Syafatul Qur'ant Islamic Boarding School Pondok Pesantren is an Islamic boarding school institution which in addition has the function of preaching to the community, is also an educational organization that has important and complex information to be known to the public so as to support its existence. The media information used so far is brochures, where the media information is still not optimal in its distribution and requires a large cost and a longer time. Cilacap Syafa'atul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School is not widely known by the general public because it is only in its third year, so it needs promotional media as a means to provide information to the public to find out about the activities in the Syafa'atul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School. Utilizing the Internet and implementing a web-based information system for Syafa’atul Qur'an Cilacap Islamic Boarding School using PHP programming, making it easier for people to obtain more complete information, so that it can be more effective and efficient with the use of information technology. The information system is a system within an organization that meets the needs of data management, support the operation, managerial and strategic activities of an organization or agency and provide reports for a particular party to utilize the computer as a means to access the Internet network. To be able to manage data in the form of a database, it is necessary to develop a web-based information system. For that we need an information system that can facilitate the running of a sales transaction and as a promotional event, so that it is expected to increase sales at the company and compete with other companies. Public relations can be defined relations among the public, showed large public who must perform the connection, and because the public a lot, then indicate the number of relationships. PT. Starvindo Asia Utama only uses brochures as a promotional tool. A based information system is a system that can be used for the dissemination of information through internet services. In this case, the internet is becoming the provider of a set of information that is posted or uploaded, so that the public can see it every time. Therefore the presence of the internet makes it easier for people to be able to implement the results of the analysis of a system so that the formation of web-based information systems. Government services were supposed to use web-based information systems, it is used in order to obtain maximum work achievement. As an example, a case study a Government Ministry was having some complaints from the community is a service of recording E-ID CARD that is experiencing such a long queue. Therefore this web-based information systems within the scope of the reservation Recording E-ID CARD can reduce prolonged queue numbers so that people feel not satisfied against the Government. On this research produced a design of web-based information systems that can be implemented on the Booking process of recording E-ID CARDS in each Government Ministry offices.

The increasing need for property in Tanjungpinang City is very growing, especially in the housing sector. Selection of property based on location and facilities and infrastructure is always a consideration for the community in making decisions to buy a property. Difficulty finding property location information in a certain area often occurs, resulting in people not getting references about the properties offered in Tanjungpinang City. The purpose of this research is to create a web-based geographic information system (GIS) regarding the distribution of the number of properties on offer, especially in Tanjungpinang City using a web-based mapping approach. In the development of Property GIS the author uses the Waterfall method and in the analysis of system requirements it is modeled with UML (Unified Modeling Language) and implemented with the PHP programming language and MySQLI database. It is hoped that the results of making this property's geographic information system can help the public to find out information about the distribution of properties offered, such as the location of property coordinates, addresses, prices, property photos, property specification data and property developer data.

The development of services has developed into the internet media, to make it easier for customers and employees in managing a job. In the problem of Lucky Photo, which covers services including printing, sales, stock of goods, purchases, and reports are not effective properly. The researcher aims to develop a service system entitled Service Information Systems at Lucky Photo. By building a web-based application, a waterfall method is needed to become a benchmark for the creation of a service information system, so the results will be obtained on a web-based application system to demand progress in a company, including services that become easier, easier customer service in conduct transactions, generate reports, and process customer data. So it can be concluded that with the construction of a new Service Information System it will be easier to make transactions, make it easier for customers, create reports, and process customer data that is embedded in the Mysql database which will become a well-systemized report.

The use of technology in learning is essential for developing students' ICT literacy. However, the application of technology as a learning media remains limited. The purpose of this study is to develop a learning media to enhance students' ICT literacy. This research is conducted using a 4-D model, which consists of four stages: defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. This learning media is developed based on ICT literacy indicators. The study participants are 33 of 10th-grade students at one of the public vocational schools in Jember, East Java. Data collection methods consist of validation sheets, tests, questionnaires, interviews, and observations.  The expert validation is used to validate the media, while the students' response questionnaire determines the practicality. The validity result shows that the media can be used to measure ICT literacy. Moreover, the practicality of media also shows that it can be easily applied. Furthermore, the effectiveness of learning media is obtained from the N-Gain average of test and ICT literacy questionnaire. The observation data also support the effectiveness of the media during the implementation. The result shows that the media confirmed to be effective as it can improve the students' ICT literacy. To sum up, the Schoology web-based learning media with GeoGebra is useful to improve ICT literacy on quadratic functions

The development of the Internet and social media and networks as a media environment and communication channels combined with the specificity of the journalistic profession in the online environment are a factor which contributes to the emergence and proliferation of fake news. The lack of reliable fact checking by the media and the fast news consumption by the public lead to mass disinformation about certain issues or subjects. The current paper examines fake news from several points of view and describes the models of their use – as harmless jokes, as lack of journalistic competence or professionalism and as means of manipulation and intentional misleading of public opinion. The attempts of big media corporations to fight fake news are also described.
