Criminal crime in Indonesia has become a challenge for the Indonesian people. In the application of law in Indonesia, it is still weak, because there are still many acts of adultery. The crime of adultery can cause moral damage to Indonesian children. The problem that is followed by adultery has won society and the nation so that it becomes a conflict that can disturb morale. Based on this background, the authors raise this article with the title The Existence of Fiqh in The Application of Adultery Law in Indonesia. Related to this scientific journal, the author explains the problem of applying zina laws in Indonesia, and the existence of fiqh in the application of adultery law in Indonesia. The research method used in scientific journals uses the literacy research method by analyzing books and journals that have the same discussion theme as the title of the article. What results of this renewal is that the application of adultery law in Indonesia is more effective, and firm. In order to avoid moral destruction of the younger generation. Because the young generation is the successor of the nation.

The purpose of this research is that the young generation in the Hatu village know and love the culture of the local area, regional culture of Mollucas, traditional dance arts Cakalele, Orlapei, Maku-Maku and Saureka-Reka. The benefits of research is to add the treasures or knowledge of the younger generation to traditional arts so that it can preserve the culture of the region. The research method used is a descriptive approach, which is a direct approach to the intended object. In the location of the study took a number of data needed to then be processed into detailed information. Retrieval of this data with interviews and surveys. The results achieved were reintroducing regional dances to the younger generation by doing a combination of these dances. Thus, raises concern for the regional culture.

A sense of nationalism is very important for the young generation of Indonesia to become a developed nation, a modern nation, a safe nation, and a peaceful, just and prosperous nation in the midst of globalization that increasingly challenges the Indonesian state. As a nation and a state in the midst of other nations in the world, a high national identity is needed from its citizens, especially among the young generation of Indonesia. The spirit of nationalism is still needed by the existence of the Indonesian people and the state. High nationalism from citizens or the younger generation will create positive and best behavior for the nation and state. In the current era of globalization, there are factors that cause the waning of the spirit of nationalism among the younger generation. This can be seen from several benchmarks, namely the lack of youth understanding of cultural values. Teenagers are now more likely to follow western culture which is very far in comparison with the norms and customs of the Indonesian nation, The main cause of the fading spirit of nationalism and nationality from the next generation of the nation is mainly due to the wrong and uneducational examples shown by the older generation or the elderly who tend to prioritize interests individuals and groups rather than prioritizing the interests of the nation and the people. This research method uses quantitative methods with data collection using literature studies based on the sources read.

This study aims to examine that local wisdom is one of the national resilience to create further generations in the face of the industrial revolution 4.0 so that the nation's identity is maintained. A common problem regarding the method section in the structure of scientific journals is that they are written in general and not typical. A research method must report the procedures the researcher takes to carry out his research. The contents are not the same as the method descriptions in other studies. Therefore, this paper aims to explain the importance of methods in the structure of writing scientific journal articles. In particular, several methods commonly referred to in theological research are presented descriptively and topically. The conclusion obtained is, with the correct understanding of the research method, lecturers or researchers can produce theological research work that can be accounted for its academic validity. Research contribution: This paper provides insights to lecturers and researchers in writing and formulating methods in scientific journal papers and contributing material in writing scientific papers.Permasalahan umum mengenai bagian metode di dalam struktur jurnal ilmiah adalah ditulis secara umum dan tidak khas. Padahal, sebuah metode penelitian harus melaporkan prosedur yang ditempuh peneliti untuk menjalankan penelitiannya. Isinya tidak sama dengan penjelasan metode pada penelitian lain. Oleh karena itu paper ini bertujuan menjelaskan tentang pentingnya metode di dalam struktur penulisan artikel jurnal ilmiah. Secara khusus dipaparkan secara deskriptif dan topikal beberapa metode yang umum dirujuk dalam penelitian teologis. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah, dengan pemahaman yang benar tentang metode penelitian, dosen atau peneliti dapat menghasilkan karya penelitian teologis yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan validitasnya secara akademik. Kontribusi penelitian: Paper ini memberikan wawasan kepada dosen dan peneliti di dalam menulis dan merumuskan metode dalam paper jurnal ilmiah dan menyumbang materi dalam penulisan karya ilmiah.

