Tujuan penelitian iniuntuk menganalisapengaruhpolakepemimpinan, motivasi, dan kompensasiterhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. So Good Food Unit RTE Boyolalibaik secaran persial maupun secara simultan sehingga dengan bentuk menggunakan metode kuantitatif melaluite knikpengumpulan data studidokumen dan kuesionerterhadap 135 respondenkaryawanPT.So Good Food Unit RTEBoyolali.Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah beberapa uji statistikdan analisis regresi linear berganda. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel  dalam kepemimpinan motivasi serta kompensansi berpengaruh secara simultan pada karyawanPT.So Good Food Unit RTE Boyolaliserta variabel motivasisecara parsial berdampakpositif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitaskerjapara karyawanpPT. So Good Food Unit RTE Boyolali, sehingga total sumbangan pengaruh ketiga variabel tersebut sebesar 49,7%. ABSTRACT   The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, and compensation on the work productivity of PT. So Good Food Unit RTE Boyolali. either partially or simultaneously by using quantitative methods through data collection techniques for document studies and questionnaires for 135 respondents of PT.So Good Food Unit RTEBoyolali. The analytical tools used were several statistical tests and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables in leadership motivation and compensation had a simultaneous effect on employees of pt. so good food uniit rte boyolali and the motivation variable partially had a positive and significant impact on employee productivity of PT. So Good Food Unit RTE Boyolali, with a total contribution of the influence of the three variables of 49. 7%.

This study aims to determine the significance of the influence of  leadership  style  consisting  of  directive  leadership, supportive leadership, participative leadership, and the achievement oriented leadership on employee productivity in PG Krebet Baru Malang and to know the leadership style that has the most dominant influence on work productivity in PG Krebet New Malang. Type of research used is explanatory research. The subjects of this study were 50 PG employees. Krebet Baru Malang. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using F Test and T Test as Hypothesis Test. Instrument test results both validity and reliability test against 50 respondents obtained valid and reliable results. Leadership style consisting of directive leadership (X1), supportive leadership (X2), participative leadership (X3), and the achievement oriented leadership (X4) have a significant influence on work productivity (Y) PG employees. Krebet Baru Malang. The supportive leadership (X2) style has the most influence on employee work productivity.

The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the motivation of employee productivity and to know whether there is influence of work discipline on employee productivity at PT PLN (Persero) Area Distribution Manager Sulselrabar Makassar.The research method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with the formula Y = a + b1x1 + b2x2 + e. Results of analysis and discussion obtained significant values for the variable X1 of 0.010 <0.05 and for the variable X2 of 0.047 <0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. there is an influence between motivation and work discipline on work productivity. this explains the purpose of this study. and regression model Y = 1.529 + 0.296 x1 + 0.188 x2.Research limititation/implications : This research is only limited to employees of PT PLN (Persero) Distribution Control Area of South Sulawesi, Makassar City.It is suggested for future research to compare also with other regions outside of Makassar so that it will also be known whether there is influence of motivation and discipline on productivity. The research sample was expanded using different parameters and theories.This article gives us an understanding that there is a relationship between motivation and discipline towards employee productivity.

This study aims to determine the effect of work safety and work healthy on employee productivity in the production department at PT. Sisirau Aceh Tamiang. This research is a type of quantitative research with a sample of 45 people. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing is done through t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). Regression equation results obtained Y = 2.255 + 0.314X1 + 0.811X2 means that the constant value of 2.255 is the value of employee productivity before being influenced by work safety and  health. The work safety regression coefficient is 0.314 and is positive, meaning that if work safety is increased the employee's work productivity will increase by 0.314 with a tcount> ttable (2.333> 1.68195) and significant (0.025 <0.05). The work health regression coefficient is 0.118 and is positive, meaning that if work health is improved the employee's work productivity will increase by 0.811 with a tcount> ttable (8.063> 1.68195) and significant (0.000 <0.05). The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.614 or 61.4%, which means the work safety and health variables influence the work productivity of employees by 61.4% and the remaining 39.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Human Resources has been recognized as a central force that drives organizational dynamics. This study was conducted to determine the Effect of Compensation and Work Safety on Employee Productivity At PT. Musirawas Lestari Makmur Unit Tuah Negeri Musi Rawas Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 50 employees determined based on simple random sampling technique. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination (R2), and Test F. From result of Multiple Regression Analysis obtained that compensation (X1) and safety (X2) give contribution of 83,2 percent to work productivity Y). While the rest of 16.8 percent influenced by other variables. which is not included in this study. The results also indicate a significant influence between compensation and work safety on work productivity. For that the company needs to increase the compensation and employee safety to increase employee productivity. Keywords: Compensation, Occupational Safety and Work Productivity

This study aims to determine the effect of conflict and work stress on employee productivity at PT Indomaret Prismatama Data used secondary data. The analysis used is a classic assumption, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination analysis. T test results show that conflict (X1) affects the work productivity of employees and work stress also (X2) affects the work productivity of employees (Y) employees at PT Indomarco Prismatama Baturaja. The F test results found that work conflict and stress jointly affect the work productivity of employees (Y) at PT Indomarco Prismatama Baturaja. The magnitude of the contribution of conflict (X1) and work stress (X2) of 88.5% on the ups and downs of employee work productivity (Y) while the remaining 11.5% is influenced by other variables not included in the research model.

