Syariah bank BTN KCPS parepare is a bank that supply batara savings ib which make them customers to save , this product is very attractive to the community .To quantity bank in indonesia has up and each bank had to be able to having the power of its own , both the public service , innovative products to stay in business and stable .This study aims to to know the implementation of marketing mix in batara ib on kcps parepare syariah bank btn .The research was conducted in syariah bank btn kcps parepare with a kind of qualitative research was conducted by adopting both fenomenology and in collect the primary data used method of interviews and observation .As for tekhnik analyzing of inductive around. This research result indicates that , the implementation of the program and the implementation of the marketing mix in syariah bank btn kcps parepare applied to all elements videlicet; product , price , place , promotion , people , physical evidence , processe.

This paper study on the effect of service marketing mix performance consisting of product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process to decision in continuing education at SMK Lugina Rancaekek District of Bandung. The method used is quantitative method with descriptive approach. It used primary data and secondary data. This study was conducted in a field of education with population of all students of class X in SMK Lugina Rancaekek. Sample determination technique used is non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling approach, which become sample in this research is class X student at SMK Lugina Rancaekek, that is 74 people. Data collection technique is done by questionnaire method, interview, observation, and documentation. Based on the results of study, with multiple regression analysis obtained value of 21,733. While, the correlation coefficient analysis is 0,607. The amount of influence of service marketing mix performance to decision in continuing education equal to 36,2% and the rest 63,8% influenced by other variable not examined in this study. T test results obtained t value arithmetic on product variables 2,516, price 2,618, place 2,565, promotion 1,999, people 2,577, physical evidence 2,066, and process 2,470 bigger than t table that is 1,9966, then Ha accepted and Ho rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that product variables, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process affect the decision in education in SMK Lugina Rancaekek.

This research examines the effect of product, price, place, promotion, people, process and physical evidence on tourists’ decision process to visit the tourism object in Lembah Harau, Lima Puluh Kota Regency, Sumatera Barat Province, Indonesia. This tourism object consists of three resorts, namely Aka Barayun, Sarasah Bunta, and Rimbo Piobang. The approach in this research is a case study. The study population is tourists who visit the Lembah Harau. Primary data collected through a questionnaire. Data analysis was done by using a partial test (t-test). The result of the research revealed that product, place, promotion, and people significantly affects tourist’s decision process to visit Lembah Harau. Product variables have a dominant influence on the tourist’s decision. This proves that the object is the main consideration for tourists to visit the Lembah Harau, then sequentially followed by location, promotion, and people. Hence, not all aspects of the concept of the marketing mix influence the tourist’s decision process to visit the Lembah Harau attraction. Administrators of Lembah Harau are advised to maintain and develop products, easiness of process, fairness of the price, facilities, services, quality of people, and effective promotion strategy. Next researchers are recommended to study other tourist destinations in Sumatera Barat or continue this research by expanding the sample size and add other variables such as psychological factors and service quality.

Abstrak   Di era MEA ini, kepuasan pelanggan akan pelayanan jasa kesehatan salah satunya disebabkan oleh bagaimana pelaksanaan bauran pemasaran. Bauran pemasaran yang bisa dikatakan paling terkini untuk saat ini yaitu bauran pemasaran 9P. Salah satu organisasi penyedia jasa kesehatan di Indonesia yang telah melaksanakan bauran pemasaran 9P yaitu Rumah Sakit Islam Jemursari Surabaya. Namun, dari 9 komponen ini implementasinya masih belum optimal terutama untuk Public relations dan Power. Variabel Public relations dan Power sangat penting untuk mendukung terciptanya kepuasan konsumen yang berkelanjutan. Maka, pihak rumah sakit perlu memperhatikan kembali aspek bauran pemasaran demi menjaga kepuasan pasien dan menjaga respon baik pasien sebagai upaya rumah sakit dalam mempertahankan pelanggan lama untuk tetap memanfaatkan jasa pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian observasional sedangkan disain penelitian adalah penelitian cross sectional. Besar sampel penelitian ini sejumlah 87 responden yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus yang digunakan untuk penelitian yang bersifat survei atau observasional. Variabel yang diamati adalah efektivitas pelaksanaan Marketing Mix (9P) mulai variabel Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, Physical Evidence, Public relations, Power terhadap kepuasan pelayanan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan tabulasi silang dan analisis pareto 80/20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Marketing mix product, place, promotion, people, process, physical evidence, public relation, power belum efektif karena pasien yang sangat puas masih dibawah 80%. Hanya Marketing Mix price responden yang cukup puas 100% dan ini bisa dikatakan cukup efektif karena melebihi 80%. Sedangkan Marketing Mix 9P dikatakan belum efektif karena walaupun sebagian responden mengatakan sudah cukup optimal namun pasien yang cukup puas masih dibawah 80%. Kata Kunci: efektivitas marketing mix 9P, Marketing mix 9P, Marketing mix 9P terhadap kepuasan pelayanan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan blue ocean strategy pada pembiayaan sindikasi skim musyarakah mutanaqishah di Bank Syariah X. Adapun identifikasi masalah pada penelitian yaitu ketatnya persaingan di Industri Perbankan dan adanya fluktuasi pertumbuhan pembiayaan. Strategi yang saat ini digunakan mengacu pada konsep marketing mix 7P (product, price, place, promotion, people, process, physical evidence), namun dibutuhkan strategi baru untuk menjauh dari persaingan yang ketat tersebut. Desain penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Metode sampling yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling, dengan analisis data melalui observasi dan in-depth interview dari sumber partisipan internal dan eksternal Bank Syariah X dengan tingkat jabatan manajerial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan competing factors pada pembiayaan sindikasi skim musyarakah mutanaqishah yaitu, Harga (Pricing), Service Level Agreement (SLA), Manajemen Relasi, Account Holder, Account Executive dan Jaringan Kantor. Dalam pemenuhan rangkaian syarat untuk menentukan ide blue ocean strategy yang layak secara komersial, pembiayaan sindikasi skim musyarakah mutanaqishah dapat memberikan manfaat kepada pembeli, menekan harga, dan pengadopsian strategi yang baik, namun belum dapat menekan biaya secara signifikan.

