The high rates of neonatal, infant and children mortality in Indonesia indicate that the MDGs 2017 target has not been fully achieved. One of the prevention measures for mortality is exclusive breastfeeding. In Indonesia, the breast-feeding coverage has not reached the expected target because one of the factors is working mothers. Most working mothers stop breastfeeding or start mixing baby feeding before the baby is 6 months old. Here, the commitment of company managers in implementing government policies will increase exclusive breast-feeding coverage. This type of research uses descriptive analysis with documentation study methods, observation, interviews and questionnaires in 4 textile companies in Semarang City, Semarang Regency and Pekalongan. The number of respondents 99 people consists of women workers, administrators of workplaces and health workers in the workplace. The results of the study show that 49.5% of companies are committed to supporting government policies by facilitating leave and that there are arrangements for working hours that are in accordance with the rules, and that 50.5% do not support this matter and do not fully support government policy. Furthermore, the results of this study are complemented by interviews with HRD and management related to breastfeeding policy and working conditions.

IntroductionBreast feeding has been considered important due to its short-term and long-term benefits on infant and maternal health. Regarding the long-term benefits, the influence of exclusive breastfeeding on cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF) during childhood and adolescence has been studied, although with controversial conclusions. This study protocol aims to provide a clear and standardised procedure for systematically reviewing the relationship between breast feeding, in terms of duration and exclusivity, and CRF in children and adolescents. Methods and analysisThis systematic review and meta-analysis protocol is reported in accordance with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses Protocols. A literature search will be conducted in MEDLINE, EMBASE, Web of Science and Cochrane Library. Observational studies regarding the association between breast feeding and CRF in children and adolescents written in English or Spanish will be included. A Critical Appraisal Checklist for Analytical Cross Sectional Studies and The Newcastle-Ottawa Quality Assessment Scale for longitudinal studies will be used for quality assessment of included studies. Standardised mean differences of CRF by exclusive breastfeeding categories will be calculated as the primary outcome. Subgroup analyses and meta-regression will be performed based on the sources of heterogeneity.Ethics and disseminationThis evidence-based systematic review will summarise the relevant information on the association of exclusive breast feeding and CRF in children and adolescents. The results will be disseminated by publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Given that the data used for this systematic review will be exclusively extracted from published studies, ethical approval will not be required.PROSPERO registration numberCRD42018082642.

factors that affect the practice of nursing in the mother post section caesarea. Various programs to support the delivery of ASI has intensified coverage of ASI but still does not meet the expected target. Previous studies showed that breastfeeding initiation was late in babies born with sectio caesarea compared to those with vaginal delivery and prevalence of exclusive breastfeeding practice was low in the former group. The objective of this study was to define factors correlated breast feeding practice initiation on post sectio caesarea mother. 72 post sectio caesarea mothers were observed and interviewed on January 2012 to find the factors correlated with breastfeeding practice. The results showed that although 26.4% of them had previous experience in breastfeeding, only 6.9% and 29.2% of total breastfeeding is started on the first and second post sectio caesarea respectively. Support for breastfeeding practice from health workers was low, and there were significant correlation between the support and rooming conditions with breastfeeding practices (p = 0.001).
