ABSTRACT  South Nias Regency is currently still in the category of lagging areas based on composite index in North Sumatera province. However, South Nias Regency has a variety of potential, especially maritime tourism potential, fisheries, and agriculture. Focus Group Discussion with the stakeholders in South Nias Regency was done to formulate the right business model in South Nias regency. Based on the results of FGD and the analysis of business model conducted, business activities that can be done by South Nias Regency was to focus on the development of maritime tourism activities through surfing and agroindustry activities. The business Model would be able to succeed if the cooperation between stakeholders, such as the central government, local government, tourism business, and local communities with various models of operational cooperation. Keywords: business model, disadvantaged area, South Nias, maritime tourism.   ABSTRAK Kabupaten Nias Selatan saat ini masih masuk dalam kategori daerah tertinggal berdasarkan Indeks Komposit Ketertinggalan di Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Akan tetapi, Kabupaten Nias Selatan memiliki berbagai potensi, terutama potensi wisata bahari, perikanan, dan pertanian. Focus Group Discussion bersama para stakeholder yang ada di Kabupaten Nias Selatan pun dilakukan guna merumuskan model bisnis yang tepat di Kabupaten Nias Selatan. Berdasarkan hasil FGD dan analisis model bisnis yang dilakukan, kegiatan bisnis yang dapat dilakukan oleh Kabupaten Nias Selatan adalah dengan memfokuskan pengembangan aktivitas pariwisata bahari melalui kegiatan berselancar dan agroindustry. Model bisnis tersebut akan dapat berhasil jika adanya kerjasama antar stakeholder, seperti Pemerintah Pusat, Pemerintah Daerah, Pelaku Usaha Wisata, dan Masyarakat Lokal dengan berbagai model kerjasama operasional Kata kunci: model bisnis, kawasan tertinggal, Nias Selatan, pariwisata bahari.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan merumuskan strategi yang tepat bagi pengembangan BUM Desa dalam kerangka kawasan pariwisata terpadu di Desa Karang Tengah, Kecamatan Babakan Madang, Kabupaten Bogor. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan tujuan memperoleh jawaban terhadap pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang menyangkut permasalahan dalam objek penelitian. Sumber data diperoleh dari data primer dan data sekunder yaitu dari literatur dan hasil Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Data diolah dan dikategorikan menggunakan NVivo. Hasil penelitian ini mengidentifikasi beberapa strategi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan kawasan wisata, salah satunya adalah dengan difersifikasi lini usaha dan pembangunan infrastruktur penunjang wisata. Strategi yang berbentuk strategi BMC (Business Model Canvas) diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan bagi BUM Desa untuk meningkatkan daya saing usahanya serta menjadi percontohan bagi BUM Desa lain dengan unit usaha yang sejenis. Abstract: This study aims to identify and formulate the right strategy for the development of BUM Desa within the framework of an integrated tourism area in Karang Tengah Village, Babakan Madang District, Bogor Regency. The method used is descriptive qualitative with the aim of obtaining answers to questions concerning the problems in the research object. Sources of data obtained from primary data and secondary data, namely the literature and the results of Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The data is processed and categorized using NVivo. The results of this study identify several strategies that can be used to develop tourist areas, one of which is to diversify business lines and develop tourism supporting infrastructure. The strategy in the form of a BMC (Business Model Canvas) strategy is expected to be a reference for BUM Desa to improve its business competitiveness and become a model for other BUM Desa with similar business units.

