Publication of scientific papers is a must done by English teachers in Indonesiato promote their level of teachers. Publication of scientific papers is actuallyalso oriented to develop professional teachers because the published works arethose that lead the profession and improvement of the teaching-learningprocess. It can be done through the Classroom Action Research. Thus, thecomponents of instructions that can be done through the CAR include thestudents, teachers, subject matter, learning tools or facilities, learning outcomes,and management. The method of this workshop used Active ParticipatoryAction. The necessity of publication is intended so that teachers can improve thequality of the profession and the quality of learning in their schools. To achievethis goal, training in scientific writing was carried out by Lecturer Teams fromUNDIKMA in collaboration with the Central Lombok District Office. There are13 English teachers successfully publish their writings in national accreditedjournals.

This research is based on the weakness of teachers in preparing the learning tools in the school assisted byCerenti Districts researcher Kuantan Singingi. The purpose of this study is to improve the quality of learningtools created by teachers in districts Cerenti. This study used a school action research design consisting of 2cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 stages namely, planning, implementation, observation and reflection. From theresult of research, Primary School 005 Sikakak in cycle I got the percentage value of 50% after the second cycleincreased to 85%, the increase of 35 points. Primary School 006 Pesikaian, in cycle I got the percentage valueof 65% and increased to 90% in cycle II, the increase of 25 points. Primary School 008 Kompe Berangin, in thefirst cycle got a value of 75% and in the second cycle increased to 90%, an increase of 15 points. PrimarySchool 010 Tanjung Medan, in cycle I got a value of 65% and increased to 85% in cycle II, the increase of 20points. Primary School 011 Pulau Panjang, in cycle I got the percentage value of 80% and in the second cycleincreased to 95%, the increase of 15 points. From the description of the data above can be concluded that, withclinical supervision can improve the quality of learning tools made teachers in Primary School Cerenti District.

This research aims to describe to enhancement malay cultural knowledge of students Elementary School in Pekanbaru. The research was conducted at SDN 191 Pekanbaru City with the focus of the object of the research werw the students of class VI. The design of this research was PTK (Classroom Action Research). The initial data of students was obtained namely 66.38 and in the first cycle 72.75 increased by a difference of 6.37 units. While the average student learning outcomes in the first cycle of 72.75 and in the second cycle of 78.81 has increased by a difference of 6.06 units. The action is carried out by the teacher, by the teacher together with the students, or students under the guidance and direction of the teacher, with a view to improving and improving the quality of learning.

 The concentration of student learning will influence the process and learning outcomes obtained by students. if students have low concentration, the quality of learning is also low. Students who have low concentration, the quality of learning is also low. Therefore, this study aims to increase the concentration of students in Pancasila and Citizenship Education subjects. This type of research is Class Action Research (CAR). The research subjects were 32 grade VII3 students at SMPN 7 Muara Bungo. This type of research is Class Action Research (CAR). The research subjects were 32 grade VII3 students at SMPN 7 Muara Bungo. Class action research is carried out in two cycles with procedures including 1) Planning, 2) Actions, 3) Reflections and 4) Evaluation. The results of the study indicate that the application of the picture to picture method can increase the concentration of student learning. this is indicated by the increasing completeness of student learning outcomes from the first cycle of only 65.62%, increasing to 87.50% in cycle II. Then the absorption of students in PPKn learning by using the picture to picture method increased from the first cycle of 68.90% to 88.59% in cycle II. As well as increasing student learning activities from the first cycle 68.75% increased to 84.37% in the second cycle with a good category.

Abstract The research was a classroom action research aimed at improving the quality of students learning Indonesian Makassar Unismuh junior class IXA through contextual approach. This study consisted of two cycles of the first cycle for 4 meetings and the second cycle for 4 meetings. The subjects were students of class IXA Makassar Junior Unismuh the number of 30 students in the first semester of the 2015/2016 school year on the subject of short stories. Collecting data through the test results of this research study, observation sheet activities of students and teachers as well as student questionnaire responses. Data were analyzed by descriptive quantitative and qualitative. Based on the analysis, the results of studying Indonesian students has increased, which includes the average score Indonesian learning outcomes of students in the first cycle was 75.5 with a standard deviation of 9.87. In the second cycle the average score Indonesian student learning outcomes is 85.2 with a standard deviation of 12.36. The percentage of students who achieve mastery minimum is 23 or 76.66% in the first cycle and 27 or 90% in the second cycle. While data on the observation of activity of students and teachers were analyzed qualitatively also increased for applied learning with contextual approach in class IXA Unismuh SMP. In addition, the students' response to the contextual approach was generally positive with the average number of 95.18. So in general it can be concluded that the quality of learning Indonesian students has increased.Keywords: Quality of Learning, Contextual Approach. Abstrak Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (classroom action research) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas IXA SMP Unismuh Makassar melalui pendekatan kontekstual. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus yaitu siklus I selama 4 kali pertemuan dan siklus II selama 4 kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IXA SMP Unismuh Makassar dengan jumlah siswa 30 pada semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 dengan pokok bahasan cerita pendek. Pengambilan data penelitian ini melalui tes hasil belajar, lembar observasi aktivitas siswa dan guru serta angket respon siswa. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Berdasarkan analisis, hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa mengalami peningkatan, yang meliputi skor rata-rata hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa pada siklus I adalah 75,5 dengan standar deviasi 9,87. Pada siklus II skor rata-rata hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa adalah 85,2 dengan standar deviasi 12,36. Persentase siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan minimal adalah 23 atau 76,66 % pada siklus I dan 27 atau 90% pada siklus II. Sedangkan data hasil observasi aktivitas siswa dan guru yang dianalisis secara kualitatif juga mengalami peningkatan selama diterapkan pembelajaran dengan pendekatan kontekstual pada siswa kelas IXA SMP Unismuh. Selain itu, respon siswa terhadap pendekatan kontekstual secara umum positif dengan jumlah rata-rata sebesar 95,18. Sehingga secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pembelajaran bahasa indonesia siswa mengalami peningkatan.Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pembelajaran, Pendekatan Kontekstual.

