This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes about reproductive health with premarital sexual behavior. The design of this study is an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach. The population is 470 students and the total sample of this study is 82 students. Time to take in April-May 2018, the research instrument uses a questionnaire. Data analysis used the chi-square statistical test. The results of the study of knowledge were mostly 64 respondents (78.0%) with good knowledge, students who mostly had negative attitudes as much as 48 responses (41.5%), students who had premarital sexual behavior the majority were 66 respondent (80.5%). The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between attitudes and behaviors to increase knowledge, attitudes and behaviors about premarital sex.

Premarital sexual behavior in adolescents is all behavior that is driven by the desire teenager well with the opposite sex or same-sex committed before their official relationship as husband and wife. Sexual objects could be someone else, people in the delusion, or self. Kinds of premarital sex among other things: kissing, necking, petting, intercourse. About 54% of the teenage single women had lost their virginity. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between Knowledge and Attitudes of Young Women With Pre-Marital Sexual Behavior In SMAN “Y” Batam 2016. In research using quantitative research with an analytical design using the cross-sectional approach, the samples of research use Probability Sampling Methods and techniques Simple Sampling with 218 respondents. The results of the research are most of the respondents have good knowledge about sexual behavior before marriage as many as 211 respondents (96.8%) and a positive attitude about the premarital sexual behavior of 132 respondents (60.6%). From the results of Chi-Square test knowledge study is p-value 0,001 > 0,05 and attitudes p-value 0.002 > 0.05. The conclusion of this research is There are Relationship Knowledge and Attitudes About Sexual Behaviour of Young Women Pre Marital In SMAN “Y” Batam.

Abstract   Background and Objectives: The rate of population growth is one of the problems experienced by developing countries, including Indonesia. One of the efforts of the government to reduce the rate of growth is by holding a family planning (KB) program, in particular by increasing the participation of husbands in using the vasectomy contraceptive method. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of husbands towards the vasectomy contraceptive method Methods: This research design is a type of correlation analytic study with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all male fertile age couples in the Kelod Penestanan Banjar, Sayan Village, Ubud District, totaling 256 couples. Selection of subjects using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 65 people. The instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire. The data analysis used was univariate, bivariate analysis using the Pearson Chi-square statistical test. Results: The study showed that most of the respondents, namely 37 respondents (56.9%) had insufficient knowledge, and almost all of them, 53 respondents (81.5%), had negative attitudes towards the vasectomy contraceptive method. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was a relationship between knowledge and attitudes of the husband towards the vasectomy contraceptive method (p <0.005) Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between knowledge and attitudes towards husbands the vasectomy contraceptive method.

Various factors causing premarital sexual behavior are loosening of supervision from parents and schools, lack of faith in God, low education in religious values, social influences, easy to absorb western cultures that are currently rife in Indonesia, mass media as well as the internet that provides a variety of positive and negative information. This type of research is a descriptive-analytic study with a cross-sectional approach, which was conducted in February 2017. The population of this study was students of class XII Natural Sciences and Social Sciences of Kartini High School in Batam City, totaling 111 people. Sampling with random sampling technique, as many as 84 people. Data obtained from filling out the questionnaire to respondents, then the data were analyzed univariately and bivariate by computer using the Chi-Square Statistical Test. The results showed that students who had good knowledge about premarital sex were 32 students (38.1%), students who had sufficient knowledge about premarital sex were 24 students (28.6d%) and students who had less knowledge about premarital sex as many as 28 students (33.3%). The results showed that students who had good attitudes about premarital sex were 44 students (52.4%), students who had sufficient attitudes about premarital sex were 21 (25.0%) and students who had fewer attitudes about premarital sex were 19 students (22.6%). Statistical test results show (P = 0,000) meaning that there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes of adolescents about premarital sex in Batam City Kartini High School in 2018. From the results of the study it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between Premarital Sex Knowledge and Premarital Sexual Attitudes in Kartini High School students in Batam City in 2018.

