Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengembangkan media blog berbantuan quizstar sebagai pembelajaran daring siswa, (2) menganalisis kualitas pembelajaran daring, (3) menguji keefektivan pembelajaran daring untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas X SMK. Tim peneliti menggunakan model ADDIE dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu angket untuk melihat kepuasan guru dan siswa, kemudian tes sebagai evaluasi hasil kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Subjek dalam penelitian sebanyak 32 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pengembangan media blog berbantuan quizstar sebagai pembelajaran daring sesuai dengan prosedur pengembangan, (2) kepuasan hasil kualitas media pembelajaran rata-rata responden memberikan respon sangat baik atau setuju, serta (3) evaluasi media pembelajaran termasuk kategori efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa yakni sebesar 82,88 untuk TITL-1 dan 78,38 untuk TITL-2. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan blog berbantuan quizstar sebagai sarana pembelajaran daring untuk meningkatkan berpikir kritis siswa memperoleh hasil yang baik dan tanggapan positif serta efektif dilakukan pada siswa kelas X SMK. Abstract: The research aims to: (1) Develop Quizstar-assisted blog media as student online learning, (2) analyse the quality of online learning, (3) test the effectiveness of online learning to improve critical thinking skills Grade X students of Vocational High School. The research team uses the ADDIE model with data collection techniques that are poll to see the satisfaction of teachers and students, then test as evaluation of the results of the students ' critical thinking ability. The subject in research was 32 students. The results showed that (1) the development of Quizstar-assisted media blog as online learning in accordance with the development procedure, (2) Satisfaction of the results of the average learning media quality of respondents gave a very good response or Agreed, as well as (3) The evaluation of learning media including effective categories to improve students ' critical thinking, which is at 82.88 for the TITLE of the titles and 78.38 for the TITLE-2. Therefore, it can be concluded that the development of blog-assisted Quizstar as a means of online learning to improve the critical thinking of students get good results and positive response and effective in grade X students VHS.

The significance of critical thinking as one of the 21st  century skills makes the Indonesian Ministry of  Education  and  Culture  integrate  Higher  Order Thinking  Skill  (HOTS)  in the  latest national curriculum. Students critical thinking skills to working on HOTS assessment are fundamental, especially in learning chemistry lessons. The research purpose is to analyze the quality of HOTS chemistry questions/ assessment and to observe the teachers and students responses to computer-based test instruments developed using Wondershare Quiz Maker Software (WQM). The research method used Research And Development (R & D) Borg & Gall model. The sample was determined by Random Sampling Technique in total 104 students from several high school in Banda Aceh, it is SMAN 4, SMAN 5, SMAN 8 and SMAN 11. The data analysis technique was through calculating the percentage score of the assessment quality and analyzing the question items quantitatively such as validity, reliability, difficulty level of the questions, differential question power tests and distracting question power using proanaltes. The results showed that the quality of HOTS in chemical questions tested (for the solubility subject and the solubility product constant in terms of qualitative analysis of the items) in the validation test gained average score, it is 98.1%, means the items are qualified categories. In terms of quantitative analysis question items, it reached 95% valid and 5% invalid and the reliability test score was 0.740, are in high category. The questions difficulty covers 95% medium and 5% are in difficult level. The questions differential power for each category is 65% good, 30% medium and 5% less. The teachers and students response to the development of the computer-based HOTS test instrument using WQM software was positive and show good result. The teacher response positively on score strongly agreed was 83.3% and agreed 16.7%, while the students response on score strongly agreed was 27.2% and 63.3% agreed. The research conclusion there is significant  students critical thinking skills improved  (in learning the solubility and the solubility product constant chapter) by using HOTS assessment using Wondershare Quiz Maker software.