Quantitative methods to study whether the Short-term investment is profitable or not, can be determined either by the method Accounting Rate Of Return (ARR) That method that measures the level of profit from investments used to gain tersebut.dan the return on investment assets at PT. Taspen. To test the hypothesis then performed calculations using multiple linear regression analysis. Furthermore pengelohan data and hypothesis testing will be assisted by a computer program Softwere SPSS (Statistical Service and Solution product).Research shows that variable Short Term Asset Investments concluded that simultaneous effect relationship is negative and insignificant. But in partial, it provides a significant and positive effect on earnings. Assets Investments variable and not significant positive effect on earnings, but in partial, it provides a significant and positive effect on earnings.

This study aims to examine the influence of investment returns and Risk Based Capital (RBC) Tabarru Funds to the profit of sharia life insurance in Indonesia from 2014-2019. This study The type of this research is quantitative research with descriptive verification as a method. This research method uses descriptive verification method with quantitative approach. The data used in this study were sourced from the financial statements of Islamic life insurance companies in Indonesia for the 2014-2019 period. Then the data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing consisting of t test and f test with the help of SPSS 21 software. The sampling technique uses non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the development of investment returns on Sharia Life Insurance in Indonesia has fluctuated and even suffered losses. While the development of Risk Based Capital (RBC) has increased and decreased but overall above 120% as determined by the government. Likewise, the profits earned in each year fluctuate. The results of statistical tests show that investment results partially have a positive effect on profit and Risk Based Capital (RBC) of Tabarru funds partially has a negative effect on profit. Simultaneously investment return and Risk Based Capital (RBC) affect on profit. In addition, the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) were obtained which obtained a value of 81%. This shows that the variable investment returns and Risk Based Capital (RBC) can affect earnings by 81% and the remaining 19% is influenced by other variables not used in this study.

<p>The aim of this study is to investigate and examine the effect of leadership style on employee productivity, identify and examine the effect of organizational climate on employee productivity, to identify and examine the effect of the work ethic on employee productivity, in order to know and examine the variables that have the most impact level dominant on employee productivity PT. HP Metals Indonesia part Powder Coating.</p><p>This research is an explanatory research or study the explanation, the research describes causal relationships between variables through hypothesis testing. The numbers of sample in this study are 98 respondents. The independent variables consist of: Leadership styles (X1), Organizational Climate (X2), Work Ethics (X3). The dependent variable in this study is Productivity employee (Y). While, the technique of analysis using multiple linear regression analysis</p>Based on the analysis in this study showed that the variables of leadership style, organizational climate, work ethic on employee productivity responded well by employees. Aspects of leadership style that followed targeted Climate employee srated the organization has also been rated as good, especially on the cooperation between employees and management, while at the work ethic of employee srated very high, especially on adherence to regulations, adherence to labor standards and work ethics. And employee productivity is also very positive response from almost all three elements, namely timeliness, quality of work and quantity of work.

AbstractDemands for productivity are getting higher. The tight competition among retailers causes companies that do not have high productivity to compete. Quality of HR is the key to success. The purpose of the study was to obtain an explanation of the influence of work discipline and organizational climate on the work productivity of employees at PT. Surya Donasin Regional Office Cianjur, which numbered 59 employees randomly selected. The research method uses explanatory survey with multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the research that productivity as one of the keys to compete in the retail industry is determined by work discipline and organizational climate that supports work productivity. Labor productivity is determined by internal and external dynamics in the form of organizational climate. The managerial implication is that the lack of productivity over employees causes low company productivity. Increase productivity as an option to support work productivity.Keywords : Work discipline; organizational climate; productivity; retailer industry AbstrakTuntutan terhadap produktivitas semakin tinggi. Persaingan yang cukup ketat diantara perusahaan retailer menyebabkan perusahaan yang tidak memiliki produktivitas tinggi kalah bersaing. Kualitas SDM menjadi kunci keberhasilan. Tujuan penelitian untuk memperoleh penjelasan tentang pengaruh disiplin kerja dan iklim organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja para pegawai di PT. Surya Donasin Regional Office Cianjur yang berjumlah 59 pegawai yang dipilih secara acak. Metode penelitian menggunakan survey explanatory dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa produktivitas sebagai salah satu kunci untuk bersaing dalam industri retail ditentukan oleh disiplin kerja dan iklim organisasi yang mendukung produktivitas kerja. Produktivitas tenaga kerja ditentukan oleh dinamika internal dan eksternal berupa iklim organisasi. Implikasi manajerial adalah lemahnya produktivitas pegawai menyebabkan produktivitas perusahaan rendah. Meningkatkan produktivitas sebagai pilihan untuk mendukung produktivitas kerja.Kata Kunci: Disiplin kerja; iklim organisasi; produktivitas; industri retailer
