With the advent of e-commerce business, many software providers have started developing e-commerce solutions. However, the emphasis has to be given on developing defect free e-commerce portals. The current work is produced based on quantitative analysis done on five e-commerce projects. The defect data (discovery, fix and regression) are fed into the development process of the subsequent projects that helped in preventing the similar defects. A data analysis is done using Rayleigh Method to estimate the number of latent defects which may seep to the customers. This enabled in reduction in the count of User Acceptance Test defects, in the projects developed subsequently there by greatly decreasing the cost of development.

Attitudes towards tax compliance (willingness to comply) Indonesian society is still low. Required an innovative tax dissemination to increase it. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the tax dissemination based on Fogg Behavioral Model (FBM) approach may increase wiliingness to comply. The FBM based tax dissemination asserts that for a person to perform a target behavior, which is a willingness to comply, he or she must be sufficiently motivated, have the ability to perform the behavior, and be trigerred, to perform the behavior. This research is a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis of statistical data results of the questionnaire, interviews, and observations of the respondent and the experimental process of dissemination. The method used in this study is a quasi experimental with patterns of nonequivalent control group (pretest-post which is not equivalent). Based on the results of data analysis, interviews and observations of the respondent and the experiment, this research showed that theFBMbasedtaxdissemination hasapositiveimpactto willingnesstocomplyofthetaxpayers.

Ordering catering is an activity undertaken by customers to buy products in the form of food packages. In Cimahi Catering catering ordering process is done by customers by coming directly to the location or calling to Cimahi Catering. Based on interviews with the authors related parties, in the process of ordering catering there are some customers who complain about the order process is due to take time, energy and more costs. In the case of recording data ordering was deemed less effective because the data is still conventional. This is at risk of logging errors. As a solution of these problems the authors build an Application Ordering Catering Based Android Mobile to assist in the process of ordering catering by customers and the management of reservation data catering by the Cimahi Catering. Research methodology used is Extreme Programming method. In making this application the author uses android programming base and MySQL as the data storage. This application is made to efficiently time, effort and produce accurate information. The results of testing the built application has a performance that suits the needs of the user. Based on the results of User Acceptance Test get a positive response with 85% percentage. Keyword: Android, application, catering, mobile, ordering, uat

This work describes a strategy to reduce the cost associated with poor quality, by reducing the parts per million defects by Defining, Measuring, Analyzing, Implementing and Controlling (DMAIC) the production process. The method uses a combination of principles of Six Sigma applications, Lean Manufacturing and Shanin Strategy. The process has been used in analyzing the manufacturing lines of a brake lever at a Connecticut automotive components manufacturing company for reducing the cost associated with the production of nonconforming parts. The analysis was carried out with the help of the data collected on nonconformance parts and the application of phase change rules from DMAIC (+). Data analysis was carried out on statistical process control softwares, MINITAB and SPC XL 2000. Although, the problem of tight bushing existed on only one line of the brake lever assembly, this problem solving approach has solved the tight bushing problems on all assembly and alternates lines in a time- and cost-effective way.

During the software development process, the decision maker (DM) must master many variables inherent in this process. Software releases represent the order in which a set of requirements is implemented and delivered to the customer. Structuring and enumerating a set of releases with prioritized requirements represents a challenging task because the requirements contain their characteristics, such as technical precedence, the cost required for implementation, the importance that one or more customers add to the requirement, among other factors. To facilitate this work of selection and prioritization of releases, the decision maker may adopt some support tools. One field of study already known to solve this type of problem is the Search-Based Software Engineering (SBSE) that uses metaheuristics as a means to find reasonable solutions taking into account a set of well-defined objectives and constraints. In this paper, we seek to increase the possibilities of solving the Next Release Problem using the methods available in Verbal Decision Analysis (VDA). We generate a problem and submit it so that the VDA and SBSE methods try to resolve it. To validate this research, we compared the results obtained through VDA and compared with the SBSE results. We present and discuss the results in the respective sections.

CV. Satu Satu Media Utama in calculating the cost of the product, has not calculated carefully, causing problems for the company that are unknown in detail and impact the selling price of the company's products. CV. Satu Satu Media Utama is a company engaged in Digital Printing Industry. This study aims to determine the role of Job Order Costing in determining the selling price of the product, using the method of calculating Full Costing and Variable Costing. Method of data analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of research for the implementation of Job Order Costing system, the company has applied in the collection of product cost, but in the calculation of the cost of the company's products does not include marketing costs and depreciation costs of the machine into the calculation of overhead costs, and the company has not entered the price card of the order as the auxiliary card in the determination product selling price. Keywords: Job order costing, factory overhead cost, selling price

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of how much the cost control of production to operating profit. The method used in this research is the survey method with a descriptive quantitative approach. The data used is the cost of production data and profit data from CV Insan Lestari. with sample pick up used purposive sampling. The Data analysis method in this research is a regression test, correlation test, determination coefficient, and signification test. The result from a statistic test, there known about a positive correlation from cost control to the production with an operating profit, with determination coefficient are 75,1% and 24.9% are factors outside this research. With the signification test, the conclusion is, the cost control had affected the operating profit.

The research aimed to (1) describe the process of developing the Indonesian Student Workheet using Problem Based Learning Model, (2) show the quality of the Indonesian Student Work Sheet using Problem Based Learning Model, including: (a) the product quality of the Student Worksheet and (b) the using quality of the Student Worksheet. The type of the research was research and development using 4-D model, those are definition, design, development, and dissemination. The data collection used instrument of validation sheet from the expert, questionnaire sheet, observation sheet. The technique of data analysis divided into three, the technique of data analysis of student worksheet quality and the implementation of student work sheet using Problem Based Learning. The results showed that the development process consisted of two stages: (1) the analysis phase of the writer’s understanding about the Student Worksheet and it’s need, and (2) the design phase which produced the summaries of the materials in each basic competences. The product quality based on the expert gained the score in average of 72.48%, good, the using quality based on the questionnaires to the teacher and observation to the students gained the score in average of 75, 65, good.
