The article shows the relationship of the yield of four promising forms of peach with its most limiting factors. The equations of multiple regression are also presented, which allow us to predict the yield of the studied forms. In form Veteran free pollination the coefficient of multiple regression was R = 0.95, the coefficient of multiple determination was R2 = 0.90; in the hybrid form Zlatogor x Uspar-1 80-367, respectively, 0.99 and 0.98; in the form Lauréat x Zlatogor 73-3 - 0.96 and 0.92; the form (Podarok Kryma free pollination x Tovarishch) 85-104 - 0.98 and 0.96. These coefficients show the degree of dependence between productivity and factors included in the study. Selected hybrid forms should be used in breeding for adaptability to improve the existing assortment of peach. The hybrid form Veteran free pollination was transferred to the State Commission of the Russian Federation, as a cultivar Sarabuz, which is of interest for breeding and production as a promising table cultivar with fruits of medium ripening time.

Summary: The Gudjonsson Compliance Scale (GCS), the COPE Scale, and the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale were administered to 212 men and 212 women. Multiple regression of the test scores showed that low self-esteem and denial coping were the best predictors of compliance in both men and women. Significant sex differences emerged on all three scales, with women having lower self-esteem than men, being more compliant, and using different coping strategies when confronted with a stressful situation. The sex difference in compliance was mediated by differences in self-esteem between men and women.

The article examines the etymology and prehistory of the introduction of the institution of antimonopoly compliance in Russian business practice, the relationship of this institution with the institution of general compliance. The article considers the definition of the concept of antimonopoly compliance, enshrined in the new article 91 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition".The authors propose their own definition of the concept of antimonopoly compliance as an activity of an economic entity aimed at ensuring compliance with antimonopoly legislation by employees of an economic entity and an economic entity as a whole by preventing and suppressing violations of the requirements of such legislation and regulatory legal and law enforcement acts based on it.The authors also substantiate the advisability of developing a special national standard GOST R "System of internal compliance with the requirements of antimonopoly legislation (antimonopoly compliance system) of an economic entity".It is noted that the effectiveness of the antimonopoly compliance system will depend not only on the ability of an economic entity to form an antimonopoly compliance system on the basis of an appropriate national standard, but also on the state's ability to determine and guarantee effective incentives to comply with antimonopoly legislation. The authors substantiate the advisability of supplementing the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation with provisions that provide for the obligation and limits to reduce the amount of punishment or replace the punishment with a softer one in the event of an anticompetitive administrative offense by a person who has implemented an effective system of antimonopoly compliance.

This article is devoted to the analysis of the factors aimed at ensuring the sustainability of development, as well as certain markers of the presence of the stable development of the Russian Federation regions. As part of the work, it is planned to analyze the relationship of digital development in the country and its effective effects for the process of interregional differentiation in modern conditions of a prolonged economic crisis, aggravated by an unfavorable epidemiological situation. In this case, particular importance should be given to the analysis of the ecological component as a factor that predetermines the possibility of the development and implementation of certain technologies. Due to the dynamic assessment of the decoupling effect, the differentiation of regions is assumed, the analysis of the tendency towards a decrease in the inconsistency of the development models of territories. Herewith, special attention is focused on the factor of a potential further decrease in differentiation based on an increase in the sustainability of economic and environmental development processes.

The paper analyzes and systematizes the basic catego-ries related with threats to the economic security of the Russian Federation, and establishes the relationship of their components in accordance with Federal regulatory legal documents. It provides an overview of the ap-proaches contained in the works of different authors in relation to the formation of the composition of threats to the economic security of the state and the assess-ment of their relevance. As a result, it is concluded that it is necessary to improve existing methods for as-sessing economic security threats for the national economy. The author’s method of calculating an inte-gral indicator for assessing threats to the economic security of the Russian Federation, based on a system of indicators grouped into clusters, is proposed. The initial approbation of the methodology was carried out on the basis of the author’s estimates of threshold val-ues and significance levels of indicators of economic security threats.

The relationship of openness-to-experience and mental health was investigated for 30 college women using Strupp and Hadley's 1977 tripartite model of mental health plus Holmes and Rahe's measure of recent stress. The set of mental health measures were employed in multiple regression analyses to predict self-report, behavioral, perceptual, and transactional measures of openness. Only the transactional measure of openness, defined as the ability to increase openness in a facultative situation, was significantly predicted by mental health.

Three area conservation tasks and two area measurement tasks, all representative models of area tasks reported by Piaget, were administered in one sitting to each of 168 middle-class children, ages six years five months to nine years four months. Statistical procedures included an analysis of variance, a Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple-regression correlation for subgroups. The findings indicated (1) that whichever group of area tasks (area conservation tasks or area measurement tasks) was presented second, that group of tasks resulted in higher scores; (2) that there was a significant correlation between area conservation scores and area measurement scores; (3) that boys and girls did not score significantly differently on area conservation tasks and area measurement tasks; and (4) that scores in area conservation tasks and area measurement tasks showed no significant difference in amount of increase from grade to grade.

This study examined the relationship between hand length and catching performance by 257 children (142 boys, 115 girls) in Grades K–2. Children's catching performance was determined by the number of successful catches (0–5) when a small ball was tossed underhand from 10 ft. Specifically, the children were tested on the qualitative aspects of catching, i.e., form, and catching accuracy, i.e., successful catching. Hand length was measured by standard anthropometric technique. A multiple regression analysis showed age, sex, and hand length contributed significantly ( p = .001) to catching accuracy and catching form. Implications for instruction and further research are offered.

This research paper addresses the need for digitalization of the economy in socially important areas of the Russian Federation, particularly its regions. The purpose of the study is to examine the relationship of digitalization with the processes of inclusive growth and regional development. The study identifies the main directions of the digitalization policy, its overall effectiveness, as well as those processes that make certain public goods more accessible for the population, namely: education, healthcare, security, infrastructure and their possible impact on inequality and the level of income of the population. Problems are identified in the existing national and regional digitalization policy, which is not able to ensure a steady increase in citizens’ incomes, high-quality and affordable higher education, as well as reduce the social tension of the population. Based on the foregoing, the authors offer recommendations for resolving these problems in terms of a digitalization approach and an improved digitalization policy with a view to sustainable inclusive socio-economic growth and development of the Russian Federation regions.
