An organization must have a careful planning and strategy. Strategy is very influential on organizational development. This study aims to determine the internal and external factors that influence the development of Argoayuningtani farmer groups in organic tomato farming. Method   research that is used is the analysis of SWOT to identify factors internal and external are then analyzed using matrix IFE, EFE, SWOT, IE, and QSP.The results of the study based on the analysis of the IFE matrix get the main strengths that are according to SOP/ GAP/ GHP and good quality Human Resources of members with a score of 0.268,while the main weakness is having a planting plan but not yet implementing it with a score of 0.118 and obtaining a total score of 2.941 means that the Argoayuningtani farmer group has a strong internal position. Based on the EFE matrix analysis, the main opportunity is the active role of the instructor with a weight score of 0.352 while the main threat is land adjacent to conventional land with a score of 0.252 and a total score of 3.021 means that the external position of the farmer group is above average. In IE matrix analysis Argoayuningtani farmer group is in cell II which means that Argoyuningtani farmer group is in a position of growing and developing. Whereas based on QSP matrix analysis, it is found that the priority of development strategies that can be applied in the Argoayuningtani farmer group is to improve human resource skills to realize the goals with the highest STAS value of 6.20.

The interest of students to continue studying at the Politeknik Pariwisata Makassar is very large and increases from year to year.. This study aims to formulate a development strategy for the Food and Beverage Service Management study program as one of the superior study programs at Makassar Tourism Polytechnic. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. Respondents in this study totaled 241 consisting of 140 male respondents and 101 female respondents who were a combination of students, lecturers/staff of the Food and Beverage Service Management study program at Makassar Tourism Polytechnic, hotel/restaurant employees, entrepreneurs, employees of other companies, and that hasn't worked. The data collection techniques used in this study were: questionnaires, interviews, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and literature study. The data analysis technique was carried out in three stages, namely the input stage, the matching stage and the decision stage. The conclusion of this research is that the analysis results from the IFAS matrix show that the strength factor of the study program is much greater than the weakness factor so that the study program has strengths or advantages that can be developed. Meanwhile, the results of the analysis from the EFAS matrix show that the opportunities the study program has are greater than the threat factors so that the study program has a greater chance of being developed. As for the results of the QSPM matrix analysis, the TAS value that has been listed is that the W-O strategy gets the highest value of 6,354, the W-T strategy is 6,027 then the S-O strategy is 5,976 and finally the S-T strategy is 5,869. That is, the development strategy of the MTH study program is compiled in 14 priority strategies from 20 formulated strategies consisting of the W - O Strategy (5 strategies), the W - T Strategy (4 strategies), the S - O Strategy (3 strategies), and the S - T (2 strategies).

The main objective of this study is to analyze internal and external factors and recommend strategies for the development of betta fish cultivation. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method with case study techniques, while the selection of respondents uses a purposive sampling method through participatory observation with interviews based on questionnaires. Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) and quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM) analysis techniques are carried out to plan the required management strategies. The results showed that the IFE matrix analysis had a total score of 3.159 and EFE 2.835. In the SWOT matrix, allocating the betta fish cultivation business is located in quadrant I which can be interpreted as an aggressive growth (growth-oriented strategy) and on profitable growth. QSPM analysis results obtained top priority is to improve the quality and number of betta fish produced with a STAS value of 5.749. Based on this top priority, it can be used as input and reference consideration in making policies on betta fish cultivation business which includes strategic factors in the long term.

Electronic-based Government System (SPBE) is the government's effort in developing an electronic-based government organization, so that there is an increase in the quality of public services. The system that runs in Sukabungah which is still manual and the lack of providing information to the community related to village services is an obstacle in improving the quality of the organization. Therefore the use of organizational development strategy analysis is very necessary for the Sukabungah village office  to achieve maximum organizational strategy. In this study the method used in improving the quality of service is the SWOT analysis, which is used to develop the potential of the organization and to find out internal and external factors of the organization. In the SWOT analysis that has been carried out on Sukabungah village office it can be seen that Sukabungah village office is included in the quadrant I strategy which means supporting an aggressive strategy, therefore in developing an organization that will be achieved has a huge opportunity, so this can be a good development for Sukabungah sub-district. Implementation in the development of this SWOT analysis is by designing a village service information system where this system will assist the government in improving the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) as well as assisting the urban village in improving the quality of the organization and facilitating the existing service system.

