Education, mainly Islamic based learning, can be found in formal schools, non-formal and informal institutions. A person can freely choose which path to use as a way to take talent and potential in him; even when making formal education, even an individual has the right to participate in non-formal education activities. One of the most appropriate places to forge one's abilities is the campus. It is undeniable that students are one of Indonesia's most influential human resources and are also the next generation of nation-building. Therefore the cadre regeneration function is the most basic. As a generation that must carry out the role of regeneration for the sake of the realisation of the good and happiness of the people, nation and country in the future. Therefore education is needed to help towards the better. Islamic culture has a vital role in the education model that exists in Indonesia. Islamic education is used to improve human morals in a better direction with Islamic methods. It can be observed that student organisations within the campus need a strong foundation to improve their quality in faith and loyalty that has both physical and spiritual intelligence. It is here that the need for Islamic education in helping them is better by the mandate of the national education law. Pendidikan, terutama pembelajaran berbasis Islam, dapat ditemukan di sekolah formal, lembaga non-formal dan informal. Seseorang dapat dengan bebas memilih jalan mana yang akan digunakan sebagai cara untuk mengambil bakat dan potensi dalam dirinya; bahkan ketika membuat pendidikan formal, bahkan seorang individu memiliki hak untuk berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan pendidikan non-formal. Salah satu tempat paling tepat untuk menempa kemampuan seseorang adalah kampus. Tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa siswa adalah salah satu sumber daya manusia Indonesia yang paling berpengaruh dan juga merupakan generasi penerus bangsa. Karena itu fungsi regenerasi kader adalah yang paling mendasar. Sebagai generasi yang harus menjalankan peran regenerasi demi terwujudnya kebaikan dan kebahagiaan rakyat, bangsa dan negara di masa depan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pendidikan untuk membantu menuju yang lebih baik. Budaya Islam memiliki peran penting dalam model pendidikan yang ada di Indonesia. Pendidikan Islam digunakan untuk meningkatkan moral manusia ke arah yang lebih baik dengan metode Islam. Dapat diamati bahwa organisasi mahasiswa di dalam kampus membutuhkan dasar yang kuat untuk meningkatkan kualitas mereka dalam iman dan kesetiaan yang memiliki kecerdasan fisik dan spiritual. Di sinilah perlunya pendidikan Islam dalam membantu mereka lebih baik dengan mandat hukum pendidikan nasional.

As a knowledge that is derived from eternal ray of light (TranscendentalGod) into majazi light (with different potentials) included in four human’sspirituality: mind, soul, spirit, and heart, Ladunni is an the innate and internal part ofhuman being that wait to be re-actualized. Therefore, the right perspective about thebirth of Ladunni is it becomes real because of the human’s effort and emanation ofGod’s gift. Since the mediator of Ladunni actually has been stored in variouspotentials that belong to human beings since they were born, the role of education isto activate those innate abilities from potentials into the real human’s identity. Anactualization of human’s potential which is systematized in the learning process iscalled as humanistic curriculum. The objectives of this research were (1) determiningthe essence of Ladunni, (2) determining the method that was offered by Abu Hamidal-Ghazali to obtain the knowledge of Ladunni, and (3) determining the contributionof the knowledge of Ladunni towards Islamic education. This research was a libraryresearch with qualitative-descriptive approach. It used documentation as the datacollection, and content analysis to explore various data from the books written byAbu Hamid al-Ghazali which were then composed into systematic narration. Theresult of this research are (1) Ladunni is a product of actualization from varioushuman’s potential which has been integrated in human’s spirituality; (2) everybodyis able to obtain the knowledge of Ladunni; (3) two methods which are used to obtainthe knowledge of Ladunni are internal and external methods. The coverage ofinternal method is learning, thinking, riyāḍatun nafsi, mujāhadah also being patient,and the external method is by consuming halal food; (4) the access of Ladunni is alsodivided into external and internal, where external access is mirrored through aknowledge access called as divine revelation and divine inspiration while internalaccess can be seen from human’s spirituality; (5) humanistic curriculum is the mostsuitable curriculum in formal education to reflect the knowledge of Ladunni.Keyword: Ladunni in the Perspective of Islamic Education

