Hydrotherapy and Benson's relaxation are effective complementary therapies for blood pressure and pulse, but still few patients utilize it. There is a known effect of hydrotherapy and Benson relaxation combination (called hydrosol) on blood pressure and pulse. The study method was pre-experimental with pre and post design with a purposive sampling technique on 32 respondents aged 26-65 years. The study was conducted from 1-18 March 2019 in neighborhood 19 and 20, Sungapan V, Wahyuharjo Village, Lendah District, Kulon Progo. Regency Each respondent was given intervention with hydrosol therapy for 3 consecutive days. The instrument used was a digital sphygmomanometer to measure blood pressure and pulse 5 minutes before and after the administration of therapy. Blood pressure was analyzed by the Wilcoxon test while pulsing by paired t-test. The analysis showed that systolic blood pressure before therapy was 118.25 mmHg and after therapy became 111,00 mmHg, so there was a decrease of 7,25 mmHg with a p-value of 0,0001. The diastolic blood pressure before treatment was 81,25 mmHg and after therapy became 78,75 mmHg, so there was a decrease of 2,50 mmHg with a p-value of 0,002 mm. The pulse before therapy was 82,30 x / min and after therapy became 80,64 x / min, so there was a decrease of 1,66 x / min with ρ-value 0,003. There is a significant effect of giving a combination of hydrotherapy and Benson relaxation (hydrosol) on reducing blood pressure and pulse among 32 subjects in neighborhood 19 and 20, Sungapan V. Birth pain can cause maternal discomfort such as fatigue, frustration, despair, and stress. The preliminary survey at PMB Ernita of Pekanbaru showed that there were 60% of the mothers that suffered moderate pain and 40% of them experienced severe pain. The intensity of labor pain can be reduced by giving a rose effleurage that can produce endorphin so that it stimulates a sense of relaxation. This pre-experimental research used a one group pre-test study post-test design carried out in March to June 2018. The population was primigravidae  mothers in the first stage of labor taken using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the average intensity of pain in parturient women before and after administration of rose effleurage was 6.00 and 4.60, respectively. The result of statistic test with Wilcoxon test on 95% confidence degree showed that there was the effect of rose effleurage stage on pain intensity in the active stage of labor (p value = 0.000). It is then suggested that rose effleurage can be applied as an alternative method which aims to reduce the intensity of labor pain at the time of active phase.

Sectio caesarea is a delivery by making an incision in uterus through the frontwall of the abdomen. Sectio caesarea actions cause pain due to surgery. She also had pain, fatigue and prolonged labor process can cause breast engorgement. Engorgement is a condition where the breasts become full due to static ASI lymphatic flow, increased congestion and vascularity, and can lead toaccumulation of intra-caudal pressure that will affect the segment of the breast so that the whole pressure increased breast. Non-pharmacological management used to overcome this problem is to use cabbage compresses. Cabbage leaves contain an amino acid that is believed to reduce the breast engorgement. This study aims to determine the effect of cabbage compress to decrease breast engorgement scale of post partum section caesarea. This study used a quasi-experimental research design with a one group pre-post test design. Sampling technique with consecutive sampling. Population in this study were post partum section caesarea with breast engorgement in Rumkit Bhakti Wira Tamtama from June to August 2017. The analysis using the Wilcoxon test. Results has difference in scale breast engorgement before and after cabbage compress on postpartum maternal section caesarea with p value 0,001 (<0,05). Conclusion there are significant cabbage compress to decrease postpartum sectio caesarea with breast engorgement after compresses cabbage.
