Aim. Conduct a correlation analysis of the dependence of risk factors in the etiopathogenesis of chronic venous diseases. Materials and methods. On the basis of the GBUZ TO “Maternity Hospital № 2” of the city of Tyumen, an analysis of the patients’ data was carried out in the form of a clinical examination and questionnaires. The average age of the examined patients is 26 years. The survey involved 468 women in the period 2017-2019. Results. Among the surveyed patients, 52,4% had CVD. Pregnant women with CVD have subjective symptoms and objective symptoms. Dilated veins exist for less than 5 years in 86,5% of pregnant women, and in 13,5% – for more than 5 years. Varicose veins, with a predominant localization on the left lower limb, were found in 7,5%, on the right – in 11,1%, and on both legs – 81,5%. Conclusion. The use of a statistical indicator made it possible to calculate the dependence of the appearance of a disease in the presence of a certain risk factor – in this case, the correlation is direct, the relationship is close (0,94); as well as to evaluate the prognosis for pregnant women prospectively and create complexes of measures to prevent venous diseases, taking into account the individual characteristics of patients.

This study intended to evaluate the seroprevalence of anti-Toxoplasma IgG and IgM antibodies in the sera of 630 women at childbearing age, and to link the outcomes with some risk factors. The enrolled women visited Zakho Maternity Hospital from July 2018 to July 2019. Their ages ranged from 15 to 45 years. All samples were examined using ELISA to detect immunoglobulin G and M, in addition to performing IgG Avidity test for seropositive pregnant women. The differences between seropositivity and age was significant (p<0.05), the highest rate (20.43%) for anti-Toxoplasma IgG antibodies in the age group 33-38 years. Women who had more contact with cats showed higher IgG and IgM seropositivity rates (16.45% and 1.26%, respectively). Married women had higher IgG Abs seropositivity than single ones (12.52% vs 6.31%, respectively), moreover, only married women were seropositive for IgM Abs. Pregnant women presented higher IgG Abs seropositivity than non-pregnant (15.21% versus 10.49%), with almost equal seropositivity for IgM Abs (0.65% and 0.86%, respectively). Anti-Toxoplasma IgG Abs seropositivity was higher in women underwent miscarriages than those with normal pregnancies (18.44 vs. 8.81%), however IgM Abs was only found among women who had miscarriages (0.97%). Women with triple miscarriages presented the highest IgG Abs seropositivity (37.03%). Chronic infection was found in 68.75% of pregnant women, whereas acute infection was found in 31.25 %. Following up the pregnancy resulted in 15 healthy births, 9 miscarriages, and 10 women did not show up. The findings of this study demonstrate the relationship between toxoplasmosis and risk factors in women at childbearing age, with the aim of decreasing infection rates through the health education and application of hygienic measures.

Objective. To develop a model of an integral index for complex assessment of varicose vein risk factors and estimate the influence of pregnancy on the occurrence of chronic vein diseases. Varicose veins (VV) and chronic venous insufficiency are one of the most widespread human diseases. This pathology in pregnancy has a clear picture, which is quite different from varicose veins in non-pregnant women. Materials and methods. Analysis of 1974 individual medical cards of pregnant women and puerperas of Maternity Hospital № 2 for the period of 20162019 was carried out. Out of them, 456 cards had a diagnosis of varicose veins of the lower limbs. The method was based on statistical analysis and integral indices. Results. The following risk diapasons were determined: low risk (favorable prognosis) 0.440.85; medium risk (favorable prognosis is possible) 0.861.28; high risk (unfavorable prognosis) 1.292.13. The quantity of pregnancies is not an unfavorable prognosis for women. Long statistical loads give unfavorable prognosis (1.341.43); family predisposition is an unfavorable prognosis (1.66); lifting loads depending on the quantity in grams (1000 favorable sign; 500010 000 unfavorable (1.211.870)); wearing tight clothes is not an unfavorable prognosis (0.88); hypodynamia medium risk (1.14); diet low and medium risk (0.750.95), obesity high risk (1.242.15). Conclusions. The obtained results permitted to detect the most significant risk factors for varicose veins during pregnancy. Medium and high-risk indices are the following: long statistical loads, family predisposition, lifting loads, hypodynamia, diet and obesity. They influence the development of varicose veins. There is a possibility to present a prospective prognosis for pregnant women and develop a complex of measures to decrease risks for chronic vein diseases taking into account individual features of patients.

