Аннотация. Коомго толук-кандуу инсанды тарбиялоодо атанын да, эненин да аткарган иши кыз үчүн бирдей экендиги каралган. Руханий дөөлөттөрү бай жана бекем үй-бүлө бардык мезгилдерде, бардык коомдордун бакыбаттыгынын пайдубалы катары каралган. Макалада этнопедагогикалык ойлордун негизинде кыздарды тарбиялоодо ата-эненин орду көрсөтүлдү. Өсүп келе жаткан муундардагы мыкты адамдык сапатты тарбиялоо жөнүндөгү ойду акыл-ойчулдар дайыма айтышкан. Авторлор, кыздардын жашоо-тиричиликтеринин мүнөзү кандай гана өзгөрбөсүн, үй-бүлөлүк тарбия берүүдө, эреже катары, эл акылынан эленип чыккан үй-бүлөлүк осуяттарды карманаары зарыл деп карашкан. Кыздардын үй-бүлөдө жүрүм-туруму жакшы калыптанса, окуган чөйрөсүндө баланын чыгармачылыгы канчалык жогору болсо, анын өнүгүүсү да ошончолук натыйжалуу болот деген. Түйүндүү сөздөр: этнопедагогика, педагогикалык ойлор, билим берүү, таалим-тарбия, үй-бүлө, коомдук статус, кыздарды тарбиялоо, адептик норма. Аннотация. Показано, что в этнопедагогике воспитание девочек является основной задачей родителей. Во все времена в любом обществе привитие нравственно-духовных ценностей подрастающему поколению являлось основополагающим фундаментом. В статье отражено, что в проведении полноценного воспитания, роль отца и матери являются главным. Авторы статьи уделяют главное внимание воспитанию девочек правильному образу жизни, уважения к многовековому наследию кыргызского народа и дается характеристика семейным традициям, обычаям и нравам. Здесь авторы говорят о необходимости привить девочкам правильные нормы поведения в семье, учебной среде и в обществе. Насколько богат творческий потенциал ребенка, настолько его развитие даст положительный результат. The article reflects that in conducting a full parenting role of the father and mother is the main principle. At all tim, in any society inculcation of moral and spiritual values to the younger generation was a fundamental Foundation. It is shown that the pedagogy of the education of girls are the main task of parents.The authors focus in the education ofgirls the proper way of life, respect for the centuries-old heritage of the Kyrgyz people and the characteristic of the family traditions, customs and mores.Also authors are on the formation of children’s good ethical performance at home. How rich creative potential of the child in educational environment and public is, so greatly that will contribute to his overall mental development. Уделено внимание системам трудового воспитания детей у разных народов,особенно самых трудолюбивых. На весь мир знакома высокая работоспособность японцев, корейцев, трудолюбие и строгое соблюдение общественных норм. Авторами отмечено замечательное различие трудового воспитания детей в разных странах. Показано, что в этнопедагогике трудовое воспитание является основной задачей родителей. Авторы статьи уделяют главное внимание трудового воспитания правильному образу жизни, уважения к многовековому наследию кыргызского народа и дается характеристика семейным традициям, обычаям и нравам. Abstract : In this article, the authors say labor education in the countries of Korea, Japan, China, Russia. An analysis of the comparison of labor education and the ability to borrow the best. Attention is paid to the systems of labor education of children from different nations, especially the most hardworking of 32 countries in Korea. Also countries like Japan, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic and American countries. All over the world, the high efficiency of the Japanese, Koreans, hard work and strict observance of social norms. The authors noted a remarkable difference in the labor education of children in different countries. It is shown that in the ethno-pedagogy of labor education is the main task of parents. The authors of the article pay the main attention to labor in the education of a correct way of life, respect for the centuries-old heritage of the Kyrgyz people and gives a description of family traditions, customs and mores. Abstract The article discusses a range of issues related to the role of the female Muslim factor in the preservation and development of the ethnocultural traditions of Tatar society in the late XIX - XX centuries. The article discusses a range of issues related to the role of the female Muslim factor in the preservation and development of the ethnocultural traditions of Tatar society in the late XIX - XX centuries. The evolution of the ideas of Tatar Muslim theologians about the role of women in the family and society is noted. In the context of the specific changes in the life principles of Russian Muslim women, the content of the dichotomy of cadimism and jadidism is revealed: in the form of rivalry between the obsolete form of religious and cultural life (cadimism), on the one hand, and the renewed system of spiritual values (Jadidism), on the other. The importance of new educational practices in the emancipation of Muslim women is shown. Shows the origins of the formation of social institutions and organizations of Muslim women, the process of changing their traditional way of life and forms of self-identification within the framework of the ethnic and religious tradition. The features of the ethnocultural life of Tatar women under the dictates of the political and ideological system of the Soviet period and the main trends in the manifestation of the female factor in the processes of ethnic and religious revival of the peoples of Russia in the post-Soviet period are highlighted.

