The interest of students to continue studying at the Politeknik Pariwisata Makassar is very large and increases from year to year.. This study aims to formulate a development strategy for the Food and Beverage Service Management study program as one of the superior study programs at Makassar Tourism Polytechnic. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. Respondents in this study totaled 241 consisting of 140 male respondents and 101 female respondents who were a combination of students, lecturers/staff of the Food and Beverage Service Management study program at Makassar Tourism Polytechnic, hotel/restaurant employees, entrepreneurs, employees of other companies, and that hasn't worked. The data collection techniques used in this study were: questionnaires, interviews, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and literature study. The data analysis technique was carried out in three stages, namely the input stage, the matching stage and the decision stage. The conclusion of this research is that the analysis results from the IFAS matrix show that the strength factor of the study program is much greater than the weakness factor so that the study program has strengths or advantages that can be developed. Meanwhile, the results of the analysis from the EFAS matrix show that the opportunities the study program has are greater than the threat factors so that the study program has a greater chance of being developed. As for the results of the QSPM matrix analysis, the TAS value that has been listed is that the W-O strategy gets the highest value of 6,354, the W-T strategy is 6,027 then the S-O strategy is 5,976 and finally the S-T strategy is 5,869. That is, the development strategy of the MTH study program is compiled in 14 priority strategies from 20 formulated strategies consisting of the W - O Strategy (5 strategies), the W - T Strategy (4 strategies), the S - O Strategy (3 strategies), and the S - T (2 strategies).

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan peran para stakeholder beserta kendala yang hadapai lembaga pendidikan dalam usaha menumbuhkan jiwa berwirausaha di kalangan mahasiswa jurusan Manajemen pada Perguruan Tinggi di Karawang Metode penelitian dengan mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini melalui instansi atau lembaga yang berkaitan dan website yang relevan dengan pokok bahasan yaitu kewirausahaan, kemudian di analisis dengan menggunakan Focus Group Discussion ( FGD ) dan wawancara khusus pada para Stakeholder dalam Lembaga Pendidikan di daerah Kabupaten Karawang dikhususkan pada Jurusan Prodi Manajemen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat peran stakeholder perguruan tinggi prodi manajemen kabupaten karawang dalam upaya meningkatkan jiwa wirausaha mahasiswa melalui: (a) Kurikulum Pendidikan Program Studi; (b) Program Mahasiswa Kewirausahaan; (b) Metode Pembelajaran Kewirausahaan; (c) Pelatihan Kewirausahaan Mahasiswa; (d) Kerjasama Lambaga dalam kewirausahaan. Namun terdapat kendala kegiatan tersebut yaitu (a) Partisipasi Mahasiswa; (b) Pola Pikir Mahasiswa; (c) Modal Usaha Awal; (d) Biaya Kegiatan Kewirausahaan; (e) Inkubator Bisnis Kata Kunci : Peran Stakeholders, Jiwa berwirausaha, Mahasiswa. Abstract This Reseach aims to prove the role of stakeholders and the obstacles faced by educational institutions in an effort to foster entrepreneurship among students majoring in Departement of Management at collages at Karawang. The research method is by collecting data in this reseach through relevant institutions and websites that are relevant to the subject matter, namely entrepreneurship, then analyzed using Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and special interviews with stakeholders in educational institutions in the Karawang specifically in Department of Management Study Program. The results of this reseach indicate that there is a role of stakeholders in Department of Management Study Program educational institutions at Karawang an effort to improve the spirit of student entrepreneurship through: (a) Education Curriculum for Study Programs; (b) Entrepreneurship Student Program; (b) Entrepreneurship Learning Methods; (c) Student Entrepreneurship Training; (d) Cooperation of Institutions in entrepreneurship. But there are obstacles to these activities, namely (a) Student Participation; (b) Student Mindset; (c) Initial venture capital; (d) Activities Costs of Entrepreneurship; (e) Business Incubator. This study aims to find the development of the pencak silat curriculum based on the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework, the specific target at this first stage is to analyze the needs of the pencak silat curriculum and the formation of the pencak silat curriculum based on the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework and also based on the competencies expected from Permenpan RB. The research methodology used was the development research (R&D) Borg & Gall. the sample in this study were students and lecturers of Pencak Silat course at the Sports Study Program of Universitas Samudra Langsa. Based on the research objectives, to form graduates who have the competence to become professional teachers in the field of martial arts studies so that they can compete with graduates both from domestic and abroad. In the First Stage planned activities in the form of observation, interviews and comparative studies to study programs that have run the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework based curriculum, and produce a draft curriculum framework. Then in the second phase based on the results of the draft drafts conducted Focus Group Discussion on curriculum experts, pencak silat experts and lecturers in the field of Pencak Silat Expertise Field so that the formation of a validated curriculum, in the third stage a trial was conducted for Sports Study Program students, Teaching Faculty and Education Sciences, Universitas Samudra Langsa and evaluated.

