The study of the influence of sociocultural dominants on value intentions formation in young generation of specialists (teachers) is important for identifying useful ideas that can be implemented to improve axiological situation in the country and the world in accordance with civilization challenges. The article highlights a wide range of theoretical achievements and presents results of empirical research, which confirms positive dynamics of value intentions development in students of pedagogical and art specialties. Generalized conclusions about development of this important phenomenon in the context of declining demand for value dominants, are confirmed by statistics. The study was based on axiological, socio-cultural, systemic and interdisciplinary research. The research field consisted of educational institutions in Kyiv (Ukraine), the sample was 356 respondents (students of the first bachelor’s level). The adequacy of the applied experimental tools (questionnaires, Pedagogical essays) is proved. The experimental work was conducted online using Google services. The results of the study show positive dynamics of the value intentions development and a significant correlation between students’ motivation to value-oriented activities and sustainability of this direction in the future. The importance of sociocultural determinants in the development of value intentions in students of pedagogical specialties based on sociocultural knowledge is proved.

Political liberalism, conceived of as a response to the diversity of conceptions of the good in multicultural societies, aims to put forward a proposal for how to organize political institutions that is acceptable to a wide range of citizens. It does so by remaining neutral between reasonable conceptions of the good while giving all citizens a fair opportunity to access the offices and positions which enable them to pursue their own conception of the good. Public educational institutions are at the center of the state’s attempt to foster both of these commitments. I argue that recent empirical research on the role that non-cognitive dispositions (such as assertiveness) play in enabling students to have access to two important primary goods – opportunities for higher education and desirable jobs – creates a distinctive challenge for a liberal egalitarian education in remaining neutral with respect to conceptions of the good while promoting equal opportunity.

<p><em>Today’s Indonesian youth consider Pancasila a history and a foundation. It effect to the reducing sense of nationalism in their souls, moreover with the lack of effectiveness in learning and understanding the values of Pancasila. Young Generation is a translation of young generation instead old age. Youth means the population of teenagers or young people who are still developing. Generation Z are those who are born after the internet era- generations who enjoyed the technology after the birth of the internet. This generation can be said as people who have grown up or have jobs and other things that can affect the economy, politics and social life in the world today. Generation Z as stated by Aulia Adam, 28 April 2017, in this world, there has never been a generation that was born familiar with technology. This is the cause of the rapid influence of today’s  technological globalization, So, as the solution is through cooperation between government, parents and educational institutions to continue to oversee the actions and behavior of the younger generation accompanied by providing understanding and directing to the values of Pancasila.</em><em> </em><em>The writing method in this study is literature method.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><strong><em> </em></strong><strong><em>:</em></strong><em> Young generation, Deviations of the Pancasila values, the fading of the Pancasila, gadgets, the Millennial Era.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p>Saat sekarang ini pemuda bangsa Indonesia menganggap Pancasila sebuah sejarah dan Dasar negaranya sehingga menurunkan rasa nasionalisme dalam jiwanya, ditambah lagi dengan kurangnya efektifitas dalam pembelajaran dan pemahaman akan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Generasi Muda adalah terjemahan dari young generation lawan dari <em>old age</em>. <em>Youth</em> mengandung arti populasi remaja atau anak muda atau pemuda yang sedang membentuk dirinya. Genersi Z adalah mereka yang lahir setelah generasi internet – generasi yang sudah menikmati keajiban teknologi usai kelahiran internet. Generasi ini dapat dikatakan sebagai orang yang sudah beranjak dewasa atau sudah punya pekerjaan dan hal-hal lain yang bisa mempengaruhi ekonomi, politik dan kehidupan sosial dunia kini. Generasi Z dikatakan oleh Aulia  Adam, 28 April 2017. didunia belum pernah ada generasi yang sejak lahir sudah akrab dengan teknologi. Ini merupakan penyebab dari pengaruh derasnya globalisasi teknologi saat ini sehingga solusi yang dapat kita lakukan yaitu dengan adanya kerja sama antara pemerintah, orangtua dan lembaga pendidikan untuk terus mengawasi tindakan dan perilaku generasi muda yang diiringi dengan memberikan pemahaman dan pengarahan akan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Generasi-generasi baru inilah yang dapat menyebabkan adanya penyimpangan nilai-nilai Panacasila dan sekaligus lunturnya kristalisasi Pancasila. Pada penulisan ini, metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah metode studi literatur.</p><p><strong>Kata kunci</strong> : Generasi muda, Penyimpangan nilai-nilai Pancasila, Lunturnya Pancasila, gadget, Era Millennial.</p>

