Objective - The present study aims to describe the challenges of recruitment and selection systems encountered in Indonesia, to ultimately identify the factors influencing the rationale for recruitment and selection processes. Methodology/Technique - A case study approach is used with in-depth interview method for explaining the challenges of recruitment and selection systems applied in Indonesia. The procedure of data analysis consists of three actions that take place instantaneously: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Findings - The findings of this study show that an organisation can obtain qualified personnel who meet their requirements through the application of effective principles in the process of recruitment and selection, in addition to adopting the principles of clarity, planning, legal aspects, accuracy, fairness, honesty, and trust from HR. Novelty - The empirical implications of this study provide a deeper understanding of the resource-based theory. Which explains that humans, as assets of an organization, must be recruited and selected with the right procedures and processes to ensure they provide value to the organization and increase its credibility. In addition, the findings of this study can be adopted by organizations within their recruitment systems, to capture competent candidates for recruitment. Hence, the results of this study further the development of the current principle of human capital for organizations. Today's world sees globalization leaving a huge impact on women's lives. Globalization is shaping a complex life with positive and negative impacts. For female celebrity preachers, globalization has its own challenges when it comes to managing society. Qualitative methods were used in this study with a case study approach and in-depth interview method. In terms of sampling, the informants selected were two female celebrity preachers in Malaysia: Isfadiah Mohamed and Norhafizah Musa. Studies have found that the challenges they face are ambiguity, complexity, complexity, volatility and uncertainty. Dunia hari ini menyaksikan globalisasi meninggalkan impak yang besar dalam kehidupan wanita. Globalisasi mencorakkan kehidupan serba kompleks dan mempunyai impak positif dan negatif. Bagi pendakwah selebriti wanita, globalisasi mempunyai cabaran tersendiri dalam mendepani pengurusan masyarakat. Metode kualitatif digunakan dalam kajian ini dengan pendekatan kajian kes dan menggunakan metod temubual secara mendalam. Dari segi persampelan, informan yang dipilih adalah dua orang pendakwah selebriti wanita di Malaysia iaitu Isfadiah Mohamed dan Norhafizah Musa. Kajian mendapati antara cabaran yang dihadapi oleh mereka adalah kekaburan (ambiguity), kerumitan (complexity), perubahan mendadak (volatility) dan ketidakpastian (uncertainty).

Purpose Women establish their enterprise for economic independence and empowerment. This study aims to identify the factors that promote women entrepreneurship in Uttarakhand, a state in India. Although, women have the potential to become entrepreneurs, they do not have the right opportunities to explore it. Therefore, the role of non-government organizations (NGOs) is imminent in supporting women's entrepreneurial cause. Design/methodology/approach The problems of women entrepreneurs during venture creation have been explored. Case studies of women entrepreneurs and NGOs operating in Uttarakhand have been developed through an in-depth interview method. Findings Entrepreneurial learning occurs because of certain personal, social and environmentally driven motivational factors. Entrepreneurial learning helps in the development of personal, social, managerial and entrepreneurial competencies. These competencies are essential for the performance of an enterprise. Practical implications This study provides directions to policymakers and researchers to focus on developmental programmes for women entrepreneurs. Originality/value This study explores a conceptual framework for the promotion of women entrepreneurship.

Interpersonal communication is needed by interfaith couples as an effort to maintain relationships so that this couple's marriage lasts. There are several elements of communication that can be used to maintain relationships, besides there are also ways and types of maintaining relationships. This article aims to determine and explain the influence of interpersonal communication in the households of interfaith couples in Kalibago Hamlet, Kalipang Village, Grogol District, Kediri Regency. By using a case study approach. In-depth interview method for extracting data with interview guidelines aimed at informants of interfaith family couples. The resource persons were determined using a purpose sampling technique with a qualitative phenomenological approach. The results of the study indicate that there are couples who are able to live a lasting life by using ways to uphold the value of honesty, openness and providing support to each partner who has different religions and beliefs, and children are considered as a couple's goal to maintain their harmonious relationship. Meanwhile, the type of interpersonal communication that is often developed is face-to-face communication.

