Background: The spread of COVID-19 has continued to increase since March 2020. Patients with chronic kidney failure who undergo Hemodialysis are one of the groups vulnerable to COVID-19 because they routinely undergo Hemodialysis. One of the ways to prevent transmission of COVID-19 to hemodialysis patients is by providing education to comply with the COVID-19 prevention Health protocol. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of virtual education on Hemodialysis patient compliance in preventing covid-19 transmission at the Muhammadiyah Hospital in Lamongan. Methods: This study used the Pre-Experiment approach one group pre-test post-test design on all CKD patients who were routine Hemodialysis at Muhammadiyah Lamongan Hospital from October - December 2020 who were taken using the purposive sampling technique. The intervention given was playing educational videos for 2 months. Data were collected using a questionnaire before and after the intervention, which was tested by the Wilcoxon test with α <0.05. Results: There were 69 patients who took part in the entire processes until it was completed. The results revealed that there were differences in the level of compliance of hemodialysis patients before and after treatment (p = 0.000). Further research with larger sample and RCT design is needed for stronger generalization in population. Conclusion: Providing educational videos can increase the level of compliance of hemodialysis patients in implementing Health protocols to prevent transmission of COVID-19.

IntroductionAnemia is the most common occurrence in chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis therapy. In the condition of chronic kidney disease, the decline in kidney function can occur slowly and chronically until the kidneys do not function at all. Hemodialysis is one of the therapies used to replaced kidney function. During hemodialysis, a decrease in hemoglobin levels often occurs, this is due to the disruption of the hormon erythropoietin. Objective:determine the differences in hemoglobin levels in patients with chronic kidney disease before and after hemodialysis at Bhayangkara TK. I Raden Said SukantoHospital. Method: The design of this research is cross sectional using secondary data and the sampling technique of this research was random sampling with a total of 133 patients. Result: The normality test was carried out first using the Kolmogorov-Smirnova test which showed the results were not normally distributed with a sig value of 0.001. the next test was the Wilcoxon test with a sig (2-tailed_ value of 0.002 with an average hemoglobin level of 8,81 g/dL before hemodialysis and 9,09 g/dL after hemodialysis. Conclusion:Based on the results of the study means that there is a significant difference in a patient with chronic kidney failure before and after hemodialysis.

Thalassemia is one of the top eight catastrophic diseases. Data from Yayasan Thalasemia Indonesia dan Perhimpunan Orang tua Penderita Thalasemia Indonesia (YTI/POPTI) have shown that in Indonesia the number of cases of this disease increased from 2011 to 2015. Preschool-aged children who experience thalassemia every month are subjected to invasive measures such as blood transfusions. Repeated blood transfusions make children feel threatened and can trigger various responses, one of which is anxiety. Anxiety is an emotional response to something dangerous, closely related to feeling uncertain and helpless. Puppet play therapy can reduce anxiety in children with thalassemia who undergo blood transfusions. This study aims to determine the effect of puppet play therapy on anxiety of preschool children (3-6 years) with thalassemia at the Thalassemia Polyclinic at Al-Ihsan Hospital, Bandung. The design used in this study used a quasi-experimental study with a one group pre-post test design without control approach using the Wilcoxon test. The number of samples in this study were 30 respondents who were taken by total sampling technique. The instrument used refers to the content / research theme developed from the Spence Children Anxiety Scale. The results of the Wilcoxon statistical test obtained a significance figure, namely p = 0.009, thus p <α (0.009 <0.05), then H0 is rejected. It can be concluded that there are differences in the level of anxiety of children with thalassemia before and after being given puppet play therapy.   Keywords: puppet play therapy; worry; preschool; Thalassemia

Birth pain can cause maternal discomfort such as fatigue, frustration, despair, and stress. The preliminary survey at PMB Ernita of Pekanbaru showed that there were 60% of the mothers that suffered moderate pain and 40% of them experienced severe pain. The intensity of labor pain can be reduced by giving a rose effleurage that can produce endorphin so that it stimulates a sense of relaxation. This pre-experimental research used a one group pre-test study post-test design carried out in March to June 2018. The population was primigravidae  mothers in the first stage of labor taken using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the average intensity of pain in parturient women before and after administration of rose effleurage was 6.00 and 4.60, respectively. The result of statistic test with Wilcoxon test on 95% confidence degree showed that there was the effect of rose effleurage stage on pain intensity in the active stage of labor (p value = 0.000). It is then suggested that rose effleurage can be applied as an alternative method which aims to reduce the intensity of labor pain at the time of active phase.
