Arts creativities can be categorized as nyolahang sastra activity. That is because the performance of art is a medium for the delivery of religious teachings and interactions with others. The community of Tanah Embet Hamlet implements communication in rejang convolution dance through various dance movements as symbols, a form of non verbal communication that is full of meaning. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the process and form of communication of the symbolic dance of twisted rejang dance. Data collection is done by means of observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis used descriptive analysis The results showed that the symbolic communication forms of the rejang lilit dance in the deity of Yajña in Tanah Embet were (1) transcendent communication in the verbal form of spells and in the form of nonverbal offerings; (2) interpersonal communication in the form of nonverbal gong sounds; (3). Group communication in the form of verbal words stakeholders or languages and in the form of non-verbal dance movements twisted rejang.

As human social beings in everyday life always want to relate to other humans. He wants to know the surrounding environment, even wants to know what is happening in him. This curiosity forces humans to communicate. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of interpersonal communication among employees at Vocational High School YPLP PGRI 1 Makassar. Therefore, to achieve these objectives researchers used data collection techniques with observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation with a population of 24 people. And the data is processed using the quantitative descriptive analysis to determine the extent of the effectiveness of interpersonal communication among employees at the Vocational High School YPLP PGRI 1 Makassar. The results of this study indicate that the Effectiveness of Interpersonal Communication among Vocational High School YPLP PGRI 1 Makassar  staff with indicators namely: openness with a percentage reaching 90.83 percent, empathy with a percentage reaching 90.56 percent, supportiveness with a percentage of 83.13 percent, positiveness with a percentage reaching 89.44 percent and equality with a percentage reaching 92.08 percent of all the indicators are in the very good category. This is demonstrated through overall data analysis which shows the percentage reached 89.08 percent, the value is in line with related observations made by researchers in the field.

Analysis Customer Satisfaction in Buying Fresh Fruits in Moena Fresh Bali Increased consumption of fruits in the country have an impact on the growth of fruitsales in Indonesia. This increase causes the appearance of stiff competition in thebusiness of fruits. Moena Fresh Bali as one of the companies that sell fresh fruitsmust innovate or improve the shortage so that the consumers do not turn to otherproducts. Consumer behavior may help explain how consumers obtain satisfaction.The purpose of this research is to determine satisfaction of Moena Fresh Baliconsumers and to find out actions to increase customer satisfaction of Moena Fresh.The location of the research was conducted at four Moena Fresh outlets as it wasconsidered to represent consumers in every sub-district in Denpasar City. Thenumber of respondents was as many as 50 respondents and the sampling wasconducted by using accidental sampling. Types of data collected include quantitativeand qualitative data which were sourced from primary and secondary data. Methodsof data collection were by using interview techniques, observation, anddocumentation. Data analysis methods used were descriptive analysis, ImportancePerformance Analysis and Customer Satisfaction Index. Based on the results ofresearch, the calculation of CSI to the attributes of Moena Fresh Bali was 77.6% i.e.it meets the criteria of satisfaction. Based on the Matrix of Importance Performance,product attributes are classified into four quadrants and actions to improve customersatisfaction are through the improvement of attributes that become the main priority,namely the attributes of advertising / promotion, price, and discounts. The studysuggests that Moena Fresh Bali should perform printed and electronic publicationsand set competitive prices to maintain its customers.

