The purpose of this study was to determine the profit sharing system between land owners and tenants in Langowan Utara Sub-District. This research was conducted for three months at Langowan Utara District from November 2020 to January 2021. The data used in this study are primary data which is processed based on interviews with 15 tenant farmer respondents who were taken intentionally and secondary data were obtained from the village office and sub-district office and literature in libraries and on the internet related to this research. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The results showed that the sharing of agricultural land in the village was carried out with a system of three or 1:2, the division was that the tenant farmers got two parts and the owner farmers got one share, the provision of seeds, fertilizers, labor, etc. until the harvest period is borne by the cultivator while the owner farmer only receives the net harvest without paying any fees.

The purpose of the Student Study Service Programs are 1) Synergizing socio-cultural local wisdom with community economic characteristics for preventing degradation of agricultural land through the KKN program. 2) Formulate strategies to increase the potential of villages towards developed and independent villages. The method of collection is done in two kinds, namely primary data by means of surveys, questionnaires and interviews with the village secretary, village apparatus, community leaders, farmer groups and residents around of Panggung Duwet Village’s related to the KKN program, and secondary data in the form of well-documented data such as Blitar Regency in the Numbers, Kademangan District in the Numbers as well as the Report on the Implementation of the Village Administration and/or the Report on the Accountability of the Panggung Duwet Village’s in 2018. The data analysis method was conducted using the social intervention and SWOT analysis approaches. The results of the implementation of the Student Study Service Programs in Panggungduwet Village, Kademangan District are implemented into a work program that is greening, processing waste into organic fertilizer and crafts, processing food commodities such as corn silk syrup, cassava donuts and cassava chips. Analysis of the village situation shown still has weaknesses, namely lack of water supply, especially in the dry season, especially agriculture in line with the opportunities that exist, namely seeking organic fertilizer by utilizing waste and wood sawdust crafts for sale so that the potential is expected to be a catalyst for village development to become advanced and independent. The existence of the Student Study Service Programs can leave a good impression so that the community is willing to begin to change the bad behavior of agricultural land management that ignores the rules of conservation and increased knowledge and skills of processed waste and food processed in order to improve the economic welfare of the community.

Traditional Indonesian martial art called Pencak Silat , as one of the nation's cultural assets, pencak silat is increasingly developing in Indonesian society, both from the sports and from the socio-cultural. The purposed of this research was conducted to determine the potential development of pencak silat at Merpati Putih as a cultural tourism attraction. The research was conducted on active and passive members (who had been members) of the Merpati Putih Pencak Silat  (with total 612 of respondents). pencak silat  “Merpati Putih” (known as PPS Betako Merpati Putih) was formed around the 1550s BC. This research used a qualitative descriptive method, with primary data from the results of the questionnaire, and enriched with secondary data obtained from the internet and several other sources to complement this research. This research used a qualitative descriptive method, explaining the situation and facts found in the field. To explore members' perceptions of the potential development of pencak silat “Merpati Putih” as a cultural tourism attraction, questionnaires, online observations and interview conducted on the members of PPS Betako Merpati Putih. Pencak silat “Merpati Putih” has the potential to be developed as a cultural tourism attraction, by developing and managing it more professional so that it becomes a cultural tourism asset in term of tourists interest.

This study aims to determine the assessment of farmer groups on the implementation of the function of agricultural instructors in the village of Tatengesan Satu, Pusomaen Sub-district, Southeast Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from June to August 2019. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained by interview, based on questionaire, to two farmer groups, each chairman, secretary, treasurer and one member and one agricultural instructor. So that the total respondents were 9 people. Secondary data was obtained from relevant agencies namely through the Agricultural Extension Office (BPP), the Head of Village Office and the Pusomaen Sub-district Office of Southeast Minahasa Regency. Secondary data was also obtained through books obtained from local bookstores and the internet. From internet through google scholar in the form of books, journal articles and theses related to this research topic namely Assessment of Farmer Groups on the Implementation Function of Agriculture Extension. The results showed that the assessment of farmer groups on the implementation of the function of agricultural instructors is not yet fully functioning, where the new agricultural instructors carry out their functions as initiators, facilitators and motivators. While the function of extension workers as a liaison, analyzer and agent of change has not yet been fully felt by the farmer groups. But on the other hand, according to the agricultural instructor, it has been carrying out its functions to the maximum, it's just that the function as an agent of change cannot be fully carried out. This is because extension agents feel that farmers are able to make changes to advance their own farming business to make it more profitable.*eprm*

This study aims to know and identify the cause of land conversion in East Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research will be conducted for 3 months. The data in this research is secondary data. Secondary data is data obtained by related institutions such as BPS (Central Bureau of Statistics), sub-district office and village office. The method used is descriptive method. The results showed that the cause of the occurrence of agricultural land conversion in East Bolaang Mongondow Regency due to the increasing number of population and economic factors that encourage people willing to sell their plantation land to be a place of business and government policies for road construction. From the three factors of land conversion, most the prominent is the increasing of population.*jnkd*.

In the Warnasari Village Sukabumi Sub-district Sukabumi District there are still many farmers who carry out agricultural land production sharing agreements (maparo bati) to fulfill their daily needs. Production sharing agreements between landowners and tenants are made orally. The problem that often occurs in production sharing agreements in Warnasari Village is that the cultivators do not report the actual results of the claim to the land owner. The research method used in writing this thesis is a normative juridical approach with analytical descriptive research specifications. The study was conducted with library research supported by field research. Secondary data collection techniques with library research and supported by primary data in the form of interviews which are then analyzed by qualitative juridical methods. Based on the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that the implementation of agricultural land-sharing agreements in the Warnasari Village, Sukabumi Sub-district, Sukabumi District has not yet fully applied the provisions of the Production Sharing Law. In the elucidation of Article 7 of the Production Sharing Law it is determined that the profit sharing balance is 1: 1 but the community uses a 60% balance for tenants and 40% for landowners. Legal protection of landowners in Warnasari Village as a result of verbally sharing agreements on agricultural land is carried out by applying the principles of good faith, reprimanding, and deliberation.Keywords: Profit Sharing Agreement, Agricultural Land, Law Number 2 of 1960.