This article analisys tourism development strategy of Talaud regency, North Sulawesi Province. This regency has a great tourism potential but faces vaious problems. Its tourism potentials is evidenced from the diversity of the natural, culture, and man made tourism attractions. The great tourism potential has not been able to make Talaud widely known by tourists. As the outermost regions, the problems of accessibility are the main obstacles faced by the region of Talaud Islands. Other obstacles such as limited electricity and telecommunication access, and the lack of supporting facilities of tourism activities, have an impact, on the slow development of tourism potential in Talaud. Stages in the research were: described the potentials of tourism, then explained the obstacles that hinder the potential, and finally formulated strategies for the development of tourism potentials. SWOT matrix analysis is used to find the strategies to develop the tourism potential in Talaud. S-O strategy includes the development strategy of attraction. S-T strategy is the institutional strategy. W-O strategy includes the development strategy of public facilities and the supporting facilities at each tourist attraction. W-T strategy includes the making of programs intended for the community participation.

The current era of globalization is driving a lot of competition. Competition is increasing, but it is not balanced with available job openings and causes educated unemployment to increase. Educated unemployment is increasing and encouraging people to try professions to become entrepreneurs. Based on previous research, entrepreneurial creativity has an effect on entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial mindset on entrepreneurial spirit. The entrepreneurial creativity has an effect on entrepreneurial spirit, on the other side entrepreneurial mindset has an effect on entrepreneurial spirit. Research conducted emphasizes the impact of entrepreneurial creativity and entrepreneurial mindset on entrepreneurial spirit among undergraduate students in Surabaya. This research takes data. This data is taken from a private university in surabaya with management study program A accreditation with a total of seven private universities. Data obtained from distributed questionnaires 149 and returned 130 respondend with Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results showed that entrepreneurial creativity had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial mindset had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial spirit. This research can be developed by adding entrepreneurial education, innovation, and career choice variables. This research can be applied to undergraduate student in Indonesia that have management study programs.

The curriculum has a position and a very important position in the education process, the curriculum is a requirement and an inseparable part of the education itself. Through the curriculum can provide the competencies needed by the world of work to students, so it is necessary for students to graduate they will be easily absorbed in the world of work in accordance with the competencies that they got during college. The purpose of this research is to see the relevance of the curriculum in the management of study programs for restaurants in South Sulawesi. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach. Based on the results of the study found that the existing curriculum is relevant to restaurants this can be measured by the absorption of alumni who work in the hotel and restaurant sector as much as 98.94%. in addition, the waiting time for alumni to get an average job is 3-6 months. Relevant competence, it is expected that the Department of Hospitality Management Study Program of Makassar Tourism Polytechnic produces good products that are ready for work. Materials that are highly relevant to the needs of work must be maintained or improved because competition in the workforce is very fierce.

