Economics in general is knowledge and investigation of the principles of property in Islam, distribution, and the use of goods and wealth in the context of the Quran. The study of assets in the Economy is a human desire in an effort to fulfill their needs. In this paper, we will discuss the analysis of Quran in chapter Al-Furqan verse 67 which intersects directly with the verse on economics, especially economically in the distribution of assets and the method used in this paper is the Maudu'i. This research is a literature review (library research) with primary data in the form of QS. Al-Furqan Verse 67, the approach used is the hermeneutic approach by examining the words contained in the verse. The results showed that there was a correlation between extravagant and vicious characteristics, because extravagant nature tends not to be able to control the property acquired proportionally which is able to lead to extravagant.

This study aims to: 1) find out Luqman Al-Hakim's moral message contained in Q.S. Luqman verses 12 to 19. 2) know how Islamic education is from a moral aspect, 3) know the moral message of Luqman Al-Hakim in Islamic education. This type of research is qualitative research using a library research approach/literature review, with the primary data being the Alquran Surah Luqman verses 12 to 19, and secondary data is the Al-Maroghi interpretation by Ahmad Mustofa Al-Maraghi, the interpretation of M. Quraisy Shihab by M Quraish Shihab and Ibn Kathir's commentary by Imam Abi Al-Hasan Ali Bin Ahmad, books, and scientific works, journals, and various other sources, related to research. The results showed that there are four moral messages contained in Surah Luqman verses 12 to 19 according to Islamic education. The four moral messages are in accordance with the basis of Islamic education, namely instilling aqidah in children, teaching them to be grateful and devoted to Allah and their parents, accustoming them to doing good deeds from an early age, and teaching them noble morals and the ethics of interacting with others.

This study examined the importance of character education in an Islamic college, especially today or which was more popular with the term of a milenial generation. The first and foremost goal of an education is the formation of students’ character (college students). Religion theory states that the goal of human moral development is the mission of religion itself, in accordance with the purpose of the Prophet Muhammad’s sending to this earth. A character education is a conscious and planned effort to instill values so that those values are internalized in the college students and to produce a good behavior or in the religious language is often called as Muhsin. Therefore, a character education is essentially an education which seeks to instill and spread virtues or in this case a Rahmatan Lil’alamin. This research was a literature review (library research) which was sourced from the library materials using a qualitative approach. Thus, the research activity was an exploration of a number of data both primary and secondary with several concrete steps such as reading and in-depth studying the primary data such as books of the research results, theses or dissertations related to the character education and Islamic education. Character education for college students is needed because all this time students are only preoccupied with lecture materials in the classroom, but lack of attention to the meaning and value behind the process it self.

Zakat is one of principal worship requiring every individual (<em>mukallaf</em>) with considerable property to spend some of the wealth for zakat under several conditions applied within. On the other hand, tax is an obligation assigned to taxpayers and should be deposited into the state based on policies applied, with no direct return as reward, for financing the national general expense. In their development, both zakat and tax had quite attention from Islamic economic thought. Nevertheless, we, at first, wanted to identify the principles of zakat and tax at the time of Rasulullah SAW. Therefore, this study referred to normative research. The primary data was collected through library/document research and the secondary one was collected through literature review by inventorying and collecting textbooks and other documents related to the studied issue.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui penerapan denda terhadap pelanggar berlalu lintas di kota Bengkulu ditinjau dari Undang-undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2009, serta untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat dalam penerapan pidana denda terhadap pelanggar barlalu lintas di Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian dilaksanakan disatuan lalu lintas Polres dan Polda Kota Bengkulu. Adapun data yang didapatkan adalah data primer dan data sekunder melalui penelitian lapangan dan penelitian kepustakaan, kemudian data dianalisis dengan cara deskriptif. Peraturan yang tertera pada undang-undang yang tertera sepenuhnya untuk meningkatkan kesadaran untuk setiap pelanggar yang melakukan pelanggaran, tetapi pada kota Bengkulu undang-undang tersebut tidak sepenuhnya berjalan efektif. Menurut pandangan Undang-undang 22 Tahun 2009, penerapan pidana denda masuk dalam kategori pidana pokok (sesuai Pasal 10 KUHP) sebagai urutan terakhir atau keempat, sesudah pidana mati, pidana penjara dan pidana kurungan. Selain dari itu, faktor penghambat keefektifan Undang-undang seperti faktor ekonomi, faktor kedekatan emosional dan faktor kekebalan institusional.Kata kunci: tindak pidana; hukum pidana; dendaABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the application of violators from cities in Bengkulu in terms of Law Number 22 of 2009, and to find out the inhibiting factors in the application of fines to traffic violators in the city of Bengkulu. The research was carried out in the traffic city of the City Police of the City of Bengkulu. The data obtained are primary data and secondary data used for library research and research, then the data are analyzed descriptively. The regulations stated in the law that are fully stated to increase awareness for every offender who commits an offense, but in the city of Bengkulu the law is not fully effective. According to the view of Law 22 of 2009, the application of criminal fines falls into the main criminal category (according to Article 10 of the Criminal Code) as the last or fourth order, after the death penalty, imprisonment and imprisonment. Apart from that, factors inhibiting the effectiveness of the law such as economic factors, emotional proximity factors and institutional immune factors.Keywords: crime; criminal law; fines

The last decade and half has seen a remarkable growth in the working women segment in India and so has the manufacture of convenience food industry grown in the last decade. The working women in India who today are not only just seeking jobs but also are career oriented. Apart from their jobs, career, meetings and targets they are also a part of a family where a working woman needs to care of their meals too. This study aims at finding out about the use of convenience food by working women and of their need to choose, the type of convenience food they generally prefer and what benefits they see by using such a convenient product. The primary data for this study has been collected through questionnaire from women of various working segments and the same has been presented in graphical form for clear understanding while the secondary data has been collected through literature review of various research papers, articles and books.