This study aims to identify what internal and external factors can be strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the Gondang Sweet Guava development strategy in the Gondang Manis Farmer Group. Gondang Sweet Village, Perak District, Jombang Regency. This study uses the SWOT analysis method obtained from the IFAS/EFAS matrix, SWOT quadrant and SWOT matrix. The respondents of this study were the Head of the Banjarsari Farmers Group and 15 members who were members of the Gondang Manis farmer group. Based on the results of the analysis of the IFAS matrix, the total score is 2.48, the results of the EFAS matrix analysis the total score is 2.51. After knowing the results of the IFAS/EFAS matrix, then determining the SWOT quadrant. Quadrant results show the Gondang Manis farmer group is in quadrant 1 (Grouth), namely the Gondang Manis farmer group in developing Guava needs a strategy to create new strategies to deal with various kinds of threats. The main strategy is to improve the quality of guava by harvesting it properly and properly. And produce other strategies including the strategy of improving the quality of guava through coaching pokdarwis and youth groups, maintaining the quality of guava gondang sweet. increase people's purchasing power, reduce competition between guava farmers.

The purpose of this study was to identify internal and external factors of SMEs of Junggo Village Goat, to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by Junggo Goat Village SMEs, to formulate a business development strategy that should be done of  SMEs of Goat Village Junggo . This research uses participatory action research (PAR) approach to data collection and processing. The data obtained in the form of primary data and secondary data. Based on the results of SWOT matrix analysis, there are several alternative strategies such as increasing the number of permanent customers, increasing sales capacity, increasing production capacity, promoting, performing financial and administration recording system, conducting market research and development, providing quality goats, increasing synergism and partnership, provide supplementary food and preventive medicine and conduct comparative studies.

This study aimed to analyzed development strategies that can be applied to ginger processed product in Jenawi District, Karanganyar Regency. Data collected by interview and field observation. Data was analyzed using the IE and SWOT matrix analysis. The Mukti Rahayu Women's Farmer Group was founded in 2009 to process emprit ginger production into instant ginger products and fill in the activities of housewives around the group environment. In addition, the formation of groups also aimed to improve the economic standard of the surrounding community. The results of the identification of internal and external factors were analyzed using the IFE and EFE matrices with a total weight score of 2.91 and 3.11, respectively. These results occupied quadrant II in the IE matrix (growth position). Several alternative strategies were formulated including: adding members and increasing instant ginger production, increasing production scale to meet export demand, tightening QC to maintain quality and expanding offline and online markets, and maximizing the application and use of technology in marketing, accounting and financial records.