AbstractDila Pangeto Dance is a work created by Indra Jaya in 2016. This research will emphasize the choreography which includes Indra Jaya as the creator, the idea of creation about the world and education, the process of creation that there is exploration, improvisation, and composition, as well as the formation of dance motion Dila Pangeto. To discuss the above problems using the foundation of Theory: Choreography using Seymour theory, the form of servings using the theory of Suzanne K. Langer, and formation of motion using the theory of Doris Humphrey. This dance research uses a descriptive method of analytic with qualitative data types through the data collection stage i.e. observation, interviews, library studies, as well as data analysis stage. The results of the study were the choreography Dila Pangeto which discusses the creators, ideas of creation, and the process of creation and the form of dance in which there is a serving structure divided into five parts, and the dance elements of Dila Pangeto include two female dancers, a parallel floor pattern, and zigzag, the stage space that has been provided by the organizing committee, dressing and clothing using West Sumbawa costumes, Dila and shawl properties, West Sumbawa Music and the addition of violin instruments, as well as Motion derived from the motion of West Sumbawa Dance and Gentao or Pencak Silat. The formation of Dila Pangeto Dance uses the motion of West Sumbawa Dance and Gentao. The formation of the dance movements of Dila Pangeto in the movement patterns such as Ngengke ‘, Palangan Telas, Nyempung, Bagerik, plump besai ‘, Bolang sweep ‘, Juluk Betak, Pio Ngibar, remove Pengkenang, Betak Jala, Sempanang, Telnyak ninting, Pusuk nyer, puntal yarn, Nesek , ninting Seleng, ente Dila, swivel dila, Jonyong, Basalunte ‘, Tanak, Ngijik, and Bajempit contains more designs using a unidirectional line design, the dynamics of gentle motion, functional rhythm or rhythm, mechanisms, and emotional The motivation of the life of West Sumbawa. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the realization of capital expenditure budget in the Trade and Industry Board of Musi Banyuasin. It has been reached the goal budget target in the government of Musi Banyuasin Regency. The methods of research used are qualitative methods. The data collection techniques used are interview research, documentation, and library studies. Data analysis was conducted using qualitative descriptive analysis methods and the use of capital expenditure budget data and the realization of capital spending in 2016 to 2018. The results showed that The Trade and Industry Board of Musi Banyuasin Regency in realization of the capital expenditure budget in the year 2016 to 2018 can be said to be effective and in positive growth. In 2016 to the year of 2018, The Trade and Industry Board of Musi Banyuasin Regency is still dependent on local government so that the implementation decentralization of capital expenditure budget can be said to be effective.

<p><em>Balinese comes in contact with 3 ideologic concepts such as: Tattwa (philosophy), Susila (behaviour), and Upacara (ritual). Those basic concepts will integrate and realize each other in Yadnya practices. There are 2 forms of Yadnya, such as Sekala and Niskala. Sekala is sacrifice by doing. While Niskala is sacrifice through offering to God with prabhavan.Yadnya requires infrastuctures symbolically, which is implemented through ritual. Ngaben Matuun is Yadnya which is included in Pitra Yadnya as a sacrifaction for pitara.</em></p><p><em>Symbolic communication aspects in ngaben matuun will be investigated through relevant aspects of communication in that ritual, such as intrapersonal communication, interpersonal communication, group communication, body symbol meaning, perpetuation meaning, social adaptation meaning,offerings symbolic meaning, palmyra palm leaves meaning in Kunduh meaning.</em></p><p><em>Ngaben ritual process is started by hitting kentongan 5 times, bathing the dead body using cendana water, corpse bathing ritual, pangerigkesan, buried. Matuun has some steps, such as mapekeling, nanceb salon, mapekeling ngaturang pelabaan, the main steps is ental burning and kunduh burying.</em></p><p><em>Ngaben ritual purpose is to bring unsure back to Panca Maha Butha and atma to pitara by breaking the relation with the body. The unsure will be back to Panca Maha Butha quicker through pengabenan. Through pengabenan, Balinese people believe that it can bring unsure back to Panca Maha Butha as well as doing child obligation for parents. Ngaben ritual has many functions, such as religious function, obligation function, social economical function, ethical function, and esthetical function.</em></p>

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. This research uses quantitative descriptive research with observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The population in this study all employees at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor, amounting to 136 people and the sample in this study as much as 50 percent, the total was 68 respondents. The data analysis technique used is by using descriptive analysis that is to present each question item using a percentage formula. The results showed that the three indicators in this study generally showed quite effective results, starting from the indicators of office spatial planning, the results of which were quite effective, indicators of employee placement whose results were quite effective, and indicators of the office's physical environment whose results were effective. Of the three indicators provide an overview that can be concluded that the office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar as a whole is considered quite effective.