Some time ago, Minister of Education and Culture (Mendikbud) Nadiem Makarim launched a program called "Merdeka Learning" aimed at Universities / Colleges which is also known as the Independent Campus. The discourse conveyed by the Minister of Education and Culture regarding the Merdeka Campus has four policies in the scope of higher education, namely (1) Opening of new study programs, in which this program provides autonomy for State (PTN) and Private Universities (PTS) to open or establish new study programs, (2) Higher education accreditation system, (3) Freedom for PTN Public Service Agency (BLU) and Work Unit (Satker) to become PTN Legal Entity (PTN BH), (4) Right for students to take courses outside the study program and changing the definition of the Semester Credit System (SKS). The purpose of this study was to determine how the Medan State University Student Response to the Discourse of the Merdeka Campus. The data collection technique used in this study used several methods including literature study, observation, interviews, and documentation. This data analysis technique uses a qualitative descriptive method which is used to describe a situation that is currently running at the time the research is carried out and examines the causes of a particular symptom, then analyzed by conducting a conceptual examination of a statement so that the clarity of the meaning contained in the statement can be obtained. the. Where all the speakers know the discourse on an independent campus that has been conveyed by the Minister of Education and Culture some time ago, but from the results of the interviews conducted in more depth, five people only approved and three people did not approve of the independent campus.

Salah satu indikator keberhasilan pengajaran adalah mampu membawa siswa dapat berpikir kritis. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk dapat menumbuhkan pola berpikir kritis adalah pemberian pertanyaan yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) tipe pertanyaan dosen dan mahasiswa, (2) dimensi kognisi yang terkandung dalam pertanyaan yang dibuat oleh dosen dan mahasiswa, dan (3) dimensi pengetahuan yang terkandung dalam pertanyaan dosen dan mahasiswa jenjang S-1 dan S-2 pada Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah pertanyaan yang diajukan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran di kelas. Data yang berupa pertanyaan-pertanyaan dikumpulkan dengan cara direkam dan dicatat. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah human instrumen dan indikator tuturan yang mengandung pertanyaan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat ditarik tiga simpulan. Pertama, jenis pertanyaan yang diajukan oleh mahasiswa dan dosen pada jenjang S-1 dan S-2 ada dua, yaitu pentanyaan konvergen dan pertanyaan divergen. Kedua, dimensi kognitif pertanyaan mahasiswa S-1 masih berada pada tingkat C2 dan C3, dengan tingkatan C2 lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan C3; sebaliknya pertanyaan dosen S-1 sudah banyak ke arah C3 dan sudah mulai ke C4. Yang berarti pertanyaan mahasiswa dan dosen S-2 sudah mengarah ke kongnisi tingkat tinggi. Ketiga, dimensi pengetahuan pertanyaan mahasiswa dan dosen S-1 mencakup pengetahuan konseptual dan prosedural, sedangkan dimensi pengetahuan pada pertanyaan mahasiswa dan dosen S-2 mencakup dimensi konseptual, prosedural, dan metakognitif, sebagian besar berada dalam dimensi pengetahuan prosedural yang berarti mahasiswa bergerak pada pola pikir yang lebih abstrak dan rumit.Kata Kunci: dimensi pertanyaan, dimensi pengetahuan, pembelajaran kelasDIMENSIONS OF LECTURER AND STUDENT QUESTIONS ON LEARNING IN CLASSAbstract One indicator of teaching success is being able to bring students to think critically. One way that can be done to be able to grow critical thinking patterns is giving good questions. This study aims to describe (1) the types of lecturer and student questions, (2) the dimensions of cognition contained in the questions made by lecturers and students, and (3) the dimensions of knowledge contained in the questions made by lecturers and students in the undergraduate and graduate in the Indonesian Language and Literacy Education Study Program of Yogyakarta State University. The data source of this research is the questions posed by lecturers and students in Indonesian language and literature study programs at the time of the class chase, both for bachelor and master degree programs. Data in the form of questions are collected by means of recorded and recorded. The instruments used in this study are human instruments and speech indicators that contain questions. Based on the results of data analysis three conclusions can be drawn. First, the types of questions posed by students and lecturers at the bachelor and master level are two, namely convergent questions and divergent questions. Second, the cognitive dimensions of S-1 student questions are still at levels C2 and C3, with higher C2 levels. compared to C3. On the other hand, there are many questions from the S-1 lecturer towards C3 and have started to C4. the question of students and S-2 lecturers who have led to a high-level technician. Third, knowledge on the questions of students and lecturers of S-1 covers conceptual and procedural knowledge, the knowledge on the questions of the S-2 students and lecturers included the conceptual, procedural, and metacognitive changes. Most are in the dimensions of procedural knowledge. That is, students move on a more abstract and complex mindset.Keywords: question dimension, knowledge dimension, classroom learning