Pantai Boom merupakan bekas pelabuhan Internasional pada zaman Kerajaan Majapahit yang dimanfaatkan oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Tuban untuk menjadi obyek wisata pantai. Adanya aspek historis tersebut menjadikan potensi sosial, ekonomi dan ekologi sangat berpengaruh terhadap potensi wisata. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi sosial, ekonomi, ekologi, kelembagaan dan posisi nilai faktor internal dan eksternal, serta menyusun strategi pengembangan obyek wisata. Metode penelitian bersifat deskriptif analitis, dimana data dikumpulkan dengan survei dan wawancara terhadap 100 responden pengunjung, 30 penyedia jasa dan 4 pengelola. Data diolah secara deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan matriks IFAS dan EFAS, juga dengan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan potensi sosial terbesar berada pada kondisi sarana informasi sejarah, potensi ekonomi berada pada biaya wisata, potensi ekologi berada pada kondisi air bersih dan potensi kelembagaan berada pada upaya pengembangan obyek wisata yang telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah/pengelola; Nilai faktor internal dan eksternal berada pada posisi mendukung strategi ofensif, yaitu memanfaatkan potensi dan peluang yang ada untuk pengembangan obyek wisata, selisih nilai untuk faktor internal adalah  0,3;1,29;1,12, dan untuk faktor eksternal adalah 1,45;0,8;1,8, dengan kekuatan dan ancaman terbesar berada pada aspek ekonomi, sedangkan kelemahan dan peluang berada pada aspek ekologi. Strategi pengembangan obyek wisata dilakukan dengan menjalin kerjasama antara Pemerintah Daerah dengn paguyuban penyedia jasa untuk mengadakan kegiatan pengembangan penyedia jasa; meningkatkan peran aktif pengelola obyek wisata terhadap keberadaan penyedia jasa dengan menyediakan toko/kios dan meningkatkan upaya perlindungan sumberdaya alam di lokasi wisata. Boom Beach is formaly an International port at the Majapahit Kingdom which used by the government of Tuban Regency to become coastal tourism attractions. The existence of these historical aspects make the social, economic and ecological potential influence tourism potential. The study aims to identify potency of economy, ecological, institutional and to evaluate value position  of  internal and external factors, and to arrange tourism development strategy. The research method is analytical descriptive, in which data were collected by survey and interview to 100 respondents, 30 service providers and 4 staff. Data were analysed using qualitative and quantitative through IFAS and EFAS matrix as well as SWOT analysis. The results showed that the largest social potency is the condition of historical information facilities, the economic potency  is the cost of tourism, and the ecological potentcy is the cleaness water conditions and the institutional potency is the development efforts of tourism that has been done by the government/manager; The values of internal and external factors are in a position to support offensive strategy, that is utilizing the potential and opportunities that exist for the development of tourism object, in sequence the different value of internal factors are 0.3;1.29;1.12, while the external factors are 1.45;0.8;1.8, with the greatest strength and threat being on the economic aspect, while the weaknesses and opportunities on the ecological aspect. Tourism development strategy are done by establishing cooperation between local government with service provider association conduct development activities of service provider; enhancing the active role of tourism managers to the existence of service providers by providing shops/kiosks and increasing the effort to protect the natural resources at tourisn sites.

Many salt farmers who are not eager to produce salt even many farmers are switching professions. This is due to the low price of local salt and the quality is even lower the quality of imported salt is even better so that it can reduce the bargaining power of local salt and consequently the salt farmers lose. This study aims to analyze the economic activities of salt farmers in Pamekasan Regency in order to evaluate the optimization of salt farmers' activities through internal and external factors, so that a development strategy can be designed to optimize the activity of salt farmers in order to support the welfare of salt farmers in Pamekasan. Using qualitative descriptive analysis, IFE and EFE matrix analysis and qualitative SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the level of optimization of the internal and external environmental analysis of economic activity and welfare of salt farmers in Pamekasan district is in quadrant I, which is aggressive, of course, all forms of activities will be optimal and welfare is achieved. The strategies that can be used as policies to increase the optimization of salt farmer activities in Pamekasan Regency are as follows 1) Expanding Salt market share, 2) Increasing productivity, the amount of quality salt production and the interest of Salt Farmers 3) Creating farmer groups 4). Increasing Competitiveness Potential 5). Cooperation with all parties.

This research intended  to evaluate the development strategy of Marine Fish Hatchery Unit at Gumilamo Island, North Halmahera. Analysis SWOT was used to determine the development strategy. Data were collected by questionnaire, interview and literature relevant to the research. SWOT analysis showed the internal and external factors that affected the development of Marine Fish Hatchery at Gumilamo island. The strenght were location, water quality , local government support, and availability of seeds and feed. Weakness were lack of public interest, lack of extension and human resources. Opportunity were the high value of the sale, business opportunities and  local government regulation.
