As Internet of Things (IoT) revolutionized over the years, it has become a crucial part in many application such as smart city and smart transportation, ensuring smooth functioning of the human life in a more reliable manner. As the amount of data that is to be collected, stored and analyzed increases, there is need for a system that perform these tasks in a more efficient manner. Artificial intelligence plays a crucial part in delivering these requirements. But when AI is involved, it will also result in the use of big tools that are necessary for tackling the issue at hand. Hence in order to ensure that AI can function in a smooth manner, blockchain support is introduced such that it develops a decentralized architecture. Block chain will provide a safe and secure environment to share the information and resources and can also address the drawbacks of Artificial intelligence. The purpose of this proposed work is to develop a hybrid architecture, combining the advantages of blockchain and artificial intelligence to enable big data analysis. We have performed an analysis and results have been observed to conclude the impact of blockchain in Artificial Intelligence in the aspect of latency and accuracy. The results indicate that the proposed architecture excels over the other architectures and can also overcome some of the challenges prevalent.

As it results from the assumed, rather unorthodox title, due to the desire to link the issues of artificial intelligence with financial and legal aspects, the groundwork of the considerations will be a demonstration of the impact and effect of the former on the budget system in Poland. Such an approach to artificial intelligence, increasingly common, but also raising doubts and even fears, should be considered extremely important, although not sufficiently described so far. Noticeable and tangible is the influence of widely understood artificial intelligence both in the professional and private life of every man. These issues are increasingly discussed in various aspects of human life primarily in terms of showing the actual place of a human person and their inalienable rights in the future, the rules for their protection and the liability for acts committed by artificial intelligence products. In the conducted considerations, however, there isa clear lack of studies related to financial and legal aspects, more specifically budgetary aspects, of the functioning of artificial intelligence. Meanwhile, its very fast development is conditioned by financial resources. This issue is quite obvious in the case of private funds where the entity instituting creation or functioning of artificial intelligence determines the amounts of financial resources, and depending on the needs, it grants appropriate sums for its development. However, it takes on a completely different dimension in relation to public funds contained in the budget, which, as a rule relates its spending to the implementation of public tasks. In this case, artificial intelligence can be financed as long as it can be shown to be related to the implementation of such tasks. Due to the very complex issues, this study should be seen as a basis for conducting further, much deepenedscientific studies.

Purpose Artificial intelligence (AI) and automation are currently changing human life with a great implication in the communication field. This research focusses on understanding the current and growing impact of AI and automation in the role of communication professionals to identify what skills and training are needed to face its impacts leading to a recommendation. Design/methodology/approach The research involves methodological triangulation, analysing and comparing data gathered from consulting with experts using the Delphi method, focus group with communication students, and literature review. Findings Findings show that the likely impacts are on the one hand the enhancing of efficiency and productivity, as well as freeing communication professionals to focus on the creative side, strategy and analytical thinking, on the other hand, repetitive and low-level jobs could be lost, being higher position jobs or those involving creativity and decision making harder to automate. Two types of training are needed: to gather experience with the current AI and automated tools, and to focus on developing human qualities that AI cannot replicate. Originality/value The outcomes of this research are valuable to help current and future communication practitioners, as well as organisations, to be one step ahead and survive the age AI and automation, being aware of its current and near-future impacts. The paper offers a list of recommended soft and technical skills, as well as training needed, categorizing them in low, medium and high priority.

The 21st century is marked by the rapid development of science and technology: robots are gradually entering all spheres of human life and activity, along with other mechanisms. In this regard, in society, in popular science literature, in the media, the question is increasingly being asked, can a robot, in particular with artificial intelligence, replace a person in performing professional activities? Variety of problem of the impact of the introduction of robots and artificial intelligence on the future lives and activities of mankind is highlighted in research, discussions, statements, public speeches by E. Musk, B. Pring, P. Roehrig, M. Frank, S. Hawking, M. Zuckerberg, etc. «Success in creating artificial intelligence could be the biggest event in the history of our civilization, or the worst. Computers can, in theory, emulate human intelligence, and exceed it. », - S. Hawking said. The purpose of the article: to carry out the psychological futurological forecast for the introduction of robots, artificial intelligence, in particular in the higher education system through the prism of the author's many years of psychological and pedagogical experience. The current trends in the achievements of scientific and technological progress are analyzed: every day all over the world there are news about examples of successful professional interaction between people and robots (robots Sofia, Grace, Aypera, student robot and much more). Conclusions: the probable possibility of professional competition between humans and robots is obviously a positive argument for obtaining higher education, as well as the ability to constantly learn independently, based on the knowledge, skills and abilities already acquired. The robotization of the educational system should lead to significant facilitation and simplification of the teacher's activities in the future, since all routine work can be put on robots, in turn, teachers will be able to fully devote themselves to pedagogical creativity.