ABSTRAK“Towards Gamelan Pop” adalah karya seni musik yang lahir akibat bentuk permasalahan yang sedang populer saat ini, misalnya korupsi, kurangnya kepedulian terhadap lingkungan hidup, radikalisme, tindak pelanggaran hukum, dan kerusakan moral. Fenomena tersebut dikaitkan dengan bentuk musik pop yang sedang diminati oleh banyak kalangan masyarakat. “Towards Gamelan Pop” mengangkat kisah legenda setempat di daerah Kompleks Candi Gedong Songo yaitu Kisah Ramayana dengan tujuan menarik generasi muda untuk mencintai kesenian tradisi nusantara. Karya musik ini memadukan instrumen gamelan dengan gaya bernyanyi pop dan diperankan oleh 6 tokoh, yaitu Rama, Shinta, Rahwana, Wibisana, Hanoman, dan Semar. Karya musik ini dipentaskan di Kompleks Candi Gedong Songo dengan durasi 60 menit yang terbagi dalam sebelas karya lagu, yaitu Rimba Raya, Aku, Satu, Penjara Emas, Hanoman Obong, Petuah yang Dianggap Sampah, Eling lan Waspada, Gerhanamu, Impas, Mandi Api, dan Sigaraning nyawa.Kata kunci : populer, pop, Kisah Ramayana, generasi muda, gamelan.Abstract“Towards Gamelan Pop” is the musical art work form due to the problems that are popular today, such as corruption, the lack of concern towards the environment, radicalism, acts of lawlessness, and moral damage. These phenomena are associated to a form of pop music that is in demand by many people in the community. “Towards Gamelan Pop” lifts the local legends from the Gedong Songo temple complex that is the story of Ramayana, which its purpose is to attract the younger generation to love thetraditional arts of the archipelago. This musical work blends gamelan instruments with pop singing style and performed by six characters, namely Rama, Shinta, Rahwana, Wibisana, Hanoman, and Semar. This musical work is staged in the Gedong Songo complex with a duration of 60 minutes divided into eleven song parts, namely “Rimba Raya” (the Great Jungle), “Aku” (I), “Satu” (One), “Penjara Emas” (the Golden Prison), “Hanoman Obong” (Ignited Hanoman), “Petuah yang Dianggap Sampah” (Unconsidered Wisdom), “Eling lan Waspada” (Keep in Mind and Alert), “Gerhanamu” (Your Eclipse), “Impas” (Breakeven), “Mandi Api” (Bathe in Flames), and “Sigaraning Nyawa” (Soulmate).Keywords: popular, pop, Ramayana Legend, young generation, gamelan.

In the world of education, there are negative impacts caused by the development of multicultural education for Indonesia's young generation, ranging from radicalism, discrimination, the loss of local culture, brawls to criminal acts from social media and the real world resulting from a lack of understanding of multicultural education in the current era. Therefore, it is important to understand the importance of understanding multicultural education for the younger generation, because in the era of change, one of the competencies needed in the world of education is the ability of the younger generation to solve problems (problem solving). This research method uses qualitative methods with a library research approach. The result of this research is, by cultivating the right multicultural education, it will produce a young generation in an era that is creative, innovative, and a generation with character, integrity and upholding tolerance according to the national identity of the Indonesian nation. With this research, it is expected to be able to contribute knowledge about the importance of multicultural education in the process of Islamic and national education

ABSTRACKScientific journals are an effective means of publishing scientific articles for the general public. In order for scientific journals to be accepted by national and international circles, the insight aspirations and confinement styles must refer to national and international standards. Articles designed to be published in scientific journals, in addition to being written in a scientific manner, must also follow the guidelines required by the intended scientific journal. In order for the article to be sent according to criteria and accepted by the journal, at least it must fulfill three elements, namely the suitability of the field of science, the standard grammar, and the special style (cellulite style) required by an article journal to be sent.

