Human resources have a major role in every organizational activity for the achievement of company goals. Employee performance levels need to be considered to achieve high productivity. Therefore this research was conducted wherein the pre-survey there were problems, especially in terms of motivation, work discipline, and employee performance, especially at Perum Jamkrindo Bandung Branch Office, and to determine the extent of the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at Perum Jamkrindo Branch Offices Bandung. The method used in this research is the census method where this study takes the entire population of employees of the Jamkrindo Bandung Branch Office to become respondents. The data collected is using questionnaires and interviews. The questionnaire was distributed to 45 respondents and the data processing from the study used path analysis. The motivation variable can be stated in the good category and runs optimally. Likewise, work discipline variables are in a good category for employees as well, and employee performance variables are in a good category and have an effect on productivity at Perum Jamkrindo Bandung Branch Office. Motivation and Work Discipline have a significant relationship, employee motivation and performance have an influence, although not quite large, and work discipline on employee performance also has a greater influence.

Employee motivation is considered as a force that drives the employees toward attaining specified goal and objectives of the organization. Now days it is one of the sizzling issue in organizations since every wants to make best use of their financial and human resources. Our Purpose of this study is basically to identify that what kind of factors influence employ motivation in Pakistan and up to which extent motivation affects the employee performance. Two preceding factors influence the employ motivation. By using self-administered questionnaires we collected data from our 150 respondents. For regression analysis we entered all that that data into SPSS and do analysis also. Results of our study show significant relationship of employ motion and employ performance. Our study is a vital source for the national and international HR personnel’s to collect information how different factors effect employee motivation and performance.

This study aimed to determine the effect of either simultaneously or partially, as well as where the most dominant variable affecting employee performance PT.Perkebunan Nusantara VI (Persero) Kayu Aro. Referring to the results of calculations where t count> t table or 3.476> 2.110, meaning that there is a significant relationship between work motivation to productivity. Variable performance of turns obtained tcount 3.573 with 0.002 significance level (α = 0.05> 0.002). Referring to the above calculation, can be determined as follows: where t count> t table or 3.573> 2.110, meaning that there is a significant relationship between performance of the Work Productivity of employees of PT. Nusantara Plantation VI Kayu Aro.Large Influence Work Motivation to Work Productivity of employees of PT. Nusantara Plantation VI Kayu Aro is of 41.5%, while the contribution of performance variables affect the labor productivity amounted to 42.9%. Large Work Motivation and Performance influence on employee productivity PT. Nusantara Plantation VI Kayu Aro together amounted to 47.8% while the remaining 52.2% can be explained by other causes.Keywords: Motivation, Performance, Work Productivity

The purpose of this research is to obtain an overview of the assessment of work performance, compensation, work motivation and employee performance at PT. BCA Tbk KCU Jambi; and to know the effect of work performance assessment and compensation directly and indirectly on employee motivation and performance; and to know the influence of motivation on performance. The population in this study was employees at PT. Bca. Tbk KCU Jambi with a total of 125 employees. The size or number of samples in this study was determined based on the theory developed by Slovin with a value of e = 10%, so that 56 samples were obtained. Analysis techniques use path analysis to see direct and indirect influence, and continued by testing R Square and hypothesis testing partially and simultaneously with t test and F test. Where based on the results of t test (partial) and test F (Simultaneous) shows that the assessment of work performance and compensation has a significant and positive influence on motivation and performance, as well as motivation also has a significant and positive influence on performance. This explains that if the assessment of work performance and compensation can be carried out properly, it will have a positive influence in improving the motivation of work that has implications for improving employee performance at PT. BCA Tbk KCU Jambi. Based on some of the conclusions obtained, the suggestions that can be given in this study include the future expected leadership of PT. Bank Central Asia. Tbk Jambi Main Branch Office can carry out performance assessments carried out objectively. In addition, this research needs to be followed up again to see what factors can affect employee performance comprehensively, in order to answer other factors (epsilon) that affect employee performance.

<em>Organizational learning has the potential to improve organizational performance. For any organization to sustain long term benefits it requires to establish a mechanism to tap the knowledge and use this knowledge in taking future decisions. This study tries to capture the role of Organizational Learning and Employee Motivation and its impact on the Employees’ Performance. The study is exploratory and descriptive in nature. The questionnaire used for primary data collection has its items collected and derived from various standardized questionnaires available. The analysis of the primary data shows that there is a positive correlation between Organizational Learning and Organizational Performance. On understanding Herzberg theory of motivation the study came to conclusion that employees consider hygiene factors of motivation more significant than the motivator factors. The motivation level of employees in an organization has positive impact on the overall performance of any organization. The study helps the organizations to understand the relationship between learning and performance considering motivation as a mediating variable. </em>

The research aims to analyze how WFH influences corporate culture through the availability of work facilities, motivation, work behavior, and employee performance. It is quantitative research using structural equation modeling. Data were obtained from 32 respondents that spread across Jakarta, Bekasi, and West Java. The results of this research show that WFH significantly affects the employee’s motivation. On the other hand, WFH has a significant direct effect on work motivation. Work motivation significantly affects work behavior. Work behavior affects employee performance significantly, and performance has a significant effect on innovative corporate culture. The analysis on the specific indirect effect resulted in significantly influencing innovation corporate culture from home through employee motivation, work behavior, and employee performance. Further research could explore the WFH-implementing mechanism as part of a culture of innovation for sustainable human resource development in the new-normal era of Indonesian companies

