Tujuan kegitan Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah meningkatakan pemahaman dan kepedulian masyarakat terhadap lingkungan mangrove di wilayah pantai Muara Indah Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Mitra pengabdian adalah warga masyarakat yang berada diwilayah pantai deli serdang. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pendekatan persuasive dengan metode penyuluhan. Tingkat pemahaman mitra terhadap keseluruhan indictor terjadi peningkatan dari 30,8 menjadi 82,7 dengan rata-rata peningkatan mencapai 51.8. ini menunjukkan bahwa mitra memahami dan menguasai materi lingkungan mangrove dalam hal menjaga dan merawat. Kegitan-kegitan penyuluhan dan pelatihan masih perlu dilakukan secara berkelanjutan agar masyarakat benar-benar memahami dan sadar untuk menjaga lingkungan sekitar agar tetap seimbang. Increasing Understanding and Awareness of Village Community towards Mangrove Environment at Muara Indah Beach, Deli Serdang Regency The purpose of this community service activity is to increase public understanding and concern for the mangrove environment in the Muara Indah coastal area, Deli Serdang Regency. Service partners are community members in the Deli Serdang beach area. The method used in this community service is a persuasive approach with the extension method. The level of understanding of partners on all indicators increased from 30.8 to 82.7 with an average increase of 51.8. This shows that partners understand and master mangrove environmental materials in terms of maintaining and caring for them. Extension and training activities still need to be carried out on an ongoing basis so that the community really understands and is aware of keeping the surrounding environment in balance.

Abstract   The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide physical condition training to novice athletes, training programs for physical trainers at Padepokan Judo Ksatria Bhayangkara (PJKB). This training needs to be done because the training process is still minimal. Trainers have the obligation to provide training and make athletes excel, but there are still limitations in doing so. Training for novice athletes is still very much needed because of the lack of planning and maturity in carrying out training activities both in terms of training material and from the intensity given. Higher education as an institution that produces trainers and educators, as well as an organization that organizes community service activities, has a moral obligation to carry out coaching and training. For this reason, community service programs providing athlete training are the way to be taken to overcome this problem. Activities include physical condition training. The material discussed is the judo training program. Pelatih memiliki kewajiban untuk memberikan latihan dan menjadikan atlit berprestasi, namun masih ada keterbatasan dalam melaksanakannya. Pelatihan bagi atlet pemula masih sangat diperlukan karena kurangnya perencanaan dan kematangan dalam melakukan kegiatan latihan baik dari segi materi latihan maupun dari intensitas yang diberikan. Perguruan Tinggi sebagai lembaga penghasil pelatih maupun pendidik, sekaligus lembaga yang secara terorganisisir melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat memiliki kewajiban moril untuk melakukan pembinaan dan pelatihan. Untuk itu program pengabdian kepada masyarakat menghadirkan untuk memberikan pelatihan atlet adalah cara yang ditempuh untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Kegiatan meliputi pelatihan kondisi fisik. Materi yang dibahas adalah program latihan judo. Pelatihan direncanakan akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal Oketober hingga Desember 2020.   Kata kunci: Judo, Kondisi fisik, Pelatihan

Two Stages

Bulusari village, Tarokan sub-district is a fertile village with the majority of its residents making a living as farmers. Most of the residents' houses in Bulusari Village still have empty yards on the side of the yard and the side of the houses. So it is necessary to use the vacant grounds to become a TOGA Park which is beneficial for improving public health and increasing family income. One form of service that is done is by empowering community members to make TOGA Parks in their respective yards. In this service activity, there are several stages, starting with giving information to the community about the importance of TOGA plants, how to cultivate TOGA plants, how to utilize TOGA plants and the efficacy of various TOGA plants. This community service activity consists of two stages, namely extension activities, and mentoring activities. In this activity, community members actively participated in providing vacant yards in their homes to be used as TOGA, providing TOGA seeds that could be obtained from the surrounding environment, and actively exchanging knowledge about the use and efficacy of various TOGA.