Berdasarkan data Tim Survei dari Sebaya dan FK Unair pada tahun 2005 di kota Surabaya dari 126 responden yang berusia 19-23 tahun mendapat hasil bahwa 13,5% responden mengaku pernah melakukan hubungan seks pranikah. Tujuan penelitian melihat faktor personal yang mempengaruhi perilaku seksual pranikah beresiko IMS. Penelitian menggunakan teori perilaku Bandura. Penelitian ini explanatory research dengan desain penelitian cross  sectional. Sampel penelitian ini dilakukan simple random sampling sebanyak 318 responden. Hasil analisa chi square p= 0,05 didapatkan memiliki pengaruhi signifikan pada responden laki-laki yaitu tingkat religiusitas (p=0,012) sedangkan pada wanita (p=0,562) dan tingkat religiusitas kurang tekun memiliki kecenderungan 2,4 kali lebih besar melakukan perilaku seksual beresiko IMS, efikasi diri (p=0,004) memiliki efikasi diri rendah memiliki kecenderunan 2,1 kali lebih besar untuk perilaku seksual beresiko IMS sedangkan 1 variabel yang berhubungan pada responden perempuan dengan perilaku seksual pranikah yang beresiko terhadap IMS yaitu efikasi diri (p=0,001). Untuk pengetahuan  baik terhadap  pada responden laki-laki (p=0,153) maupun perempuan (p= 0,668),tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan. Untuk sikap responden bahwa pada responden laki-laki (p=0,162) dan perempuan (p=1,000) tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan. Untuk Gender bahwa baik pada responden laki-laki (p=1,000) maupun perempuan (p=0,340) tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan. Tingkat religiusitas OR=2,378 artinya responden yang memiliki tingkat religiusitas kurang tekun memiliki kecenderunan 2,4 kali lebih besar untuk melakukan perilaku seksual beresiko IMS dibandingkan responden tingkat religiusitas tinggi. Efikasi OR=2,090 artinya responden yang efikasi diri rendah memiliki kecenderunan 2,1 kali lebih besar untuk perilaku seksual beresiko IMS. Saran untuk mengaktifkan program Pusat Informasi dan Konseling-Kesehatan Reproduksi Remaja (PIK-KRR). Based on data from the survey teams from Peer and FK Unair in 2005 in the city of Surabaya126 respondents aged 19-23 years found that 13.5% of respondents claimed to have had premarital sex The purpose is to look at personal factors that influence premarital sexual behavior at risk for STIs.. Sampling this study by simple random sampling. The results chi square with p=0.05 that have a significant namely the level of religiosity (p = 0.012) and respondents who have less religiosity have a 2.4 times greater to engage more likely to engage in sexual behavior at risk for STIs while there is  variable related to female respondents with premarital sexual behavior that is at risk for STIs efficacy self (p = 0.001). For knowledge of both male (p = 0.153) and female respondents (p = 0.668), there is no relationship. For the attitude of respondents that the male respondents (p = 0.162) and women (p = 1,000) .For Gender that both male respondents (p = 1,000) andwomen (p = 0.340). From the result religiosity OR = 2.337 means that respondents who have a less persistent level of religiosity have a tendency of 2.4 times compared with respondents with a high degree of religiosity. And the efficacy of having OR = 2,090 means that respondents who have low self-efficacy have a tendency of 2.1 times more to do sexual behavior at risk of STIs. Suggestions to activate the Information and Adolescent Reproductive Counseling-Health (PIK-KRR) program for high schools.

Introduction: Premarital sexual behavior is one of the complex problems faced by adolescents. This behavior is increasingly prevalent throughout the world, especially in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the sociodemographic factors (gender, and monthly allowance) and social activities related to premarital sexual behavior in late adolescence in Semarang City.Methods : This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional approach. The number of samples was 400 respondents aged 18-22 years using consecutive sampling technique. This study used univariate and bivariate analysis using the chi-square test.Results: The results showed that gender (p = 0,000), monthly allowance (p = 0,000) and social activity (p = 0,000) had a relationship with premarital sexual behavior in late adolescence.Conclusion: It is necessary to establish youth programs at SMA / SMK / equivalent and university levels to develop self-confidence and life skills with an increasing the ability of adolescents to avoid and / or reduce risky sexual behavior.