The Impact

The massive uptake of digital technologies has changed the way how fans and the sports service field communicate and interact. In the current paper, we would like to emphasize the role of technology holistically in sport spectators customer experiences (SSCX) as a "game-changer" marketing in sports and the digitalization of SSCX. In this paper, we aim to explore and qualitatively describe by interviewees verbatim how new technologies impact SSCX. It draws on the literature review, combined with the primary data collected on unstructured interviews with international sport management and technology experts (N=10). It brings sports marketing insights followed by examples from industry professionals. Iterative analysis of data combined with literature review let us achieve to outline the crucial points and trends of technological transformations in sports spectacle. We offer an updated perspective on the SSCX through the prism of the impact of digital technologies and reshaping sports consumption culture. To this end, we develop a conceptual model that captures the nature of modern SSCX influenced by digital technologies. Interfaith marriages are familiar in people's lives. This is due to advances in information media or telecommunications among the public,  interfaith marriages are very easy to do. This is the root of the problem that will be discussed in the interpretation of al-Mishbah by Quraish Shihab and the interpretation of al-Azhar by HAMKA in al-Baqarah verse 221. This research is a literature review (library research) with the main source of al-Mishbah interpretation by Quraish Shihab and  al-Azhar interpretation by HAMKA. This research used  muqarin method, it's a method of comparison between the interpretation of al-Misbah and the interpretation of al-Azhar. The results of this study can be concluded that the law of interfaith marriage according to Quraish Shihab in the interpretation of al-Misbah is based on al-Baqarah verse 221, that prohibition of marriage between men or women who are Muslim and men or women who are other than Islam ( non-Muslims). The reason of those prohibition  marriage is differences in faith. Meanwhile, according to HAMKA in al-Azhar's interpretation, it is forbidden to marry polytheists, both women and men, as idol worshipers because they are not kafa`ah or sekufu.

This work is motivated by the current phenomenon of that Muslims today strongly reject or even oppose to the concept of religious pluralism. To determine whether it is true or not that Islam rejects religious pluralism, Said Aqiel Siradj tries to see in a different way of pluralism itself, as in the fields of religion, politics, and socio-cultural. About pluralism in Islam, Said Aqiel Siradj shows that Islam can actually express themselves in a pluralistic religious world. Islam recognizes and judges pluralism critically, but Islam never refused or considered that pluralism is wrong. Pluralism is a fact of nature that can not be avoided. Islam would prefer to action that create prosperous of public, without the barriers of religion, ethnicity, race, and so on as the realization of Islam mission, rahmatan li al-'alamin, compassion for all creatures. This study uses hermeneutic approach. Methods that is used in collecting data is library research.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pembuatan aplikasi android menggunakan iSpring sebagai alternatif desain dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran daring. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Library Research atau Kajian Kepustakaan. Ispring Presenter merupakan salah satu tool yang mengubah file presentasi yang kompatibel dengan Power Point untuk menjadikan bentuk Flash. Pembelajaran e-learning mengguakan iSpring membantu peserta didik dalam memanfaatkan teknologi dengan cerdas. Proses pembelajaran menggunakan iSpring, akan membantu peserta didik belajar sesuai dengan gaya belajar setiap peserta didik serta mendapatkan kebebasan saat belajar tampa keterbatasan waktu dan lokasi. Proses belajar mengajar lebih menarik, sehingga dapat memotivasi dan materi yang disampaikan dalam desain aplikasi iSpring lebih dapat dipahami. Kata kunci: ispring, media pembelajaran, teknologi This study aims to determine the making of android applications using iSpring as an alternative design in making online learning media. This research method uses the Library Research method or literature review. Ispring Presenter is a tool that converts PowerPoint compatible presentation files to Flash format. E-learning learning using iSpring helps students to use technology smartly. The learning process using iSpring, will help students learn in accordance with the learning style of each student and get freedom when learning without the limitations of time and location. The teaching and learning process is more interesting, so that it can motivate and the material presented in the iSpring application design is more understandable. <p><em>This study aims to: increase a deeper understanding of the value of tattwa education in Tutur Parakriya. This data is obtained using a method, and this method must also be precise so that the data obtained can be accurate and support the research results. This type of research is qualitative because it is a text research or library research whose primary data source is Tutur Parakriya which has been transcribed into text / text form. Literature study and interviews are used as data collection methods and then descriptive qualitative data processing is performed. As far as researchers know, no one has researched about this papyrus, so it is only based on text / text transcripts. This research uses the concept foundation to describe the problems to be discussed, and as a scalpel uses the theory of meaning and hermeneutic theory.</em><em> </em><em>The results of Tutur Parakriya's research contain the value of tattwa education, that is advice or advice to teach Hindus to be able to get the perfection of birth and mind.</em></p>
