Some organizations have not realized the importance of attention to employees in the organization. It is then important to do human relations that can be one way in the fulfillment of one of the needs of the needs of employees. Human relations is discussed by analyzing the principles of human relations in the implementation of organizational communication at the Bureau of Public Relations of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (Kemkominfo). Kemkominfo that has public relations in it, also participate in implementing human relations because one of the public relations function is to build good relationships including the internal public. Thus the purpose of this study to analyze the principles of human relations in the implementation of organizational communication on the Bureau of Public Relations Kemkominfo. This research uses postpositivist paradigm, qualitative approach, descriptive research type, individual analytical unit, data collecting technique using semistructure interview, observation and documentation. The results of verified data in the field that human relations activities on the Public Relations Bureau of Kemkominfo using seven of the eight principles of human relations Keith Davis. One principle that has not been used is the principle of mutual acceptance. Public Relations Kemkominfo in implementing human relations also have not used one principle of communication openness. However, in the implementation of organizational communication that also involves the elements of communication, the Public Relations Bureau has used the three flow of information within the organization and dominant is horizontal communication.

Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Barat dan Banten merupakan perusahaan atau instansi yang melaksanakan Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal, kegiatan informal tersebut dilakukan oleh Unit Seksi Humas dan Protokoler pada Bidang Ekspert Madya Komunikasi dan Pelaporan. Peneliti tertarik melakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk menetahui bagaimana gambaran impelementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal di Perum Perhutani. Paradigma yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konstruktivisme yang bertujuan untuk memaknai makna-makna yang diungkapkan informan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk memahami fenomena yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian secara utuh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus, karena penulis ingin mengetahi aspek “how” dan “why”yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik setiap manusia dengan cara berinteraksi secara langsung dan mendalam. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal tersebut menggunakan konsep POAC yaitu perencanaan (Planning), pengorganisasian (Organizing), pelaksanaan (Actuating), dan pengawasan (Controling), sehingga dalam kegiatan informal di Perum Perhutani menerapkan atau mengimplementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal tersebut dengan sebaik mungkin. Implementasi yang tercipta di Perum Perhutani dapat menciptakan kenyamanan, merasa dihargai dalam melaksanakan setiap pekerjaan, sehingga dapat dipahami pula bahwa implementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal di Perum Perhutani telah dilaksanakan dengan baik sehingga dapat menciptakan serta meningkatan produktivitas dalam bekerja. Perum Perhutani Regional Division of West Java and Banten is a company or agency that carries out Human Relations through informal activities, informal activities are carred out by the Public Relations and protocol section unit in the field of experts in intermediate communication and reporting. Researchers are interested in doing this research with the aim to find out how the descripyion of Human Relations implementation through informal activities in Perhutani Public Division West Java and Banten Regional Division through the concept of POAC from planning, organizing, implementing to monitoring (controlling) the activity. The paradigm used in this study is contructivism which aims to interpret the meanings expressed by informants. The approach used is a qualitative approach that aims to understand the phenomenon experienced by the research subject in its entirety. The method used in this study is a case study, because the author wants to know the “how” and “why” aspects that aim to find out the caracteristics of each human being by interacting directly and deeply. Based on the results of the study showed that the implementation of Human Relations throught informal activities using the consept of POAC namely planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling, so that in informal activities in the Perhutani public corporate to implement Human Relations throught informal activites as well as possibl. The implementation created in Perum Perhutani can create comfort, feel valued in carrying out every job, so that it can be understood also that the implementation of Human Relations throught informal activites in Perum Perhutani has been carried out properly so as to create and improve productivity in work.

AbstrakPada hakekatnya pengobatan tradisional merupakan bagian kebudayaan yang diturunkan dari generasi ke generasi berikutnya secara lisan atau tulisan. Oleh sebab itu kepercayaan terhadap pengobatan tradisional dapat terus bertahan, walaupun praktik biomedik kedokteran mengalami perkembangan. Untuk penyembuhan penyakit, dalam sistem pengobatan tradisional dicari lebih dahulu penyebab sakit atau etiologinya. Konsep etiologi ini perlu diketahui sebagai dasar untuk mendiagnosa penyakit yang kemudian diperlukan untuk menentukan cara-cara pengobatannya. Demikian pula pada masyarakat di Desa Giri Jaya Kabupaten Sukabumi yang menjadi lokasi penelitian, sebagian besar masyarakatnya masih melakukan pengobatan tradisional meskipun pengobatan modern telah dikenal. Untuk itu tulisan ini akan mengupas bagaimana persepsi masyarakat tentang sehat dan sakit, etiologi (sebab sakit), ciri penyakit, dan cara pengobatannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan tipe penelitian deskriptif. AbstractIn essence, traditional medicine is part of culture passed from generation to generation orally or in writing. Therefore, trust to the traditional treatment can continue to survive, although the practice of biomedicine medical growth. To cure disease, the traditional treatment system first sought the cause of illness or etiology. The concept of etiology is necessary to know as a basis for diagnosing a disease that then needed to determine the ways of treatment. Similarly in Desa Giri Jaya the regency of Sukabumi who became the location of research, most people still make traditional medicine even though modern medicine has known. Therefore this writing will discuss how the public perception of healthy and sick, etiology (cause pain), characteristic of the disease and how to treat it. This research uses qualitative approach and descriptive research type.