ABSTRAK Remaja putri membutuhkan persiapan fisik atau mental dalam menghadapi menarche. Mereka membutuhkan informasi yang benar dan lengkap dari kedua orang tua tentang haid sangat banyak, sehingga mereka bisa mempersiapkan diri dalam menghadapi menarche dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peran orang tua dalam mempersiapkan remaja putri dalam menghadapi menarche di Desa Kadirejo Kecamatan Karanganom Kabupaten Klaten. Penelitian ini  merupakan  penelitian  kualitatif  dengan  menggunakan  pendekatan  fenomenologis.  Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 90 orang tua yang memiliki remaja putri berusia 9-12 tahun yang belum pernah menstruasi di Desa Kadirejo Kecamatan Karanganom Kabupaten Klaten. Sampel purposive digunakan untuk mengambil sampel. Ada 5 sampel dalam penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara mendalam. Menstruasi adalah hasil darah dari vagina wanita yang selalu dialami mereka setiap bulan. Hal itu adalah perubahan normal yang terjadi pada remaja putri yang sedang menghadapi masa dewasa. Gejala menstruasi adalah kaku, nyeri payudara, keputihan, pusing, jerawat, dan juga perubahan mood. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesiapan remaja putri dalam menghadapi menarche adalah usia, kesiapan mental, informasi, dan lingkungan. Hal yang harus dijelaskan kepada remaja putri berkaitan dengan menstruasi adalah tentang menstruasi, bagaimana melakukan kebersihan diri, terjadi perubahan, dan pola yang perlu dijaga setelah mengalami menstruasi. Peran orang tua dalam mempersiapkan remaja putri dalam menghadapi menarche adalah sebagai pendidik, teman, panutan, pengendali, dan pendukung mereka. Peran orang tua dalam mempersiapkan remaja putri dalam menghadapi menarche cukup baik. Orang tua telah memberikan informasi yang cukup tentang menstruasi kepada remaja putri mereka.   Kata kunci: peran orang tua, kesiapan, menarche. ABSTRACT Female teenagers need either physical or mental preparation in facing menarche. They need the right and complete information from both parents about menstruation very much, so they can prepare themselves in facing menarche well. The purpose of this research was to describe parents’ roles in preparing female teenagers in facing menarche in Kadirejo Village Karanganom Sub-District Klaten. This research was a qualitative research using phenomenological approach. The population in this research were 90 parents having female teenagers of age 9-12 years old who had not had menstruation in Kadirejo  Village Karanganom Sub-District Klaten. A purposive sampling was used to take the samples. There were 5 samples in this research. The data were collected by in-depth interview method. Menstruation was the outcome of blood from women’s vagina which was always experienced by them every month. It was a normal change which happened to female teenagers who were facing the adulthood. Menstruation symptoms were stiff body, breast pain, leucorrhoea, dizzy, pimples, and also mood changing. The factors affecting the female teenagers’ readiness in facing menarche were age, mental readiness, information, and environment. Things should be explained to female teenagers related to menstruation are about menstruation, how to do personal hygiene, changes happen, and patterns needed to be kept after getting menstruation. Parents’ roles in preparing female teenagers in facing menarche were as educator, friend, role model, controller, and supporter to them. Parents’ roles in preparing female teenagers in facing menarche were good enough. Parents had given enough information about menstruation to their female teenagers.   Keywords: parents’ roles, readiness, menarche.

Objective - This paper aims to analyse the impact of the China-Laos railway on export trade from China to Thailand. The paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the new route and other routes base on driven factors, identifies what trade industry is suitable for this new route and provides some reference for Thai trade exporters. This will enable Thai export traders to understand the new transportation route formed by the railway and improve the trade volume and competitiveness of Thai products through this route. Methodology/Technique - Literature review method, secondary data method, in-depth interview method. Findings - It is found that the new route formed after the completion of the China-Laos railway has many advantages base on driven factors and many industries are suitable for the use of this new route. Novelty - Few people know much about the China-Laos railway, and even less about the analysis of its impact on Thailand's trade. The author's in-depth interview method allows him to get in touch with experts who are very relevant to the China-Laos railway, providing valuable insights. Type of Paper - Empirical. The Republic of North Macedonia is facing with global trends and integrating processes toward to the European Union. Enterprises operates in the environment with the constantly changing and very unsecure circumstances. Managing of human resources has important attention in enterprises in developing countries such as our country. The main objectives of Human Resource Management(HRM) are to find right people for the right job and to achieve effectiveness of employees. To achieve effectivity and to take competitive advantages enterprises must have better recruitment and selection strategies. Employees are the main sources ideas and innovations, they build and keep relationships with the clients, they have crucial role for the enterprise to be sustained and to be competitive in the trade. The main objective of this paper is to identify and analyse practices that enterprises in Pollog region use to recruit and select employees and how these practices affects the employees’ performance. The research methodology is statistical, analysis, synthesis and comparative methods. The primary data is collected from the responses of structured questionnaire dedicated to enterprises in Pollog region and how they applied the practices of recruitment and selection processes. Different recruitment challenges using internal and external sources are finding in this research paper. The study revealed that the use of mediums, portals enables enterprises to recruit committed and productive employees. It is also determined that the selection should be appropriate and in this way to reduce the enterprise costs.