Public service is one of the important tasks that can not be ignored by the localgovernment. As an institution, the public service Kenjeran District of Surabaya ensure thesustainability of the State administration involving policy development and resourcemanagement services that come from and to the public interest or the public. The purposein this study to determine the effect of service quality to satisfaction of the people in theDistrict Office Kenjeran Surabaya. The data used in this study are primary data (from thequestionnaire) with samples taken 100 people. While the analytical techniques used is byusing multiple linear regression. The test results showed the influence of variablessimultaneously consists of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance andempathy affect the satisfaction of the people in the District Office Kenjeran Surabaya.These results are supported by the acquisition of the correlation coefficient of 71.5% wasobtained, indicating that the correlation or relationship between these variables to thesatisfaction of the people have a close relationship. Partial test results show the variablequality of service consisting of variable physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness,assurance and empathy positive and significant impact on the satisfaction of the people inthe District Office Kenjeran Surabaya. Sedagnkan variables that have a dominant influenceon people's satisfaction at the District Office Kenjeran Surabaya is responsiveness byhaving the partial determination coefficient than other variables.Keywords: Physical Evidence, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy andCommunity Satisfaction

‘Bakulan’ (pedagang) Dusun Somodaran Yogyakarta memanfaatkan keahlian mereka seperti membuat kue donat dan lain-lain belum mengaplikasikan strategi pemasaran dengan sempurna, yang dikarenakan kekurangan pengetahuan di bidang tersebut. Dusun Somodaran adalah salah satu wilayah yang berada di kelurahan Banyuraden Kecamatan Gamping Kabupaten Sleman Propinsi Yogyakarta, dimana masyarakatnya yang kebanyakan adalah petani dan ‘bakulan’ kecil-kecilan. Metode yang digunakan berupa ekspositori yaitu penyampaian materi secara verbal dan inquiry, pembelajaran yang menekankan pada proses berpikir kritis dan analitis terkait keilmuan strategi pemasaran. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat menghasilkan bertambahnya keilmuan strategi pemasaran bagi para pedagang ‘bakulan’, Bagaimana cara mengimplementasikan 7P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, Process, People, physical evidence) dalam mengembangkan ‘bakulan’ kecil-kecilan tersebut. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat diharapkan dapat memberikan inspirasi dan motivasi bagi para dosen/peneliti selanjutnya yang akan melakukan kegiatan yang sama dan berkelanjutan, ilmu yang diberikan dapat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat, akademisi dan penulis selanjutnya.  Kata Kunci: strategi pemasaran, Bauran Pemasaran