The development of communication technology allows the use of a wide variety of media to convey messages. In the world of Public Relations, the development of communication technology then gave birth to new tools or media for Public Relations in establishing relationships with the public. Research objectives: This scientific work aims to find out and learn how Scarlett Whitening's company maximizes the use of the internet as a public relations publicity medium to increase product promotion activities in the current technological era. This research method uses descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. The results of this study state that the power emphasized by a Public Relations is the delivery of messages that are easily accepted by the public. Promotion of internet media use is motivated by the increasing number of internet users today. As is done by the company in the field of beauty, namely Scarlett Whitening who is under the auspices of PT Opto Lumbung Sejahtera. Scarlett Whitening is very utilizing the existence of social media as a medium to convey messages to the public well.

The development of technology, information technology and various means of communication have a significant impact on public relations activity; especially in government institutions. Many government institutions have invested these means in their management system, in order to facilitate the goals of the institution, and ultimately the interaction between the internal and external public. In this theoretical research, I tried to explain the impact of the new media on public relations in the public administration, based on the views of specialists. The aim of the research is to know the use of the new media of public relations and how in the system of public administration, as well as, Explaining the role it plays in public relations activities of government institutions. Add to this, analyzing the way of how new media and public relations participate in the birth of e-government. In the results, it is clear that the new media has facilitated public relations between the public and other institutions, as it strengthened relations between them

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menggambarkan mengenai tahap membagikan, mengoptimalkan, mengelola serta mengikutsertakan pada  pengelolaan cyber  public  relations  dalam  membentuk  corporate  branding  di PT  Len Industri (Persero). Konsep  yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu konsep  model melingkar  untuk  sosial  media  menurut Regina  Luttrell . Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode deksriptif dengan pendekatan kualitiatif. Pengumpulan  data  yang  digunakan  yaitu dengan wawancara, dan observasi.  Hasil  penelitian dilapangan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa praktisi  humas  PT Len Industri (Persero) dalam pengelolaan cyber public relations guna membentuk corporate branding memiliki  empat  tahapan  yakni : 1) tahap  membagikan  konten terdiri dari: a) berpartisipasi  menggunakan  media  sosial , b) saling terhubung dengan publik, c) membangun  kepercayaan publik . 2) tahap pengoptimalan pesan  yang dilakukan  yakni  dengan : a) melakukan  pengecekan hashtag, b) melakukan postingan lima kali sehari, dan c) melakukan  postingan yang memiliki unsur teknologi. 3) mengelola dibagi menjadi tiga, yaitu : a) media monitoring, b) interaksi dalam waktu yang sebenarnya, dan c) memberikan respon cepat. 4) mengikutsertakan publik dengan tiga unsure yaitu : a) menjalin hubungan dengan para influencer, b) mengetahui dimana dan siapa audiens, serta c)  meraih target audiens. Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan; Cyber Public Relations; Corporate Branding. ABSTRACT The  purpose  of  to  find  out and describe the sharingstage,optimize,manage  and engage in cyber public relations management in forming a corporate branding in PT Len Industri (Persero). The concept  used  in  this research is the concept of  The Circular model of Some to Regina Luttrell. The research method using  an  adaptive  method  with  a  qualitative  approach. Data collection used in this study is by interview,and observation. The results of the research in the field can be concluded that PT Len Industri (Persero) public  relations  practitioners  in  the management  of  cyber  public  relations  to  form  corporate  branding  has  four  stages : 1) The share stage consists of: a) participating  in  social  media  (participate), b) connect with public (connect), c) build  public  trust (build trust). 2) optimize phase messages that are carried out by: a) checking hashtag, b) posting  five time a day, c) do posts that have technological elements. 3) The  manage  divided  into: a) media  monitoring, b) interaction  in  real  time, c)  provide quick response. 4) engage  the  public  : a) establish  a  relationship  with  influencer, b) where and  who  is  the  audience, c)  reach  the target  audience. This study aims to determine the public relations strategy of Makassar State University in increasing the positive image of Makassar State University in the community. To find out these objectives, the researchers used a type of qualitative descriptive research. The informants in this study were as many as five people using data collection techniques carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data obtained from research results are processed using data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that Public Relations devised a strategy so that the function could run in accordance with the objectives of Makassar State University, among others, trying to create a conducive climate between institutions and the public in order to do persuasive and educative approaches to the public, trying to create two-way communication by disseminating information from institutions to public parties. educate and provide information, in order to create mutual understanding, respect, understanding and also strive to foster harmonious relations between organizations and various groups, both in and out relations to enhance cooperation. Public Relations seeks to socialize the Makassar State University mission to be accepted or received support from the public / public.

