The quality of students graduating from vocational high school can be improved if the principal's leadership and increased industrial participation are supported. The purpose of this study is to analyze. This study employs a quantitative approach and path analysis techniques in conjunction with a survey method. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire. Instruments were thoroughly tested prior to their use in research. Validity and reliability tests are conducted on the instruments. The data analysis in this study was conducted using both descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. This study was conducted at seven State Vocational High Schools in Serang City. Principals' leadership and industrial participation, according to research, have a direct effect on school quality. The principal's leadership directly impacts the school's quality. Industry involvement has a direct positive effect on the quality of education. Principal leadership has a positive effect on labor participation directly. This research implies a shift in perspective regarding the quality of State Vocational Schools in Serang City, particularly at the leadership level as a manager accountable for the graduates' quality. School leaders ensure that collaboration with industry is demonstrated through participation in the development of industry-related curricula.

The figure of principal as top management in schools has an important role in optimizing the function of teachers in accordance with the background of their expertise, particularly to vocational high school, which becomes one of Indonesian’s government priorities. Thus, the aim of the study was to examine the influence of the principal's managerial ability on the quality of vocational high school. The study was conducted at three public vocational schools of Business Management group located in North Jakarta. The study employed a quantitative survey method with 102 teachers as a sample from the teacher population of 138 people. Prior to the research, trials were conducted on 30 teachers. The research reports that direct influence of the principal's managerial ability on the quality of vocational school of business management group is 16%. This figure indicates the direct influence of the Principal's managerial ability on the quality of vocational high Schools. It is concluded that the competency of principal has a major role to bring the success of school as an educational organization and the quality of teachers.

This study aims to analyze and find out the implementation of principals 'leadership through school quality with the long-term goal of improving the quality of schools through principals' leadership. The specific target of this research is to develop a principal's leadership model. The research method uses a qualitative approach through case studies through observation, interviews, document studies relating to the principal's leadership and school quality. The general conclusion is that improving school quality is a process towards the realization of quality schools. Principal's leadership in strengthening school quality can be found in (1) Improving school quality (2) Principal's leadership strategy in improving school quality.

This study aims to increase the quality of leadership according to the context in the field, especially in the standard of international school leadership. The research method uses a qualitative research type, with the data source used is literature both in books and journals. The results showed that there was a weak but influential relationship between the School Principal's leadership on school quality its self. There is a weak but significant and influential relationship between teacher performance and school quality. Simultaneously, School Principal's leadership and teacher performance have a weak but significant relationship, and both have a positive effect on school quality.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinan sesuai dengan konteks di lapangan khususnya dalam kepemimpinan pada sekolah bertaraf Internasional. Metode penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan sumber data yang digunakan adalah berupa literatur baik dalam buku maupun jurnal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang lemah namun berpengaruh antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap mutu sekolah. Terdapat hubungan yang lemah namun signifikan dan berpengaruh antara kinerja guru terhadap mutu sekolah. Secara simultan, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru memiliki hubungan yang lemah namun signifikan, dan berpengaruh positif terhadap mutu sekolah.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the principal's leadership, organizational climate and work motivation on teacher performance in Vocational Schools in North Halmahera Regency both partially and simultaneously. Data from the analysis in this study shows that the Principal Leadership is in the good category in the implementation task. Besides that, the organizational climate shows good creation of a safe, comfortable atmosphere and hangs up the fun learning process. While work motivation both internal and external encouragement reaches the desired expectations. Based on multiple regression tests partially shows that the leadership of the principal, organizational climate does not have a positive influence on teacher performance. While work motivation has a positive and partial effect on the performance and simultaneously leadership of the principal, organizational climate, work motivation of this variable together have a positive effect on teacher performance.

This study aim was to determine the effect of e-service quality, price perception, and sales promotion on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction on Gojek customers in Yogyakarta. This research is a quantitative study with survey method. The population in this study were Gojek customers in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with a total sample of 235 respondents. The technique of collecting data used an online questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis was bootstrapping method using macro PROCESS by Andrew F. Hayes. The results of this study show that there is a positive effect of e-service quality on the satisfaction of Gojek Yogyakarta customers, there is a positive effect of price perception on the satisfaction of Gojek Yogyakarta customers, there is a positive effect of sales promotion on the satisfaction of Gojek Yogyakarta customers, there is a positive effect of customer satisfaction on the loyalty of Gojek Yogyakarta customers, there is a positive effect of e-service quality on the loyalty of Gojek Yogyakarta customers, there is a positive effect of price perception on the loyalty of Gojek Yogyakarta customers, there is a positive effect of sales promotion on the loyalty of Gojek Yogyakarta customers, and there is the effect of e service quality, price perception, and sales promotion on customer loyalty through Gojek Yogyakarta customer satisfaction, as evidenced by the e-service quality variable mediation coefficient of 0,0442; the mediation coefficient of price perception variable is 0,0404; and the mediation coefficient of sales promotion variable is 0.0676.