Transhumanism is a cultural and philosophical movement that sees humans as having the right and morphological freedom to evolve towards a posthuman state by radically modifying and enhancing human nature and capacity using the latest technologies such as genetic engineering, robotics, artificial intelligence, and nanotechnology. The posthuman that transhumanism craves is the human condition impervious to degeneration, disease, and even death. The end goal is to live longer or even immortal to enjoy unlimited happiness. By observing the development of the transhumanist agenda, there are concerns from scholars in the interdisciplinary fields of science, technology, and theology that humanity will be transformed by technology or even become marginalized and extinct. This article aims to examine transhumanism from Christian anthropology, which includes three aspects: the origin and nature of man, the reality of human life, and solutions to human problems. The results of the study show that the promise of transhumanism regarding human evolution with morphological freedom and self-determination to strive for progress towards a posthuman state is unpromising to achieve because human nature, which has fallen into sin, tends to destroy or exchange good for evil. The agenda and optimism of transhumanism to completely remove degeneration, disease, and death from human life by using the latest technology is impossible to realize because all these realities are the impact of the fall of man into sin, which can only be overcome by divine means through redemptive work of Christ which carries out the transformation of soul and body holistically.

The scientific problem of economics “Managing the quality of human life” is formulated on the basis of artificial intelligence, algebra of logic and logical-probabilistic calculus. Managing the quality of human life is represented by managing the processes of his treatment, training and decision making. Events in these processes and the corresponding logical variables relate to the behavior of a person, other persons and infrastructure. The processes of the quality of human life are modeled, analyzed and managed with the participation of the person himself. Scenarios and structural, logical and probabilistic models of managing the quality of human life are given. Special software for quality management is described. The relationship of human quality of life and the digital economy is examined. We consider the role of public opinion in the management of the “bottom” based on the synthesis of many studies on the management of the economics and the state. The bottom management is also feedback from the top management.

Introduction. Physical activity is known to be an important factor influencing health throughout human life. This issue has become crucial for public health due to the aging of the population in both developed and developing countries. Aim. is to present a literature review on the forms of physical activity undertaken by the elderly, as well as on issues related to physical activity and the population aging. Material and methods. The study was prepared on the basis of a review of Polish and foreign literature. The following databases and data sources were used: EBSCO, ScienceDirect and Google Scholar. An additional source of data were the websites of the Central Statistical Office. Strictly defined key phrases were used during the collection of literature. The work has been divided into thematic subsections on the aging of the society, the impact of physical activity on health and the main topic, i.e. forms of physical activity selected by the elderly. Analysis of the literature. The number of elderly people in Polish society has increased by almost 3.7 million over three decades. Therefore, an important topic is prophylaxis aimed at increasing the number of days in good health, largely covering the broadly understood activation of the elderly. The available data indicate that only 12% of elderly people undertake physical activity once a week. The most common form of spending free time actively is walking (as many as 73% of people in this population declare this form of physical activity in one of the presented studies). Conclusion. Organized forms of physical activity are undertaken much less frequently by the analyzed age group mainly due to financial limitations and limited availability of sports infrastructure.

The article examines the impact of digitalization on human life and intellectual experience. The development of computer technology demands an understanding of new aspects of human development and requires a capability to overcome not only external conditions but also ourselves. Entering a new level of development cannot imply a complete rejection of previous dispositions, but should be accompanied by reflection on personal experience and by the quest for new forms of interaction in society and with nature. Communicative and cognitive activity of a person has an ontological basis and relies on processes that actually evolve in nature. Therefore, the creation of new objects is always associated with the properties of natural material and gives rise to new points of support in the development of man. The more audacious his projects, the more important it is to preserve this connection to nature. It is always the human being who turns out to be the initiator who knows how to solve problems. The conformity of complex technical systems to nature is not only a goal but also a value of meaningful construction of development perspectives. The key to the nature orientation of the modern digital world is the human being himself, who keeps all the secrets of the culture of his natural development. Therefore, the proposed by the Russian philosopher V.S. Stepin post-non-classical approach, based on the principle of “human-sizedness,” is an important contribution to contemporary research because it draws attention to the “human – machine” communication, to the relationship between a person and technological systems he created. The article concludes that during digital transformation, a cultural conflict arises: in an effort to solve the problems of the future, a person equips his life with devices that are designed to support him, to expand his functionality, but at the same time, the boundaries of humanity become dissolved and the forms of human activity undergo simplification. Transhumanism engages society in the fight against fears of vulnerability and memory loss and ignores the flexibility and sustainability of natural foundation.
