Abstraksi Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan strategi pembelajaran sosiodrama dan presentasi. Dugaan awal yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada perbedaan antara strategi pembelajaran sosiodrama dan presentasi. Strategi pembelajaran sosiodrama lebih efektif dalam penyerapan informasi pada mahasiswa daripada pembelajaran presentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah semua mahasiswa yang ada di kelas psikologi perkembangan di A dan B. Peneliti memberikan posttest setiap selesai melakukan presentasi dan sosiodrama di masing-masing kelas, kemudian mereview proses pembelajaran. Posttest dilakukan dalam 12 kali pertemuan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen Posttest Only, Equivalent Control Group Design, yaitu subjek yang diberi perlakuan merupakan keseluruhan subjek dalam kelompok tersebut. Metode analisis data dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan fasilitas program SPSS versi IBM 22,00 dan analisis data deskriptif dari hasil observasi. Teknik analisis uji U-Mann Whitney test menunjukkan skor p > 0,05 yang artinya tidak ada perbedaan antara menggunakan strategi pembelajaran sosiodrama dan presentasi. Namun, dari hasil rata-rata nilai posttest kelas, ditemukan bahwa kelas yang menggunakan metode sosiodrama memiliki nilai rata-rata yang lebih tinggi daripada metode presentasi. Kata kunci : strategi pembelajaran, sosiodrama, presentasi  Abstract This study aims to determine the differences in learning strategies sociodrama and presentation. Initial allegations put forward in this study is there is a difference between learning strategies sociodrama and presentation. Sociodramas more effective learning strategies in the uptake of information on student learning rather than presentation. Subjects numbered are all students in the class in the A and B. Researchers gave posttest after each presentation and sociodramas in each class, and then reviewing the learning process. Posttest conducted in 12 meetings. The method used was experimental posttest Only, Equivalent Control Group Design, the subject being treated is a whole subject in the group. Methods of data analysis performed in this study using the facilities of IBM SPSS version 22.00 and descriptive data analysis of the results of observation. Engineering test analysis Mann Whitney U-test showed score p> 0.01, which means there is no difference between the use of learning strategies sociodrama and presentation. However, the results of the average posttest value, it was found that the class using sociodramas method has an average value higher than the method of presentation. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of project-based learning for the student’s activeness and creative thinking skills of students of Class X SMA N 2 Semarang. This research is experimental study with method of Quasi Experimental Non-equivalent Control Group Design. The data in this study is the result of creative thinking skills and student’s activeness. Data were analyzed using two-sample t test analysis. Research shows that 1) there is no difference in the early of ability between class that follows of project based learning process and the class that follows the cooperative learning (tresult = 0,4089 < ttable = 1,6663), 2) there is a difference between the results of creative thinking skills of  the students that follow of project-based learning (tresult = 10,12 >  ttable = 1.6663) and students who follow cooperative learning, 3) there is a difference between the student’s activeness of students that follows project-based learning (tresult = 49,56 > ttabel = 1,6663) and student who follow cooperative learning. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the project-based learning is more effective than cooperative learning in improving learning results in the form of the student’s activeness and creative thinking skills.

Concepts understanding is the key for students to have quality knowledge. A good concepts understanding will affect the achievement of other abilities such as the ability to think critically and creatively. This study aims to see the application of two strategies, namely RQA (Reading-Questioning-Answering) and TTW (Think-Talk-Write) in improving students' concepts understanding. The research method used is posttest only control group design with a total sample of 60 students divided into two experimental classes. The treatment for the first experimental class was the RQA strategy while the treatment for the second experimental class was the TTW strategy. After the treatments, the students were given 20 questions about concepts understanding motion and force material. Based on the results of testing and data analysis, it is found that there are differences in the achievement of students' conceptual understanding between RQA strategy and TTW strategy. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the three steps in the TTW strategy have a better impact on the seven aspects of conceptual understanding compared to the RQA strategy. This study provides recommendation for teachers to correctly choose learning strategies according to the character of the material to be taught.

