ABSTRACT This research purposes are to explain and analyzing the Strength of Compensation Influence and Leadership Situation with the Organization Working Climate.This research is using quantitative with the description design using SPPS IBM Advance V21 software.The research method is used a survey method, with quantitative approach using qusioner as main instrument to collect data. The populations used in this sample are 68 out of 85 persons. As partial,there are significant positive influences of compensation to working organization climate and The Leadership Climate. Overall, there are positive compensation influence and leadership situation to working organization climate. On this research, researcher also suggest that the foundation have to focusing on teachers welfare and the leadership must better than one way leadership to be participative leadership to prevent the fast turnover of the teacher. Keywords : Compensation, Leadership Situation and Working Organsization Climate ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan dan menganalisis kekuatan pengaruh kompensasi dan situasi kepemimpinan dengan iklim kerja organisasi, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskripsi dengan memakai software SPSS IBM Advance versi 21. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survai, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kusioner sebagai instrument utama untuk mengumpulkan data populasi yang dijadikan sampel sebanyak 68 orang dari 85 orang populasi. Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan kompensasi terhadap iklim kerja organisasi dan situasi kepemimpinan terhadap iklim kerja organisasi. Secara keseluruhan terdapat pengaruh bersama positif signifikan kompensasi dan situasi kepemimpinan terhadap iklim kerja organisasi. Didalam penelitian ini peneliti juga menyarankan bahwa perusahaan harus memperhatikan kesejahteraan guru dan kepemimpinan harus lebih baik dengan kepemimpinan satu arah menjadi kepemimpinan yang partisipatif agar keluar masuknya guru tidak sesering mungkin. The main problem in this research is the performance of organizations in infrastructure development for the public interest in Bekasi City has not increased which is assumed by Collaborative Governance and coordination that has not been implemented effectively. The research method used was an explanatory survey method with a quantitative approach . Research shows that collaborative governance and coordination to simultaneously deliver a huge influence (86 , 2 %) and significant impact on the performance of the organization in the development of infrastructure in the public interest in Bekasi. organizations on the development of infrastructure in the public interest in Bekasi was not only influenced by collaborative governance and coordination alone but there are other variables that come to influence the amount of (13 , 8 %). Partially Collaborative governance in the process of infrastructure development provides the smallest and most significant influence on the performance of organizations in infrastructure development for the public interest in the City of Bekasi compared to coordination of 34 , 3 %. The dimensions of the Collaborative governance that provide the most impact to the smallest of the performance of the organization in order are the dimensions of the system contexs (13 , 7 %) , drivers (9.3%) and dimensional dynamics collaboration (4.0%). Partially the coordination in the process of infrastructure development has the most significant and significant influence on the performance of organizations in infrastructure development for the public interest in Bekasi City compared to collaborative governance of 51 , 9 . The dimension of coordination that has the biggest to the smallest influence on organizational performance in sequence is the dimension of effective communication facilities (11.5%), the dimension provides clarity of authority and responsibility (8.1%), the dimensions of supervision, observation and assessing the habits of the elements which is contradictory (7.6%) and the dimension of coordination as one of the leadership abilities (0.8%).

The research purpose was to describe and analyze how far the influence of external and organization environment as independent variable to individual intellectual competence transformation process to become organization intellectual capital, as dependent variable. The research method used in this research is the survey method with quantitative approach. Research result show that exogen variable of External Environment LE) has influence of 0.565 or 56.5%, and 0,661 or 66,1 % of variable Organization Climate (IKO) to Intellectual Competence (KII) as intervening variable. Meanwhile Intervening KII variable has influence of 0.609 or 60.9% on Intellectual Capital (INO) as endogen variable.

Development disparity between two regions including development disparity of education is one of factors causing students migrate to Yogyakarta. This research was conducted in Yogyakarta with student respondents from NTT members of KESA. This study aims to identify the interests of students from NTT members of KESA becoming permanent migrants in Yogyakarta according to the regional potential valuation. The research method used was a mixed method using a survey method of 43 people and in-depth interviews with seven people. The data collected is presented in the form of: (1) descriptive using single frequency tables and cross tables, and (2) qualitative analysis to strengthen or support quantitative research. The results showed that the interest of students from NTT members of KESA based on the valuation of the potential Yogyakarta region and NTT region is known that most migrants who are interested becoming permanent migrants in Yogyakarta assess the potential of Yogyakarta region is better than potential of NTT region.

This study is about the evaluation of student centered learning implementation by Internship students of Faculty of Education and Teacher Training at PSKD Jakarta. The purpose of this study to find out how the implementation of student centered learning at the school. The research method used was survey method by using qualitative research approach. The respondents of this study were 31 teachers who were taken using proportional random sampling (50%) from 62 companion teachers. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires (which consists of 24 statements) and interviews. Questionnaire data was analyzed quantitatively by classification of Likert scale value while interview data was analyzed descriptively. From the data collected through questionnaires and interviews found that the implementation of student centered learning in PSKD partner schools in Jakarta is good, and 30% of teachers still believe that the implementation of student centered learning in PSKD partner schools is still poor. Thus, it can be concluded the implementation of students centered learning at PSKD is good, but it still needs improvement. Keyword: evaluation, implementation, students centered learning, PPL

