ABSTRAK Pendahuluan: pencegahan obesitas perlu dilakukan sejak dini karena kelebihan berat badan dapat menjadi obesitas pada saat usia dewasa. Tujuan: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara jenis kelamin, umur, kebiasaan sarapan, kebiasaan makan fast food, kebiasaan jajan di sekolah/ngemil, pengetahuan tentang gizi, olahraga dengan peningkatan status gizi siswa di SMP Mardi Yuana Rangkasbitung. Metode: Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 76 orang. Hasil: analisis bivariat dengan uji t-test menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel umur (P = 0.038) dengan peningkatan status gizi. Hasil uji multivariate dengan regresi  linier ganda menunjukkan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan status gizi adalah kebiasaan sarapan. ABSTRACT Introduction: Prevention of obesity needs to be done early because obesity can become obese as adult. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship among sex, age, breakfast habits, the consumption habits fast food, habit of eating snack, knowledge, exercise  and nutritional status of the students of Junior High School (SMP) Mardi Yuana in Rangkasbitung. This descriptive quantitative study utilized cross-sectional design with 76 (seventy-six) respondents. The result of the bivariate analysis using t-test  shows a significant relationship between age ( P = 0.039) and nutritional status. The multivariate analysis using  multiple linear regression test shows that breakfast is highly correlated to the nutritional status.

Background: Adolescent is a transition phase from childhood to adulthood that marked by the change on physical, mental and psychosocial aspect. Adaptation on the change that people met in their life is called psychosocial stress. Stress makes a change on food habit and a disturbance on nutrition’s absorbance. Those circumstances affect people’s nutritional status.Objectives: To identify the correlation between psychosocial stress and nutritional status among SMP Stella Duce 1 Yogyakarta’s students.Methods: This study was an observational study which used a cross sectional design. It held by quantitative approach to identify the relationship between psychosocial stress and nutritional status. Subject of the study were 85 students of SMP Stella Duce 1 Yogyakarta. Respondent’s identities were collected by using identity questionnaire. Psychosocial stress’s status was collected by using SRRS questionnaire (social readjustment rating scale) that was modified for adolescent. Respondent’s calories intakes were assessed by using the form food recall 3 x 24 h. Anthropometrics data collected were weight and height. The adjustment of psychosocial stress’s status used SRRS questionnaires. Calories intake were measured by using nutrition software (Fp2). Student’s nutritional status was measured by using Epi 2000 software. Relationship’s analysis among variables uses statistical test of SPSS 12.00, with the correlation or linear regression test.Result: From this study, 49.4% (42 people) have normal nutritional status, 4.7 % at under nutrition level, 25.9% at risk of obesity, and 20% obesity. From the measurement of psychosocial stress’s score, there were 61.2% (52 people) in a non-tress condition, while the other was on stress at different level. Statistical test showed that there was no relationship between psychosocial stress and nutritional status (p > 0.05).Conclusion: There was no significant relationship between psychosocial stress and nutritional status among SMP Stella Duce 1 Yogyakarta’s students.

Gout or Gouty Arthritis is a degenerative disease. Gouty arthritis is a clinical syndrome that is caused by deposition of purine crystals in the tissues, due to levels of uric acid (hyperuricemia) in the extracellular fluid that passes through saturation. The etiology of gout arthritis included age, sex, history of medication, obesity, consumption of purine and alcohol. Aging is an important risk factor for men and women. This study uses an analytical-descriptive approach with cross-sectional design. This study was conducted to obtain a relationship between nutritional status and uric acid levels in the community in the area of ​​Al-Hidayah Islamic Boarding School, Ngawi. This research was conducted in Majasem Village, Kendal District, Ngawi Regency, starting from 7 June - 31 August 2018. The results showed that there was a relationship between nutritional status and uric acid levels in the community in the area of ​​Al-Hidayah Islamic Boarding School, Ngawi (p=0,008). Suggestions for further research are bivariate analysis based on gender, knowledge and attitude to response to diet so that other factors that influence can be seen clearly