This article examines the effectiveness of career women in fostering young generation families. When he becomes a career woman, he considers that household harmony will not be realized especially in guiding his children especially to the people of Watansoppeng. The study found that career women in Watansoppeng played an active role in coaching young people through formal education by choosing the right school, intense communication with teachers and participation with children's social activities in school and through informal education such as sharing roles with husbands, being role models and application of discipline to family members. Increasing the role of career women in fostering the younger generation through formal and informal education in Watansoppeng through approaches to career women themselves, to husbands as heads of families, approaches to children approach to pengutan function and finally approaches through problem solving and approaches through religion and local culture.

Abstrak Permasalahan di dunia pendidikan non formal dan pengajaran pada umumnya sering terjadi pada pendidik tata rias pengantin antara lain 1) lemahnya peran serta pendidik tata rias pengantin dalam melaksanakan tugasnya masih menganggap hal yang rutinitas tanpa perubahan, baik dalam strategi, metode, teknik, media, dan lain-lain, serta 2) permasalahan tentang peran pimpinan lembaga kursus sebagai motivator dan manajer dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang tidak berjalan sebagai mana mestinya. Jalan keluar untuk mengatasi hal ini antara lain dapat dilakukan oleh pimpinan lembaga kursus sebagai pemimpin tertinggi menerapkan sistem pembinaan terhadap pendidik tata rias pengantin agar berkualitas dan dapat ditingkatkan. Manajemen pembinaan pendidik tata rias pengantin merupakan langkah yang tepat dalam mengatasi permasalahan diatas. Langkah-langkah yang dapat dilakukan adalah pimpinan lembaga kursus dan jajarannya membuat perencanaan pembinaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan pembinaan, dan evaluasi hasil dari pembinaan. Dengan langkah ini akan diketahui hasil dan kemajuan dari kinerja pendidik tata rias pengantin dan tujuan dari pendidikan tata rias pengantin itu sendiri. Teori yang dipakai dalam menunjang penelitian dan pembinaan profesionalitas pemimpin kursus antara lain adalah teori tentang manajemen pendidikan, manajemen pimpinan lembaga kursus, serta teori tentang pembinaan. Teknik penelitian menggunakan studi dokumentasi, wawancara dan observasi, dengan metode dan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah pimpinan dan pendidik tata rias pengantin di lembaga kursus. Berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa di lembaga kursus selalu secara rutin melaksanakan 1) perencanaan pembinaan pada setiap tahunnya; 2) pengorganisasian sesuai dengan tugas pokok dan fungsi; 3) pelaksanaan pembinaan secara rutin; dan 4) melakukan evaluasi terhadap hasil dari pembinaan. Kata kunci : Manajemen Pimpinan Kursus; Pembinaan; Pendidik Perias Pengantin Abstract Problems in the world of non-formal education and teaching in general often occur in bride cosmetology educators, among others 1) the weak participation of bride cosmetology educators in carrying out their duties still considers routines without change, both in strategy, methods, techniques, media, and etc., and 2) issues regarding the role of the course leader as a motivator and manager in the management of human resources that are not working properly. The way out to overcome this can be done among others by the leadership of the course institution as the supreme leader to implement a system of guidance for bride cosmetology educators to be quality and can be improved. The management of bride cosmetology educators is the right step in overcoming the above problems. The steps that can be taken are the leadership of the course institutions and their staff to make coaching plans, organizing, implementing coaching, and evaluating the results of coaching. With this step we will know the results and progress of the bride cosmetology educator's performance and the goals of the bride cosmetology education itself. Theories used in supporting research and coaching professionalism of course leaders include theories about management education, management of course leaders, and theories about coaching. The research technique uses documentation studies, interviews and observations, with descriptive qualitative methods and approaches. The subjects in the study were the leaders and educators of bridal make-up in the course institutions. Based on the findings of the research it can be concluded that in the institute the course always routinely carries out 1) coaching planning every year; 2) organizing according to the main tasks and functions; 3) regular coaching implementation; and 4) evaluating the results of the coaching. The covid-19 resulted in broad range of spread throughout the world in which India has also became a prey of it and in this situation the means of media is extensively inϑluencing the mentality of the people. Media always played a role of loop between society and sources of information. In this epidemic also media is playing a vital role in shaping the reaction in ϑirst place for both good and ill by providing important facts regarding symptoms of Corona virus, preventive measures against the virus and also how to deal with any suspect of disease to overcome covid-19. On the other hand, there are endless people who spread endless rumours overs social media and are adversely affecting life of people but we always count on media because they provide us with valuable answers to our questions, facts and everything in need. Media always remains on top of the line when it comes to stop the out spread of rumours which are surely dangerous kind of information for society. Departing from the increasingly widespread problem of People Smuggling, both in the form of organized and unorganized crime networks, both inter-state and domestic as a whole is a threat to the norms of life based on human rights. In this case the role of the immigration officer as the gatekeeper in the country's traffic in the case of people entering / leaving Indonesian territory, as in 2015, the People Smuggling case was successfully revealed by the Immigration Officer within the Soekarno-Hatta Airport Airport I, where immigration officers found three people women wearing fake passports who were about to leave for Kuala Lumpur with perpetrators Laila Yunita and Jamal Al Khatib. This writing aims to analyze the causes and effects of human smuggling, as well as examine the serious efforts made by PPNS in eradicating People Smuggling, especially in the case of People Smuggling committed by Laila Yunita and Jamal Al Khatib. The research uses a statutory approach, a conceptual approach and a case approach. So that with the case, it will be understood how important the value of legal human resources is in the scope of immigration in the context of national law development, as a breakthrough in competency development strategies

