In the last decade, vocational education quality is one of the productivity measurements. To measure productivity were internal and external efficiency, the quality of graduates, financial management, and effectivity. This study aims to examine and analyzed the effect of the principles of efficiency, fairness, transparency, and accountability in financial management on vocational school productivity simultaneously or partially. The sampling technique used was a census. Data collection methods using questionnaires. Data analysis methods using logistic regression analysis. The results of this study could be concluded that teachers' perceptions of school productivity were good, but they're still needs to be an improvement in school policies in keeping schools productive and even increasing. The results both partially and simultaneous were the application of the principle of transparency and accountability proven to contribute significantly to increasing school productivity. Whereas the principle of efficiency and fairness didn’t significantly contribute to increasing the productivity of vocational schools in Business and Management in Tangerang Municipality. While simultaneously, the application of the principles of efficiency, fairness, transparency, and accountability in school financial management contributed to creating school productivity. The implication of this research was useful for improving the quality and productivity of vocational schools in Tangerang Municipality.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect the quality of financial statements by moderating organizational commitment at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Banten Province. The population of this study is financial managers who have the duties and responsibilities in financial management that directly or indirectly affect the quality of financial reports in the 9 work units of the Banten Provincial Statistics Agency. Data collection by distributing 70 questionnaires to financial managers. The sampling technique uses a census method in which the entire study population is used as the research sample. The method of data analysis was done by PLS SEM with the help of the Smart PLS program. The results of this study prove that the implementatition of accrual-based goverment accounting standards, the use of information technology has a significant positive effect on the quality of financial statements while the understanding of accounting and the role of internal audit does not affect the quality of financial statements. Organizational commitment as a moderating variable is not able to moderate the influence of the application of accrual-based accounting standards, understanding accounting, utilization of information technology and the role of internal audit on the quality of financial statements.

Teachers are important figures in forming the school climate, including in inclusive schools. Their perception will influence the learning process and indirectly affect students’ achievements. This study aimed to identify teachers’ perceptions of school climate in inclusive schools. Mixed method was used in this study. Quantitatively, questionnaires were given to 127 teachers from 2 inclusive vocational schools and 4 inclusive high schools in Jakarta, Bandung, and Surakarta, using accidental sampling technique. In each class, there were 2 – 3 students with special needs, which encompassed different types of disability such as physically disabled, low vision, slow learner, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and autism. Qualitatively, school observations and interviews were conducted with 10 teachers. The results showed that their perceptions of the school climate in high schools and vocational schools tended to be positive although the knowledge and application of inclusive education still needed to be improved. There were differences in several perceptual aspects due to the duration of teaching and the type of school.

The existence of village autonomy makes villages free to manage their own household, including in the case of village financial management. The amount of funds obtained by the village demands the village government to be able to manage its finances well, because based on the Minister of Home Affairs regulation no 113 2014 village finances are managed on the basis of transparent, accountable, participatory principles and carried out in an orderly and disciplined budget. Thepurpose of this study is to determine the level of Transparency and Accountability and how the management of village finances in the district Bengkalis. This research was conducted in Bengkalis District with total 28 villages using Mixed research method. The population in this study were 28 villages and using the Saturated sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the level of Transparency and Accountability for each Financial Management Stage from Planning, Implementation, Administration, Reporting and Accountability is at the lowest value of 86.64% to 100%, meaning that in managing the financial village of Bengkalis Sub-district has fulfilled the Principle of Transparency and Accountability. Meanwhile, qualitatively there are various obstacles in each stage,ranging from regulatory changes, natural constraints, quality of human resources, even until the delay. However, the local government continues to improve this condition by always providing assistance to the village government, one of which is in the form of training so that village officials as the spearhead of village finance managers have good capacity so that they can manage the village finances well andexpected to give a significant impact to the welfare of rural communities.

This study aims to determine the role of intention in cognitive dissonance among 70 participants in vocational training on business plan and financial management of micro small entrepreneurs in independent community groups (KSM) producers of pempek, kemplang kerupuk, jumputan, tajung, blongket and songket. The hope is to change the mindset of participants in traditional financial management into accountable financial management. This knowledge is a stimulus that will stimulate the intention, to be a strong predictor of forming attitudes and expected behavior. It turns out that after 4 months of training, only 5% of the participants implemented this material, while 95% did not. The results of the study of the authors obtained data that the positive intention in the cognitive system of participants is very high, ranging from 74% to 97%. There has been a cognitive dissonance in the participants' attitudes and behavior.So it can be concluded that positive intentions can be in line with attitudes and behaviors but may not, this can happen because there is no strong role from external elements, such as limited market prospects and channeling around them, capital and financial management have not been effective, quality of management and HR is not yet committed, the role of BDC as a coach is not optimal, it should be able to play an active role as the foster father of KSM.