Introduction : Perilaku remaja banyak yang berubah seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi. Dalam kondisi semacam ini  remaja membutuhkan informasi mengenai kesehatan reproduksi, aktifitas yang bermanfaat dan menjadi kreatif. PIK Remaja BPMP & KB Kabupaten Sumenep merupakan tempat remaja mendapatkan informasi yang benar, tepat dan objektif tentang TRIAD KRR dengan informasi yang positif dan tempat peningkatan life skill yang bermanfaat bagi kehidupannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan pelaksanaan kegiatan Pendidik Sebaya dan Konselor Sebaya dalam upaya pencegahan TRIAD KRR di PIK Remaja dan faktor penyebab serta pendukungnya. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang prosesnya dimulai dari pengumpulan data dan diakhiri dengan penarikan kesimpulan. Subjek utama penelitian ini adalah Lima orang Pendidik Sebaya dan Lima orang Konselor Sebaya yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Dengan pengumpulan data subjek utama dengan indepth interview  Subjek triangulasi adalah sepuluh teman dekat subjek utama dengan teknik Focus Group Discussion, Ketua dan Pembina PIK Remaja BPMP & KB Kabupaten Sumenep dengan indepth interview. Teori perilaku dari Lawrence Green digunakan sebagai kerangka konsep dalam penelitian dengan analisis data secara induktif. Hasil : Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan Pendidik Sebaya dan Konselor Sebaya dalam upaya pencegahan TRIAD KRR sudah baik. Hal ini terjadi karena pengetahuan, persepsi, motivasi, pemberian materi, pengaruh teman dekat, dukungan keluarga dan supervisi Pembina yang baik. Adolescent behavior has changed much in line with technological developments. Under these conditions young people need information about reproductive health, activities that are beneficial and be creative. CICA RISMA is where adolescents get the right information, accurate and objective information about TRIAD ARH with a positive and a life skill enhancement for the benefit of life. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of Peer Educators and Peer Counsellors in the prevention TRIAD ARH in CICA RISMA as well as supporting factors. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach of data collection process began and ended with inferences. The main subject of this study is Five Peer Educators and Peer Counsellors Five persons selected by purposive sampling. With the main subject of data collection by indepth interview . Triangulation subject is a close friend of ten major subject with Focus Group Discussion techniques, the Leader and Supervisor CICA with indepth interview with. Behavioral theory of Lawrence Green is used as a conceptual framework in research with inductive data analysis. The results of this study can be concluded that the implementation of Peer Educators and Peer Counsellors in the prevention TRIAD ARH is good. This happens because the knowledge, perception, motivation, provision of materials, the influence of a close friend, family support and supervision of a good coach.

Bakkara is a village with tourism potential in Geoarea Sibandang, Toba Caldera Geopark, one of UNESCO Global Geopark. This research was conducted to examine and review the geotourism development in Bakkara tourist destinations. Furthermore, the output of this research is to preserve the value of geotourism such as conservation, education, economy, and promotion, especially in public facilities. The method used in this study is a qualitative method through observation and focus group discussion. The results show that public facilities in the development of geotourism have been implemented but have not significantly affected tourism, and require some improvements.

This article attempts to describe the efforts to increase the visibility of the website of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta in webometrics ranking. Webometrics is a means to measure the progress of a university through its website. This article aims to find the right work steps in an effort to increase website visibility and also the birth of practical steps to lift webometrics rankings that can be used as guidelines by website managers at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The main data was obtained using Focus Group Discussion (FGD) techniques by presenting parties related to webometrics ranking, having knowledge of SEO practices, and having experience in web management. The findings indicate that there have been efforts to increase the quantity and quality of content with the establishment of the publication and documentation division. There are still various obstacles to be faced, such as content management that does not meet SEO principles, several pages and subdomains that are not maintained, are damaged, and even lost, causing bad backlinks. It is necessary to build a website that uses the multisite method which is very effective and efficient in integrating various website needs at UIN Jakarta. The need for various efforts to overcome these obstacles, such as the need for effective communication between web development teams, the need for SEO-friendly content writing training, and the importance of SOPs in optimizing web performance and getting maximum webometrics ranking.