This study aimed to analyze the role of financing products at BMT Syariah Al-Azhaar Lubuklinggau city, which was rolled out to members and customers of BMT Syariah in improving customer welfare. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach at BMT Syariah Al-Azhaar, Lubuklinggau City, as a research object. The sample used in this study is the customers/members of BMT Syariah Al-Azhaar who get financing products. The data collection of this research used an in-depth interview method. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of this study are BMT Syariah Al-Azhaar, through financing, plays a significant role in improving the welfare of its members. Interest is measured using five indicators of the maintenance of basic needs based on the objectives of maqashid sharia, namely the care of religion, the maintenance of the soul, the maintenance of the mind, the maintenance of offspring, and the maintenance of a property. The increase in welfare experienced by members varies. In general, there is an increase in welfare as measured by the five indicators.

Women bring into the birthing unit values which include preferences, concerns and expectations that are involved in decision-making during intrapartum care. When midwives fail to meet the women’s values, they experience such care as being inhumane and degrading, thus affecting the childbirth outcomes. The inhumane and degrading care includes a lack of sympathy and empathy, as well as a lack of attention to privacy and confidentiality. Midwives’ possession of the required personal values and the ability to integrate women’s values are vital to enhance ethical best practice during intrapartum care. The aim of the study was to explore and to describe the midwives’ personal values that are required for ethical best practice during intrapartum care. The birthing unit at a public hospital in the Gauteng province of South Africa formed the context of the study. A qualitative research design that was explorative, descriptive and contextual in nature was used. The following personal values emerged: (1) respect, trust and dignity; (2) justice, equality and fairness; (3) freedom of choice and autonomy; (4) integrity, honesty and consistency; (5) good character and personality; (6) self-control and rapport; and (7) open-mindedness and flexibility. The midwives’ personal values form a strong precursor that is crucial for ethical best practice during intrapartum care. The individual midwives, nursing education institutions and health facilities can use the study findings in areas such as reflective midwifery practice, the midwifery curriculum, recruitment and selection processes, and as part of key performance areas and indicators in performance reviews.

Today the performance measurement of Muhammadiyah Luwuk uUniversity’s performance has not formulated yet based on University’s vision and mission. It will affect the strategic steps needed and performance improvement efforts in the future.  Human resource scorecard is the right system to be applied in Muhammadiyah Luwuk University. The purpose of this study is to designed a performance measurement system at Muhammadiyah Luwuk University using the Human Resource Scorecard with four perspectives: stakeholder, academic management and kemuhammadiyaan, operational and innovation, as well as and learning. Data was analyzed by analytical hierarchy process method. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires, focus group discussions and in-depth interview with stakeholders at Muhammadiyah Luwuk University. The results showed that there were 14 strategic objectives and 33 key performance indicators to be achieved by the priority objectives, which are: empowerment and development of faculty, increased administrative process quality, improved sound budget performance and, improvement of the relationship with stakeholders.

<p><em>When children are in a process of growth and rapid development, parents and young people should pay atantion to the health and health of children so that the children can grow and develop according to their age.The purpose of this research is to identify: (1). The children nutrition 5-6 years old, (2). The children health development 5-6 years old, (3). The alternative to protect children health. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The participants of this research which are include the principal, teacher, and the student parents at class B who is 5-6 years old. In process of collecting the data the researcher used interview method, observation, and documentation. From the research we can conclude 1).Nutrition or food that often given to the children is just four healthy five perfect foods, 2).The children in TK Ummi are the children who have healtiness, 3). The alternative that can be commited to protect the children health is do the practice, make the children common to throw the rubbish in the right place,  check the children nail, stock the pure water, set many dustbins and make a common to wash their hand before eating.</em></p>