The challenge for a teacher in the learning process is to engage students with the subject and help them comprehend biology using creative and efficient learning media. The research aims to provide information on the postharvest fungi as well as their role as contaminant fungi in Bantenese emping melinjo chips as the contents in the poster as learning media and to determine its effect on assisting student knowledge and critical thinking skills. The Research and Development was conducted using the ADDIE model. The information was gathered through the use of interview guidelines, validation sheets, and students’ response questionnaires. The research findings informed that a total of 35 species of post harvest fungi have been successfully isolated from eight different locations in Banten Province. The evaluation results of the poster as learning media showed that it was considered very valid by media and material validators. Student responses showed that the developed poster was categorized as very feasible media. The student knowledge and critical thinking skills achievement facilitated by the poster as e-learning media was significantly higher compared to another class. <p class="JIPIAbstractBodyEnglish">This development research has a goal delevoping OASIS based module with the subject of work and energy to increase critical thinking skills of students. The development module contains the subject of work and energy, Oriented activities from an OASIS learning model (Orientation, Analysis, Synthesis, Investigation, Synergy), examples and exercises. The limited ADDIE model procedure which includes analysis, design, development, implementation. The development module is validated by 10 material and media experts. The results of validation are calculated using CVR and CVI calculations. CVI score of material experts is 0,8 and CVI score of media expers is 0,82, both of which are very suitable criteria. N-gain test was conduted in small classes to know the increase critical thinking skills of students. The n-gain result of critical thinking skill test was 0,66 in moderate category. Pretest homogenity test with Sig 0,535 and posttest homogeneity with Sig 0,678 greater than alpha 0,05. Meanwhile pretest normality test with Sig 0,638 and posttest normality test with Sig 0,180 greater than alpha 0,05. The t test paired sample test to know there’s an average difference in pretest and posttest , the value Sig 0,000 smaller than alpha 0,05. Meanwhile the result of student responses showed 73,3% in good category. In conclusion, effectiveness of the application of an OASIS based physics module is able to increase critical thinking skills of students.</p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: </em><em>Module, OASIS Based, Critical Thinking Skill</em></p>

This research constitutes about the characteristic of WMT with RVGM-based to train Student’s critical thinking skills at vocational high school. The observational problem is how characteristic of WMT with RVGM-based to train Student’s critical thinking skills at vocational high school? This study aims to develop digital-based comic media on students' critical thinking skills on high-class metamorphosis material. This type of research uses Research and Development (RnD). The research instrument used questionnaires and tests. The subject of this research was conducted by a validator (a media expert lecturer, a material expert lecturer and 2 homeroom teachers). It can be concluded that the quality of comic products as a learning medium for critical thinking skills based on validation results by expert lecturers and practitioners. The final result of the comic media feasibility assessment on each component is that the content, material and media feasibility components are categorized as 'Excellent' by experts and practitioners, making it very feasible to test.

This study aimed at developing Tri Hita Karana based student worksheets to improve students' critical thinking skills. The model used in the development of Tri Hita Karana-based worksheets in this study was the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The results of this study revealed that the validity of the developed student worksheets was excellent. It was indicated by the average test scores of material and design experts which was about 83.75% and 81.58% and considered having very good quality. The readability test in class A and B obtained an average score of 82.27% and 80.64% with very good quality. The results also showed that the developed worksheets were able to improve students' critical thinking skills. This could be seen from the n-gain values in class A and B of 0.74 and 0.78 in the medium category, and the sig value. in the paired sample t test of 0.00 in both classes. Teachers and students gave good responses to the developed worksheets. In conclusion, Tri Hita Karana based student worksheets with the feasibility and effectiveness in improving students' critical thinking skills were successsfully developed.

Arguing ability was a part of critical thinking skills which important to be mastered by the students. In fact, students’ ability to argue was still relatively low. This referred to the TIMSS report (The Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study) in 2011, and showed that Indonesian children’s level in science was positioned in 42 from 45 countries. One kind of efforts to improve the quality of the ability to argue was applying the model of guided inquiry. This study was aimed to develop inquiry-based learning tools (PPBIT) and analyzed its effectiveness in developing the ability to argue of students at SMAN 2 Taliwang-West Sumbawa. PPBIT was carried out by applying 4D procedure. Then, pretest posttest control group design also completely concerned in determining the effectiveness of PPBIT. There were 66 students as the sample which was scattered from two classes and was selected by using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that PPBIT was appropriately to be used for students argumentation  skills’ activities by an average of feasibility syllabus 78.71%, RPP 83.5, LKITS 75%, and Instruments KB 80.25%, and effective in improving the ability to argue the class X SMAN 2 Taliwang, particularly on the subject of environmental pollution and recycling of waste by the average score of the students' ability from 48.22 up to 85.08Keyword: PPBIT, Argument