Teluk Pucung is a sub-district located in North Bekasi sub-district, Bekasi City, West Java, Indonesia which has a high population density, especially for housing, public facilities and infrastructure, and only a small amount a little gardening. Because of this, this community service activity aims to build community independence so that it can develop the potential of the surrounding environment, especially entrepreneurial programs to increase family income. So, it is hoped that the growth of entrepreneurial independence through the application of hydroponic agriculture can be maximally applied, besides that they can independently provide for foodstuffs from agriculture and economically can be used as a productive economic business on a household scale considering the strategic position of Bekasi City which is directly adjacent to the Jakarta city. This is of course so that the existence of a prosperous community life in a city that functions as a residential city is a residential city which is the existence of green open space. This method of community service activities uses lectures or outreach, discussion and learning methods that are practiced by participants and resource persons. The lecture method is used to convey general knowledge about hydroponic cultivation and entrepreneurial development. The learning method is used to transfer the knowledge and skills possessed by the resource person to community members. This training involves lecturers at the Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya Bekasi University in collaboration with the community members of Kel. Teluk Pucung.   Keywords: Entrepreneurship, Family Income and Hydroponic Socialization   Abstrak   Teluk Pucung adalah kelurahan yang berada di kecamatan Bekasi Utara, Kota Bekasi, Jawa Barat, Indonesia yang memiliki kepadatan penduduk yang tinggi, digunakan untuk membangun perumahan, toko-toko, dan sedikit lahan untuk berkebun. Oleh karena hal tersebut, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membangun kemandirian masyarakat agar dapat mengembangkan potensi lingkungan sekitarnya terutama program kewirausahaan untuk menambah pendapatan keluarga. Maka, diharapakan penumbuhan kemandirian berwirausaha melalui penerapan pertanian hidroponik dapat diterapkan secara maksimal, selain itu mereka dapat secara mandiri menyediakan kebutuhan bahan pangan asal pertanian dan secara ekonomi dapat dijadikan usaha ekonomi produktif pada skala rumah tangga mengingat posisi strategis Kota Bekasi ini yang berdekatan langsung dengan wilayah kota Jakarta. Hal ini tentunya agar berajlannya suatu kehidupan masyarakat yang sejahtera di dalam kota yang berfungsi sebagai kota hunian yang merupakan kota hunian yang merupakan keberadaan dari ruang terbuka hijau. Metode kegiatan abdimas ini menggunakan metode penyuluhan, diskusi dan pembelajaran yang dipraktekkan oleh peserta dan narasumber. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menyampaikan pengetahuan secara umum tentang penanaman hidroponik dan pengembangan kewirausahaan. Metode pembelajaran digunakan untuk alih pengetahuan dan ketrampilan yang dimiliki oleh narasumber kepada anggota masyarakat. Pelatihan ini melibatkan dosen-dosen fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis Universitas Bhayangkara Bekasi yang bekerjasama dengan warga masyarakat Kel. Jamu (herbal medicine) is included in traditional health drinks that its processing is often less hygienic. The purpose of this community service program is to improve the cleanliness of the herbal medicine-making process in the herbal medicine group in Malang through the provision of hygienic herbal medicine processing machines. Community service activities were carried out in 2018 by involving herbal medicine groups in Tegalgondo and Jetis Villages, Malang. The community service activities included analyzing the conditions and needs of partners, designing herbal medicine machines as needed, as well as assisting the use of machines. The implementation methods in this service program were discussion and training. The result of this service activity was an increase in partner knowledge regarding the importance of hygiene and the use of appropriate technology in herbal medicine processing. After the training was carried out, service partners began to be moved to process jamu more hygienically. Furthermore, assistance and technology-based marketing training activities also need to be carried out.

ST. Kertha Budi Luhur is the youth organization of the Kayumas Kelod traditional banjar which was founded around 1995. One of the social activities of the Sekaa Teruna is to focus on environmental and waste issues. Related to the issue of waste ST. Kertha Budi Luhur plans to establish a waste bank. The waste bank is an alternative solution that can be done by the community in terms of waste management or management. Waste banks can increase public participation to care more about the waste they produce daily, besides that, with the existence of waste banks, the community can get economic value feedback. Therefore, in this community service, socialization and training were carried out on how to form a waste bank. This community service activity is broadly divided into initial socialization activities aimed at providing initial information about waste banks and technical training activities aimed at providing a more detailed explanation of the waste bank operations, from sorting waste to working with garbage collectors. Increased awareness of waste management by 85% of ST members Kertha Budi Luhur after the training.

Salah satu masalah yang dihadapi Indonesia terhadap masalah kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) adalah masalah gizi. Masalah gizi yang dihadapi salah satunya adalah masih tinggi jumlah anak diindonesia yang tinggi badannya di bawah standart atau pendek (stunting). Stunting merupakakan salah masalah multisektoral baik dari bidang kesehatan, pertanian, ekonomi maupun sosial. Salah satu intervensi yang bisa diberikan adalah pemantauan tumbuh kembang anak, penatalaksanaan gizi kurang/buruk, promosi kesehatan dan lain sebagainya. Intervensi yang diberikan pada pengabdian masyarakat in adalah pendidikan dan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan stunting dan bahayanya, juga sosialisasi guna meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pencegahan stunting Stunting is one of the main multisector problems in the health, agriculture, economy and social sectors. One of the interventions that can be given is management of malnutrition and health improvement. The interventions provided in this community service are education and training involving the role of the family in nutrition gardening activities around the house to provide healthy food with the nutrition awareness family program (KADARZI). This community service activity aims to increase the role and empowerment of families in efforts to prevent stunting through a nutrition garden. This family empowerment method is carried out by providing health education and socialization, land use training and making complementary foods for breast milk. This training activity was attended by 30 people. The results of the evaluation of activities from the first meeting to the last obtained the results before the training activities were that the level of knowledge was mostly lacking  namely 73% and after participating in activities and training the level of knowledge increased to good knowledge of  81%. This KADARZI training is an effort to help mothers save on shopping expenses for purchasing vegetables, this is because it has been fulfilled by planting vegetables around their home land.