Abstract The crisis due to the COVID-19 pandemic led most people all over the world to deal with a change in their perception and organization of time. This happened also, and mainly, within the educational institutions, where students and teachers had to rearrange their teaching/learning dynamics because of the forced education at a distance. In this paper, we present an exploratory qualitative study with secondary school students aimed to investigate how they were experiencing their learning during lockdown and how, in particular, learning of science contributed to rearranging their daily lifetime rituals. In order to design and carry out our investigation, we borrowed constructs coming from a research field rather unusual for science education: the field of sociology of time. The main result concerns the discovery of the potential of the dichotomy between alienation from time and time re-appropriation. The former is a construct elaborated by the sociologist Hartmut Rosa to describe the society of acceleration in the “era of future shock”. The latter represents an elaboration of the construct of appropriation that the authors had operationally defined, starting from Bakhtin’s original idea, to describe the nexus between physics learning and identity. Thanks to the elaboration of the notion of time re-appropriation as feature of the “era of present shock”, the study unveils how school science, instead of preparing the young to navigate our fast-changing and complex society, tends to create “bubbles of rituals” that detach learning from societal concern.

The aim of the author was to evaluate the cognitive, descriptive and diagnostic values of the social and educational reality presented in the monthly magazine by state and local government institutions in the practice of managing the country and the life of society. According to my estimates, during the 60 years of their editorial work, “Issues in Childhood Care and Education” has included in its monthly magazine over 5,000 publications of various nature, devoted to all phenomena and problems of education, upbringing, care and development of children and youth, as well as institutions implementing a great program for educating young generation. Professional experience allowed me to highly evaluate the cognitive and diagnostic reliability of the published texts. They provide a real image of educational institutions, their work, problems with everyday life, the remarkable work of organizers, instructors and educators. They allow to assess the development value of this work for children and youth. At the same time, the knowledge of the reality allows for a critical judgement on the way of using these diagnostic and cognitive values to improve the conditions in which a Polish child lives, to improve the work of schools and care and educational institutions. The dominant style of coexistence between science and the world of politics is the artificial principle of division into problems falling under the competence of the world of science (descriptive, cognitive, diagnostic...) and the second sphere – the world of management, decisions, distribution of resources – belonging to the world of politics and other governing bodies. These are two separate worlds, the contacts and mutual communication of which either does not exist or is only instrumental in nature. Politics does not use the achievements of science, its recognition and diagnosis. And here you can find the sources of many bad decisions, failed projects, and social and economic failures.

Puropse. Participation in mountain tourism can be undertaken in various ways. A wide range of possibilities offered by mountain areas results in preferred forms of movement having changed over the years. Mountain tourism also depends on the season of the year, because weather conditions are conducive to skiing or cycling, climbing or hiking, strong stream currents associated with large rivers, allows for participation in canoeing or rafting. The geographical location of the West Pomeranian Voivodship is not a factor conducive to short-term trips to mountain towns, hence the attempt understand the interest in mountain tourism for those living there. The presented work attempts to find an answer to the question as to how the participation of the inhabitants of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in various forms of mountain tourism, has changed over the years? Two research hypotheses regarding the factors differentiating the decision to rest in the mountains were formulated. The research carried out among students of West Pomeranian schools, students of universities in Szczecin and adults, allowed for the comparison and analysis of preferences regarding the choice of forms of physical activity undertaken in mountain areas. Methods. In empirical research using a questionnaire, opinions were collected among 3,224 people of different ages living in large and small towns and in the villages of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. Based on the analysis of documents, information on organising trips in advance was obtained. Findings. Research has shown that students are the most numerous group taking part in mountain tourism. A small percentage of respondents take family trips to the mountains. There was also a decreasing interest of West Pomeranian educational institutions in mountain areas as a place for organised travel. Research and conclusions limitations. Empirical research covered the residents of only one province. Practical implications. Diagnostic tests. Paying attention to the insignificant role of mountain tourism in the school educational process as preparation for lifelong physical activity Originality. The current trends in the use of graphic design tools in the formation of the architectural environment are highlighted. The integration of the full range of visual information systems in the structure of educational institutions is of special importance, because of their purpose to remain modern and attractive to the young generation, understandable in orientation and perform their main function - motivation for learning and development. Means of visual communication in architecture are designed to implement a wide range of functions, which together are designed to ensure the implementation of a key idea - a person's belonging to the architectural space. The choice of technological means, style and color scheme of interior graphics depends on a number of criteria - the specifics of the space, its functional purpose, target audience, general style and architectural solution of the building and should take into account aspects of its emotional impact on people. Based on the analysis and generalization of the world practice of organization of the internal space of educational institutions, the main approaches to the introduction of visual communications in architecture and design are formulated. It is determined that the means of visual communication in the architectural environment of educational institutions are designed to implement a number of functions: spatial orientation and structuring routes, creating visual style of the institution, motivation for educational activities, artistic expression,  individualization of space. A study of the interior design of educational institutions has revealed that the revolutionary progress in the means of visual communication from simple signs and pointers to interactive multimedia screens and media facades continues to gain momentum with the advent of virtual and augmented reality tools that make their adjustments and revolutionize design in architecture, endowing it with interactive properties.