ABSTRACT This study examines the Utilization of Instagram as an Online Business Media (Qualitative Descriptive Study of the Use of Instagram as an Online Business Media on the @Gwetnic.Id Account Through the Marketing Mix in Increasing Sales for the December 2018-January 2019 Period). Instagram is one of the social media that is widely used by business people to do marketing. Instagram was chosen by Gwetnic because it is segmented by young people, and the features provided are very diverse and up-to-date. The purpose of this study is to find out and describe the use of Instagram as an online business medium on the Instagram @gwetnic.id account through the marketing mix in increasing sales for the period December 2018 to January 2019. In this study, researchers used the Message Compilation Model with the theory used was planning theory. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis, where the method used is observation and interviews, involving the owner of the Instagram account @gwetnic.id as key informants and Gwetnic customers as informants. The results of the research that researchers can describe are that in carrying out marketing activities as an effort to increase sales, Gwetnic uses Instagram features, namely Instagram Ads, Profile, Highlights, Posting, Instagram Story, Hashtag, Caption, Direct Massage and Like. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan Instagram sebagai media bisnis online pada akun Instagram @gwetnic.id melalui bauran pemasaran dalam meningkatkan penjualan periode Desember 2018 hingga Januari 2019. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan Model Penyusunan Pesan dengan teori yang digunakan adalah teori perencanaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif, dimana metode yang digunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara, dengan melibatkan pemilik akun Instagram @gwetnic.id sebagai key informan serta pelanggan Gwetnic sebagai informan. Hasil penelitian yang dapat peneliti uraikan adalah bahwa dalam melakukan kegiatan pemasaran sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan penjualan, Gwetnic menggunakan fitur-fitur Instagram, yaitu Instagram Ads, Profile, Highlight, Posting, Instagram Story, Hashtag, Caption, Direct Massage dan Like. This study aims to analyze the influence of the Marketing Mix (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, and Physical Evidence) on the Consumer Purchasing Decisions. The method used in this study is a quantitative method that is done through the stages of data collection, interpretation of data and appearance of results. Data collection techniques in this study are to use questionnaires. The population in this study was all people domiciled in Kupang City who had used online taxi bike of GrabBike. The technique sampling in this study using Non Probability Sampling with the method of Accidental Sampling, the sample used was 100 respondents .This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the Product has a significant influence on the Consumer Purchasing Decisions, the Price has a significant influence on the Consumer Purchasing Decisions, the Place has no influence on the Consumer Purchasing Decisions, the Promotion has no influence on the Consumer Purchasing Decisions, the People has  no influence on the Consumer Purchasing Decisions, the Process has a significant influence on the Consumer Purchasing Decisions, and the Physical Evidence has a significant influence on the Consumer Purchasing Decisions. The simultaneous test results in this study revealed that all Marketing Mix variables affect the Consumer Purchasing Decisions. Keberadaan museum selama ini sering dianggap hanya sebagai tempat memamerkan koleksi budaya maupun sejarah saja, padahal sebenarnya dapat menjadi alternatif yang menarik untuk dikunjungi wisatawan. Kesan membosankan yang menjadi polemik di berbagai museum di Indonesia harus ditepis dengan melakukan strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Salah satunya yaitu UPT Museum Balanga yang merupakan museum budaya di Kota Palangkaraya. Museum Balanga selain memiliki tempat yang strategis juga memiliki keunikan dari berbagai koleksi yang menunjukkan siklus hidup suku Dayak. Kenyataannya dari data pengunjung yang dihasilkan pada setiap tahun ternyata masih belum mencapai peningkatan yang maksimal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Tahap penelitian dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data, kemudian tahap analisis dengan membandingkan antara faktor eksternal peluang dan ancaman dengan faktor internal kekuatan dan kelemahan, dan yang terakhir yaitu tahap penetapan strategi berdasarkan marketing mix 7p yaitu product, price, place, promotion, process, people, dan physical evidence. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis kelebihan dan kekurangan pada UPT Museum Balanga serta memformulasikan strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk meningkatkan daya tarik dan jumlah pengunjung lokal maupun mancanegara. Pada hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa UPT museum balanga perlu meningkatkan servis excellence dengan melakukan training dan menetapkan standar operasional pegawai, pembenahan terhadap interior dan eksterior desaign, melengkapi berbagai fasilitas penunjang seperti ruang multimedia, cafe dan lainnya, serta meningkatkan promosi dengan memanfaatkan berbagai media sosial dan bekerjasama dengan pihak-pihak terkait.The existence of museums has often been considered only as a place to display cultural and historical collections, when in fact it can be an interesting alternative place for tourists to visit. The boring impression that became polemic in various museums in Indonesia must be erased by carrying out the right marketing strategy. One of them is UPT Museum Balanga which is a cultural museum in Palangkaraya City. Besides having a strategic place, Balanga Museum also has uniqueness on various collections that shows the life cycle of Dayak tribe. But the fact is that the visitor data generated each year has not yet reached the maximum increase. This research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative approach using SWOT analysis. The research stage is carried out by collecting data, then the analysis phase by comparing the external factors of opportunity and threat with the internal factors of strengths and weaknesses. In the last step to support the SWOT analysis, the writer uses marketing mix 7p, which are product, price, place, promotion, process, people, and physical evidence. The purpose of this study is to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the UPT Museum Balanga and formulate an appropriate marketing strategy to increase the attractiveness and the amount of local and foreign visitors. The results of this study indicate that the UPT Museum Balanga needs to improve service excellence by conducting training and establishing operational standards for employees, improving the interior and eksterior design, equipping various supporting facilities such as multimedia rooms, cafes and others, and increasing promotion by utilizing various social media and collaborating with related parties.

The study seeks to investigate how Food Micro and Small Enterprises (FMSEs) (particularly restaurants) employ the 7Ps marketing mix strategy framework to enhance competitiveness measured in terms of patronage. The major emphasis is centred on the synergistic contribution of product, price, place, promotion, physical evidence, people, and process to enhancing competitive advantage to the enterprise. The researchers adopt a descriptive survey research design which enables them to establish consumers  propensity to frequent the FMSE outlets. The sample size includes 95 regular customers and 20 people from management. The major findings of this research indicates that, the application of the 7ps framework plays an insignificant role in enhancing competitiveness serve for product and place variables