<p><em>The purpose of Classroom Action Research (CAR) is to solve real problems that occur in the classroom so that it can improve and improve the quality of learning. This PTK generally aims to improve the learning outcomes of grade III students in mathematics subject matter at SD Negeri 02 Banjarsari Pemalang. To achieve optimal results, teachers need to use a learning model that can help students relate subject matter to real life, so that learning becomes more meaningful. This model is the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. In the first cycle, the average value of student learning outcomes reached 77.78 and the percentage of completing classical learning was 77.78%, while in the second cycle the average value increased to 84.44 and the percentage of completing classical learning became 88.89%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the PBL model assisted by audio-visual media can improve student learning outcomes. Teachers can use the PBL model as an alternative learning model to improve the quality of learning in schools.</em><em></em></p>

Abstract Carrying out supervision activities to improve learning is one of the duties of a school principal. For the implementation to run effectively, it requires a technical skill that must be possessed by a school principal. These skills include the ability to apply appropriate supervision techniques in the implementation of supervision activities. Understanding and mastery of these techniques by the principal as a supervisor is a must if you want the implementation of supervision in schools to run well so that it can improve the quality of learning. The purpose of this school action research is to find out to what extent the coaching of the principal through the supervision of learning can improve teacher pedagogical competence on student learning outcomes. This school action research was carried out in 2 cycles, from the results of the actions taken were proven to increase teacher pedagogical competence on student learning outcomes, namely from 65% in cycle 1, increasing to 99% in cycle 2. In other words, the supervision of learning carried out by researchers as the principal can improve the pedagogical competence of teachers on student learning outcomes. This study aims to improve the quality of PKn grade V learning at SDN 009 Pulau through the application of the Brainstorming model. This research is a class action research consisting of III cycles. The subject of research is the fifth grade students of SDN 009 Pulau Bangkinang District. The results showed an increase in each variable in each cycle. The increase of Civics learning outcomes from an average base score of 62.50 to 69.06 in the first cycle, in the second cycle increased to 75.93 and in the third cycle increased to 80.94. Improved learning outcomes that occur base score to UH I is 10.49%, on UH II scores to 21.49%, and on UH III to 29.50%. The brainstorming model has been proven to be able to improve the quality of learning of PKn grade V SDN 009 Pulau.Keywords: brainstorming, civics, learning outcomes

<p>This study aims to determine the improvement of story listening skills in grade III SD Negeri Cibentang 02 by utilizing audio media. The form of this research is classroom action research. The research was conducted at SD Negeri Cibentang 02 in grade III students. The data collection techniques used were observation and assignments.</p><p>This research procedure is based on classroom action research procedures, namely: (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. The results of this study, namely that there was an increase in student learning outcomes and the quality of learning listening skills using audio media in class III SD Negeri Cibentang 02, namely as follows: (1) The average value of student learning outcomes on the pre-action test was 66 and became 70 in cycle I, then increased to 76 in cycle II and become 80 in cycle III; and (2) Student activity or student involvement during learning in cycle I reached 82% and increased to 89% in cycle II and increased again to 92% in cycle III. The improvement in the quality of learning outcomes is marked by the increasing number of students who reach the completeness limit set by SD Negeri Cibentang 02.</p>

Vocational schools (SMK) is a secondary education that preparesstudents primarily for working on a particular field. Diverse efforts made by SMKgraduates increased 8 Medan include improving the quality of education byreforming both the substance of the material and the provision of facilities andinfrastructure. However, the results have not been up, cermatan can be seen fromthe low competence of graduates, making it less able to play a role in meeting thedemands of the workplace. In order to achieve maximum learning outcomes is through theimprovement of learning strategies to utilize the educational facilities in accordancewith existing conditions, ie, by examining one of the subjects namely Constructiondressmaking pattern. Abstrak: Kualitas pembelajaran dan minat belajar memungkinkan hasil belajar mahasiswa meningkat. Sehingga diharapkan kualitas pembelajaran dan minat belajar mahasiswa tinggi untuk mencapai hasil belajar yang tinggi pula. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bahwa kualitas pembelajaran dan minat belajar mahasiswa berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa Akuntansi pada mata kuliah Matematika Ekonomi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan meggunakan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis), dimana terdapat dua variabel eksogen dan satu variabel endogen.  Variabel eksogen berupa kualitas pembelajaran dan minat belajar, sedangkan variabel endogen berupa hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Kualitas Pembelajaran berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap Hasil Belajar, Minat Belajar berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap Hasil Belajar, dan Kualitas Pembelajaran berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap Minat Belajar Mahasiswa. Abstract:  The quality of learning and interest in learning allows student learning outcomes to increase. It is hoped that the quality of learning and student interest in learning will be high to achieve high learning outcomes. This study aims to see that the quality of learning and student interest in learning has an effect on improving student learning outcomes in Accounting Economics Mathematics courses. This research is a survey research using path analysis technique, where there are two exogenous variables and one endogenous variable. Exogenous variables are learning quality and learning interest, while endogenous variables are learning outcomes. The results of this study are Learning Quality has a direct positive effect on Learning Outcomes, Learning Interest has a direct positive effect on Learning Outcomes, and Learning Quality has a direct positive effect on Student Learning Interest.