This study examines the role of human resource management in improving the quality of educators. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study. This research site is in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri, Purworejo Regency. The data collection technique used by researchers is interview observation. In this study, the object of research is the Role of Human Resources to Achieve Workforce Quality in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri. Research data collection using descriptive observation, interview or qualitative methods. This interview observation study was conducted by lecturers and students of Islamic Education Management Study Program with student WK in MTs Nu Ma'arifKemiri. This activity aims to observe the Quality of Human Resources Workers conducted by MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri.

Indonesia is a country of law, and one of the characteristics of a state of law is the guarantee and protection of human rights, one of which is the right to obtain information, including the legal information that is information about the legislation both national and local. The principle of fiction (fictie) law states that any person considered to determine the existence of a legislation after its enactment, the ignorance of the people on the legislation, can not be excused. To that end, legislation information should be easily accessible. Issuance of Presidential Decree No. 33 of 2012 on Information and Documentation Network of National Law (JDIHN) isin order to fulfill the right to obtain legal information, especially information legislation. Cleft lip and palate is one of the most common congenital anomalies requiring multidisciplinary care. Such anomaly is associated with many problems such as impaired feeding, defective speech, hearing difficulties, malocclusion, dental abnormalities, gross facial deformity as well severe psychological problems. Cleft of the lip and palate is one of the complex conditions that occur at a functionally potential area in the orofacial region and also at such a crucial time that strategic interventions at the right age by the concerned specialists becomes the need of the hour. Pediatric dentist is an integral part of the cleft rehabilitative process right from the neonatal period upto the phase of permanent dentition. Being well versed with a childs growth and development, both physical and mental, a Pedodontist helps in restoring function and esthetics in a cleft child, in a most empathetic way. This article describes the enormous challenges faced by these innocent souls and the vital role played by a Pedodontist, to provide comprehensive cleft care, be it preventive, restorative, or interventional care, in order to achieve the best possible outcome and meaningfully improve their quality of life.