Purpose: This community service activity aimed to improve the skills or knowledge of lecturers in writing scientific papers as an urgent need in the academic world. Method: The coaching and training were conducted to lecturers/partners of the Kadesi Yogyakarta Theological College. The method used was coaching and training in scientific article writing. Results: The results of this activity showed that there was an increase of about 70% after coaching and training were carried out using the lecture, question, and answer, discussion, and simulation methods. It can be seen from the enthusiasm of the partners when making the article outline. Conclusion: Coaching and training activities for writing scientific articles have a very positive impact on partners in fostering interest in writing scientific papers in online journals. ABSTRAKPermasalahan utama yang dihadapi kelompok pengrajin Airnona dan Sikumana adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mengerjakan finishing pada produk olahan kaju jati yang mereka geluti. Mencermati permasalahan tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan edukasi dan pelatihan tentang berbagai metode finishing pada produk hasil kerajinan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan mengasah keterampilan para pengrajin tentang proses finishing produk olahan kayu jati. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode ceramah dan diskusi dilanjutkan dengan praktek finishing produk yang difokuskan pada jenis aplikasi milamin. Setelah Kegiatan pengabdian ini selesai dilakukan, diharapkan peserta pelatihan mengetahui salah satu metode finishing yang baik dan mampu mengaplikasikanya. Ada empat tahapan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini, yaitu: kegiatan persiapan yang meliputi diskusi kebutuhan pengrajin, kegiatan manufacturing yaitu mempersiapkan modul produk yang akan difinishing, kegiatan pelatihan finishing produk yang berhubungan dengan aplikasi milamin, dan kegiatan pelatihan manajemen yang meberi wawasan kepada pengrajin tentang tata cara pencatatan dan pengelolaan keuangan. Dari hasil evaluasi terhadap kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilakukan terlihat bahwa pengetahuan peserta pelatihan terhadap proses finishing produk olahan kayu jati semakin meningkat dan telah mampu mengaplikasikan jenis finishing milamin pada produk olahan dengan baik dan benar. Dari hasil pencatatan keuangan terlihat ada kenaikan penghasilan pengrajin setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini. Pengrajin berharap ada kesinambungan kegiatan seperti ini dimasa yang akan datang. Kata Kunci : kayu jati; finishing; pelatihan. ABSTRACTThe main problem faced by the Airnona and Sikumana craftsman groups is the lack of knowledge and skills in finishing the processed teak products they are involved. Observing these problems, it is necessary to conduct education and training on various finishing methods on handicraft products. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge and hone the skills of artisans about the process of finishing teak wood products. This service activity uses the lecture and discussion method followed by product finishing practices focused on melamine application. After this service activity is completed, it is hoped that the trainees will know one suitable finishing method and apply it. There are four stages carried out in this service activity, namely: preparation activities which include discussing the needs of artisans; manufacturing activities, namely preparing product modules to be finished, product finishing training activities related to melamine applications, and management training activities that provide insight to artisans about procedures for recording and managing finances. From the results of the evaluation of the service activities that have been carried out, it can be seen that the trainees' knowledge of the finishing process of processed teak wood products is increasing, and they have been able to apply the type of melamine finishing to processed products correctly and adequately. From the results of financial records, it can be seen that there is an increase in the income of artisans after implementing this service activity. The craftsmen hope that there will be continuity of activities like this in the future. Keywords: teak wood; finishing; training.

This community service activity aims to improve awareness towards the environment from children on the students in the School of Kusuma Bangsa through the implementation of educational waste sorting and training in the processing of waste. The purpose of carrying out this activities to reduce this problem, namely: 1) Provide education in the sorting and processing of garbage 2) Provide skills in managing waste into innovative products and economic value, 3) Provide training in additional skills such as planting, 4) The target of this activity is the students in the School of Kusuma Bangsa. The method of implementation of these training activities will be made by the method of pre and post test. The output of this activity are: 1) Create the character of students who cares about the environment and is smart in making decisions, 2) Create an innovative products  and have the economic value of the problem of found in the School of Kusuma bangsa, 3) Development of skills for students to carry out the third tri darma of higher education, namely community service.

ABSTRACT -  Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) also known as UMKM is growing rapidly and has become one of many sectors to support the Indonesian Economy. The lack of ability to have NPWP has been a problem for UMKM and also people. The same problem also found at UMKM in Kangkung Village. The purpose of this community service is to train the entrepreneurs about preparing and register oneself to get a NPWP. This community service is consist of four steps which started by survey of service location then collecting data on village potentials and the role of the community , Preparation for the implementation of assistance and training and training activities. After participating in the training, the entrepreneurs become more understanding and can register NPWP.
