This research focuses on the Implementation of Administrative Decentralization Policy in the Pante Makassar Sub-District, Oe-Cusse Ambeno Special Administrative Region. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the administrative decentralization policy in the Pante-Makassar sub-district, the Special Administrative Region of Oe-Cusse Ambeno, Timor Leste and the factors that influence the implementation of the administrative decentralization policy. The approach used by the researcher is to use a qualitative approach or method with the research location in the Pante Makassar Sub-District Government, Oe-Cusse Ambeno Special Administrative Region. Primary data is obtained by conducting direct research on the object of research using observation, interview or interview data collection techniques. Secondary data is obtained through literature study to collect data through books, regulations, and documents that are relevant to the research. The respondents of this study were the entire community of the Pante Makassar District as the target of the implementation of Administrative decentralization. Accidental sampling technique. The results showed that the implementation of the Administrative Decentralization Policy showed that the people of the Pante Makassar Sub-district participated in decision making. The community also participates in the implementation of the decentralization policy, the people of the Sub-district of Pante Makassar also take advantage of the results of the implementation of the decentralization policy, but in evaluating the policy, the community does not participate in evaluating the policies that have been implemented.

Chaiman of the PHRI (Indonesia Hotel and Restaurant Association)said that the Bali Arts festival is not a appropriate to serve as a tourist attraction. Based on this research aims to know the perception of tourist on the implementation of the Bali Arts Festival as a tourist attraction. The method in this study using a type of qualitative and quantitative data sources, the primary data, secondary data. The data collection is done by means of literature study, interviews, questionnaries, observations. Sampling technique in this study using a quota sampling, determine the sample using the formula Slovinwith the number of domestic tourists 50 people. Analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative data analysis. The results showed that the Bali Arts Festival can be used as a tourist attraction, because the event can attract tourists to visit.Based on the questionnaire that has been distributed, the Bali Arts festival can be used as a tourist attraction for many tourists can find products by the people of Bali, both for the preservation of Balinese culture, and increase the economic income of local communities   Keywords: Perception, Travelers Domestic, Bali Arts Festival, Tourist Attractions

This research was made to build a design of destination branding for Tourist Village Kerta in Payangan Districts, Gianyar Regency. The Method that being used is qualitative description. The informant determination technique that being used are purposive sampling technique. The data sources that being used are secondary data sources and primary data sources. The Primary data on this report is a data that comes from the observation, focus group discussion (FGD) and interview. While the secondary data on this report comes from the documentation and literature study to completed the primary data. The result from this research showing us that a brand from Tourist Village Kerta is a Climatic Village. Climatic Village was choosen as Tourist Village Kerta brand because Kerta Village has won many awards as Climatic Village. The logo design of Kerta Village as Climatic Village is described with four components such as a bamboo, a cow or a cattle, human and a temple. The bamboo, cattle and human was connected to the Tri Hita Karana concept, while the temple showing us the connection between human and the God. This study aims to determine the impact of the existence of palm oil plantations on the socio-economic conditions of the people in Kamipang District, Katingan District. The type of data used in this study is secondary data obtained from BPS, Sub-District Offices, village/district, and the private sector and primary data obtained directly from different respondents in Kamipang Subdistrict to determine the number of samples used by purposive sampling technique or sampling. intentionally that is equal to 20% of the total population or as many as 30 respondents. The results of the study show that the management of oil palm plantations has an impact on social conditions that are very influential, namely after the existence of the oil palm plantation company PT Arjuna Utama Sawit. The impact is such as access to education in Kamipang Subdistrict, new economic activities such as lodging, restaurants, crossing services, and salons. After the existence of a coconut plantation company, PT. Arjuna Utama Sawit, those who were previously less prosperous are now more prosperous. They arrived at zero economic conditions, the impact of the existence of a sick coconut plantation company, PT. Arjuna Utama Sawit for economic conditions greatly affects that is after the existence of oil palm plantation companies PT. Arjuna Utama Sawit compared to the existence of a plantation company PT. Arjuna Utama Sawit.

This study aims to determine the effect of customer satisfaction on buyer loyalty at Green Mart in Namrolesupermarkets. This research is quantitative. This research took place in the city of Namrole with the object of research at the Green Mart Supermarket. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques in this research were survey and literature study. Sampling was done by non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis in this study used regression analysis. This analysis is used to examine the effect of customer satisfaction on loyalty. The results showed that customer satisfaction has a positive effect on loyalty. This implies that, if customer satisfaction increases, loyalty also tends to increase, if a customer is satisfied with the value provided by the products sold and the services received from Supermarkets, Green Mart is very likely to become loyal customers to Supermarkets. Green Mart for a long time. However, if customer satisfaction decreases, loyalty tends to decrease. Increased customer satisfaction is influenced by several factors, including the product and quality of products sold by various stores and according to the market tastes of shop consumers, friendliness, speed of service, and ease of transactions.