The purpose of this study is to determine the interaction between learning process and early mathematical ability towards the enhancement of mathematical disposition ability, and for knowing the enhancement of student's mathematical disposition ability who achieved Chalk Talk method with CTL approach compared conventional learning. The type of this research is quasi-experiment with non-equivalent control group design. The independent variable of this study is Chalk Talk with CTL and early mathematical ability. The dependent variable of this study is mathematical disposition ability. The sample of this study is the student from SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Depok grade VIII, then VIII B and C as the sample. The instrument use scale of mathematical disposition ability and activity note. The data analysis using ANOVA 2 tail technic (significance 5%). The results of this study indicate that there is no interaction between learning and early mathematical ability on enhancing mathematical disposition ability of student, and the enhancement of student's mathematical disposition ability that received Chalk Talk with CTL was not better than student who received conventional learning

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan model pembelajaran project based learning dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis peserta didik. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen semu yang didesain menggunakan teknik Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. Sampel penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas VIII MTs Negeri Model Makassar. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) kelas eksperimen sebelum menerapkan model pembelajaran project based learning memperoleh nilai rata-rata hasil tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah sebesar 79,28. Setelah menerapkan model pembelajaran project based learning diperoleh nilai rata-rata hasil tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah sebesar 91,24 sehingga terjadi peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 15,086%; 2) secara signifikan, terjadi peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah untuk kelas yang menggunakan model pembelajaran project based learning di MTs Negeri Model Makassar.  AbstractThis research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the application of the project based learning model in improving students' mathematical problem solving abilities. This research approach is a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental type of research designed using the Non-Equivalent Control Group Design technique. The research sample was class VIII MTs Negeri Model Makassar.. The data analysis technique used descriptive and inferential analysis, namely t test. The results showed that 1) the experimental class before applying the project-based learning model obtained an average value of the problem-solving ability test results of 79.28. After applying the project based learning learning model, the average value of the problem solving ability test results was 91.24, resulting in an average increase of 15.086%; 2) there is a significant increase in problem-solving abilities for classes that use the project-based learning model at MTs Negeri Model Makassar.

The purpose of this study was to determine the results of thick eyebrow formation without shaving eyebrows by applying cream concealer and foundation cream to night makeup, to find out the best results and the panelists' favorite response. This research method is quasi-experimental method with a Non equivalent control group design. The population in the study were students of the Makeup and Beauty of the Padang State University University who had the shape of thick eyebrows and long face shapes. Sampling using purposive sampling technique and using t test analysis. The results of the analysis show that there are significant differences in the results of the resembling indicator of obtaining p>0.05 (P = 0.635), the highest average in the experimental group (X2) is 3.40, at the level of smoothness p<0.05 (p = 0.020), The highest average score in the experimental group (X2) is 3.60, at the level of fineness p<0.05 (p = 0.047), the highest average value is obtained by the experimental group (X2) is 3.47. the best comparison of results is to apply foundation cream (X2). The results show that the advantages of foundation cream are easier to use and are disguised in night makeup

The purpose of the research to knows comparison of slit eye correction results using two lashes with the addition of scotch tape and three lashes for bridal makeup. This research method uses quasi-experimental methods with Non equivalent control group design. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The analysis shows that there are differences in the level of neatness in the technique of using two lashes with scotch tape and the use of three lashes for bridal makeup (p=0,035). Where the highest average value was found using three Eyelashes (X2) which is equal to 2.47. There are no significant differences in eye impression indicators seen in the technique of using two lashes with scotch tape and the use of three lashes for bridal makeup (p=0,035). However, the highest average value was found using three Eyelashes (X2) which was equal to 2.67. There are significant differences in eye impression indicators on the technique of using two lashes with the addition of scotch tape and the use of three lashes for bridal makeup (p=0,010). Where the highest average value was found using three Eyelashes (X2) which is equal to 2.93. the best result bridal makeup is using three eyelashes technique for more perfect .

