Buleleng Regency is located in the northern part of Bali Island with an area of 1,365.88 km2 and along the coast 157,05 km. About 57 tourist attractions such as nature tourism, marine tourism, agro tourism and historical place that can be visited by tourists so that it has its own characteristics compared to other objects. This is the reason authors try to analyze locally-generated revenue (PAD) in Buleleng Regency. The limitations are: (1) Percentage ratio to analyzing the growth rate of PAD Buleleng Regency (2) The object of research is PAD Buleleng Regency from 2001-2016. Sampling in this research using non-probability sampling technique by purposive sampling. This is a quantitative research which measured in numerical scale and data used in the research obtained from bps.go.id site of Buleleng Regency. It can be concluded that the (PAD) of Buleleng Regency increased from 2001 to 2015, but decreased by 3.73% in 2016.

Tourism is one of the activities carried out by humans that has a purpose as entertainment. Human who travel are referred to as tourist. West Sumatra Province is one of the regions with the best tourism is sea tourism and land tourism. Marine tourism consists of beach tourism, island tourism and lake tourism, while mainland tourism consists of tourist panorama, mountain tours, hill tours and others. However, only a portion of West Sumatra's tourist attractions are known to tourists, because of this information is obtained so that there are still many tourist attractions in West Sumatra unknown to tourists from outside the West Sumatra region. To overcome this problem, a system is needed that can be used to support the electoral decision-making process in West Sumatra. This system is built on the Web, using the PHP programming language and Laravel Framework and MySQL as a Database. The method used in this system is the Elimination of Et Choix Traduisant la Realite (ELECTRE). The use of Elimination Et Choix Traduisant la REalite (ELECTRE) can help provide information in West Sumatra, which is in accordance with the wishes of tourists according to the specified criteria. With the help of this system, the information obtained will make it easier for tourists to find tourist attractions.

This publication presents a guide to image analysis for researchers and farm managers who use ArcGIS software. Anyone with basic geographic information system analysis skills may follow along with the demonstration and learn to implement the Mask Region Convolutional Neural Networks model, a widely used model for object detection, to delineate strawberry canopies using ArcGIS Pro Image Analyst Extension in a simple workflow. This process is useful for precision agriculture management.

<p>ABSTRACT</p><p><br />Development of Rainfall and Runoff Harvesting Technology: Farming System Analysis of<br />Water Resources Utilization. Application of rainfall and runoff harvesting in dry land could be increasing the availability of water resources, extending the growing season, and reducing the risk of loss yield. To create a sustainable water management, farmers participation were needed in its management. The objectives of the research<br />were to study the impact of rainfall and runoff harvesting technology applications (channel reservoir) on farming system and to study the farmers perception on the existence of channel reservoir. The study was conducted in Limampoccoe village, Cenranae subdistrict, Maros distrisct, South Sulawesi province, from February to October 2012. The research was conducted by several steps namely: 1) the application of rainfall and runoff harvesting<br />technology through channel reservoir, 2) analysis of the farming system and assessment of the farmer perception on the existence of channel reservoir. Result of the research showed that rainfall and runoff harvesting technology have been increasing the cropping intensity by changing the previous cropping pattern from rice-fallow-fallow into ricepeanuts-<br />fallow and rice-watermelon-fallow. There was an increase in farmers' income after channel reservoir built and the farmers will be taken the responsibility to maintain the continuity of the channel reservoirs function.</p><p><br /><em>Keywords: </em>rainfall and runoff harvesting, cropping intensity, farmers’ income</p><p><br />ABSTRAK</p><p><br />Aplikasi teknologi panen hujan dan aliran permukaan di lahan kering dapat meningkatkan ketersediaan air, memperpanjang masa tanam, dan menekan risiko kehilangan hasil. Purpose Natural and cultural tourism are important motivators for international tourism. Spain has impressive tourist attractions that are outstanding on the natural and cultural tourism dimensions. The purpose of this paper is to identify traits of the most attractive destinations in Spain and to understand the relative importance of natural, cultural, and dual (natural and cultural) attractions to target consumers. Design/methodology/approach The authors compare the level of tourism in the 17 major regions of Spain and identify the key natural, cultural, and dual attractions using a two-step cluster analysis to ascertain the relative importance of the three types of attractions. Findings The findings of the cluster analysis suggest that natural attractions had the highest importance, followed by dual attractions, with cultural attractions having the lowest importance in affecting the level of tourism in a region. The study identified four categories of regions resulting from “high vs low” total number of attractions by “high vs low” levels of tourism (operationalized via the number of tourist-nights). The regions with high levels of tourism were either located in the bodies of water (a group of islands) or on ocean/sea(s) surrounding Spain. The study suggests placing greater emphasis on promoting cultural attractions in Spain. Practical implications The findings suggest that there is a need to put more emphasis on promoting the cultural attractions in Spain. Spain is a diverse country with huge potential for tourism from people all over the world, due to its diverse geography and rich history. Originality/value To the best of the authors’ knowledge, this is the first study that analyzes 17 regions of Spain in relation to their tourism characteristics, identifying attractions that are not sufficiently leveraged, and suggesting strategies for identifying opportunities for the tourism industry in Spain.