[Bahasa]: Kawasan Hutan Pendidikan Senaru atau disebut juga dengan Kawasan Hutan dengan Tujuan Khusus (KHDTK) Senaru memiliki potensi multi fungsi yang dapat memberikan manfaat ekonomi, lingkungan, pendidikan dan sosial bagi umat manusia. Manfaat tersebut diantaranya berasal dari Hasil Hutan Kayu (HHK) dan Hasil Hutan Bukan Kayu. Selain manfaat yang bersumber dari HHK dan HHBK terdapat juga manfaat jasa lingkungan seperti wisata alam dan pendidikan. Dalam perjalanannya KHDTK Senaru dimanfaatkan sebagai tempat wisata bagi masyarakat baik lokal, nasional maupun internasional yang datang ke KHDTK Senaru untuk menikmati pemandang alamnya atau melewati KHDTK untuk melanjutkan perjalanan mereka menuju puncak Gunung Rinjani. Kondisi ini tentunya merupakan perkembangan yang positif bagi KHDTK Senaru dan pengelola, dalam melakukan pengembangan wisata kedepannya. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada saat ini yaitu belum maskimalnya informasi terkait sumberdaya hutan yang ada pada KHDTK Senaru untuk menunjang wisata edukasi bagi pengunjung maupun masyarakat sekitar terkait dengan alam sekitar, terutama pengenalan jenis vegetasi yang terdapat disepanjang jalur wisata. Sehingga tujuan dilaksanakannya kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah: (1) untuk menyediakan informasi vegetasi yang terdapat pada jalur wisata, (2). menyediakan herbarium vegetasi yang ada sepanjang jalur dan (3) menyediakan papan informasi terkait vegetasi pada jalur wisata. Motode yang digunakan adalah observasi, focus group discussion (FGD), dan sosialisasi. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut: (1) masyarakat memiliki data terkait jenis-jenis vegetasi yang terdapat pada jalur-jalur wisata, (2) tersedianya herbarium jenis-jenis vegetasi yang ada di sepanjang jalur (3) tersedianya papan informasi terkait jenis-jenis vegetasi yang ada di sepanjang jalur. Kata Kunci: KHDTK; Senaru; wisata edukasi; pengenalan jenis vegetasi [English]: Senaru Educational Forest or also known as Forest Area with Special Purposes (KHDTK) has a multi-functional potency that can provide economic, environmental, educational, and social benefits for people. The benefits are derived from Timber Forest Products (HHK) and Non-Timber Forest Products (HHBK). In addition, there are also benefits from environmental services such as natural tourism and education. KHDTK Senaru is used as a tourist destination ranging from local, national and international tourists who came to enjoy its natural views or pass through to the summit of Mount Rinjani. This condition is certainly a positive development for KHDTK Senaru and the management, in carrying out tourism development in the future. The current problem is the lack of information regarding the forest resources available at the KHDTK Senaru to support educational tourism and the local communities regarding the natural environment, especially the introduction of vegetation species along the tracks. Thus, the aims of this community service program are (1) to provide information on vegetation available along the tourist track, (2) to provide herbariums for vegetation along the tourist track, and (3) to provide information boards related to vegetation available on the tourist track. The methods used are observation, focus group discussion (FGD), and socialization. The results obtained after the program are as follows: (1) the local communities have database regarding list of vegetation species available along the tourist tracks, (2) the availability of herbariums of vegetation on the tourist track, and (3) the availability of information boards of vegetation at the tourist track. This study was aimed at producing entrepreneurial models for elderly people and determining the obstacles encountered in their development. This study used a Development Research approach. Research location in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Sources of research data were elderly and Elderly Family Development Program members who have creative economic ventures. The research data was collected by observation, interviews and Focus Group Discussion methods. Data analysis was carried out by qualitative analysis. The validity of the data used triangulation methods and sources. The results show that there were four draft models used at the study site. The first model is the business model carried out by the elderly together with their family members. Second, the elderly was in charge of finding raw materials, then the elderly and Elderly Family Development personnel sell these products to neighbors and the general public. Third, the business model carried out by the elderly who are still healthy and strong, productive economic efforts. The fourth model is a joint business model.Pengembangan Model Kewirausahaan bagi Insan Lanjut UsiaPenelitian ini sampai pada tahap kedua bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model kewirausahaan bagi insan lanjut usia dan mengetahui hambatan-hambatan yang ditemui dalam pengembangannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Pengembangan. Lokasi penelitian di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Sumber data penelitian adalah para lanjut usia dan anggota BKL yang memiliki usaha ekonomi kreatif. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan Focus Group Discussion. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis kualitatif. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi metode dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada empat draf model yang digunakan di lokasi penelitian. Model pertama, model usaha yang dilaksakan para lansia bersama-sama dengan anggota keluarganya. Kedua, lansia bertugas mencari bahan baku, lansia, dan BKL menjual produk tersebut kepada tetangga dan masyarakat umum. Ketiga, model usaha yang dilaksanan oleh lansia yang masih sehat dan kuat, usaha ekonomi produktif. Model keempat adalah model usaha gabungan.