ABSTRACT Background: Generally, pregnancy develops normally until delivery, but some pregnancies can be risky in certain circumstances so that antenatal care is necessary. Some pregnant women did not perform ANC (K1 and K4) allegedly because of lack of support from their husbands, lack of knowledge and negative attitudes about ANC.Objective: To determine the effect of husband's support, knowledge, and attitudes of pregnant women on Antenatal Care Visits.Method: This study is an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach. It was conducted in Tandem Hulu I Village, Hamparan Perak Subdistrict, with the research time being February 2020. The population of this study were all third trimester pregnant women in Tandem Hulu I Village, namely 38 people and all of them were taken as the sample. The data were analyzed by univariate, bivariate with chi-square test, and multivariate using multiple logistic regression tests at the 95% confidence level ( = 0.05).Results: The study showed that the majority of ANC visits by pregnant women were not according to standards (52.6%), which were according to standards (47.4%). ANC visit of pregnant women in Hamparan Perak Subdistrict, Deli Serdang Regency was influenced by husband's support (p = 0.033), and knowledge (p = 0.004), while attitudes had no effect (p = 0.156). Knowledge variable was the most dominant variable affecting ANC visits. Pregnant women with good knowledge had a 13.7 times higher chance of making ANC visits according to standards than pregnant women with less knowledge. The probability of pregnant women visiting ANC according to standards was 90.99% if the husband's support was good and the mother's knowledge was good.Conclusion: Husband's support and knowledge of pregnant women affect ANC visit in Tandem Hulu I Village, Hamparan Perak District.Suggestion Gathering pregnant women and husbands or families to be given information about the importance of ANC visits and reminding pregnant women and husbands to always read the MCH Handbook so that they know the importance of ANC visits Keywords: Husband's Support, Knowledge, Attitude, ANC Visit ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Umumnya kehamilan berkembang dengan normal sampai persalinan, tetapi beberapa kehamilan dapat berisiko pada keadaan tertentu sehingga perlu dilakukan pemeriksaan kehamilan (antenatal care). Sebagian ibu hamil tidak melakukan ANC (K1 dan K4) diduga karena kurang dukungan suami, kurang pengetahuan dan sikap yang negatif tentang ANC.Tujuan : Mengetahui pengaruh dukungan suami, pengetahuan, dan sikap ibu hamil terhadap Kunjungan Antenatal Care.Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah survei analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Tandem Hulu I Kecamatan Hamparan Perak, dengan waktu penelitian Februari 2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil trimester III di Desa Tandem Hulu I yaitu 38 orang dan seluruhnya dijadikan sampel (total populasi). Data dianalisis secara univariat, bivariat dengan uji chi-square, dan multivariat menggunakan uji regresi logistik berganda pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% (=0,05).Hasil : Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas kunjungan ANC ibu hamil tidak sesuai standar (52,6%), yang sesuai standar (47,4%). Kunjungan ANC ibu hamil di Kecamatan Hamparan Perak Kabupaten Deli Serdang dipengaruhi oleh dukungan suami (p = 0,033), dan pengetahuan (p = 0,004), sedangkan sikap tidak berpengaruh (p = 0,156).  Variabel pengetahuan merupakan variabel paling dominan memengaruhi kunjungan ANC. Ibu hamil berpengetahuan baik berpeluang 13,7 kali lebih tinggi melakukan kunjungan ANC sesuai standar dibandingkan ibu hamil yang berpengetahuan kurang. Probabilitas ibu hamil melakukan kunjungan ANC sesuai standar sebesar 90,99% bila dukungan suami baik dan pengetahuan ibu baik.Kesimpulan: Dukungan Suami dan Pengetahuan Ibu Hamil berpengaruh terhadap Kunjungan ANC di Desa Tandem Hulu I Kecamatan Hamparan Perak.Saran: Mengumpulkan ibu hamil dan suami atau keluarga untuk diberikan penyuluhan tentang pentingnya Kunjungan ANC dan mengingatkan ibu hamil dan suami untuk selalu membaca Buku KIA sehingga mengetahui pentingnya Kunjungan ANC Kata Kunci:           Dukungan Suami, Pengetahuan, Sikap, Kunjungan ANC