Abstract: This study uses the type of Quasy Experiment Design with the design of Non Equivalent Control Group Design. The study used two classes as the experimental class and the control class. The study population was VII grade students. The sampling technique used is Cluster Random Sampling. Based on data analysis and discussion, there are differences in the average value of learning outcomes (posttest) between learning using the advanced organizer and conventional learning models, from the results of the t test also known that 0.044 <0.05 which means H0 is rejected which indicates the influence of the model advanced organizer learning on students' creative thinking abilities.Abstrak: Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis Quasy Eksperiment Design dengan rancangan desain Non Equivalent Control Group Design. Penelitian menggunakan dua kelas sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol.. Populasi penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas VII. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dengan cara Cluster Random Sampling. Berdasarkan analisis data dan pembahasan, terdapat perbedaan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar (postest) antara pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran advanced organizer dan konvensional, dari hasil perhitungan uji t juga diketahui bahwa 0,044 < 0,05 yang berarti H0 ditolak yang menunjukkan adanya pengaruh model pembelajaran advanced organizer terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik.

Based on the writer’s preliminary study, it was found that the speaking ability of the students were still low. Some of students were not able to pronounce well, were not able to express their ideas, and were afraid of making mistakes when they were speaking. All of those problems were caused by several factors, one of them was the way of teaching was not appropriate for the students. In this research, the writer applied Impromptu Speech technique which has been proven can improve students’ speaking ability, it is one teaching technique that is very useful for teaching speaking. This technique enables students to develop their capability to think on their feet, organize ideas quickly, and speak informatively and confidently about variety of topics. The subject of this research was the fourth semester students of Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Bahasa Asing (STIBA) PersadaBunda, and the object was the effect of applying Impromptu Speech technique. The writer used simple sampling to take the sample. The writer used Non Equivalent control group design that used one group as the experimental class and one group as control class. The writer used Independent Sample t-test to analyze the data. Based on the data analysis, Consideration Sig (2tailed) t0= 0.000 is lower than Sig (2 tailed) ttable= 0.005, it means Ha was accepted and H0 is rejected. So, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of applying Impromptu Speech technique to improve students’ speaking ability at the fourth semester students of STIBA Persada Bunda Pekanbaru.

This study aims to examine the effect of applying uno-assisted bioedutainment strategy on students’ learning outcomes in invertebrate material. This study uses a non-equivalent control group design. The population of this study is the students of class X SMA Institut Indonesia Semarang. X.4 and X.5 were selected as samples using purposive sampling technique. The result of the study showed that there were significant differences in the data of the second post tested class. T test analysis of post test students shows t count> t table. The conclusion of this study is that the learning using uno cards in invertebrate material has a positive effect on the students’ learning outcomes.

During the last 10 years, it is estimated that there has been a significant increase in hypertension patients, which has contributed to the death of approximately 8 million people annually worldwide. The purpose of this study was to analyze the differences in the effectiveness of Indonesian bay leaves solution and cucumbers in elderly with hypertension at Puskesmas Moncobalang, Gowa Regency in 2019. The research method was quantitative with Quasi Experimental design and Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The results of the Wilcoxon statistical test on Indonesian bay leaves solution with a value of Pvalue 0,005 <0,05, this means that Ho has been rejected and Ha has been accepted. The average pretest score of 3,80 is smaller than the average posttest score of 1,80. Thus, there is the effectiveness of boiled Indonesian bay leaves solution in elderly with hypertension. Likewise, the Wilcoxon statistical test results on cucumbers showed a value of Pvalue 0,004 <0,05, this means that Ho has been rejected and Ha has been accepted. The means of blood pressure pretest is 3,80 which is smaller than the posttest average value of 2,50. This research inferred that the juiced cucumber is effective in treating elderly with hypertension. In conclusion, there is no difference in effectiveness between boiled Indonesian bay leaves solution and juiced cucumber in treating elderly with hypertension at Moncobalang Health Center, Gowa Regency.