<br /><table class="data" width="100%"><tbody><tr valign="top"><td class="value"><p>Bojongkoneng village in Bogor Regency is an area that is vulnerable to landslide disaster. Previous research has shown that Bojongkoneng village has local wisdom that can be used to reduce damage risk from landslide disaster. This article discusses about the form of local wisdom in disaster mitigation by analyzing from the public relations in Bojongkoneng village with environment. This research was conducted with qualitative descriptive approach, using primary data technique through observation, interview, and documentation, and secondary data through literature study. The results reveal that Bojongkoneng people has some form of local wisdom that has been used as an effort to mitigate landslide disaster that can be described through the identity of Bojongkoneng people related to relation of theyself with environment, relation of the people with environment on affection aspect, and relation of the people with its environment in fulfilling their life necessities.</p></td></tr></tbody></table>

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor intern bank dan faktor ekstern bank terhadap kredit macet pada PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan menggunakan kusioner dan melakukan wawancara, sedangkan untuk data sekunder diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah kredit macet pada PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna pada tahun 2018 yang berjumlah 46 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan non probability sampling menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan korelasi determinasi.Hasil dari penelitian ini variabel yang paling dominan adalah faktor esktern bank. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh faktor intern bank dan faktor ekstern bank terhadap kredit macet pada PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna Tasikmalaya. Dimana besarnya kontribusi faktor penyebab kredit macet terhadap kredit macet pada PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna Tasikmalaya menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang sedang.Kata Kunci : Kredit Macet, NPL, Bank Perkreditan Rakyat   AbstractThis research aims to determine the factors internal bank and factor external bank of causing non performing loans at PT. The population in this study is non performing loans customers at PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna in 2018 as many as 46 people. The sampling technique that was used is non probability sampling and done by using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique that was used is a multiple linear regression test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, and the coefficient of determination.The results of the research are the most dominant variable is factor external bank. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there is an influence of factor internal bank and factor external bank  to non performing loans at PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna Tasikmalaya. Where the magnitude of the contributing factors causing of non performing loans to non performing loans at PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna Tasikmalaya showed a moderate influence.Keywords: Non Performing Loans, NPL, Rural Credit

Pejukutan Village has very good natural and maritime potential, one of which is Atuh Beach's tourism potential which has a white sand beach with very good reefs, Melonteng Hill, Tree House, Diamond Clip besides that at Atuh Beach, there are 4 (four) islands large coral, namely Batu Melawang or Pepadasan Island, Batu Paon Island, Batu Abah Island and Batu Jineng Island, this is one of the attractions of Atuh Beach. In this study, the data obtained by way, observation, in-depth interviews, documentation studies, literature study. Using data types in the form of qualitative and quantitative, while the data source in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis and analysis SWOT matrix (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). The results research is Atuh Beach as a marine tourism and natural tourism with the potential possessed such as the scenery possessed by Atuh Beach which is flanked by two hills from the left and right, underwater scenery, has coral islands such as Batu Melawang Island or Pepadasan ( Batu Bolong), Batu Paon Island, Batu Abah Island and Batu Jineng Island, Melonteng Hill, Throwing Tree House and Diamond Clip. the people of Pcantutan Village are mostly farmers. Aside from being a farmer in the Potanutan Village community, they are also craftsmen in weaving and raising livestock. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant influence between the variables of business innovation, consumer attitudes, and loyalty to sustainability marketing. In addition, it is also to determine whether there is a significant simultaneous influence and which variable is the most dominant in influencing sustainability marketing at PT. Indonesian Railways DAOP VI Yogyakarta. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study is not infinite and the sample used is 100, where the sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques: observation, documentation, questionnaire and literature study. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear tests. The results of the study can be concluded that: The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) There is an effect of business innovation, consumer attitudes, and loyalty simultaneously on sustainability marketing at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia DAOP VI Yogyakarta, 2) There is an effect of business innovation on sustainability marketing at PT. This paper aims to examine non-physical loss in land procurement based on justice value. This study was conducted considering many problems arising from the current phenomenon in which people of Indonesia have not got their rights fairly. Whereas in the mandate of Constitution Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution states that the earth and water and natural resources contained therein are controlled by the state and used for the greatest prosperity of the people. The primary data was obtained from direct interviews with related parties, while secondary data were obtained from literature study. The result shows that people's behavior is strongly influenced by the culture exists in society. The culture of society includes religious values and social values. Government recognition by paying attention to the values in society in the determination of non-physical compensation will prevent prolonged conflicts that occur in the process of land acquisition for the public interest, and there are still many articles that need to be reviewed that immediately review the Article 33 letter f, Article 42 Paragraph 1 jo Article 43 UUPT Year 2012 to better reflect justice for eligible citizens and communities affected by development for the public interest.

This study aims to see the effect of branchless banking on financial inclusion. The sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques using primary data in the form of questionnaires and secondary data. This study uses a regression test to test the hypothesis. This study found that branchless banking has a positive effect on the financial inclusion of the people of Kampar Regency, Riau.