Nowadays, music creation, collaboration, and publication are easier because of technology. Most young generations have sent music data, made, sold, bought music files on the internet. This changed music processes certainly resulted in different outcomes. Listening and creating music by new means, can change music itself. Technology has simplified tools, and the internet has simplified the distance. But new problems and questions have been found. How were the internet and technology influenced the quality of music, music creator, music appreciator and the form of music. The aims of this research to determine the relationship between music, technology, and the internet, through behavior of the young generation. This study was qualitative research that used observations and unstructured interviews. In subsequent observations, participant-observer was chosen as an advanced research method to better understand existing phenomena. The result of observations and interviews were interpreted, then presented descriptively. This research used theory by Don Ihde that technology has three characteristics (1) material (2) used (3)relationship of human and tools. The result of this research is internet influenced music quality and human appreciation. Technology changed the way humans create music.

This study aims to determine the perceptions of the younger generation of agricultural activities in the Buha Sub-District of Mapanget District. This research was carried out from August 2017 to May 2018. Primary data was collected through interviews of 15 generations of young people with the help of filling out questionnaires. Secondary data was obtained from the Buha Village Office, Mapanget District. This analysis uses descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the perception of the younger generation of agricultural activities in the Buha Sub-District is overall negative for agricultural activities. Viewed from internal factors include education, employment, gender and age. The higher the level of education, the wider the insight of the younger generation so that the lack of interest in the younger generation in agricultural activities is getting bigger. The younger generation who already have permanent jobs in the non-agricultural sector look down on agricultural activities because they assume that agricultural activities have a low social level. Women have a low interest in agricultural activities because they assume that agricultural activities are not suitable for women because it will damage their appearance. Respondents aged 21-30 years have a low interest in agricultural activities, in addition to reduced agricultural land. External factors include socialization, parental work status and land ownership status. The younger generation with a low level of socialization results in a lack of interest in the younger generation in agricultural activities. Parents of respondents who work in agriculture or non-agriculture do not want their children to make agricultural activities the main job. The young generation whose parents still own agricultural land is still doing agricultural activities to help their parents work on their farms.

Nowadays, entertainment has become part of human life especially to the Muslim young generation. Entertainment is a need at any time and anywhere such as while driving, at home or during leisure time. However, there is a different opinion regarding entertainment itself. Some of the views opine that it is forbidden either through media or any other medium, and there is also an opinion saying that it is only permissible by medium of nasyid. This article intends to explain and discuss the law or ‘hukm’ of media entertainment either by way of hearing the music, song, nasyid or by manner of singing from fiqh and fatwa perspectives. Documentary research method will be adopted in the study and gathering of information on views from the Islamic perspective with regards to this issue. Outcome of research asserts that Islam does not object to music whether in the traditional or modern form as long as it does not transgress with the teachings of Islam. The Fuqaha opine that entertainment is permissible in Islam in so far as it does not contain elements of neglect, badness or forbidden by Islam. Keywords: Entertainment, music, fatwa, traditional, permissible. Abstrak Mutakhir kini, hiburan merupakan sebahagian daripada kehidupan manusia, terutamanya umat Islam daripada golongan muda. Di mana jua berada sama ada ketika memandu, di rumah atau ketika waktu lapang pasti hiburan menjadi teman lapangan. Namun begitu, persoalan yang timbul adalah berkaitan dengan hiburan sendiri, terdapat pendapat mengatakan ia haram tidak kira sama ada berhibur melalui media mahupun sebaliknya, dan terdapat juga pendapat mengatakan ianya harus jika berhibur dengan irama nasyid sahaja. Artikel ini bertujuan menjelaskan dan membincangkan hukum berhibur melalui media sama ada dengan cara mendengar muzik, lagu, nasyid dan menyanyi dari pandangan fiqh dan fatwa. Metodologi analisa dokumen digunakan bagi meneliti dan memperolehi maklumat berkaitan pandangan Islam akan isu ini. Dapatan kajian mendapati Islam tidak menghalang sesuatu seni muzik sama ada tradisional atau moden selagi mana ia tidak bercanggah dengan syariat Islam. Fuqaha berpandangan bahawa hiburan dalam Islam adalah harus hukumnya melainkan hiburan itu jelas mendatangkan kelalaian dan keburukan ataupun wujudnya unsur-unsur yang haram dalamnya maka jadilah ia haram. Kata kunci: Hiburan, muzik, fatwa, tradisional, harus.