Theoretically outlined, Employee Performance can be influenced by several variables including Leadership Style, Placement, and Work Motivation. Therefore, the performance of employees at the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province can also be attributed to these three variables, this is what inspired the authors to conduct the research. Research objectives: 1. To find out the description of leadership style, placement,, motivation, and performance of Employees in the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province, 2. To know the direct and indirect influence of leadership style and placement on the work motivation of employees in the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province, 3. To know the direct and indirect influence of leadership style and placement on the performance of Employees in the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province, 4. To know the influence of leadership style and placement through work motivation on Kinerja Employees in The General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province. This research that became the object of the research was employees of the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province with a population of 130 people who were used as a research sample. Analysis techniques using Path Analysis tool using SPSS 22 software. The results showed that: 1. Leadership style, placement, motivation and employee performance are in good condition, 2. Leadership and placement styles directly and indirectly affect employee motivation, 3. Leadership and placement styles directly and indirectly affect employee performance, 4. Leadership and placement styles through motivation directly and indirectly affect performance.

Research aims: This study aims to examine the role of career development in mediating the relationship between intellectual capital and organizational culture on employee performance.Design/Methodology/Approach: This study used a proportional stratified random sampling method with 126 permanent employees of local banks in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, as research respondents. The respondents included Head Office, Main Branch Office, and Senopati Branch Office. The data were collected by distributing a questionnaire, and the secondary data were in the form of data or documents that supported and strengthened the primary information from books, magazines, journals, and other documents. Then, the analytical tool utilized in this study was SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) to test the research hypotheses.Research findings: The results showed that intellectual capital and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on career development and performance, but career development had no positive and significant effect on performance. Meanwhile, career development could not mediate the effect of intellectual capital and organizational culture on performance.Theoretical contribution/Originality: The study results contribute to the literature (body of knowledge), especially as additional discussion toward theory and literature related to intellectual capital, organizational culture, career development, and performance in local banks, which is still very limited.

The Success of failure of an organization depends on the quality of its human resources and training being an integral part of the strategy to integrate human resources management with an organizations business strategy, coming at the age where employees are beginning to realize that employers have the potential to be much more dynamic and beneficial to the organization. Hence, this study was aimed to determine the relationship between training and employee performance in Mutare City Council, Zimbabwe. Correlational research design was used in this study, with an attempt describe and measure the degree of association between performance and training. A total of one hundred and thirty two (132) respondents (91 males and 41 females) were selected from the employees (population), purposive sampling technique and structured questionnaire were used in data collection. Data was analyzed using quantitative techniques, including inferential statistics. It was established that there was strong positive relationship between training and performance of employees.  It was recommended that all stakeholders, be involved in one way or the other in training to enhance employee knowledge, skills, ability, competencies and behaviour.

Pondok Pesantren  (Islamic Boarding School) is one of the oldest pedagogical institutions in Indonesia. Pondok Pesantren Assyafiiyah is one of Islamic BoardingSchools located in the area of Madura. To be a productive Islamic Boarding School (i.e.a boarding school which fits the need of pesantren), Assyafiiyah Islamic Boarding School needs to measure the performance of the employee. In this case, it is known as Board Performance which involves human resources, strategy, and performance. To produce a superior educational institution, the implementation of Human Resource Scorecard method that has a positive and significant effect on the institution of Assyafiiyah Islamic Boarding School is very necessary. It is used as an analysis of human resource performance. It is expected that this kind performance measurement system (i.e. Human Resource Scorecard) is able to provide the best solution in improving employee performance. Try Out is given and conducted on the institution to measure the performance system achievemet of its human resources. Therefore, the Key Performance Indicators which does not reach the target can be discovered. In other words, such kind of Try Out can be used to analyze the necessary refinement and improvement of the Key Performance Indicators previously mentioned. Based on the status quo, there are two major problems in this research: 1) how is the mapping of Human Resourse Scorecard?; and 2) what are the factors influencing the optimalization of Board Performance in Assyafiiyah Islamic Boarding School through Human Resource Scorecard?

Expansion of PT. Petrokimia Gresik, which is getting bigger, requires large human resources as well. On the other hand, there is no permit for additional permanent manpower, while most of the human resources in the Procurement Compartment of PT. Peterokimia Gresik has entered its retirement period and there is no technology transfer for the migration of software used in the company, namely SAP software, so employee performance is ineffective. This study aims to analyze the effect of work effectiveness on employee satisfaction and performance, job satisfaction on employee performance. The research method used is quantitative research, with a population and sample of employees who are part of the Service Procurement Department and the Goods Procurement Department at PT. Petrokimia Gresik with a number of 50 respondents. All incoming and appropriate data will be analyzed by smartPLS. The results showed that work effectiveness has a significant positive effect on employee performance, job effectiveness has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction mediates the effect of work effectiveness on employee performance.