                                The selection of this research topic is based on the seriousness of Semarang City Government to maximize the potential of culinary tourism. The development of culinary tourism is expected to support the existing tourism in SemarangCity. In this study,the researchers chose WaroengSemawis as the main focus of the research location. WaroengSemawis is a culinary night market located in the Chinatown area in ??Semarang City. Initially,WaroengSemawis was just a Lunar New Year SemawisMarket held only days before the Lunar New Yearday, but since 2004 WaroengSemawis became a regular event every weekend. There are many types of culinary available there, ranging from local cuisine to typical Chinese cuisine. In addition,there are also many historical Chinese templessurroundingWaroengSemawis area that have their own history as well.                                 The purpose of this research is to analyze the potential of culinary tourism and the development strategy of the culinary tourism particularly at WaroengSemawis in Semarang City. The data usediin thisiresearchiis theitypeiof qualitativeiidata, whileitheidataisourceiisiprimaryidataiandisecondaryiidata. Data collection is done by observation, interview, literature study, and documentation. Data analysis techniqueusedin this study is SWOT to find out what strategies can be used. The results of this study indicate that there are still some shortcomings that must be developed by the management of WaroengSemawis. Theneed of additional public toilets, parking lots, as well as the addition of traditional culinary or culinary types of Semarang. By increasing some of these facilities, it can help boostingthe amenity and interest of tourists to visit WaroengSemawis so that it can leave a good impression on the tourists. House of Balikpapan Creative (RKB) is a small and medium industry that has been developed and focuses on hand made batik and recycle handicraft. This small industry involves local community that consists of disability people and housewife. The existence of RKB is formed by oil and gas company contribution to local community in their operations area through Corporate Social Responsibility program. Current condition of RKB needs development strategy systematically. This research is aimed toreview the current state of business, to review the performance and to formalize the business development strategy of RKB in an attempt to increase the independence and sustainability of the business. Data collection was done through observation; interviewand focus group discussion as well as disseminating a questionnaire to 30 respondents, which used RKB products. The data is analyzed descriptively where as IPA analyzes performance review. Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix, External Factor Evaluation Matrix, Internal External Matrix, Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) Matrix Analysis along with Quantitative Strategy Planning Matrix (QSPM) analyze strategy development. Outcome mapping performance and consumer interests described the RKB need to allocate adequate resources for improving the performance of the product in terms of price, speed orders, precision workers and handling complaints and media promotion. Based on the SWOT and QSPM analysis, the most major strategic priorities which need to be implemented are organizational restructuring and management system, increase promotion, partnering with banking institutions, sets the market price strategy to confront the competition, improve the quality of service to customers.

This study is aimed to understand the implementation of Grice’s cooperative principle in class group discussion at Indonesian Language and Literature Study Program of Faculty of Teachers Training and Education of UNTIRTA Serang. The research was conducted through ethnographic study. Data of the research were collected through observation and transcription of documentation which investigated into the analysis of domain, taxonomy, componential, and cultural themes. The result of study showed that the implementation of Grice’s cooperative principles was found in class group discussion at Indonesian Language and Literature Study Program of Faculty of Teachers Training and Education of UNTIRTA Serang. The maxim that mostly occurred was maxim of quantity, continued by maxim of relevance, maxim of quality, and maxim of manner. The result also showed that the use of cooperative principles in class group discussion could not be separated from the influence of students’ origin culture and mother tongue which reflected into the use of formal language, politeness, tone, sense of respect and focus on the discussion, and the use direct speech.
