Economic growth can be used as a measure of development that reflects the welfare of society in a country. The source of economic growth used in this study uses a production factors approach, namely capital, human resources, and technology. Human resources make the biggest contribution compared to capital production factors and technology towards Indonesia's economic growth. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the contribution of human resources to Indonesia's economic growth. To measure the magnitude of the contribution of each production factor to Indonesia's economic growth, the Neo Classical economic growth model was used as proposed by Abramovit and R.M. Solow using the Cobb Douglas production function that has been changed in a multiple regression equation: Log Yy = log a + α log C + β log L. The type of data used is secondary data in the time seies regarding the devolopment of the laborforce, investment namely domestict and foreign investment, and gross domestict product, from 2004-2016. The data used in this research is data on the development laborforce of Indonesian originating from world bank, domestic investment and planting foreign capital comes from the world bank and the finance ministry of the Republic of Indonesia, Gross Domestic Product sourced from the world bank. To the determine the magnitude of the influence of the production fctors of human resource and capital on Indonesia economic growth, it was processed using SPSS.20 program. Further more, to measure the contribution of  each production factor to Indonesia economic growth, the Alfian Lains formula was used with the Dession method as follows: Cr Xi = . The results of this study indicate that in Indonesia there is a strong influence between the factors of human resources and capital on GDP, while the factors of technology production are negative. Based on the Neo Classical flow, investment and human resource factors make a biggest contribution to Indonesia's economic growth, while the contribution of technological progress is low. Technological developments in Indonesia still lag behind compared to India, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines. The factor of human resource production provides the biggest contribution to Indonesia's economic growth. However, human resource in Indonesia is dominated by an unskilled human resource category of 73.12 percent, while the remaining 26.88 percent is classified as skilled human resources, it causes GDP of Indonesia is low. The results of the study show that the factors of production of human resources and capital have a positive influence on Indonesia's economic growth of 96.30 percent. The value of labor elasticity to GDP is 7.755, which means that if there is an increase in energy productivity by 10 percent, then economic growth will increase by 77.55 percent. For capital production factors, with an elasticity value of 0.041, there is only economic growth of 4.10 percent, if there is an increase in capital productivity by 10 percent. Whereas, for the factor of technology production is the result of a reduction between national income and the factor of labor production after being added to capital which is equal to 1.64 percent. Therefore, it is recommended that the Indonesian government must improve the quality of human resources through improvements in the education sector.

This article deals with the determination of future oil prices. The approach used is based on the evaluation of purchasing power limits and allows to put the limits to monopolistic price setting. Several important findings are formulated: going beyond the upper thresholds of purchasing power stipulates negative relationship between energy costs and GDP growth rates, and this brings the dynamics to energy demand to price elasticity. This approach is also based on what the author calls the economics of constants and variables, i.e. on the existence of very stable macroeconomic proportions, which may be observed throughout the whole period of statistical observations (over 200 years). It provides grounds for two conclusions. First, the upper limit of energy costs to the gross output ratio is determined by the least acceptable profitability. Second, the theoretical postulate on substantial production factors substitution used in the production functions theory may be incorrect. In reality, the change of the economy technological basis leads to the substitution of low quality production factor by the same factor with a higher quality. Application of this approach brings the basis for predicting oil prices for 2006-2008.

Strawberry (Fragaria sp.)  is a type of fruit that has high economic value. An to increase the income of strawberry farmers is by intercropping with leek. To understand the efficiency of the farming the by using production input. This research aims to 1) analyze the effect of the use of production factors, 2) analyze the level of efficiency in the use of production factors, and 3) to analyze the profit level of intercropping strawberries-leek in Serang Village, Karangreja District, Purbalingga Regency. There are 35 samples obtained using simple random sampling. The analysis was performed using the Cobb Douglass production function analysis, the NPM / BKM ratio and farm income analysis. The results of this research were the use of production factors, seed; area; labor; and insecticides partially affected the production of intercropping strawberries, while the production factors of chicken-husk fertilizer; NPK-Phonska fertilizer; other fertilizers; and fungicides had no effect on the production of intercropping strawberries. The production factors for seeds; labor; and insecticides have an NPM-BKM ratio value greater than one where the use of these inputs is not efficient. Meanwhile, the production factor for land area has an NPM-BKM ratio value of less than one where the use of these inputs is not efficient. R / C for cash costs was 4.61 and R / C for total costs was 1.09. The R / C value for both cash costs and total costs has a value greater than one, so the strawberry and leek intercropping farming in Serang Village can be said to be profitable.

In this paper, we propose a price-augmenting asymptotically ideal model (AIM) cost function to investigate the effects of public infrastructure on the performance of the U.S. manufacturing industry, using KLEMS data over the period from 1953 to 2001. In doing so, we make a distinction between the productivity effect and the production factor effect of public infrastructure. This distinction allows us to focus on the more interesting productivity effect by incorporating public infrastructure into the AIM cost function through the efficiency index. Moreover, we specify the growth rate of the efficiency index as a Box–Cox function of public infrastructure and a time trend, a proxy for other technology. The excellent flexibility of our price-augmenting AIM cost function offers many insights regarding the effects of infrastructure on the U.S. manufacturing sector.