Background: It is a fact that natrium consumption relates to hypertension and the risk of heart disease and stroke. Even though it is common happened in later life, hypertension can be started in early age.Objective: The aim of the study is to identify salty food preference, high natrium food consumption, natrium intake, weight and its correlation with blood pressure among schoolchildren.Method: The study used cross-sectional design. There were 151 samples from junior high school chosen by purposive sampling. Food salty level data was assessed by eating the snack with three different salt concentration. High and low natrium source food and natrium intake data were taken using semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaire. Blood pressure was measured by sphygmomanometer digital. Bivariate analysis was used Chi-square and Rank Spearman test.Results: The study revealed that 74,2% children prefer snack with the salt level above recommendation (> 0,5 gr salt per portion ). There were 22,5% children have natrium intake from food only ≥2000 mg (above recommendation). As much as 35,8% children fall into hypertension category based on their blood pressure (BP) level. There was a significant relationship between high natrium food consumption score with natrium intake (p=0,002). There were significant correlation between weight with systolic and diastolic BP ((p=0,000 r=-0,549 and p=0,000 r=-0,412). There were no correlation between atrium intake with systolic and diastolic BP (p=0,764;  r= 0,0025 and p=0,819 r=0,19).Conclusion: Healthy food and maintaining normal weight information and education must be done for children as early as possible.

<p><strong><em>Background:</em></strong><strong><em> </em></strong><em>The most common reproductive disease among Indonesian women is uterine myoma. The number of occurrences of this disease in Indonesia ranks second after cervical cancer. </em><strong><em>Purpose:</em></strong><em> </em><em>This study aims to determine the relationship between maternal age and parity with the incidence of uterine myoma at Mardi Waluyo Metro Hospital in 2016.</em><em> </em><strong><em>Methods:</em></strong><em> </em><em>This study uses a cross sectional design. The study sample was 141 respondents. The independent variable of the study was maternal age and parity, while the dependent variable was uterine myoma. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate analysis. Bivariate analysis using chi square test.</em><em> </em><strong><em>Results:</em></strong><em> </em><em>The results showed that there was a relationship between maternal age (p = 0,000) and parity (p = 0,000) with the incidence of uterine myoma at Mardi Waluyo Metro Hospital.</em><em> </em><strong><em>Conclusion:</em></strong><em> </em><em>The conclusions of this study are maternal age and parity are factors that increase the incidence of uterine myoma. Prevention efforts and reducing the incidence of uterine myoma need to be improved by early detection of women with age and risky parity.</em><em></em></p>

ABSTRACT Background: Based on RISKESDAS data from 2007, 2013, and 2018, the prevalence of injuries in Indonesia had increased from 7.5%, 8.2%, and 9.2% respectively. In 2018, the proportion of injuries ranked 12th place in morbidity in Indonesia with the highest cases in Central Sulawesi Province (13.8%). This study aimed to determine of injury inci­dents in the productive aged groups in Central Sulawesi. Subjects and Method: This was a cross-sectional design conducted in Central Sulawesi from October 2019 to January 2020. A total of 1,323 reproductive-aged household mem­bers was selected by random sampling method. The dependent variable was the incident of injury. The independent variables were age, gender, level of education, employment status, and nutritional status. The data were collected from secondary data of basic health research data in 2018 with household dan individual questionnaires. Bivariate analysis was performed by chi-square method. Results: The bivariate analysis showed that the incidence of injury among the productive aged groups increased with age (OR= 1.50; 95% CI= 1.10 to 2.05; p= 0.021), gender (OR= 1.29; 95% CI= 1.03 to 1.62; p=0.030), level of education (OR= 2.01; 95% CI= 1.14 to 3.56; p= 0.010), employment status (OR= 1.86; 95% CI= 1.19 to 2.90; p= 0.005), and nutritional status (OR= 0.77; 95% CI= 0.55 to 1.07; p= 0.033). Conclusion: The incidence of injury among the productive aged groups increases with age, gender, level of education, employment status, and nutritional status. Pencemaran lingkungan akibat sampah plastik semakin mengkhawatirkan apabila tidak ada usaha untuk mengatasinya. Masyarakat yang kurang pengetahuan dan berperilaku buruk dalam pengelolaan sampah plastik dapat menimbulkan gangguan kesehatan dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan ibu rumah tangga dengan perilaku mengelola sampah plastik. Penelitian dilakukan di Dusun Kedesen, Desa Kradenan, Kecamatan Kaliwungu, Kabupaten Semarang Tahun 2012. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan studi cross sectional, dengan sampel berjumlah 74 orang yang diambil secara secara acak sederhana. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara terstruktur menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat dengan uji statistik Kai Kuadrat (X2). Penelitian menemukan sekitar 56,8% responden berpengetahuan tidak baik dan sekitar 60,8% responden berperilaku tidak baik. Analisis bivariat menunjukan hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan ibu rumah tangga dengan perilaku mengelola sampah plastik. Ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan ibu rumah tangga dengan perilaku mengelola sampah plastik di Dusun Kedesen, Desa Kradenan, Kecamatan Kaliwungu, Kabupaten Semarang tahun 2012.Pollution caused by plastic increase worrying if there is no attempt to resolve it. Lack of knowledge and poor people’s behavior in the management of plastic waste can cause environmental and health problems. Management of plastic waste can be started from each household who produce plastic waste. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship between the level of housewife’s knowledge with the behavior to manage of plastic waste at Kedesen, Kradenan Village, District Kaliwungu, Semarang in 2012. The study was analytic survey with cross-sectional design. Sample was 74 respondents with simple random sampling. Research tool used was a questionnaire. Analyzed used univariate and bivariate analysis with statistical test Chi Square(X2). The results showed 74 respondents obtained from 42 respondents (56.8%) are not well knowledgeable, 32 respondents (43.2%) both knowledgeable. There were 45 respondents (60.8%) did not have good behavior, while 29 respondents (39.2%) had good behavior. Bivariate analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between the level of knowledge with behavior of housewives in managing plastic waste at the hamlet Kedesen. Statistical results showed the value (p = 0.000) smaller than alpha (a = 0.05). There was a significant relationship between the level of knowledge with behavior of housewife in managing plastic waste at Kedesen Hamlet, Village Kradenan, Kaliwungudistrict, Semarang regency in 2012.

