For centuries, humans have attempted to improve their living conditions, seeking to facilitate their daily tasks and in the industry, seeking to improve production processes, in order to be more competitive and generate greater wealth through their work, trying to avoid work risks and accidents, improve product quality and production times, as well as downtime. The design proposed for this work is that of a roller conveyor by gravity, controlled and monitored by PLC, sensors, dosers, and data matrix cameras, in order to have internal control of the manufacturing process of the Carrier piece. The automation of this conveyor line will reduce transport times between each work operation, eliminating unnecessary movements and increasing mobility in each work operation. This will help increase production, in addition to reducing mishandling of the piece caused by the wrong manipulation of the operator.

In Produktionssystemen steigt die erzeugte Datenmenge durch die Integration von cyber-physischen Systemen und zusätzlichen Sensoren kontinuierlich an. Diese Daten enthalten potenziell nützliches Wissen zur Verbesserung der Produktqualität und der Produktionsprozesse. Unternehmen haben jedoch oftmals nicht das notwendige Know-how, die anfallenden Daten zu analysieren sowie das darin enthaltene Wissen zu extrahieren. Das Ziel des Forschungsprojekts „OpenServ4P“ ist es, Services zu entwickeln, die von Unternehmen ohne tiefgreifendes Know-how im Bereich Datenanalyse erfolgreich angewendet und an ihre spezifischen Anforderungen angepasst werden können. Im Folgenden wird ein Service für die automatisierte, integrierte Qualitätssicherung vorgestellt.   The amount of data generated in production systems increases continuously due to the integration of cyber-physical systems and additional sensors. These data contain potentially useful knowledge to improve product quality and production processes. However, companies often do not have the necessary know-how to analyze the data and extract the contained knowledge. The goal of the OpenServ4P research project is to develop services that can be successfully applied by companies without in-depth know-how in the field of data analysis and can be adapted to their specific requirements. In the following, a service for automated, integrated quality assurance is presented.

Implicit cost (PONC) which was produced by nonconformance in manufacturing process bring a large number of loss to the enterprise. For the data of PONC during manufacturing process is difficult to collect, and difficult to calculate costing of scrap and rework PONC, the included projects and the calculation method of Price of Nonconformance is proposed and analyzed to quantify scrap and rework PONC. The calculation method can be programmed and implemented by means of C# language in the paper, and the working procedure which the Price of Nonconformance is beyond the standard is analyzed and improved. The results of example analysis and verification show the calculation method of PONC is effective way to improve the efficiency of cost management, reduce quality cost, improve product quality and increase the economic efficiency of enterprise.

Because the solder residue was found in the manufacturing process which greatly affected the product quality, the purpose of this paper was to make the product quality improved and to find an optimal solution for process parameters in the flip chip process. The experimental testing was based on SMT manufacturing process. The amount and size of solder left on passive component in the process of manufacturing were considered as the quality traits. Since too many solders left on the passive component side during flux cleaning process, it was possible that the balling would be flowed into the chip, which caused the bump short in the chip and affected the quality of the product. In this paper, orthogonal array by using Taguchi method is adopted as the effective experimental method with the least experimental runs. Also, based on the quality evaluation of signal-to-noise ratio, the ANOVA is used to evaluate the effects of quality target according to the experimental results. The results reveal that the optimization in the process is confirmed. Therefore, this study can effectively improve the solder residue in semiconductor manufacturing process.

Mold flow software is used to conduct mold flow analysis of copier parts, simulate its filling and cooling process, and predict possible defects in the product design process in order to determine the formability of plastic parts and product quality. The optimal mold structure can be obtained by comparing different solutions so as to save production costs and improve product quality and efficiency.

Companies must be responsive in addressing consumer behavior by anticipating changes and retaining consumers so that consumers are loyal. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of products and prices on consumer’s purchasing decisions Mamasuka spacy flour at PT Jico Agung in Pekanbaru. There were 60 consumers used as population and sample in this research. They are the consumers from shops and grocers selling Mamasuka spicy flour of PT Jico Agung in Pekanbaru. While the method used in this research was multiple linear analysis. The result showed that both products and prices affected each other in consumers’ decision to buy Mamasuka spicy flour. Product and prices also affected positively consumers’ purchasing decision in buying Mamasuka spicy flour at PT Jico Agung in Pekanbaru. The contribution of product and prices to consumers’ purchasing decisions in buying Mamasuka was 41,6%, while the rest is equal to 58,4% influenced by other variables not examined in this research. PT Jico Agung was expected to improve product quality and provide competitive price as well as concern about promotion strategi used.Keywords: Products, Prices, Purchasing Decisions