Imam Al-Bur'i's An-Nabawiyyah poem consists of 43 verses, which contain anxiety, hope and strangeness in his heart as well as praise for the Prophet Muhammad. In this thesis discussion, the author discusses the wazan and bahar and the benefits found in the An-nabawiyyah poem by Imam Al-Bur'i The purpose of this discussion is to know the wazan 'arudh and bahar 'arudh and the benefits found in this Shia An-Nabawiyyah by Imam Al-Bur'i. This research uses a qualitative approach or library method that is a method of data collection with documentation methods through books, journals, and other literature related to this research with the aim of establishing a theory foundation. The data analysis used is a descriptive analysis that is an analysis technique used to analyze the data by describing the data that has been collected without any intention of making generalisasai from the results of the study.The results of this study show that the wazan and bahar arudh found in this An-Nabawiyyah poem are bahar Towil with wazan fa'ulun-mafa'iylun-fa'ulun-mafa'iylun 2x. and there are also some changes in wazan namely zihaf and illal in imam Bur'i's an-nabawiyyah poem.

Creativity is the ability to think about things in new and unusual ways and give birth to something unique, or create something original. Plasticine is a material that is made of flexible and can be shaped as desired. This study aims to increase early childhood creativity through playing plasticine. This type of research is Classroom Action Research. This research was conducted in 2 cycles, each stage, namely Planning, Implementation, Observation and Reflection. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation, field notes. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. Subjects in this study were group B with a total of 14 children consisting of 9 boys and 5 girls. The results showed that the creativity of children increased, namely from the pre-cycle the number of undeveloped children decreased from 12 children to 0 (85.7%) in cycles I and II, then children who began to develop from pre-cycle 2 children (14 , 3%) to 9 children (64.3%) in cycle I and to 0 in cycle II. Children who developed as expected from pre-cycle from none to 5 children (35.7%) in cycle I and 3 children (21.4%) in cycle 2. Children who developed very well in pre-cycle and cycle I did not there were 11 children (78.65%). These results indicate that playing plasticine can increase the creativity of early childhood in RA Ibnu Sina, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency.

The research aims to identify the nonverbal communication especially kinesics aspect in the Simpsons memes in “memes.com” instagram. The nonverbal communications in the Simpsons memes convey the meme users’ emotions, feelings and messages through expressive actions. By analyzing the non verbal communication, the meme users are able to understand the meaning of the meme and the meme readers are able to understand what the memes senders try to communicate. The research was conducted by means qualitative descriptive analysis. The data of the research was the Simpsons meme and the source of data was “memes.com” instagram. The data collection was qualitative audio and visual material because the data is a picture. The sample of the research was forteen Simpsons memes. Facial expression, posture and gesture are the kinesics aspect that found in the Simpsons memes in “memes.com” instagram. The results of the researchwere one meme showed posture and gesture, two memes showed facial expression and gesture, three memes showed facial expression and posture, memes only showed posture and five memes showed the character’s facial expression in conveying the message.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ingin mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Universitas Bangka Belitung. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 321 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil analisis deskriptif diperoleh pada indikator plan sebesar 4,11, Indikator preference sebesar 4,00, Sedangkan indikator desire yaitu sebesar 3,39 bahwa minat berwirausaha mahasiswa dalam kategori tinggi,. Pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dalam kategori efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Simpulan penelitian menyatakan bahwa semakin efektif pendidikan kewirausahaan yang diberikan, maka semakin tinggi juga minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Universitas Bangka Belitung. Abstract: The aims of study is to know the influence of entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial interest of Bangka Belitung University students.The sample of this study was 321 respondents. Using proportional random sampling for technique sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analyses. The results of the descriptive analysis are obtained in the plan indicator of 4.11, preference indicator of 4.00, while the desire indicator is 3.39 that the interest of entrepreneurial students in the high category. The influence of entrepreneurship education in effective category. The results show an entrepreneurial education that is simultaneously influential towards entrepreneurial interest. The more effective research is the entrepreneurial education, the higher the interest of students from the University of Bangka Belitung.
