into practice of methodological activity in many secondary educational establishments nowadays. Except the traditional and efficient methodological activities and types of events used in Pavlyska secondary school, there were teachers’ councils, methodological unions, psychological and pedagogical seminars, young teachers schools, lesson and pedagogical events attendance and analysis. It has been stated in the article that according to the results of the written and oral opinion polls we had conducted the conclusion may be made that the great part of young teachers does not feel confident as for their mastery of modern educational and innovative didactic techniques and methods. Though, on the other hand, they showed the quite advanced level of technical means mastery and skills that are applied in the system of blended learning. The research revealed that the more active is the support of school management and more experienced teachers more successful is the way of young teachers’ professional development. The following conditions have also been defined as quite useful: young specialists-friendly atmosphere, appropriate methodological work organization. Such conditions are believed to be helpful for teachers who only start their professional career and motivate them to improve their skills and abilities, to promote their creative potential.

Aim. The purpose of the study is to establish theoretical prerequisites, identify, describe and interpret the basic psychological patterns of the dynamics of figurative creativity of future teachers of the humanities both during his/ her training in the educational environment of modern pedagogical universities and at certain stages of the didactic process. Material and methods. As the methods and tools of empirical research, the author uses the procedure of analysis of the degree of statistical validity of the differences of average values of the selected empirical indicators (t-Student's criterion), the test of figurative creativity by E.P. Torrens (modified by O.E.Tunik), a survey method, an interview method, and an expert evaluation method. The respondents were first, third, and fifth-year students specialized in «Ukrainian language and literature», «English (German) language and literature», «Ukrainian country studying» with a total of 156 people aged 18 to 30 years. The empirical basis of the study was the Faculty of Philology of the State Higher Educational Institution «Donbas State Pedagogical University». Results. It is obvious that throughout the process of growing up and gaining experience in educational and professional activities, the main specific characteristics of the creative figurative act for the representatives of the natural profile of professional training are the speed of emergence and development of creative ideas, the degree of deviation from existing prototypes, the desire to avoid a possible return to them or their modification and efforts to complete and properly design their creative product. At the same time, at the background of the previously mentioned characteristics, the dynamics of the indicator of the abstractness of the name of figurative creativity gradually recedes into the background. It means that in the process of micro-age formation of figurative creativity of the humanitarian profile subject of educational and professional activity the subject’s deep essence, not its nominal side, the outer cover, which consists in the peculiarities of verbalization of this creative process, the peculiarities of self-presentation and the presentation of the final creative product are formed. Conclusions. If we summarize the dynamics of figurative creativity of a humanitarian profile student in general, then we can depict: 1) impressive are the positive changes in this area at the end of the study, on the verge of study and professional activity, which in fact can cause such a rapid and bright dynamics; 2) particular interest is in the dynamics of creativity of humanitarian profile students at the level of such nuclear characteristics of figurative creativity as the dynamics of the creative idea, the degree of its difference from stereotypes and resistance to their emergence and motivated ability to finalize the creative product. In the future, we see promising research on the dynamics of figurative creativity of students of natural, cultural, and artistic profile and a comparative study of the dynamics of figurative creativity on the indicator of the profile of professional training in higher pedagogical education.
