Criticism of the world of education about the intellectual abilities of students that are not balanced with the attitude they have is never lost. Every time an immoral student act occurs, the glory of education is tarnished. In this connection, education is no longer the right place to foster moral and religious students. So, it is necessary to motivate students to be motivated to do the best. Various thoughts are offered to motivate students in kindness. One of them is the fostering of spiritual and social attitudes through schools, either through the intracuricular door or the extracurricular door. Within the two entrances for developing this attitude there are various activities such as Islamic education learning and guidance-counseling in intracuricular activities, and Red Cross Teenagers, Scouts, and Rohis in extracurricular activities. In addition to the forms of attitude building activities, strategies and ways of fostering attitudes can also be offered in these types of activities.

The Spread of the Western feminism movement in parts of the world including Indonesia has had a fairly risky impact on Indonesian society, especially among women. The influence of western feminism is the equalization of positions between men and women in all respects so that not women in Indonesia forget their nature as women both when they become daughters, wives, and mothers so that this often leads to conflict in the family that are contrary to Islamic teachings. This article aims to find the real concept of feminism in Islam. To obtain answers to these problems, the researchers used literature studies namely reviewing various scientific articles related to Western and Islamic feminism as well as reciting verses from the Quran related to equality of men and women. The result obtained from the study stated that the concept of feminism in Islam aims to make women knowledgeable and insightful and not narrow their space of movement. But not just standing alone without needing a partner or a man. Both are creatures of Allah who need each other and were created to perfect each other. In Islam, the nature of men and women is different and there is a nature that can only be done by men or women. Therefore, feminism in Islam only demands equality of rights such as the right to study, the right to work, and the right to a career, not demanding gender equality.

McMurchy-Barber, Gina.  When Children Play: The Story of Right To Play.  Fitzhenry and Whiteside, 2013. Right To Play is a humanitarian organization whose beginnings stem from the Winter Olympics held in Lillehammer, Norway in 1994.  While preparing for this event, the Lillehammer Olympic Organizing Committee became concerned that while favoured youth in the developed nations were training for competition, children in Eastern Europe, Asia, and Africa were perishing in war and famine. Their concern led, in 1992, to the Olympic Aid initiative through which Norwegian athletes—Olympians of past years—raised funds for such organizations as the Red Cross and Save the Children. Following the events in Lillehammer, Olympic Aid’s initiatives were carried on in partnership with UNICEF and the World Health Organization. Finally, in 2000, the initiative evolved into Right To Play (RTP). The emblem of this organization is a red soccer ball on which the words “Look After Yourself: Look After One Another,” are emblazoned. RTP’s motto is profound: “When Children Play, the World Wins.”McMurchy-Barber’s book details the efforts of the “Athlete Ambassadors” who, from the time of RTP’s beginnings to the present day, have championed the right of children to be fed, to be healthy, and to play. These “Ambassadors” have included both elite athletes with world-wide acclaim (e.g., Canadians Wayne Gretzky and Clara Hughes) and local enthusiasts who rise to the cause from the communities being served. Because of its wide based support, RTP is able to distribute not only its red soccer balls (a luxury indeed for children who have nothing with which to play) but also life-saving food supplies and immunization programs. The author details the team-building approaches of the Ambassadors, as well as the hopefulness their participation brings to the lives of the desperate. It is a joy to read McMurchy’s book. Her writing style finds that wonderful middle ground between grammatical perfection and conversational ease.  She knows to whom she speaks: children in the upper elementary grades. The information she provides, as well as the examples she chooses, would engage the attention of this age group. Credit goes to the RTP organization for providing the realistic and heart-warming photographs accompanying the text.Highly Recommended: 4 out of 4 starsReviewer:  Leslie AitkenLeslie Aitken’s long career in librarianship included selection of children’s literature for school, public, special and academic libraries.  She is a former Curriculum Librarian of the University of Alberta.

Fitrah in humans given by God from birth, is an ability possessed by humans who are able to conquer the world, as long as human nature is able to dig and kebangkan according to the teachings of the right religion. Education will be able to develop the nature or potential. According to Freire said that, it is impossible to understand someone that he is actually capable of, understanding the reality of himself and the world around him, before he himself is truly aware that that ability is a human nature and understanding itself is important and indeed possible for him. If humans are aware of this, there will be no poverty, oppression, violence, injustice, environmental pollution, even blatant corruption which is considered a normal phenomenon. In this article we will discuss the Model Conscientization Approach. Paulo R. Freire in the Islamic Education Perspective.

Every person has a period and every era has a person, this is the right term we might say in Islamic education so that parents or educators can realize that education needs to keep up with the times that exist between these generations, not impose their will and not ignore children's opinions. Everything needs to be discussed. Every child's age must experience stages in the development of both affective, cognitive, and physics motor in their life, one of which is the development of religious values. The modernization of the times has an impact on decreasing awareness of the importance of religious values for children in the digital era, habituation is needed from an early age in the parents' family as teachers. Listening to children's opinions with full consideration to make decisions in the world of Islamic education is very important for parents to be able to understand their needs, complaints according to the times they are facing so that they are full of confidence in their future. If parents do not listen to their children, the child's development will be influenced by digital in choosing their view of life so that parents will regret it forever. This research was conducted to find out how important it is to implement deliberation to achieve the goals of Islamic education.

In this framework, important efforts in the of Islamic liberation must be the spirit and foundation of ontological, epistemological as well as axiological education. Among the contemporary Islamic thoughts that give awareness that Islam has the power of liberation is the Asghar Ali Engineer which is derived primarily from the Qur'an and Sunnah. This finding can interpret the doctrine of Islam as a religion of liberation in education that weighs from the thoughts of Asghar Ali Engineer who has relevance and urgency. The results of this study explain about alternative solutions to the problems Islamic education in the era of globalization, namely: 1) greater attention to the reality of living in the world, can be used as a foundation for compiling the Islamic education curriculum. 2) Fight against the pro status quo. Islamic education should be based on the spirit of respecting humans as beings thinking, conscious, potentially and equipped with the right to determine their own life choices. 3) Side with marginalized communities and encourage them to actively participate. 4) Liberation theology emphasizes on the problem of praxis rather than on abstract-speculative thoughts. So that the nuances of Islamic education are quite felt is the pressure on the rational, intellectual, ethical aspects, very few that enter the applied area, skills or technology as one of the meanings that can be taken from the spirit of Islamic liberation theology.
