This study aims to see how to instill the value of Pancasila in students.The appropriate type of research is descriptive qualitative research.The research instrument used deep interview, observation and documentation.Research Subjects are Educators /Teachers.The focus of this research is the cultivation of the three principles of Pancasila by educators/teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Polewali, West Sulawesi Province.It was found that the implementation of the implanting of the three values of Pancasila in students was carried out by institutions/schools through the role of educators in the learning process in the classroom, through planting material, extracurricular activities, collaborative activities with local government partners, as well as community and parent participation.

The existence of Lampung culture is very important to regard because the culture is a good culture strategy to maintain and develop Lampung language, that is by seeing and examining how the government apply the rules designed by the local government to retain one characteristic in the area, such as language and culture. This study is also conducted to find out how the development of Lampung language and the culture in Lampung province. The results in this study shows that language and culture is slowly eroded by the progression of time. Unfortunately, the education of Lampung language shows a lot of inequality in the learning process. This study uses a qualitative method to look at the use of language Lampung in customs procession that have lasted all this time. Afterwards, the researcher also look at and examine how the role of the government related to Lampung language and its culture,s including the teaching of Lampung language. Abstrak Keberadaan kebudayaan Lampung sangat penting untuk diperhatikan sebab kebudayaan tersebut adalah stategi kebudayaan yang sangat baik untuk memelihara, membina bahasa Lampung.  Melihat dan meneliti bagaimana pemerintah mengaplikasikan  Peraturan-peraturan yang di rancang oleh pemerintah daerah untuk mempertahankan salah satu ciri khas yang ada di daerah seperti bahasa dan kebudayaan. Penelitian ini juga  untuk mengetahui bagaimana perkembangan bahasa lampung dan kebudayaan yang ada di Provinsi Lampung. Hasil dalam penelitian ini bahwa bahasa dan kebudayaan perlahan-lahan terkikis oleh perkembangan waktu. Sungguh disayangkan kependidikan bahasa Lampung banyak ketimpangan dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode  kualitatif   dengan  melihat  pengunaan bahasa Lampung dalam acara prosesi  adat istiadat yang  telah  berlangsung  selama  ini. Kemudian melihat dan meneliti bagaimana peran pemerintah terkait bahasa daerah Lampung dan budaya di lihat juga dalam pengajaran bahasa Lampung.

The research's goal is to find out the Arabic learning process is based on the ability to read and write the Koran, and what factors influence the learning process of Arabic with the ability to read and write the Koran in students at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah level in the East Kalimamtan. The research isa descriptive qualitative research that tries to describe the process of learning Arabic by using the ability to read and write the Qur'an, the research subjects are 20 educators from the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Institute in the East Kalimamtan. The research instrument was observation, questionnaire, and documentation, data analysis using the Miles and Hubberman Model. The results of the study are the ability to read and write the Koran has an important role in learning Arabic, and one of the abilities that must be possessed by students because this ability is the initial capital in learning Arabic, if students have the ability to read and write the Koran then learning Arabic will be easier to learn and teach. Learning the Qur'an with the Qiro'ati method is the system and how to read it smoothly, quickly, precisely, correctly, and in tartil without having to be spelled. Then the implementation model is to use props for classical implementation which contains material that is in the pages of the volume book Qiro'ati. The instructor must conduct Qiro'ati education and training so as to obtain an official diploma that can be used to teach the Qiro’ati method. Then the purpose of this research is to find out what methods are used, how the learning process is, and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The research was conducted at the Al-Qur'anah Education Park PAUDIT Al Hasanah Pagar Dewa Bengkulu City on March 5 to April 5, 2019. Qur’anic recitation competition is one of the new trends in the field of Qur’anic studies in Nigeria and beyond. It is one of the recent features which dominate the curriculum of Muslim education in most parts of Nigeria today. With about three decades of existence, the competition has impacted so much on the development of Qur’anic studies in particular and Islamic education in general. It also brought to the system some changes in the entire curriculum; the syllabus, the methodology of teaching, the outcome and objectives of the discipline as well as the learning environment itself. One of the apparent areas of changes brought is the student orientation and teacher-student orientation in the learning process. The competition also brought about rapid development in the study of other aspects of Qur’anic sciences which were hitherto neglected or unknown to most of the Qur’anic scholars and students. Aspects of Qur’anic sciences, such as tajwīd, the science of qira’āt, exegesis of the Qur’an etc. received robust attention by many of the scholars and students today. Bauchi metropolis in Bauchi Local Government Area of Bauchi State is one of the areas that witness the popularity and influence of Qur’anic recitation competition in its Qur’anic school system. This paper aimed at studying the phenomenon of Qur’anic Recitation Competition and its impact on the promotion / development of the study of various aspects of Qur’anic sciences in the area, from the inception of the competition in 1986 up to 2015. The methodology adopted in the research was analytical and comparative as data that were collected through observation, interviews and survey from selected Qur’anic centres within the metropolitan city of Bauchi was analysed and compared.