Islamic legacy planning is poised to be the new growth area in the Islamic finance space. There is a need to professionalize this area to ensure that best practices applied in assisting the society with the right legacy planning solutions. The objective of the paper is to explore the industry expectation of the content of certification for practitioners in the Islamic legacy planning field in Malaysia. This study applies a qualitative research method that involves in-depth focus group discussion with the subject matter experts, academicians and personnel in the area of Islamic financial planning. The focus group discussion is conducted in order to keep abreast with the current trend of the industry. The input sought from the panels includes improving the learning process, suggesting the method of delivering the subject, and recommending relevant learning methodology. The discussion was also discussed on the suitability of the program structure with participants. The experts agreed that the content of the training should be comprehensive to cover the required knowledge, skills and other characteristics (KSOC) of practitioners in the Islamic legacy planning field. The outcome of the program developed is to advise clients on Islamic legacy planning practices and to use the planning tools effectively. This study discovered the knowledge, skills and other characteristics (KSOC) required to practice in the Islamic legacy planning industry in Malaysia from the perspective of practitioners and lead as a trajectory path to the development of competency framework for the Islamic legacy planners in Malaysia.

Business activity is an activity carried out with the aim of getting profit. Types of business activities are divided into two, seen from the products produced by these business activities, namely goods and services. One of the businesses in the service sector is the business carried out by PT Panen Mas Indonesia, a company engaged in the rental of event contracting equipment. The contracting equipment leased by PT Panen Mas Indonesia includes 3 types of equipment, namely: generator set, air conditioner, tent. Applying the right marketing strategy becomes important in an effort to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty, and can increase the number of company customers, the purpose of this study is to find out whether the SWOT factor, and the marketing strategies applied by the company have an impact on customer loyalty and satisfaction. This research is a qualitative study, by conducting in-depth interviews with company owners, and the company's administration and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with a total of 10 customers of PT Panen Mas Indonesia customer in the Greater Jakarta area which are divided into two groups. Where the first group is customers who use the company's services above three times, and the second group of customers who use the company's services below or equal to three times. The research data was validated by the triangulation method. From the research results it is known that SWOT and marketing strategies applied are Word of Mouth, and promotion. The company also participates in business fairs, but it has not been done routinely so that it has not gotten maximum results, from the research results it is known that the company does not have an official office, and does not yet have a marketing division. Kegiatan usaha merupakan suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan dengan tujuan mendapatkan keuntungan. Jenis kegiatan usaha dibagi menjadi dua dilihat dari produk yang dihasilkan oleh kegiatan usaha tersebut, yaitu barang dan jasa. Salah satu usaha di bidang jasa adalah usaha yang di lakukan PT Panen Mas Indonesia (exhibition contractor), merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa penyewaan alat kontraktor acara. Alat kontraktor yang di sewakan oleh PT Panen Mas Indonesia meliputi 3 jenis alat, yaitu: genset, air conditioner, tenda. Penerapan strategi pemasaran yang tepat menjadi penting dalam upaya untuk mencapai