<p><em>This research was conducted to determine the effect of self-efficacy on employee performance at the Secretariat of the Regional General Election Commission (RGEC) of East Luwu Regency. This research is quantitative descriptive with data collection methods through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The number of respondents in this research were 28 employees. The tools of data analysis in this research is a simple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 20. From the results of the t test analysis shows the value of t count (4,233)  &gt; t table (1,706)</em> <em> </em><em>and the significance value of 0,000 &lt; 0.05, so it can be concluded that Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on performance employee at the Secretariat of Regional General Election Commission (RGEC) of East Luwu Regency. The higher of self efficacy that is owned by an employee, then the more performance will increase.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: Self Efficacy, Employee Performance</em></p>

This study aims to determine the effect of welfare benefits toward employee performance at PT. Bank Panin, Tbk in Makassar City. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees at PT Bank Panin, Tbk in Makassar City, of 228 people. Then the sample is the author takes 20 percent of the population, of 46 people. Data collection methods are carried out by observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis for hypothesis testing. The results showed that providing welfare benefits to employees had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Panin, Tbk in Makassar City.

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the effect of occupational safety on employee performance on PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan II Medan, This study was conducted on the scope of PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan II Medan. Samples were taken as many as 30 Respondents and the analytical method used is simple linear regression analysis where the constant is 6,541 which means that if constant variable then the level of employee performance variable is positive value that is equal to 0,771 which means if work safety have increase by 1 percent hence employee performance will experience increase equal to 0,771, second These variables have a positive attachment relationship to employee performance and have significant value is 0.000 <from 0.005. Result of t test analysis yield t value is equal to 7,366 bigger than tTabel value equal to 2,763, meaning work safety variable have significant effect to employee performance.

Abstract: Competition in the increasingly stringent era of globalization companies are required to be able to win business competition with a healthy. The success of a company is determined by the extent to which leaders create and produce good employee performance to achieve predetermined goals. Providing compensation is an activity to improve employee performance. Satisfaction with compensation given by the company can influence employees to work more enthusiastically to achieve company goals. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of giving compensation to employee performance in Dafam Hotel, Pekalongan City. The method used is a quantitative method using SPSS version 16.0 and data collection methods by observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires to employees of the Dafam Hotel in Pekalongan City with a total of 44 respondents using census techniques. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale, each of which has been tested using validity and reliability. Analysis of the data used simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the t test can be concluded that there is a real effect between the provision of compensation on employee performance in the Dafam Hotel, Pekalongan City. Keywords: compensation, performance, employees and hotel

The population of this research is the organizational culture and employee performance of the sales department at PT. Agung Automall Paal 10 Jambi in 2019 an many as 53 people. Using a census that is all the population made responden. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis, showing the equation Y = 0.844 + 0.682X + e. With a correlation of  44% or 0,440. The value of determination is 0,194 or 19,4%. Where it is intended that the influence of work culture on performance is 19,4% while 80,6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. T test value of 3.503 with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05 which is greater than the value of t table of 2.00758.

Adequate work facilities with suitable conditions that are well maintained and will help smooth the work process in an organization. This study aims to determine the use of work facilities, on the performance of employees in the section of the Regional Financial Management Agency Secretariat of South Sulawesi Province. Therefore, to achieve these objectives researchers used data collection techniques with observation, questionnaires, and documentation with a population of 35 people. While the data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis using percentages and for inferential statistical analysis techniques using data normality tests, product moment correlation analysis, and simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that the work facilities in the section of the South Sulawesi Provincial Financial Management Agency Secretariat are in a good category, in terms of indicators: machinery and equipment, infrastructure, work equipment, land, and buildings. For the quality of employee performance in the section of the South Sulawesi Provincial Financial Management Agency Secretariat in a good category, which is viewed from: quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness, and independence. Based on the product moment correlation test analysis, there is a positive and significant influence on the use of work facilities on the performance of employees in the section of the Regional Financial Management Agency of South Sulawesi Province at 17.00%, stated to be accepted with a moderate level of influence. From the results of simple linear regression analysis shows that there is an influence of work facilities on employee performance in the section of the Regional Financial Management Agency Secretariat of South Sulawesi Province.

The purpose of this research is to know the extent of the influence of labor safety and health variables on performance of employees part of the AMT I in PT Pertamina Patra Niaga (Persero) Ujung Berung. For the method used in this research is to use quantitative methods, while for the collection of data is caaried out by means of disseminating a questionnaire to 128 employees part of the AMT I note that median value of median of the descriptive variables – safety and health work is 4,12 while for variable performance of employees is amounted to 4,09. Then from the results of a simple linear regression analysis showed that the work safety and health variables have an influence positively against variable employee performance, can be seen in results from t count i.e of 11,365 and t table of 1,9790. Then the probability values can be found in this study is 0,000 meaning that this regression model can be used to predict the performance.

Culinary business from every new is always increasing, has always been the highest compared with other types of business. Based on data from the print media, Bandung is designated as an Indonesian culinary destination because it contributes greatly to the state revenue. However, there are problems that often occur especially in the culinary field, one of which is from human resources. This study was conducted to determine the effect of human resources viewed from emotional intelligence to employee performance. The method used is descriptive analysis to obtain the results of emotional intelligence is in the high category and employee performance is also in the high category. The result of simple linear regression analysis obtained equation Y = 13.060 + 0.420X, with R Square of 0.599 means there is contribution between emotional intelligence to employee performance equal to 59.9%.

ABSTRACT This study aims to support leadership, work environment and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Muhari Motor 651 Karanganyar Showroom. This research uses quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were all 116 participants and the sample used was 90 respondents by distributing questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 21, hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. With the approved questionnaire questions declared valid and reliable. In the classical research assumptions test produces normal data, there is no multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity does not occur. The study aims to determine and analyze the effect of employee competence on employee performance in the Mamuju district trade service, analyze the influence of work culture on the performance of the Mamuju district trade service employee. The research approach is quantitative descriptive with a sample of 40 respondents, data processing using SPSS 22 using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that; The determining factor for employee performance in the Mamuju Regency trade office is organizational culture.