This research entitled the influence of the implementation of ISO 9001:2008 quality management on leadership and service quality in SMK Negeri 2 Kabupaten Tangerang. The formulation of this research problem is whether there is influence of the implementation of ISO 9001: 2008 and principal leadership on the quality of service in SMK Negeri 2 Tangerang Regency. While tujuaannya is wanted to know the effect of the implementation of ISO 9001: 2008 and teacher performance on service quality in SMK Negeri 2 Kabupaten Tangerang. This research used survey method with correlation technique, sample size 350 people, student research object, teacher and employee of SMK Negeri 2 Kabupaten Tangerang. The result of this research is that there is a significant effect of quality management of ISO 9001: 2008 and principal leadership together towards the quality of service in SMK Negeri 2 Kabupaten Tangerang. This is evidenced by (sig) of 0.000 <0.05 and Fcount of 62.233. There is a significant effect of quality management of ISO 9001: 2008 on the quality of service in SMK Negeri 2 Kabupaten Tangerang. This is evidenced by the value of Sig = 0.000 <0.05 and tcount = 5.933. There is a significant influence of Headmaster's leadership on the quality of service in SMK Negeri 2 Kabupaten Tangerang. And proved by the value of Sig = 0.001 <0.05 and tcount = 3.396.

The objective of this study is to determine whether there is a direct or indirect effect of transformational leadership and self-efficacy on the performance of IAIN Curup lecturers. Based on pre-observation, the low frequency of lecturers' attendance which did not reach sixteen meetings, the difficulty to meet the Academic advisor for consultation, inappropriate expertise of lecturers, and some of the incompetent lecturers became the background leading the researchers to examine the performance of the IAIN Curup lecturers. In this study, there were three variables. A purposive sampling was used to involve all official lecturers as the participants, and they were 112 people.  This study used a quantitative approach as the research methodology by applying a survey method with path analysis technique. This study used questionnaire as the data collection technique. The researchers had analyzed the instrument before it was distributed to the participants. The instrument was tested by using validity and reliability tests. Three hypotheses were tested. The results showed that transformational leadership had a direct, positive effect on job performance; self-efficacy had a direct, positive effect on the lecturers’ job performance; and the transformational leadership had a direct effect on self-efficacy.

A B S T R A C T Audit quality is the possibility of finding and reported a violation of the client’s accounting system. This study aims to examine the influence influence the integrity, objectivity and professionalism of auditors on audit quality. The study used survey method in January to March 2014. Research sampling method based on convenience in the election samplel by destination. Respondents many as 82 people. The data analyzed using regression methods. The results indicate variable integrity, objectivity and professionalism of auditors affect simultaneously and can be used to predict the quality of audit results. From the research hypothesis can result in that variable integrity of auditors have a significant positive effect on audit quality. Professionalism variable also has a significant positive effect on audit quality but objectivity variable has no significant effect on audit quality. A B S T R A K Kualitas audit adalah kemungkinan menemukan dan melaporkan pelanggaran sistem akuntansi klien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh mempengaruhi integritas, objektivitas dan profesionalisme auditor terhadap kualitas audit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei di Januari - Maret 2014. Metode penelitian sampling berdasarkan kenyamanan dalam pemilihan samplel oleh tujuan. Responden sebanyak 82 orang. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan integritas variabel, objektivitas dan profesionalisme auditor berpengaruh secara simultan dan dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi kualitas hasil audit. Dari hipotesis penelitian dapat menghasilkan bahwa integritas variabel auditor memiliki efek positif yang signifikan terhadap kualitas audit. Variabel Profesionalisme juga memiliki efek positif yang signifikan terhadap kualitas audit, tetapi variabel objektivitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas audit. This research is motivated by the importance of maintaining customer loyalty for the survival of the company. This study aims to determine and analyze customer satisfaction and product quality as keys to increasing customer loyalty. The population of this study were visitors to the Rava Motor workshop for one year, amounting to 3161 customers where the population data was seen from the actual customer entry unit in 2019. Based on Slovin calculations with an error of 10%, a sample of 97 visitors was obtained using incidental sampling technique. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires, observation and interviews. The instrument used has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is the descriptive data analysis technique, multiple correlation and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive effect of service quality on customer loyalty and there is a positive effect of product quality on customer loyalty. In addition, simultaneously that there is a positive effect of service quality and product quality on customer loyalty.

Principal leadership activities in utilizing social media can affect the effectiveness of organizing, coaching, and communication. This study discusses effective communication with students through utilizing social media. Communication through social media is done by forming groups in various social media. This research was conducted with a survey method that uses data analysis with path analysis methods where calculations are performed with the program used are Data Analysis packages found in Microsoft Excel and SPSS. The subjects of this study were the deputy principals of the Vocational High School students' field of 100 people in the city of Bekasi. The determination of the sample was taken using Slovin formula and random sampling technique, as many as 80 deputy principals in the student field were the sample of the study while 20 deputy principals in the student field were used to test the validation of the research instruments. This research is expected to contribute to society.
