One of the handicrafts in Gorontalo Province is Upia Karanji which is also commonly called the Kopiah Basket. This craft is a typical Gorontalo craft made from Mintu tree bark. During its development, various problems arose from the production process, business management, and marketing. The results of the implementation of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) of the solutions offered are in the aspect of production by selecting production support partners so that partners get at least 1 distributor of raw materials. Contribute to the production phase and the implementation of tools that can make time efficient at all stages of production, and the support of tools for partners continues to promote safety at work. Training and guidance on the preparation of financial statements so that partners have a simple financial accounting for their business. Organizational training is provided to partners so as to provide capabilities in and provide work based on the number of members. Design training and guidance for partners so that partners create products that have diverse motives. Marketing management training and promotion demonstrations to partners so partners can practice modern ways of promotion. Assistance with marketing partners so that partners get marketing partners who can increase sales.

Smoked fish processing business in Pasar Banggi Village, Rembang District, Rembang Regency with Karya Mina smoked fish processing partner. The fish fogging process is done by first drying the fish in an open area. Pasar Banggi Village is a village located around the tourist area and is a center for souvenirs from marine products, one of which is smoked fish. The purpose of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) is to increase community income through increased quality and quantity of smoked fish production. The method used in the Community Partnership Program (PKM) is through socialization / counseling, management training, simple financial accounting and online marketing and business assistance. The results of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) include 1) an increase in the role of smoked fish business group members and business networks, 2) the realization of environmentally friendly smoked fish processing equipment / machines whose goal is to minimize air pollution caused by traditional / conventional fumigation of fish and maintain the quality and hygiene of processed fish products in the form of smoked fish.

Community Forest Program with nutmeg commodities, since the year 2010 followed by about 80% of farmers of Tanjung Jati Village, East Kotaagung District, Tanggamus Regency, Lampung Province. Now nutmeg plants have begun to bear fruit, but the processing of the fruits is limited to drying of mace, seeds, and flesh, while the price of nutmeg flesh is still very low (wet Rp.2.000/kg or dry Rp.7.000/kg). This Community Service aims to provide short-term solutions to build a nutmeg processing business into candied, syrup, candy, dodol, wajik, wingko nutmeg flavour products, to increase the added value of the product. The object is Berkah Jaya Farmer Group and Khanggom Dipati Women Farmer Group from Banjar Sari Hamlet, Tanjung Jati Village. The Community Partnership Program is implemented with the following stages: nutmeg post-harvest handling, increased value added of processed nutmeg, business management training, business financial administration training, packaging design training and product promotion, product marketing assistance, consultation and guidance without limit. The running business is the production and sale of candied nutmegs with BEP 1.8 while other processed businesses have not yet received an adequate market.