This study aims to describe the role of Farmers Group "Tenggang Rasa" to the development of cocoa plants in the village of Inomunga, Kaidipang Sub-district, Utara Bolaang Mongondow District, North Sulawesi Province. The study lasted for 3 (three) months from January to March 2017 in Inomunga Village, Kaidipang Sub-district, Bolaang Mongondow Utara District. The data used were primary data collected through interviews with all members of farmer group "Tenggang Rasa" which amounted to 15 people as respondents. Secondary data were obtained from the Agricultural Office, the Inomunga Village Office and the District Office in Bolaang Mongondow Utara. The analytical method used is descriptive through Likert Scale and presented in tabular form. The results showed that “Tenggang Rasa” Farmer Group in Inomunga Village has a very important role as learning class, cooperation vehicle and production unit to develop cocoa plant by getting index of role which belong to high category that is 82,85 percent. With the existence of farmer groups, farmers are very helpful in overcoming their problems to get solution for the development of cocoa plants.

<p><em>Bali is a province in Indonesia that has a variety of uniqueness, one of which is the majority of people who follow the Hindu religion. Hinduism in Bali has Temple as a holy place to implement yadnya which aims to get closer to God Almighty of the many temples, there is a unique temple located in the village of Pakraman Payangandesa Gianyar. Taman Sari Temple is believed to be local people staying manifestation of God who as Dewi Manik Merta Sari. The worship of Dewi Manik Merta Sari Bead Goddess is a religious tradition that has a special uniqueness in Pakraman Payangandesa Village. Research on the existence, function and meaning of worship Dewi Manik Merta Sari in Taman Sari temple. The type of data used in this study is primary data sourced from the field and secondary data sourced from literature review, documents, articles, and lontar. Data were collected from the process of observation, interview, documentation study. To analyze the data in can use descriptive method and use several stages namely: data reduction, data display, and data verification. Then the data is presented with a qualitative discrete. Theories used include, religious theory, structural functional theory, symbol theory, and theory of existence</em></p><p><em>The existence of Dewi Manik Merta Sari, which is located at Taman Sari temple is related to the history of Temple and the history of Pakraman Payangandesa Village. Dewi Manik Merta Sari is symbolized in the form of a statue or pralingga which is handled in palinggih Gedong Arca temple and ceremonial worship on buda wage klawu along with tradition in Taman Sari temple. Function of the Dewi Manik Merta Sari Goddess worship is the religious, fertility, and social. Worship of Dewi Manik Merta Sari Beads Goddess there are three meanings are explained namely: the meaning of theology, ethics, togetherness, and symbolic.</em></p><p><em> </em></p>

This research is motivated by the construction of the Barambang Tamairang road, Muara Sikabaluan Village, which was built in 2015 and approximately 6 km. Road measurements to be made for the construction of roads on agricultural land owned by the community with an agreement will be compensated for the community’s land with an agreement during a meeting at the village hall. The problem in the construction of the Barambang Tamairang road is that not all compensation has been resolved by the government. The purpose og this study is how the pattern of land compensation of the Barambang Tamairang road, Muara Sikabaluan Village, Mentawai Island Regency. The theory used in this research is the Exchange theory put forward by Peter Michael Blau. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type to describe the problem under study. Retrieval of informant by purposive sampling with a total of 12 informant. There are two types of data in this study, namely primary data and secondary data. The research data was collected using observation, interview, and document study techniques. Data analysis was performed by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions with this research unit’s analysis group. Based on the results of research conducted, found in the process og land compensation in the construction of the Barambang Tamairang road, Muara Sikabaluan Village, Mentawai Island Regency: (1) Deliberation of Consensus, (2) Pattern of money compensation.

This study aims to determine the motivation of farmers in chili cultivation and the factors that influence the motivation of farmers in cultivating chili plants in Raanan Baru Village. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis using the Likert scale. This research was conducted for three months, from January to March 2020. The research took place in Raanan Baru Village, Motoling Barat District, South Minahasa Regency. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained through interviews with 30 farmers who cultivate chili plants as research samples. Secondary data were obtained from the village office, the Motoling Barat sub-district office, South Minahasa district The results showed that the motivation of farmers in cultivating chili plants in Raanan Baru Village was found that sociological motivation had a high interpretation value of 443.3 percent in the hope that it could fulfill their economic needs. Sociological motivation arose because of the desire to strengthen harmony and exchange opinions among chili farmers. Economic motivation has a high value interpretation with a percentage of 464 percent. Economic motivation arises because of the desire to get a higher income which can have a positive impact.

This study aims to determine the impact of contruction of cement plant on the surrounding community in Solog Village Lolak District Bolaang Mongondow District. This research was conducted for 5 months from the beginning of December 2017 until May 2018. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from interview to 35 respondent. Sampling selection used purposive sampling method. Secondary data was obtained from documents of Solog Village Office. The results of this study indicate that the construction of PT Conch cement factory industry has a positive and negative impact for the community in Solog Village. Positive impacts are the availability of job and business opportunities, increased income and assistance funding for activities in the village of Solog. While the negative impact is the decrease of agricultural land area due to land conversion resulting in reduced agricultural yields and other potential conflicts due to the emergence of social jealousy from some communities/indigenous peoples to the immigrant community in terms of ease of getting a job at PT Conch.*eprm*.