Ideally, the teacher can use a variety of appropriate strategies in the learning process. This study aims to find out how the level of students 'ability to read the Koran in MAN I Aceh Selatan and how teachers use learning strategies to improve students' ability to read the Koran in MAN I Aceh Selatan. Data collection techniques are carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation. This research is Field Research (field research) is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that students of MAN I Aceh Selatan were able to read the Koran because of the cooperation between the principal and the teacher who was very selective in accepting prospective new students. Students' ability to read the Koran is different, for those who are not fluent. The solution made by teachers and principals is that they will be guided in extracurricular activities called the "tilawah" extracurricular activities conducted every Friday, which are taught how to pronounce the correct letters, speeches, tajweed and songs in reading the Koran. those who are already fluent and have good voices they will be appointed as peer teachers whose purpose is also to help students who are not fluent. In addition, the school will also bring teachers from LPIQ, so that children gain insight, are fluent and can be rhythmic, while the strategies used in Al-Quran learning children are required to "read a loud" when reading the Koran, they should not be ashamed, because their voices will be heard by friends and teachers, so that one another can judge each other and the teacher is easier to correct mistakes so they can be fast.

Abstract The research was conducted in MTs Negeri 2 Pringsewu because the researcher saw the lack of facilities and infrastructure in MTs Negeri 2 Pringsewu. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of financial management in the procurement of facilities and infrastructure. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Sources of data in this study are principals, treasurers, facilities and infrastructure, TU and the entire board of teachers. The research instrument used in this research is interview, observation and documentation. The management of facilities and infrastructure at MTs Negeri 2 Pringsewu is done in various ways. Starting from planning, procurement, storage, inventory, maintenance and utilization. Referring to the results of the research, the authors provide advice for the principal to further improve the management of facilities and infrastructure, and for teachers to increase the use of media in teaching and learning process so that students can absorb the lesson well so that schools can improve the quality of education and realize the purpose of education. Abstrak Penelitian dilakukan di MTs Negeri 2 Pringsewu karena peneliti melihat masih kurangnya sarana dan prasarana di MTs Negeri 2 Pringsewu. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan managemen keuangan dalam pengadaan sarana dan prasarana. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, bendahara, waka sarana dan prasarana, TU dan seluruh dewan guru. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Manajemen sarana dan prasarana di MTs Negeri 2 Pringsewu dilakukan dengan berbagai cara. Mulai dari perencanaan, pengadaan, penyimpanan, inventarisasi, pemeliharaan dan pemanfaatan. Mengacu kepada hasil penelitian, penulis memberi saran bagi kepala sekolah agar lebih meningkatkan lagi manajemen sarana dan prasarana, dan bagi guru lebih meningkatkan penggunaan media dalam proses belajar mengajar agar para murid dapat menyerap pelajaran dengan baik sehingga sekolah mampu meningkatkan mutu pendidikan serta mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan. This paper has a purpose to explain the weaving tradition of Bugis Pagatan community which still carried out tomaintain their identity. The focus of this study is Pagatan Weaving craftswomen in Tanah Bumbu Regency as part ofBugis Pagatan community and known for their unique cultural traditions in South Kalimantan.It is interesting toexplore the influence of global culture to the weaving tradition values and strategies carried out by the craftswomenso their products can be accepted by the wide length of society.The external role of local government is alsoexplained in strengthening the Bugis Pagatan cultural identity in Tanah Bumbu Regency. This research usedthe descriptive qualitative method which data were collected by observation, in-depth interview, and documentation.The informants are Pagatan Weaving craftswomen in Pagatan, South Borneo. The results show that 1) Pagatanweaving is a result of negotiating by Pagatan’s culture and tradition also global culture. Negotiate strategy was doneby Pagatan Weaving craftswomen for its quality can fulfil international standart. 2) Government of KabupatenTanah Bumbu have a role in affirmation of Bugis Pagatan culture’s identity.

Dayah as an Islamic educational institution has a great influence on the lives of the people of Aceh in particular and Indonesia to date. People still pay great attention to dayah as an alternative education. In general, dayah education aims to foster people to have good personalities following Islamic teachings and instil a religious sense in all aspects of life. This study aims to look at the role of the dayah during the covid-19 pandemic (a case study in the Istiqamatuddin dayah in Lamceu Village, Aceh Besar). The type of research determined is descriptive qualitative using interviews and observations of educational activities in dayah during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results showed that the learning process at the dayah continued as usual but by implementing strict health protocols (prokes). Bandongan and sorogan methods are methods used in the learning process. This is done to increase the motivation and interest of the students in studying at the dayah. In addition, studying at the dayah for santri helps them prevent boredom of studying online at home during the pandemic

The importance of the teachers as role models for students is related to their personality to build the character of students. Character education can be carried out through existing programs in schools, such as integrating it in learning and implementing it through extracurricular activities. In addition, the curriculum influences all educational activities; without a curriculum, the learning process will not work well. In this case, the role of the teachers is not only to educate students following the curriculum demands but also to provide an example to students by becoming individual role models. Teachers who become role models will be able to show attitudes and behaviour following values and norms in daily life so that students can see and imitate them. Teacher as a role model will support the character education program and help students to have good character
