<em>The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bekasi Kota. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bekasi Regional Office, totaling 46 people and all of them were sampled, because the numbers were relatively small. Methods of data analysis using partially and simultaneous  linear regression. The results showed that partially and simultaneous  motivation and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance  of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bekasi Kota</em>

<em>To determine the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance PT. Bank BCA KCP Citra Towers Kemayoran. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bank BCA KCP Citra Towers Kemayoran, amounting to 30 people. The sample uses a saturated sampling technique, all members of the population are sampled, because the relative number is small, while the data analysis method uses partially and simultaneous linear regression. The results showed that partially or simultaneous work discipline and work environment had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Bank BCA KCP Citra Towers Kemayoran.</em>

This study aims to determine the effect of career development and work placement on employee work performance at PDAM Tirtanadi, North Sumatra Province. The population in this study were all employees per division, amounting to 182 employees. From the total population can be determined the number of samples in this study amounted to 65 people. The data analysis technique used is the t-test, f-test, multiple linear regression and determinant coefficient test using SPSS 22. From the calculation results using SPSS shows that there is an influence of career development on employee work performance, there is the influence of work placement on employee performance and there is the influence of career development and work placement on employee performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja ter-hadap kinerja pegawai pada Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Regional Makassar. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh (sensus) terhadap seluruh pegawai yang berjumlah 49 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PPSDM Regional Makassar.   This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Makassar Regional Human Resources Development Center. The sampling method uses saturated sampling (census) of all 49 employees. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance PPSDM Regional Makassar.

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Objective of this research is to determine the effect of burnout and work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted in a span of less than one year, so the research design used was a cross-sectional method. This study uses a descriptive and verification approach with explanatory survey methods. A total of 100 respondents were selected as samples using probability sampling. The research questionnaire is used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents, and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The findings of this research is work fatigue (burnout) and work discipline have a significant influence on employee performance.  Differences found in objects and research methods, population and research samples, research periods, measurement tools and research results, and sources of theory from foreign journals and foreign books

This purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and discipline on employee performance. The independent variables were leadership (X1), motivation (X1) and discipline (X3). The dependent variable was employee performance (Y). This was explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The study was conducted at PT Surabaya Marine with employees. Data analysis was carried out through multiple linear regression analysis with the F test and t test. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence Net profit margin and total assets turnover on the growth of companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index partially and simultaneously. This research uses an associative quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that net profit margin and total asset turnover had a significant effect with the sig value (0.032) <α (0.05), while partially the net profit margin had a significant effect with the sig value (0.035) <α (0.05), whereas Total asset turnover has no significant effect on the sig value (0.812)> α (0.05), and the magnitude of the effect of net profit margin and total asset turnover on company growth is 0.092 or (9.2%), while the rest is 90.8%. influenced by other factors outside the research.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the work environment and work facilities on the performance of the employees of PT. Telkom (Engineering Section) Merauke Branch. With data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and t-test results of 3.567 for X1 variables (work environment) and X2 variables (work facilities) 2.16 and f-test 12.724. The conclusion of this research is that by paying attention to the work environment and adding work facilities it will have a good impact on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and motivation on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression method. Data collection techniques consist of observation, questionnaire and interview.