Wadai comes from Banjar Language, which means cake, so Wadai Khas Banjar is a typical cake from Banjarmasin City. Wadai Khas Banjar is a mainstay culinary city of Banjarmasin that needs to be maintained, because currently the existence of this Typical Banjar has been eroded by attacks from various kinds of modern cakes that offer a variety of flavors, shapes and preparations, so that the average person if faced with the choice of whether the Wadai Khas Banjar or modern cakes, they prefer modern cakes, because the variations and tastes are very diverse. For this reason, we will strive to help maintain the existence of this Banjar Typical Wadai by conducting activities including the Community Partnership Program. This program is for typical Banjar entrepreneurs who aim to increase the knowledge and competence of Banjar Typical entrepreneurs to solve problems in the field of business management and operating / production aspects in the form of profile and organizational structure, marketing strategies, working capital management and calculation of production costs and product diversity . This activity is planned to be held for 8 months effectively from April to November 2018. The target audience is businessmen and business employees of Wadai Khas Banjar. In the implementation of the activities the materials used consisted of training documents, extension modules, proofs of transactions and raw materials for the typical Banjar Wadai. Approach method for solution to problems in the form of counseling and training, employer mobilization, business management intervention and evaluation of activities of science and technology activities for the community in the form of extension, training and implementation activities in Banjar Wadai Typical business in Banjarmasin Central City District, Banjarmasin in business management and production. AbstractThe purpose of the community partnership program activities: improving business management through bookkeeping and report training (logbooks, cash books, inventory, and balance sheets) and increase knowledge to assess business viability through profit analysis training,  Cost-Revenue Ratio, Payment Period, and Break-Even Point. The methods applied are 1. the stage of the situation and condition of the partners, 2. the stage of preparation of all materials and materials for training activities, 3. the stage of counseling and management training (training on preparing and presenting reports), analytical training according to final needs, and 4. the stage of evaluation. Community partnership program activities to improve business management for hatcheries at the As Syifa Pond Business provide increased understanding and skills of fish breeders about professional business management through increasing ability in compiling simple financial reports/bookkeeping and in analyzing business financially. The implementation of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) aims to provide guidance and assistance to partners of micro handicraft entrepreneurs in implementing and implementing internet marketing as a means of business promotion to improve competitiveness and be able to manage business management that has an impact on expanding market aspects. This PKM program is held in 12 (twelve) months. The stages in implementing this PKM begin with Preparation, Direct Practice, Self-training, Implementation, Evaluation, and Development. The approach method used is the Learning Needs Based Method, Learning Goals and Objective, and Participant Center. The results achieved at this PKM are that Partners already have an Online Shop Website, scientific publications in community service journals, Publications on mass media / online, increased understanding, and business management skills and internet marketing, increased competitiveness, increased science, and technology in society and improved governance community value in the form of peace.

The Community Partnership Program "Development of the Blind Massage Services in East Wara Subdistrict, Palopo City, South Sulawesi Province" is aimed at: (1) Developing and enhancing the participation of people with disabilities in the national and regional development, (2) Improving the standard of living of the Blind , as an effort aimed at absorbing workforce among disabiltas in Palopo City. Massage comes from the Arabic word "mash" which means "to press gently" or the Greek word "massien" which means "to massage or to scrub". Furthermore, massage is also referred to as the science of massage or lulut science. The focus of massage developed in the Community Blind Massage Program "Blind Massage Services in Palopo City, South Sulawesi Province, namely Massage Health, Therapy and Sports (recovery and sports injuries). Disabilities tendency of the Blind have disabilities and expertise to perform massage services because the Blind in the disabilities in every activity he does on a daily basis rely on the sense of "touch" especially the palm of the hand so that it has more sensitivity than humans in general. This is what makes the blind people with disabilities have talents and expertise in the field of massage or sciences. Partners in the Community Partnership Program are the Harapan Sehat Massage Clinic. Mitra has run a business and Massage Service with a turnover of Rp. 3,000,000 to Rp. 4,000,000 per month, while the number of workers joined in this business unit is five (4) people. Partner problems include service quality (production results), business management, marketing systems. Partner Issues Include: (1) The quality of services that are still traditional so that they lack attractiveness and trust in the wider community, so it is necessary to develop a massage / massage capability that leads to a standard and scientific health approach; (2) Participating in training or providing training for the Blind Massage Services; (3) Touch of massage technology; (4) Business management, there is no business management pattern that meets the standards and the division of work has not been directed and business motivation is lacking due to disability factors; (5) The marketing system, information patterns and publications are still very traditional, that is, from the mouth-mouth so that it becomes a separate obstacle in seizing potential markets; (6) Does not have a clear business plan; (7) Lack of capital to establish a Blind Massage Services clinic and attend massage training in order to have an increase in the ability of more scientific and scientific massage services. Based on the complexity of these problems, this dedication activity will focus on the development of Business Management and Development of massage (massage) service capabilities. The program is carried out in 3 (three) stages, namely: the flow of the PKM program starts from, 1) the preparation phase, 2) the implementation phase, and 3) the monitoring and evaluation phase. COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM IN THE BUSINESS GROUP FOR MAKING DRINK KAHUMAMA LEAVES FOR HERBAL IN ONDO-ONDOLU VILLAGE, BATUI DISTRICT, BANGGAI, CENTRAL SULAWESI. The wood of Kahumama includes a lot of local wood in the village of Ondo-Ondolu Batui subdistrict. Partners have the potential to utilize the parts of the kahumama trees such as leaves, to be a product that is worth selling. The potential of leaf raw material is abundant. Suitable business opportunity to utilize the leaves of the Kahumama is a drink efficacious medicine. There are three main problems of the partner, namely: not yet know the process of processing production of kahumama leaves into a tea efficacious medicine; Not yet know the ongoing business and marketing management as well; Not able to overcome the existence of people who still do wood theft in the working area of forest farmer groups. To solve the problem of partners given solutions in the form of training processing production process of Kahumama tea leaves that include: raw material selection techniques, trade, ministry, winding, drying and packaging; Business management and marketing training; and educating people about forests that include forest outcomes, forest cultivation and forest benefits from ecological, social and economic aspects. Community Partnership Program of the business group of the tea making leaves Kahumama efficacious drug implemented for one year in the village Ondo-Ondolu Batui District Banggai. The stages of this program are: observation, production process training of tea processing leaves, business management and marketing training as well as the importance of preserving forests, forest products, forest cultivation and the benefits of forests (ecology, social and Economic development). The result of this community service is farmer group Skills increased in the processing and production of herbal drink Kahumama leaves, thus the welfare of the community increases.