The existence of a school library is a must. Based on the National Education Standards, eachschool is required to have a library. In its management, the library must be managed byappropriate management personnel and competent in their fields. In line with thedevelopment of science and technology that continues to develop school libraries need to bemanaged and utilized for the benefit of education through an appropriate forum, namely theschool library. Descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Collecting datathrough observation, interviews and document analysis. Subjects in this study were schoolprincipals, library heads, library staff, visitors, events, facts, documents and various forms ofefforts, school library programs or activities. The object in this study is the development of aschool library based on information technology carried out in SMAN 2 and SMA 3 KotaPadang. The results showed that the factors influencing the development of information technology-based school libraries in State High School 2 and State 3 High School in PadangCity could be identified into four, namely human resources, information resources, funding,and infrastructure in the school library.

Objective The study describes the pentahelix model in tourism development in the city of Semarang. The problem is the lack of optimal cooperation between the actors involved. Theory uses the Policy Actor Theory and the Pentahelix Model. Descriptive research type, qualitative approach. Data is collected through: interview, observation and literature. Determination of informants with Snowball technique and key informants Head of the Department of Tourism and Culture of the city of Semarang. Data analysis by means of: data condensation, data verification and conclusion drawing. Data validation uses source triangulation. From the research it can be seen: (1) tourism development in Semarang city using pentahelix model, has involved academics, government, community, business, and mass media (2) Field findings are the Semarang City Tourism Promotion Agency (BP2KS) is not optimal and (3) Cooperation between the pentahelix model actors in the city of Semarang from the results of the research is not optimal. Research recommendations: revised the tourism regulation of Semarang city concerning "collaboration between actors, strengthening the institutional capacity of BP2KS, and subsequent researchers are advised to take the focus of research with different loci or make comparisons with the same focus.

AbstractIndonesia is one of the countries that has also been affected by the corona virus or covid-19 which originated from China, to be precise in the city of Wuhan. In early 2020 the corona virus or covid-19 began to enter the country of Indonesia. The corona virus has had a huge impact on the lives of Indonesian people, both positive and negative impacts. Communities affected by covid-19 are increasing day after day, but now to be precise in 2021 the increase in covid-19 infections is not as fast as 2020. And the impact is slowly being controlled by both the government and most Indonesians. The Indonesian people are now able to adjust to life in the midst of this Covid-19 pandemic, even the hospitality that faded at the beginning of Covid-19 entering Indonesia is now starting to slowly be shown by the Indonesian people. This paper aims to provide information about Covid-19 in Indonesia and the Christian hospitality that should be practiced by the Indonesian people, especially believers or Christians. This research uses a qualitative approach with theological research type and social descriptive research

About disaster management can result in many fatalities. One aspect in minimizing disaster impacts is disaster mitigation. Disaster mitigation as a way to increase community participation in reducing disaster risk. Therefore, BPBD established a disaster management program, namely the Tangguh Bencana Village program. Karang City is one of the villages that received assistance from the Tangguh Bencana Village program. This research aims to identify forms of community participation and the level of community participation in the Tangguh Bencana Village program. The method used in this research is descriptive research type with qualitative approach. Data collection is conducted using interviews, and documentation. The results of this study showed that the participation of the community of Kota Karang Village in the Tangguh Bencana Village program is quite good, because the community provides participation in the form of energy, and social. Furthermore, the level of community participation is still at the level of tokenism (pseudo participation) of the community has given its participation but in its implementation the decision is still in the hands of the government.