This study aims to improve students' critical thinking skills in Civics in 5th grade students of SD Muhammadiyah Kauman, Yogyakarta using Problem Based Learning model. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK). The subjects of the study were 5th grade students of B1 SD Muhammadiyah Kauman. The object of research is the whole process and the results of learning Civics with the application of Problem Based Learning model. This research was conducted at SD Muhammadiyah Pakel Yogyakarta in April until May 2017. Data collection techniques used were observation, diary, interview and test. Data analysis technique is done descriptively qualitative. This research was conducted in 2 cycles by applying problem based learning model. The learning steps that were implemented were changes in the delivery of the subject matter, the students analyzed the problem, the formation of the discussion group with the grouping of students based on their achievement, the students in group for discussion, the group members delivered the discussion result in front of the class.The results showed that the critical thinking ability of the 5th grade students of B1 SD Muhammadiyah Kauman, Yogyakarta increased after the use of Problem Based Learning model in Civics learning with the subject matter of the example of central and regional legislation. This improvement is evident in the improvement of students' critical thinking skill test result from 12.90% pretreatment score to 51.61% (enough) in cycle I and increased to 70.96% (good) in cycle II. The results of activity observations related to students' critical thinking skills are increased among others: active students in learning, students more freely in finding and collecting desired information, and students also have more opportunities to learn with friends.

The Indonesian National Qualification Framework in higher education requires universities to develop a curriculum that makes students have superior competence with a variety of skills that are in line with the demands of the 21st century, including Critical thinking skills. The main objective of this research is to analyze the practicality of the OR-IPA learning model, which has been developed by design to improve the critical thinking skill of prospective physics teachers on the fundamentals of physics courses. The subject of practical observations was a physics lecturer who used the OR-IPA learning model. The observation sheet of the OR-IPA learning model practicality has been declared valid and reliable by the validators. The data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the OR-IPA learning model to improve the critical thinking skill of prospective physics teachers was considered practical (3.69). Lecturers and students can use the OR-IPA learning model without significant obstacles. This research implies that the OR-IPA learning model can be an alternative to improve the critical thinking skill of prospective physics teachers in the fundamentals of physics courses.

The success of a teaching process cannot be separated from the learning tools used, one of the requirements is that the learning tools must be valid. The success of a teaching process is measured by the extent to which students can master the subject matter presented by the teacher. A learning model is needed that can make it easier to develop critical thinking skills so that a truly valid learning tool is obtained to measure the potential and skills that exist in students. Among the learning models that emphasize the process of seeking and finding is the inquiry model. This study aims to prepare in measuring critical thinking skills of Madrasah Tsanawiyah students. The Learning Toolkit has been validated by 3 experts and will then be averaged to find the final score. The values obtained will be entered into the validation criteria table based on the validation criteria table and the results are that the tools made are very valid and can be used in the teaching and learning process because previously the tools made have been revised several times. Keberhasilan suatu proses pengajaran diukur dari sejauh mana siswa dapat menguasai materi pelajaran yang disampaikan guru. Diperlukan suatu model pembelajaran yang dapat memudahkan dalam mengembangkan perangkat keterampilan berpikir kritis sehingga didapatkan suatu perangkat pembelajaran yang benar-benar valid untuk mengukur potensi dan keterampilan yang ada pada diri siswa. Diantara model pembelajaran yang menekankan kepada proses mencari dan menemukan adalah model inkuiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan dalam mengukur keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa Madrasasah Tsanawiyah. Perangkat Pembelajaran sudah divalidasi oleh 3 orang ahli kemudian akan dirata-ratakan untuk mencari nilai akhir. Nilai yang didapat akan dimasukkan ke dalam tabel kriteria validasi diberdasarkan tabel kriteria validasi dan hasilnya perangkat yang dibuat termasuk sangat valid dan dapat digunakan dalam proses belajar mengajar karena sebelumnya perangkat yang dibuat sudah dilakukan beberapa kali revisi.  Kata kunci: kevalidan, perangkat pembelajaran, keterampilan berpikir kritis