kepuasan dan kesetiaan pelanggan yang maksimal, serta dapat meningkatkan jumlah pelanggan perusahaan maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah faktor SWOT, dan strategi pemasaran yang di terapkan perusahaan berdampak kepada kesetiaan dan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan melakukan in-depth interview kepada pemilik perusahaan, dan bagian administrasi perusahaan dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dengan total 10 pelanggan pengguna jasa PT Panen Mas Indonesia di wilayah JABODETABEK yang di bagi menjadi dua kelompok. Dimana kelompok pertama merupakan pelanggan yang menggunakan jasa perusahaan diatas tiga kali, dan kelompok kedua pelanggan yang menggunakan jasa perusahaan di bawah atau sama dengan tiga kali. Adapun data penelitian ini divalidasi dengan metode triangulasi. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui SWOT dan strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan adalah Word of Mouth, dan promosi. Perusahaan juga mengikuti pameran usaha namun masih belum di lakukan secara rutin sehingga belum mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal, dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa perusahaan belum memiliki kantor yang resmi, dan belum memiliki divisi pemasaran.

This study aims at the formulation of a regeneration model for traditional artisans in Indonesia. The model is expected to be a solution for the degeneration problem, the declining interest of the younger generation to learn and to continue tradition art business, mainly batik. The research was conducted specifically on the community of batik artisans in Girilayu, Karanganyar Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. This study is a qualitative one using ethnographic approach method to collect the data. Focus Group Discussion (FGD) was used to design and to formulate the alternatives and to determine the right model. Furthermore, the formulation of the model was implemented and analyzed for the effectiveness as well as the impact that may occur. This study formulates a model for the regeneration of batik artisans in Indonesia. This study found some regeneration gaps in the form of inconsistency in sustainable activities of batik artisans’ generation which has caused the degeneration.

Tujuan dari penelitian kualitatif ini adalah untuk memahami Business Model Canvas jasa penyambungan baru listrik pada perusahaan PT PLN (persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Jawa Tengah dan D.I Yogyakarta (UID JTY) dan mengidentifikasi penyebab terjadinya keterlambatan penyambungan baru. Narasumber merupakan Manager bagian konstruksi dari 13 (tiga belas) Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan (UP3) / Area, narasumber merupakan salah satu pejabat struktural yang dipandang paling tahu dan terkait langsung dengan pekerjaan kontrak penyambungan baru listrik. Teknik pelaksanaan dengan metode Focus Group Discussion (FGD), terbagi menjadi 2 (dua) bagian pertanyaan, yakni pre test FGD dan wawancara FGD, dimana dalam pre test akan ditanyakan terkait value proposition dari layanan penyambungan baru pelanggan, setelah itu baru dilakukan FGD dari pertanyaan layanan penyambungan baru khususnya pada 3 (tiga) blok business model canvas (blok key activites, key partners dan key resources). Hasil penelitian dari coding wawancara pelaksanaan focus group discussion dengan para narasumber menyimpulkan bahwa faktor – faktor yang dominan terjadi dan berdampak pada terlambatnya penyambungan baru listrik PLN UID Jateng DIY adalah terkait ketersediaan material distribusi utama (MDU) kWh Meter dan kabel sambungan rumah di gudang UP3 dan ULP, terkendala juga akibat eksternal pelanggan seperti SLO (sertifikat laik operasi) dari Lembaga Inspeksi Teknik (LIT) terlambat terbit serta instalasi bangunan dari calon pelanggan tidak siap. Sehingga sembilan blok Business Model Canvas (BMC) dari layanan jasa penyambungan baru listrik dapat diidentifikasi dan penyebab utama keterlambatan penyambungan baru terdapat pada blok key activites dan key resources.