The world of science is growing at an unprecedented speed with more and more scholarly papers produced each year. The scientific landscape is constantly changing as research specialties evolve, merge or become obsolete. It is difficult for researchers, research managers and the public alike to keep abreast with these changes and maintain a true and fair overview of the world of science. Such an overview is necessary to stimulate scientific progress, to maintain flexible and responsive research organizations, and to secure collaboration and knowledge exchange between different research specialties and the wider community. Although science mapping is applied to a wide range of scientific areas, examples of their practical use are sparse. This paper demonstrates how to use a topical, scientific reference maps to understand and navigate in dynamic research landscapes and how to utilize science maps to facilitate strategic thinking. In this study, the research domain of biology at Aarhus University serves as an example. All scientific papers authored by the current, permanent staff were extracted (6,830 in total). These papers were used to create a semantic cognitive map of the research field using a co-word analysis based on keywords and keyword phrases. A workflow was written in Python for easy and fast retrieval of information for topic maps (including tokens from keywords section and title) to generate intelligible research maps, and to visualize the distribution of topics (keywords), papers, journal categories, individual researchers and research groups on any scale. The resulting projections revealed new insights into the structure of the research community and made it possible to compare researchers or research groups to describe differences and similarities, to find scientific overlaps or gaps, and to understand how they relate and connect. Science mapping can be used for intended (top-down) as well as emergent (bottom-up) strategy development. The paper concludes that science maps provide alternative views of the intricate structures of science to supplement traditional bibliometric information. These insights may help strengthen strategic thinking and boost creativity and thus contribute to the progress of science.

No apology is needed for the birth of this journal, but perhaps some explanation is called for in a world of diminishing library budgets. Antarctic science has never been so healthy. The recent marked increase in the number of participating nations has strengthened the range of scientific activities but it is in danger of weakening the routes for the exchange of information. Papers are becoming increasingly dispersed throughout the general literature, minimizing the potential for cross-fertilization between disciplines and making synthesis more difficult. Antarctic science is now not just of national political interest but of global relevance. Major advances in polar science, as in science elsewhere in the world, result increasingly from team efforts in interdisciplinary research with results and conclusions of interest to a wide range of disciplines.

Special attention is paid to terms from the field of game technology, its history and rules. The dictionary includes figurative expressions that are actively used in modern hockey. Terminology from the field of sports medicine is widely presented-names of symptoms, syndromes, diseases, injuries that occur in hockey. The dictionary is provided with historical excursions-description of rules, traditions adopted in hockey, stories about famous players of the past, awards given in their honor. The dictionary also contains modern and historical names of hockey arenas in the world, indicating the names of the clubs that play on them, and the main technical characteristics of the arenas. The dictionary provides a wide range of typologies of hockey clubs currently playing and clubs that have become history. The publication contains a large number of examples of the use of hockey terms in modern sports journalism and scientific literature. These examples are taken from articles by North American sports journalists describing each national hockey League championship game. The book is based on more than thirty years of experience of the author-a professional translator who has been a passionate fan of ice hockey since childhood. The dictionary is intended for students of higher educational institutions who are studying in bachelor's and master's degrees in the areas of Linguistics, Journalism, Philology, International relations, Advertising and public relations, and Physical culture, as well as for teachers of these areas.