Background: Psychological factors such as anxiety have significant contributions in determining dietary intake and nutritional status of elderly. Prevalence of malnutrition in elderly has achieved significant level.Objective: To determine the correlation between anxiety level with dietary intake and nutritional status of elderly in Yogyakarta municipality.Method: This research was observational with cross sectional design. Subjects were elderly in Yogyakarta municipality who fulfilled inclusion criteria. Research subjects consisted of 214 people. Anxiety level was measured with trait-manifest anxiety scale (T-MAS) form, dietary intake with semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaire (SQFFQ) method, and nutritional status was determined based on body mass arm span (BMA). Data were analyzed with Chi-Square test and multiple logistic regression.Results: A percentage of 26.2% subjects had moderate anxiety level. Most dominant factors that influenced anxiety level was sex (OR=3.37). Bivariate analysis showed a significant correlation between anxiety level and nutritional status (p<0.05), subjects with moderate anxiety level were more likely to have higher nutritional status (OR=3.54) and lower nutritional status (OR=2.29). Significant correlation was found between moderate anxiety level with excessive dietary intake (p<0.001; OR=6.22). Significant correlation was also found between dietary intake with nutritional status (p<0.05), subjects with excessive dietary intake were more likely to have higher nutritional status (OR=6.15).Conclusion: Significant correlation was found between anxiety level and nutritional status. Significant correlation was also found between anxiety level and dietary intake, and significant correlation was found between dietary intake and nutritional status.

Covid-19 is an infectious disease caused by SARS-CoV 2 and has spread very quickly. Several laboratory examinations were carried out on Covid-19 patients including molecular examinations, hematological profiles, and serology. This study aims to determine the relationship between leucocyte, d-dimer, hemoglobin and thrombocyte against procalcitonin in patients with Covid-19. This was an observational analytic study with cross sectional design. A sample of 50 was taken selectively at Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Tulangan Hospital in November 2020 - January 2021. Multiple linear regression test results showed relationship between leucocyte with procalcitonin (b = -0.64; p = 0.426), d-dimer with procalcitonin (b = 2.702; p = 0.010), hemoglobin with procalcitonin (b = 0.656; p = 0.255), and thrombocyte with procalcitonin (b = 0.037; p = 0.002) . Based on the results, it is found that there is relationship between leucocyte, d-dimer, hemoglobin, and thrombocyte againts procalcitonin in Covid-19 patients.

Abstract Introduction: Healthy the card serves as a tool for monitoring the motion of growth. The population in this study were a number of mothers in the Posyandu Dadali III, Tugu, Cimanggis, Depok. Objective: This research was conducted to find out the relationship between the mother's knowledge about healthy cards with the nutritional status of children. Method: The design of this study was cross-sectional with 83 respondents were used as samples. The univariate analysis used frequency and proportion. The bivariate analysis in this study used the Chi-Square test with a p-value <0.05. Results: The results of this study obtained a p-value of 0.021 which means that there is a relationship between a mother's knowledge about a healthy card with the nutritional status of children. Conclusion: The results of this study obtained a p-value of 0.021 which means that there is a relationship between a mother's knowledge about a healthy card with the nutritional status of children.