Abstrak This research aims to determine empirical evidence about the effect of the use of financial accounting information systems, human resource competence, and the role of internal audit on the quality of financial reports of the Local Government Majalengka. The research method uses a descriptive verification approach. The population in this study were employees of the Local Government of Majalengka. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The sample of this study was 135 employees in the finance department (head of department and financial staff). The research is explanotary research which relates to the position of the studied variables and the influence between one variable and the research variable. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis with SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that partially the use of SIAKD has no significant effect on the quality of LKPD, HR competence has a significant effect on the quality of LKPD, the role of Internal Audit has a significant effect on the quality of LKPD. Simultaneously the use of SIAKD, HR competence and the role of Internal Audit have a significant effect on the quality of LKPD.

Background: Regular feelings of anxiety is a severe life and highly prevalent psychiatric disorder which becomes one of the major cause of death across the globe. Although the exact causes responsible for anxiety are not known only in Pakistan 44 % of the population is facing anxiety problems which leads to many other diseases and low quality of life. Objectives: To investigate whether the youth of Pakistan is facing anxiety problems, what are the major cause of anxiety, how anxiety can be managed, and to study the role of prayers in anxiety management.  Method: The researcher select 400 respondents from two universities of Lahore (the University of Central Punjab and Punjab University) through a systematic random sampling technique. In the first phase, the researcher filters those people who did not face an anxiety problem in the last month. Researchers collect data only from those respondents who can recall and face an anxiety problem in the last month. Results: Rate of anxiety among the youth of Pakistan is alarming, as (71 %) of the respondent said that they face anxiety problems. But there is a very significant relationship between prayers and anxiety management. Conclusion: The researcher concludes that prayers can be used to manage or reduce anxiety.

Background: One of the most prevalent cardiovascular problems in elderly people is hypertension.Health cadres are those who voluntarily dedicate their time to have concern about elderly people’s health status in the community. Health cadres’ roles are important to promote elderly people quality of life, including their hypertension management. Objectives: This research aimed to analyzethe correlation between the role of health cadres of elderly posyandu and the treatment of hypertension at Salamrejo Village Sentolo Kulon Progo. Methods:This research was a correlational study with a cross sectional approach. The sample of this study was selectedwith a total sampling technique, drawn 57 hypertension patients. Data were analyzedwith Spearman rank correlation. Results:The result showed that coefficient correlation value of Spearman’s rho (r) between the role of cadres of elderly posyandu and the treatment of hypertension patients was 0.294 and p-value was 0.026 (p< 0.05). Conclusion:It can be concluded that there was a positive and significant correlation between the role of cadres of elderly posyandu and the treatment of hypertension. One of the government's policy to reduce the maternal mortality rate (MMR) is to launch Jampersal Program. This study purpose to describe the factors associated with utilization Maternity Insurance service (Jampersal) by maternal in Public Health Center X, Muaro Jambi Regency in 2013. The research method used a cross sectional sampling technique with proportional random sampling, after that followed by a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and document review 9 informants. Quantitative research results showed that 31.1% Jampersal utilize. There is a significant relationship between the variables of age, education, knowledge, attitudes, beliefs, income, accessibility, the role of health workers and the need to use Jampersal. The most dominant variable is income after controlled by education, knowledge, income and accessibility. This study recommended   midwives to give more intensive information, clear and complete to the community and always working to improve the quality of service Jampersal.

This paper analyzes the teachers' perceptions of the reality of geography education in Nepal. The term teachers' perceptions refer to a how teachers attach meaning to experience in the realities of geography education. It is based teachers involved in teaching geography at the campus university level in the Kathmandu Valley. It looks at the contribution that geography can make in the education of young people and the flourishing of the subject of geography in Nepal. For this purpose, a descriptive survey method was employed. The information used in this paper was obtained through questionnaires, focus group discussions, and observation. A purposive sampling technique was employed to select teachers. The results indicated that input is a dominant factor for the quality of geography education. Other factors like government policy, student interests, job markets, and perceptions of people, planners, policymakers, and administrators are also indicators that received the lowest rating of geography education in the study area. The findings show that the relationship between policies and practices of teaching-learning processes influenced the teachers’ perception of geography education.

Community Lead Total Sanitation is a strategy to degrade the incidence of communicable diseases based on the environment and to improve hygiene behavior and quality of life of the community with five pillars of stopping to defecate anyway, handwashing with soap, managing drinking water, and safe food, managing waste and wastewater households properly. This research aims to know the description of knowledge, attitude, and role of health officer in the achievement of five pillars of community lead total sanitation in District of Patamuan. The research design used descriptive method implemented from February to November 2016. The research population was the whole household with sample size 102 RT. Sampling technique by Proportional Random Sampling. Univariate data analysis. Quantitative research results show that most respondents have not reached five pillars of STBM (68.6%), less than half of respondents (45.1%) have low knowledge of sanitation, more than half of respondents (51%) are negative towards sanitation, and more than half of respondents (52%) said health workers had little role to play in sanitation. It can be concluded that the knowledge, attitude, and role of officers are still low in achieving the five pillars of community lead total sanitation. It is recommended to the Puskesmas and District Facilitators to increase extension and empowerment activities to community groups such as triggers so that communities are encouraged not to waste water and build latrine facilities from their own needs and provide training/training to the CLTS committees that have been established to improve the capacity for monitoring activities.