This article discusses the role of the family in the social development of children with special needs in an inclusive educational environment, in connection with which the study addresses a new aspect of the interaction between the teacher and the child’s family, the interaction of the teacher (teacher) and parents of children with developmental disabilities is highlighted in a variety of areas, students in secondary schools or attending kindergartens. The purpose of the study is to assess the role of the family in the adaptation of children with developmental disabilities, studying in secondary schools or attending kindergartens. To achieve this goal, the author defines a range of research tasks: to study the historical and philosophical foundations of the role of the family in raising children with special needs; highlight the role of the family in implementing early intervention programs in secondary schools; substantiate the main stages that any school must go through, striving to create a more fruitful relationship between the school, family and community. The author stated the following results as a scientific novelty: general recommendations have been developed so that parents feel confident, competent and can work more productively together with teachers (educators) when children visit kindergarten groups (classes). As a result of the study, the author came to the conclusion that the process of teaching children with special needs in a comprehensive school is most effective in the interaction of the teacher and the family of the child.

The annual contest for the best psychological and pedagogical programs and technologies in the educational environment is a practical program aimed at improving the professional level and the most complete realization of the creative potential of the educational psychologists in Russia. Based on the criteria of activity and cultural-historical approaches, the analysis of the experience of implementing regional programs for providing psychological and pedagogical assistance to children is aimed at improving the methodological support for psychological and pedagogical activities. The programs and technologies recommended according to the results of the competition demonstrate the place and role of correctional and developmental, preventive, and educational work of teachers-psychologists, as well as the experience of developing interdisciplinary interaction of specialists in the process of psychological and pedagogical support of education.

Sharia microfinance institution Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) is perfect for tackling economic problems on the microeconomic base. BMT uses Sharia principles and is free of riba which is banned in Islam. The function of this institution is as a supporter of the enhancement of economic efforts of micro and small entrepreneurs based on sharia systems. The objective of BMT activities that have a close relationship with the Sharia economics business, first is target result, second is growth, third is sustainability, last is blessing. Entrepreneurs should keep the orientation of this blessing to be the vision of its business, so that always in business activities always be in control of the sharia and the scourge of Allah. These four points became the main principle of BMT in its realization in the field. The role of BMT in economic strengthening is the increased employment opportunities and the application of financial systems based on the outcome in realizing equality, honesty, and fairness. By implementing the principles of Sharia and the Islamic power into real life, the spiritual values are aimed at directing and mobilizing dynamic, proactive, progressive, fair and moral ethics.

The article is devoted to modern problems of education of preschool children. The authors describe the educational environment, its psychological safety and parental attitudes, which play an important role in the development of preschool children. Stages and features of development of preschool children, signs of psychological crises in children are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the orientation of the child's upbringing in the family and defines such important conditions for the psychological safety of preschoolers as friendship, trust, attention and respect, psychological support, concern for the safety of each member of the team and a humanistic approach to the upbringing of the child's personality. Based on the above, recommendations for the education of a modern preschool child are formulated.