Premarital sexual behavior among Indonesian adolescents currently becomes easier to be found than previous generation. Based on health survey in 2017, both female and male adolescents admitted that they experienced dating since the aged of 16. Data showed that adolescents who were in relationship admitted having premarital sex than the common adolescents. This study’s objectives was to investigate the correlation between age of first dating and sexual behavior among adolescents and adults in Indonesia. The sample of this study involved respondents of health demographic survey in Indonesia 2012 who fulfilled the inclusion criteria of men and women aged 15-24 years and unmarried. This research was a quantitative research using descriptive analytic research design with cross sectional approach. The age of first dating on adolescents was higher (96.2%) than young adults (3.8%). The numbers of dating teenagers and adults with sexual behavior (90.3%) was higher than those without sexual behavior (9.7%). Chi-Square correlation test results by using 95% of confidence revealed p-value equal to 0.004 0.05 with value of correlation coefficient equal to 0.023 indicating positive and significant correlation. Conclusion: There was correlation between age of first dating and sexual behavior on adolescents and adults in Indonesia.

Base on various reports, stated that many teens already trapped in unhealthy reproductive behavior, including sexual behavior before marriage. Based on the survey results Indonesian Family Planning Association (IPPA) East Kalimantan in 2008. Of the 300 adolescents (aged 13-20 years) 12% of respondents claimed to have had sex. This study aims to determine the relationship Attitudes and Patterns of Communication With Parents with Premarital Sex Behavior in High School Students in Private Samarinda in 2010. This study is observational method "Cross Sectional Study". with a total sample of 102 students. Data were obtained from questionnaires answered. The analysis is the analysis of uni-variate and bi-variate with Chi Square Test. Uni- variate analysis of the data obtained from 102 respondents as much as 3% had sex should husband and wife, and 2% had had sex in the past month and 1% had had sex in a last month . Behavior different sexual risk among respondents as many as 17% of respondents which high risk behavior , and only 5% who do not have risky behaviors. Bi-variate analysis showed an association with the attitude of premarital sexual behavior p = 0.028 and no association with the communication patterns of premarital sexual behavior (p = 0061). This study is expected the cooperation between teachers and parents to provide education and knowledge about good reproductive health in order to fortify the attitude and behavior of Private High School Youth in Samarinda

Teens sexual behavior in dating is a manifestation of a sex drive from glancing the sensual part of couples to intercourse performed by teenagers. Sexual activity seems to have become a common thing done by adolescent dating. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship of girl or boy friends to sexual behavior in adolescents at SMP Negeri 16 Sukajadi kecamatan Pekanbaru. The research used is quantitative analytic observational (cross sectional) with elements of independent and dependent variables. The population in this study is all students of class VII SMPN 16 Sukajadi District Pekanbaru. The sample is all students of class VII SMPN 16 Sukajadi District Pekanbaru. With a sample size of 186 respondents. Sampling was done in total sampling. The data used is the primary data by spreading the questionnaire. The data were analyzed by univariate, bivariate with chi-square test. The result of bivariate analysis got the result of p-value (0,000) lees than a = 0,05, that is there is relationship of girlfriend with premarital sex behavior in adolescent. The conclusion in this study is there is a relationship of girlfriend to pre-marital sex behavior in adolescents at SMP Negeri 16 Kec. Sukajadi Pekanbaru.
