This research is to determine the features of identification of products of the slaughter of nutria while post-slaughter veterinary-sanitary control, to assess the slaughtered yield, to study the peculiarities of the chemical and biochemical composition of the products of the slaughter of nutrias. This will allow, under the conditions of import substitution, to extend the source of raw materials for the production of sausage products and assortment of meat ready-to-cook foods. This paper represents the results of the veterinary and sanitary assessment of nutria meat as a prospective raw material for the meat processing industry in Ukraine. The peculiarities of identification of slaughter products of nutria are determined by the presence of fat deposits, rounded form lipoma, and the structure of internal organs while post-slaughter veterinary and sanitary control of nutrias’ carcasses. It is proved, nutrias have been shown to have a sufficiently high slaughter yield of 57.5 ± 2.3% as compared to rabbits. It has been proven that nutria has a fairly high lethal yield compared to a crawl. The difference in the slaughter rate of female and male species was negligible and was 4.5 ± 1.4%. Nutrias’ Meat Index is 4.9 ± 0.7. The high content of flesh on the spinal-chest and the thigh makes it possible to recommend these parts to produce portion (pieces) semi-finished products According to physicochemical composition nutria meat is characterized by an increased content of moisture (90.27 ± 2.18%), high content of protein (20.82 ± 1.15%) and low content of fat (8.34 ± 0.71%), which makes it possible to attribute this kind of meat to dietary

Abstract This study discusses the use of fly ash waste from coal burning on the manufacture of PCC (Portland composite cement) at PT. XYZ Lampung. The purpose of this research is to look at the technical studies and the efficiency of raw materials in the use of fly ash in cement making, in this case PCC cement (Portland Composite Cement). The steps taken in analyzing the data in this study were viewed from a technical aspect by means of a physical test, namely the cement compressive strength test at the age of 3 days, 7 days, and 28 days using the Compression Testing Machine. This test was conducted to see the comparison of the compressive strength of PCC cement using limestone and fly ash as raw materials, then calculate the difference in raw material costs in the year before and after the replacement of limestone with fly ash. The results showed that cement with the addition of fly ash after 3 days, 7 days and 28 days had an increased compressive strength value, which increased 21.69%, 16.07% and 8.05% respectively of the compressive strength of cement using limestone. The use of fly ash as a substitute for limestone has an effect on the cost of raw materials, where the difference between the cost of raw materials in 2019 and the cost of raw materials in 2018 is Rp. 39,440,952,074.

In the current conditions of import substitution, the effective use of secondary raw materials in the meat industry is a relevant issue. A significant source of animal proteins is by-products, the yield of which is about 10% of livestock weight. Some by-products, including beef rumen, contain collagen-containing tissues which require modification for tenderization and deodorization. In order to modify rumen tissues, the biotechnological method of treatment with an enzyme solution, lysate, obtained from a whole bovine abomasum was preferred to the known method where enzyme solution is prepared from an abomasal mucosa. The purpose of this project was to study the activity of lysate from a whole bovine abomasum for the modification of rumen tissue to use it in cooked sausage formulations. We have suggested the method of obtaining enzyme solution based on infusing the minced abomasum in a reaction mixture – water, chlorohydric acid, and sodium tripolyphosphate – followed by filtering. The dependence of proteolytic and collagenase activities of the solution obtained from phosphate dose introduced have been studied; it have been revealed that 1.5% of tripolyphosphate is the optimal dose for efficient extraction of enzymes from the whole abomasum. Besides, an effect of the enzyme solution on functional and technological properties of a heat-treated rumen has been studied, and the improvement of hydro- and lipophilic characteristics has been revealed. Paste with modified rumen has been developed and found that the maximum possible dose of rumen for use in cooked sausage from horsemeat is 15%. The color on the cut of sausage developed was identical to that of beef sausage. Thus, paste made on the basis of modified rumen contributes to the formation of functional and technological properties, the stabilization of the color characteristics of the final product, as well as the effective use of basic meat raw materials and the expansion of the range of economy class high-protein sausage production.

In the manufacturing process Bus and Mini Bus, a lot of the raw materials required. Raw materials are stored at many warehouses (especially on Body PT. XYZ Malang). Materials / goods are highly vulnerable to lost or stolen. The most influential factor in it is the counting system inventory / materials and administration. These changes will have an impact on the process of goods more accurate calculation based on the demand of production. Losses will have a greater likelihood of being used if the system can not address the calculation of the goods/raw materials better. And administration system that can cope with the calculation of the goods/raw materials are better here is a system that can calculate expenditures for production based on the incoming bill alone, and can calculate the receipt of goods in accordance with the letter received by the supplier. The system can also provide reports based on existing transactions during a certain period. With the inventory system and the administration is then the difference between the goods that previously occurred can be minimized and raw material inventory accounting system can work better.

Currently, the use of alternative fuels and raw materials (AFR) in the cement industry is very attractive. This is driven by demands for environmental sustainability and the efficiency of fuel and raw material costs. One of the materials that can be used as AFR is sludge oil. However, it needs to be ensured that the chlorine content in the sludge oil does not exceed the threshold so that it does not have a negative impact during the cement production process. It is known that if the chlorine content is more than the threshold, it can cause blocking or clogging of the separator and the kiln. This study aims to determine the performance of the Jena Multi EA 4000 instrument in determining the chlorine content in sludge oil quickly and accurately. Analytic Jena Multi EA 4000 is an Atomic Absorption Spectrometers (AAS) instrument that can be used for analysis of samples in the form of solids or slurries containing chlorine. As validation of the resulting analysis, the wet method is used, which as usual, to determine chlorine levels. From the statistic analysis, namely the F-test and T-test, We found that F-count equal to 0.0080 and F-table equal to 4.2839. it shows that F-count < F-table, indicating the difference in the variance of the two methods H0: s12 = s22 is accepted because there is no difference to the variability of these two tests and the value of T-count = -3.9717 and T-table = 2.1788 so that T-count <T-table is accepted because there is no difference in the average accuracy of the two methods H0: M1 = M2.

Introduction. The article provides a review of technologies for membrane fractionation of various hydrolyzed food substrates in membrane bioreactors (MBR). In food industry, MBRs are popular in functional food production, especially in the processing of whey, which is a very promising raw material due to its physicochemical composition. Study objects and methods. The research was based on a direct validated analysis of scientific publications and featured domestic and foreign experience in MBR hydrolysis of protein raw material. Results and discussion. The MBR hydrolysis of proteins combines various biocatalytic and membrane processes. This technology makes it possible to intensify the biocatalysis, optimize the use of the enzyme preparation, and regulate the molecular composition of hydrolysis products. The paper reviews MBRs based on batch or continuous stirring, gradient dilution, ceramic capillary, immobilized enzyme, etc. Immobilized enzymes reduce losses that occur during the production of fractionated peptides. Continuous MBRs are the most economically profitable type, as they are based on the difference in molecular weight between the enzyme and the hydrolysis products. Conclusion. Continuous stirred tank membrane reactors have obvious advantages over other whey processing reactors. They provide prompt separation of hydrolysates with the required biological activity and make it possible to reuse enzymes.