Lahan merupakan salah satu sumber daya agraria yang sangat penting bagi petani dikarenakan lahan merupakan salah satu sumber untuk bertahan hidup. Sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Dasar Nomor 41 Tahun 2009 tentang Perlindungan Lahan Pertanian Pangan Berkelanjutan. Pembangunan yang terjadi di Indonesia semakin masif, menimbulkan konversi lahan bersifat permanen ketika lahan sawah beririgasi berubah menjadi kawasan pemukiman atau industri. Konversi lahan yang terjadi menyebabkan hilangnya beberapa atau seluruh modal nafkah yang ada. Perubahan modal nafkah ini akan mengakibatkan perubahan strategi nafkah petani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak konversi lahan terhadap strategi nafkah dan pengaruh pemanfaatan  modal nafkah  terhadap strategi nafkah rumah tangga. Lokasi penelitian ini yaitu Desa Pasirgaok, Kecamatan Rancabungur, Kabupaten Bogor. Metode yang digunakan untuk menggali fakta, data, dan informasi dalam penelitian adalah pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode survei dengan kuesioner yang didukung oleh data kualitatif melalui wawancara dan studi literatur hingga diperoleh hasil bahwa dampak konversi lahan mempengaruhi modal dan strategi nafkah.Kata Kunci: buruh tani, konversi lahan, modal nafkah, strategi nafkah=====ABSTRACTLand is one of the most important agrarian resources for farmers because land is one source of livelihood survival. According to Constitution Number 41 Year 2009 on concerning The Protection of Sustainable Food Agriculture. The development that is taking place in Indonesia is increasingly massive leading to permanent land conversion when technical irrigated rice fields change into residential or industrial areas. The land conversion that occurs causes a loss of some or all existing livelihood asset. This change in livelihood asset will result in a change in farmers livelihood strategies. This study aims to analyze the influence of the impact of land conversion towards livelihood strategies and the influence of the utilization of livelihood asset towards the livelihood strategies households. The location of this research is Pasirgaok Village, Rancabungur District, Bogor Regency. The method used to extract facts, data, and information in the research is the quantitative approach through survey method with questionnaires supported by qualitative data through interview and literature study until it is obtained that the impact of land conversion towards landless farmer household’s assets and livelihood strategies.Keywords: land conversion, landless farmer, livelihood asset, livelihood strategies

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between students’ personality and environment with their Indonesian Language ability. This research was conducted in South Tangerang City involving 392 2nd grade students. This research method used correlational method with quantitative approach by using descriptive statistics. Data was collected using an assessment scale instrument and analyzed by using correlation technique (regression). The results of this study showed that: (1) There was a positive relationship between personality and students’ Indonesian Language ability with a significant level of α = 0.05, obtained tcal 8.77 ˃ ttable 1.97. (2) There wasa positive relationship between the environment and the students’ Indonesian Language ability with a significant level of α = 0.05, which obtained 9.03 ˃ t table 1.97. (3) There was a positive relationship between personality and environment with the students’ Indonesian Language ability; with a significant level of α = 0.05, obtained tcal 7.92 ˃ t table 1.97. The Implications of the study identified that Indonesian Language ability of the students can be influenced by their personality and environment.

This study is aimed to determine and analyze the effect of the implementation of motivation and culture on the employees productivity at Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera. This research method uses a quantitative approach, the type of research is a survey. The sample was determined by stratified random sampling method, 95 people. The data collection through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially and simultaneously, the implementation of motivation and culture had a positive and significant effect on the employess productivity at Huta padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera. The determination coefficient value of 0.882, indicates that the influence of the implementation of motivation and culture on the employess productivity of Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera is 88.2%. The culture has more dominant influence on the employees produktivity at  Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera, with a direct influence of 73,2%.

The purpose of this research is to find out the product flow, financial flow and information flow in the management of the supply chain plate rack based on the existing supply chain so that the company can produce effectively and efficiently. The research method used is a qualitative method using a survey method that is to explain, describe and interpret a phenomenon that occurs in an object and qualitative data with the support of quantitative data. The results showed the company combining assembly material team, glass assembly team and final completion teams could accelerate production and limit cooperation with independent marketing to summarize the supply chain and prevent company losses.

ABSTRACTThis research is motivated by the fact that the ability of mathematical communication in Indonesia is low. The models and approaches used in the learning process are one of the supporting factors for learning mathematics in the classroom. This study aimed to analyze SMA 1 Namlea students' mathematical communication skills with realistic mathematics learning assisted by GeoGebra. The research method used is quasi-experimental. WHO researched SMA Negeri 1 Namlea, Buru Regency. The analysis results show that the test instrument is valid and reliable to be used for pretest and posttest. The results showed that the mathematical communication of students who received realistic mathematics learning assisted by GeoGebra was better than students who received realistic mathematics learning without GeoGebra. The results also showed that there was a positive response from students towards learning realistic mathematics with GeoGebra.KEYWORDS: Realistic Mathematics, GeoGebra & Mathematical Communication

This research aimed to determine the effectiveness of the Cooperative Problem-Based Learning (CPBL) Model in Learning Statics. The experimental class's research method was experimental, in which the experimental class was applied with the CPBL model, and the control class was applied with conventional models. A simple random sample carried out sampling for the experimental group and the control group. The instrument used was the learning outcomes test. The findings show that the experimental group's student learning outcomes are better than those of the control group. Thus, there is an increase in learning outcomes, and student effective results on the CPBL model in statics learning are in a very good category. It is concluded that the application of the CPBL model is more effective than conventional learning.