Objectives: Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is closely related to maternal care. MMR in Indonesia based on the 2015 IDHS is 359 per 100,000 live births. By increasing the utilization of MCH handbooks, MMR would be decline. Therefore, this research investigated the relationship between of the utilization of MCH handbooks and attitudes pregnant women regarding pregnancy and childbirth complications.Materials and Methods: We conducted a cross sectional research with 54 pregnant women during March - June 2018 at the Sooko Health Center, Mojokerto. The independent variable was the utilization of MCH handbooks and the dependent variable was the attitude of pregnan women regarding pregnancy and childbirth complications. Data analysis included descriptive and bivariate analysis. Results: The results showed that 79.6% of respondents used the MCH handbook well. The results of the chi square analysis test showed a p value of 0.027 (<0.05).Conclusion: MCH handbook utilization effected the attitude of pregnant women regarding the complication of pregnancy and childbirth. Pregnant women who read and utilize MCH handbook would be have better alertness about the risk of complication so they would make the right decision for their pregnancy.

Introduction: Human beings are considered to be bilaterally symmetrical. However, there is no symmetry in the length of the feet irrespective of sex or handedness. The hand length could predict bodyweight and body surface area independent of the sex of the individual. But there was no so much data available in the literature showing the relationship between hand length and foot length. Aim and objective: The present study was conducted to derive the correlation between hand length and foot length and the results demonstrate that there was highly signicant correlation between them. Material and Methods:Across sectional study was carried out on 200 healthy and normal adult professional students of either sex (100 Male and 100 Female), age between 18-25 years. Result:the hand length and foot length were compared between the right and left sides, the data showed that the signicant difference between males and females on both sides was highly signicant for all the parameters measured with p value < 0.01 Conclusion:The results of current study indicate that if the hand length is known, foot length can be predicted and if the foot length is known, hand length can be predicted and vice versa.

In Kierkegaard's hands the story of Abraham and Isaac is clearly a story about the relationship between the life of sacrifice and the religious life. By leading us on to deeper and deeper levels of sacrifice, he aims to make us grasp the essential nature of faith and, with it, the right relationship between the individual and God. He does this by means of a dialectic involving Abraham's response to God in contrast to (1) the other possible responses he might have made, and (2) Kierkegaard's own response to what he believed was the divine command to break his engagement to Regina Olsen.

Abstract The problem of gestational hypertension (GH) remains to be of current concern in obstetric practice. The purpose of this study, therefore, was to determine the risk factors for GH development. We examined 53 pregnant women and allocated them to 2 groups: the main group - pregnant women with gestational hypertension (n = 30) and the control group - pregnant women without the pathology (n = 23). The selection of persons for the study was carried out on the basis of detailed history taking, examination and complaints, using standard clinical, laboratory and instrumental methods of investigation. The data was processed on a PC (standard statistical package Statistica 6.0). Our results show that the gestational hypertension development is closely linked with such risk factors as: age ≤ 18 years old and over 35 years old, unmarried status, living in a city/town, post-secondary education, unemployment, obesity, first labor in consecutively pregnant women, the threat of pregnancy termination, cardiovascular system diseases, urinary tract pathology, varicose veins, as well as ABO-sensibilization.

An important duty of man is proper communication and relativity to creation. This is due to the unique situation of our being “in the middle” and our vocation to go out “in the opposite direction”. However, personal faith in God becomes a particularly ennobling factor, as it somehow deepens the human desire for closeness and solidarity with the whole created reality. Through true openness to the visible world, we learn more about the relationship between the individual and the community, as well between the human community and the whole creation. Ultimately, we are trying to take up the challenge of dealing responsibly with nature as a unique value today and with the right to continue in the future.