Mangrove forests are biological resources found in coastal areas that have ecological and economic functions. Bruguiera gymnorrhiza is a type of mangrove that grows in the middle and back zones with a muddy sand substrate. The fruit can be used as a local food source, especially in coastal areas that have the potential of mangrove forests, but of course must pay attention to the sustainability of the mangrove ecosystem. This PKM aims to apply the technology of processing the Bruguiera gymnorrhiza mangrove fruit for gulmerda cake and syrup which has a high selling value. The methods used in the Community Partnership Program (PKM) activities are lectures, practice, hedonic testing and mentoring. The results of PKM have increased public knowledge in utilizing raw materials that are around their environment to be processed into products that have a selling value, motivating people to be more independent and confident in developing businesses to improve community welfare, organoleptic testing, Cake gulmerda products are products that have higher score. AbstrakMitra dalam PKM ini adalah Kelompok Tani Kelapa Kecamatan Bone-bone, Kabupaten Luwu Utara, Sulawesi Selatan yang membudidayakan tanaman kelapa dan mengolahnya menjadi Kopra. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra yaitu rendahnya nilai jual kelapa dan olahan kelapa (Kopra) belum mampu mengangkat perekonomian petani serta keberadaan limbah kelapa berupa air kelapa, pelepah dan daun yang menyebabkan terjadinya pencemaran lingkungan dan menjadi sarang hama. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, tim pelaksana menawarkan alternatifik solusi berupa Prospek Wirausaha Mandiri melalui Diversifikasi Olahan Kelapa. Bentuk kegiatan dari PKM Petani Kopra ini adalah Pendampinagn Pembuatan dan Pemanenan Nata de Coco dan Pelatihan Kewirausahaan dan Pengemasan Produk. Target Luaran dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan mitra dalam membuat nata de coco Pengemasan produk, manajemen pemasaran dan dasar-dasar akuntasi keuangan. The joint business of coconut fiber broom made by Namira and Bina Taruna is a business that has been run by the partner in Telaga Waru Village, Pringgabaya District, East Lombok regency. The effort has been carried out for generations by local villagers. The focus of this activity is on how to oversee the whole business management process, and to administer, document the results of coconut fiber production through marketing media in order to output or the end result (such as increased production and wider market network) to be obtained more optimally and effectively. This Community Partnership Program activity aims to improve the quality of coconut fiber broom products located in Telaga Waru Village, Pringgabaya District, East Lombok regency. Methods of implementation of the PKM offered by the proposing team to the partners of Namira and Bina Taruna include coordination of partner group existence, preparation of schedule of activities, assistance of skill development of partner business group, marketing through assistance, organizing scheduled open house products and facilitating coverage in the print media. The results of this dedication have been felt by the whole community of Telaga Waru village and its surroundings after the participants follow the socialization process and the science is given through direct practice and interactive dialogue process so that from the training result, there will be improvement of understanding before and after training.
